Your PAN application is processed by NSDL and forwarded to Income Tax department for allotment of PAN, but Income Tax database shows that with this Name, Father's Name and Date Of Birth PAN issued earlier, Kindly confirm whether you have applied for PAN or you have been allotted PAN this before, if yes then please write us at [protected]@nsdl.co.in. Meanwhile we are following up with Income Tax Department for earliest resolution.

    Dear sir/madam,

    I amresh. Applied pan card through kyc - e - sign using the temporary token no [protected] for my mother. When i paid through sbi netbanking the amount deducted twice of amount. 117.35rs and 116.20rs date 26/05/2017. The amount is deducting but the application form is not moving forward. What is going on with this type of reckless behaviour towards customers. I want my problem to be resolved soon else i'll take legal action regarding it.
    So i need refund as soon as possible. Hope so you will resolve the problem.

        My name is pavani veldandi and I had also uploaded all the documents with successful on 26/05/2017. The amount Rs (117.35 + 117.35) two times amount was detucted from the account but the message displayed that Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days.But I do not have received amount back yet. Please help me..to get my amount refund. My details are as follows:

          My pan acknowledgment number is [protected]. I have applied updated new pan due to change my name on 5th of may, 2017.

          My pan status is still showing 'your application is under process at tin facilitation center.
          Kindly call[protected] for further processing of your application.'

          Today is 25th may 2017 and till todate i have not received my pan card.
          I have attached the image as proof.

          Kindly help me receive my pan card as soon as possible.

            I had applied for the pan of a partnership firm :dhruva (Incorporation date 01/03/2017) more than a month back. For sometime now it shows the status as :

            "income tax department (Itd) database shows that you may have been issued pan in your name. Itd yet to inform status of your application."

            On subsequent enquiry with the customer care, we were informed that a pan number has already been issued under the name of dhruva, whereas we are applying for the 1st time. We had called the tin nsdl as well as the income tax department helpline on numerous occasions but with no help.

            We are in urgent requirement of pan number for various registrations. Please provide us a suitable solution asap!

              Dear sir,

              I have applied for reissue of my pan card. I didn't get any call till today from courier service or concerning the delivery of my pan card. But when i checked my pan application status on may 12th, 2017, i got the following message:

              "data updated for pan aeppa7330g. Card sent by blue dart awb [protected]. Expected del dt. 12/05/17. Visit https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/pantan/."

              Immediately with the given airway bill number i checked at buledart website to track out my status, but they have returned to nsdl rtos already on 13 may 2017. There was no call from blue dart express till date and no one came at my door from blue dart even. I was very much available for those days.

              Thus sir, i kindly request you to take this complaint as serious and grant me to have my pan card at the earliest. Kindly re dispatch it.

                  I had applied for tan number through mca portal. I had received an acknowledgment number to trace its status. The current status says that tan has been allotted by income tax department, your tan allotment letter will be dispatched to you shortly from february 2017 same message is displayed. But i have not received it yet.

                  I had contacted nsdl department for the same through customer care number but the customer care personnel is telling that your tan number is allotted tan no but waiting for it department to print the same, and will be delivered to you in another 1 weeks time. Its already 3 months now from tan allotment but till date i am not is receipt of allotment letter.

                  Let me know when i will be able to get the allotment letter for the same

                    I requested to change pan details on 23rd may. Applied filling 49a form. Used the e-sign method through aadhar. It clearly said that no physical forward of documents required. My application was rejected stating that the proofs submitted did not contain last name in expanded form as mentioned in the application. Kindly refund my PAN processing fee

                              Sir,

                              I had applied for PAN using online facility on 20/05/2017, Acknowledgment Number : [protected] and I have digitally signed my application using e Sign, I have uploaded my Aadhaar document as proof..

                              On completion I received this message,

                              "Thank you for using online facility for PAN application.

                              If you have digitally signed your application using eSign/eKYC then there is no need to forward physical documents. "

                              But now when i check my PAN Application Status it shows

                              "We have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your PAN application. Kindly submit the requisite documents to NSDL to enable us to process your PAN application at the earliest. For further details, please read the guidelines and instructions or contact TIN Call Center at[protected]"

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  Thank you for your below e-mail with regard to your application submitted to NSDL vide acknowledgment number [protected].

