In spite of sending the proper documents, i have not received the pan card as per the above ack. No. —
Pan application - ack. No. N-[protected] dated : 20/11/2016.
We have also sent various emails alongwith copy of pan details downloaded - screenshots, — profile from the incometax website showing the name of the pan holder — which is the proper proof, in addition to the scanned copy of the earlier pan card.
But in spite of sending the various documents, even copy of aadhaar card, copy of earlier pancard, screenshots of the profile from incometax website of the assessee etc.,
The pancard isstill not given since our acknowledgement is dated 20/11/2016
It is more than 4 months since documents sent and we have paid the required charges by online also.

NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Customer Care's response Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. We are following up with concern team for earliest resolution
My TAN application number [protected] is pending since 19th March 2017.
I have also visited your WNS office and they have assured to prioritize the same.
Requesting you to please allot the number Asap.
