I too applied new pan using e-kyc mode for my Relative. I tried three time thinking some problem in network. All the three time its deducted my amount. But OTP failed, where as i am entering correct OTP only what ever i am reciving instantly.
Please fix the bug, or its a way of earning money. I want my refund for this 3 temporary tokens. Please refund my amount back.