                                  We would like to inform you that we have received your PAN application. However, while processing the application, certain discrepancies have been observed. The details provided by you in your PAN application form do not match with the data present in Income Tax Detpartment’s (ITD) database.
                                  A letter providing the details has been dispatched to you. We request you to provide with the requisite clarification(s)/supporting document(s), to enable us to process your application at the earliest.

                                  In this regard kindly note the following:-

                                  • If the particulars as per the ITD's database are correct, a signed letter from the applicant confirming the same is required.
                                  • If the particulars as per the application are correct, a letter confirming the same & supporting document(s) containing details as per the application are required.
                                  • If the difference between particulars is marginal, (eg. if it is a minor spelling mistake), a letter from the applicant clarifying the same & supporting document(s) shall suffice. However, if the difference(s) is major, a Certificate from a Gazetted Officer / MP / MLA / Municipal Councillor (Prescribed Format is available on our website) duly stating the name change, along with the photo ID of Gazetted Officer/MP/MLA/Municipal Councillor or a copy of Publication in Official Gazette is required.
                                  • Certificate from any Gazetted Officer/MP/MLA/Municipal Councillor should be certified, stamped and signed.

                                  Do remember to mention the Acknowledgment number in all the pages of the document without fail. You may send the document(s) as an attachment to the above said E-mail ID or you may also send it by courier/post to the address mentioned below.

                                  Above cited reference I can’t made any change in my name but IT department made a mistake to mention my middle name in my pan card ABXPP2579F and at our country Bhai / Kumar / Das are conman usable word to end of name, already I have provided AAdhar card for correction of my name, I have Indian passport, driving license, bank passbook, election card, as well AAdhar card etc. and in my all Document found my name have ARVINDBHAI HARGOVINDDAS PATEL and as per pan card my name is ARIND HARGOVANDAS PATEL. for residence proof Light bill also I have submitted I cannot change my / my father name then such in my case why I need to copy of Publication in Official Gazetted shell required.? / Certificate from a Gazetted Officer / MP / MLA / Municipal Councilor required?
                                  as well your department made a mistake of mention my father name in my PAN Card ABXPP2579F why suffer such lengthy process to end user / client? and how possible copy of Publication in Official Gazette is required? Actually I can’t be changing any name.
                                  My requirement has been,
                                  Name: ARVINDBHAI HARGOVINDDAS
                                  Resi. Address: E-2/19, Vidyutnagar Colony, Old padre Road, Vadodara, 390007, As per AAdhar card.

                                  Encl. 1) Copy of Driving License.
                                  2) Copy of Indian Passport.
                                  3) Copy of AAdhar Card.
                                  4) Copy of Election Card.
                                  I have complied but till today they cant reply me. what can i Do?

                                  NSDL sent me pan card but they ae not updating my father name in my pan card it is my necessary requirement and i have applied for said correction. already i have submitting all required document.

                                    Sir,

                                    I had applied for pan using online facility on 20/05/2017, acknowledgment number : [protected] and i have digitally signed my application using e sign, i have uploaded my aadhaar document as proof..

                                    On completion i received this message,

                                    "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                                    If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                                    But now when i check my pan application status it shows

                                    "we have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your pan application. Kindly submit the requisite documents to nsdl to enable us to process your pan application at the earliest. For further details, please read the guidelines and instructions or contact tin call center at[protected]"

                                    Please check my application... And reply what i need to do..

                                    After filling all the data and the amount was also deducted of Rs 116.20, after deduction, i got the message that " THE request cannot be processed try after some time"
                                    I tried mutiple times but coming with same error.

                                    Please refund ASAP

                                      My brother Gopalakrishnan Srinivasan applied online for PAN as he requires this urgently for complying with the tax laws in India. The application was made in the second week of April 2017 but till today, the tracking message is that the application is received and is under process of NSDL. He requires the PAN very urgently for complying with the tax laws. Request application is processed swiftly and PAN is issued. The acknowledgement number is [protected].

                                        Applied for PAN on 29th April. The status still shows:
                                        "We have received the documents with reference to your PAN application. Your application is under process with NSDL". Please let me know how long it will take to receive the PAN. I need it URGENTLY.
