Hello sir/madam

I registered for tan on 16th may 2017. Printed the acknowledgement & sent it through speed post (Tracking no-eo[protected]in) to pune same day. Now it shows delivered on 19th may. Acknowledgement number is [protected]. But the status still shows documents not received read the instruction. Tried to call them multiple times. But number always busy. Sent them a mail with acknowledgement number. But no results....

Refund of application fee

I use nsdl website to create a new pan card. Temporary token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.116.20 using my credit card. My balance was deducted from the bank on 21/04/2017 but aadhar verification was not completed due to e-sign failure. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode....
