Pan card temp token payment refund

I too applied new pan using e-kyc mode for my Relative. I tried three time thinking some problem in network. All the three time its deducted my amount. But OTP failed, where as i am entering correct OTP only what ever i am reciving instantly.

Please fix the bug, or its a way of earning money. I want my refund for this 3 temporary tokens. Please refund my amount back.

I have applied for PAN card correction on 12th April 2017, sent the supporting documents on 13th April 2017, it reached NSDL on 15th April 2017 while NSDL says they have received it on 20th April.
