    Sir,

    I had applied for pan using online facility on 20/05/2017, acknowledgment number : [protected] and i have digitally signed my application using e sign, i have uploaded my aadhaar document as proof..

    On completion i received this message,

    "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

    If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

    But now when i check my pan application status it shows

    "we have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your pan application. Kindly submit the requisite documents to nsdl to enable us to process your pan application at the earliest. For further details, please read the guidelines and instructions or contact tin call center at[protected]"

    Please check my application... And reply what i need to do..

    Sir i have registered for PAN card and i got token number but i did not get my acknowledgement number and pan card number
    From my bank account pan charges also debited

      Hello sir/madam

      I registered for tan on 16th may 2017. Printed the acknowledgement & sent it through speed post (Tracking no-eo[protected]in) to pune same day. Now it shows delivered on 19th may. Acknowledgement number is [protected]. But the status still shows documents not received read the instruction. Tried to call them multiple times. But number always busy. Sent them a mail with acknowledgement number. But no results. Please help. It's urgent

      I had to send the printed signed acknowledgement again.The first acknowledgement letter may have been missed even if it was delivered by the speed post.but after my second acknowledgement letter reached nsdl they immidiately sent mail regarding this on 1st june & started processing it.on 6th june allotted me TAN number.waiting for the allotment letter to be couriered to me.Thanks to www.consumercomplaints.in & NSDL.I'm indebted to you.

        I use nsdl website to create a new pan card. Temporary token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.116.20 using my credit card. My balance was deducted from the bank on 21/04/2017 but aadhar verification was not completed due to e-sign failure. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days. But, till date (21/05/2017) i did not get my refund.

            Application for New PAN was filed on[protected] with Ack No. N-[protected]. Documents for the same were received at NSDL on[protected].

            Since then, status shown is - "We have received the documents with reference to your PAN application. Your application is under process with NSDL".

            An Email for the same was also sent to [protected]@nsdl.co.in but no reply received.
            Also complaints for the same were filed twice on nsdl portal but for that also no reply is received.

            If the situation continues to be same few more days, then we have to shut the business. Kindly do the need ful at the earliest possible.

                            Dear Sir,

                            On dated 28 April 2017 I applied for New PAN card request and made net-banking payment of Rs. 111 (including Service tax). I have also speed posted the required documents with signed Application form to NSDL e-Governance Pune (5th Floor, Mantri Sterling, Plot No. 341, Survey No. 997 /8, Model Colony, Near Deep Bungalow Chowk, Pune - 411 016), speed post status is updated as delivered to correct address on 5th May 2017.

                            It's now more than 12 days, still online status of the pan card is says 'We have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your PAN application. Kindly submit the requisite documents to NSDL to enable us to process your PAN application at the earliest. For further details, please read the guidelines and instructions or contact TIN Call Center at[protected]'

                            Both the contact numbers[protected] &[protected] is always busy.
                            Kindly take this urgently and help me on this as early as possible

                                  I have applied TAN vide ACK No. [protected] dated 08/04/2017 in the name of ANJU GARG but status of above application on https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/tan/servlet/StatusTrack is Your application for TAN is under process at Income Tax Department. TAN has not been allotted even after 40 days. Assessee has to pay TDS for the Month of March 2017 April 2017. She is suffering interest on TDS because of non allotment of TAN. Please alott TAN at your earliest

                                        I used nsdl website for applying for a new pan number of my sister. Temporary token number [protected]. I used e-kyc option for her aadhar verification, i have paid the amount of rs. 117 using net banking, my balance was deducted from the bank on 29/04/2017 but aadhar verification could not be completed due to her wrong age mentioned in her aadhar card so now it is showing that " YOUR e-KYC REQUEST HAS FAILED HENCE YOU CANNOT PROCEED THE APPLICATION WITH e-KYC MODE. KINDLY GENERATE NEW TOKEN AND PROCEED WITH PHYSICAL MODE. KINDLY NOTE THAT YOU WILL YOUR REFUND OF THE PAN APPLICATION IN NEXT SEVEN WORKING DAYS".
                                        But still rupees 117 did not reflect in my account, i want my deducted money back in my account because this is really a lame excuse while you are deducting money it dont take even a second but when it comes to refund you say it takes seven working days i want to request you to please send my deducted money back in my account,

                                        please change for something good and do not do like this with anyone's hard earned money
