Tan allotment letter not received

I had applied for tan number through mca portal. I had received an acknowledgment number to trace its status. The current status says that tan has been allotted by income tax department, your tan allotment letter will be dispatched to you shortly from february 2017 same message is displayed. But i have not received it yet.

I had contacted nsdl department for the same through customer care number but the customer care personnel...

I requested to change pan details on 23rd may. Applied filling 49a form. Used the e-sign method through aadhar. It clearly said that no physical forward of documents required. When I checked the same with the blue dart they informed us pan card is sent back to pune NSDL office since contact number was not mentioned on the envelope and they couldn't reach out the residential address mentioned.
