I have applied for new pan card vide ack. No. N-[protected] dated : 16/03/2017 but till date i have not received my pan card. Please issue pan card at the earliest because it is extremely urgent. I also want to inform that two month had been passed but the status on the nsdl website is unchanged. Please take necessary action at the earliest

      I too applied new pan using e-kyc mode for my Relative. I tried three time thinking some problem in network. All the three time its deducted my amount. But OTP failed, where as i am entering correct OTP only what ever i am reciving instantly.

      Please fix the bug, or its a way of earning money. I want my refund for this 3 temporary tokens. Please refund my amount back.

        But still i didn't recieved the way bill number to check where actually it reached.

          I have submitted my complain last month that PAN status is not updating from feb month and always says it is "under process".

          It is updated by PAN department as following last month with the effect of my complaint:

          "Your application for 'New PAN Card or/and Changes or Correction in PAN Data' has been accepted by the Income Tax Department. Your PAN Card will be dispatched to you shortly."

          This status is same from last month, how long does it takes to dispatch PAN card in India?

          Am i receiving my PAN from another planet that it takes so much time?

          Does PAN department don't have enough funds to send cards?

          This is really disappointing when people pay taxes and receive that bad services from your department.

            Your PAN card has been returned undelivered to NSDL on 04-May-2017. The reason for non-delivery as specified by the courier agency is insufficient address. The same will be re-dispatched shortly.
            I Applyed new pan card through online.all details are filled...payment also payed though debitcard. finally system displays my aadhar informations and i filled informations are wrong...on date of birth, name.so please refund my money...

                I applied for my pan card as i lost it, i filled the details as i was asked & also paid the said amount but a message popped up saying the "we are unable to successfully authenticate your aadhaar number with application form details" & when i clicked the tab which said "continue" another messaged popped saying you have to apply again & take another token number as this requested was discarded & the refund will be done in next seven days.
                This whole thing happened twice & i have paid rs.238/- in total & i have no clue how is nsdl going to refund my money without having any of my details.

                Please help me to get the refund asap.

                    sir.
                    i applied for PAN card and i chose e-kyc/e-sign through adhar card. the fees in deducted from bank account but at last process after getting the OPT for adhar card and after clicking verify i get this message.

                      Hi,
                      I applied PAN card for my Dad and Mom. Its been close to 2 months but no update about the process.
                      Whenever i checked in the PAN Status track website, it is showing as "We have received the documents with reference to your PAN application. Your application is under process with NSDL"

                      Not even PAN numbers are allotted. Tried to file a complaint via NSDL Website but that also not working. Not sure what kind of process is being followed here without even notifying the users.

                          My PAN status is still 'Your application is under process at TIN Facilitation Center. Kindly call[protected] for further processing of your application.'

                          I have applied for the PAN at Karvy data management service ltd, vidyanagar, Mandya and enclosed both Company MOA and Trust deed as proof of identity and proof of date of birth respectively.

                          I was unable to connect to the aforementioned number as it always seems busy.

                                I have applied for PAN card correction on 12th April 2017, sent the supporting documents on 13th April 2017, it reached NSDL on 15th April 2017 while NSDL says they have received it on 20th April. When I checked the status, till date it is showing: "We have received the documents with reference to your application for 'New PAN Card or/and Changes or Correction in PAN Data'. Your application is under process with NSDL".

                                I have contacted TIn center twice and they kept on saying "wait for some days, it is in processing". When will this gets processed, it's almost 1 month passed. I need the correction asap.

                                      Sir,

                                      I had applied for my individual pan card in the month of february 2017 and my acknowledgment number is [protected], in the last week of march, i get meassage from nsdl stating that my pan card is made and my permanent account number (Pan) is dnppp3181j, but my pan card is returned undelivered (Your pan card dispatched by registered/speed post* vide airway bill no. Ea[protected]in has been returned undelivered to nsdl on 07-apr-2017. Please contact nsdl or the tin-facilitation centre (Tin-fc) where application was made by you.).
                                      Then again on 8th april, i applied for the reprint of pan card /change or correction in pan data form and my acknowledgment number is [protected] and its status is your application is under process at tin facilitation center. Kindly call[protected] for further processing of your application.
                                      Please help me in getting my pan card soon, it is very urgent.

                                      Sir/madam,
                                      i applied for a reprint of pan card on 8th April 2017(acknowledgement number-[protected]), and today is 8th may 2017 and on checking its staus it shows-
                                      your application is under process at TIN Facilitation Center. Kindly call[protected] for further processing of your application.
                                      please update me regarding this and what to do in order to obtain pan card.

                                        After many reminder i m not getting any proper responce in ur side, i have done pan card application process nd send application form to nsdl office two time... But pan card no. Not received till now...

                                        I have already send second tym document by alankit office indore to head office on 14 march 2017 by blue dart couriar, dokage no. [protected]... Pls solved my problam as soon as possible...

                                        Sir I had been adopting new PAN card online apply that fee I debit card but round the form is not completed and the fee has been cut off to head the cast of my fees back

                                        I did not get my form when I was able to get it out of the box. I request you to cancel the fees for the same.
