Dear Sir,
On dated 28 April 2017 I applied for New PAN card request and made net-banking payment of Rs. 111 (including Service tax). I have also speed posted the required documents with signed Application form to NSDL e-Governance Pune (5th Floor, Mantri Sterling, Plot No. 341, Survey No. 997 /8, Model Colony, Near Deep Bungalow Chowk, Pune - 411 016), speed post status is updated as delivered to correct address on 5th May 2017.
It's now more than 12 days, still online status of the pan card is says 'We have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your PAN application. Kindly submit the requisite documents to NSDL to enable us to process your PAN application at the earliest. For further details, please read the guidelines and instructions or contact TIN Call Center at[protected]'
Both the contact numbers[protected] &[protected] is always busy.
Kindly take this urgently and help me on this as early as possible

I can not wait anymore, let me go ahead and apply for New Pan as usual with some middle man on commission basis.
From my bank account pan charges also debited
