Dear sir,

After many reminder i m not getting any proper responce in ur side, i have done pan card application process nd send application form to nsdl office two time... But pan card no. Not received till now...

I have already send second tym document by alankit office indore to head office on 14 march 2017 by blue dart couriar, dokage no. [protected]... Pls solved my problam as soon as possible...

Sir I had been adopting new PAN card online apply that fee I debit card but round the form is not completed and the fee has been cut off to head the cast of my fees back

I did not get my form when I was able to get it out of the box. I request you to cancel the fees for the same.

    Some days ago i applied the pan card than when submitted the application then my balance debited from account and application not submitted then i immediately next application submitted so again my balance debited and application successful submitted. And i have received two pan number so i request to you please one cancelled and refund my balance

    And I want cancel the application because I think this is digital kyc verification so please refund my balance

    you should have got the refund. I had the same issue and refund arrived within 7 days.
    I apply for new pan no. on dt. 13/4/2017 token no. [protected] and [protected] in the name vinod kumar.
    i have been paid for this application for two times. but both time application was rejected. and fees has been detected from my account two times. i have not received the aknowledge no.
    please refund my fees in my bank account
    I applied for PAN card on 27/6/17 through e-kyc after filling payment details an error page appeared which said “ Your connection is not private” so I clicked on “back to safety” button, then it said “your payment is being processed” till next 30 minutes. I tried again thrice but it went all same.
    On 28/6/17 I received an confirmation for a payment of Rs 116. Now I tried again but it said “your request cannot be processed” when I tried for aadhar card authentication. I tried again but it again failed during aadhar authentication. No payment confirmation has arrived yet (except the one on 28/6/17 ). I tried with different token numbers each time and no token number is sent to my e-mail id. The token number of last trial is [protected].
    Kindly tell me how to proceed further.

        In spite of sending the proper documents, i have not received the pan card as per the above ack. No. —
        Pan application - ack. No. N-[protected] dated : 20/11/2016.
        We have also sent various emails alongwith copy of pan details downloaded - screenshots, — profile from the incometax website showing the name of the pan holder — which is the proper proof, in addition to the scanned copy of the earlier pan card.
        But in spite of sending the various documents, even copy of aadhaar card, copy of earlier pancard, screenshots of the profile from incometax website of the assessee etc.,
        The pancard isstill not given since our acknowledgement is dated 20/11/2016

        It is more than 4 months since documents sent and we have paid the required charges by online also.

          Nsdl e-governance infrastructure — e-kyc pan application status says "not received documents"

          Nu numerounonu on apr 18, 2017submit a complaint
          I had applied for change in pan using e-kyc facility (Aadhar card based authentication) on 16/04/2017, acknowledgment number : [protected].
          On completion i received this message,

          "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

          If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

          But now when i check my pan application status it shows

          "we have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your application for 'new pan card or/and changes or correction in pan data'. Kindly submit the requisite documents to nsdl to enable us to process your pan application at the earliest. For further details, please read the guidelines and instructions or contact tin call center at[protected]"

          Please check my application and let me know the status.

                    I had applied for reprint of PAN Card on 12.01.2017. My acknowledgement no. is [protected]. After many followups, it was known that there was some discrepancy in my document. However proper document has been received by NSDL on 04.03.2017 vide speed post doc. no. EO[protected]IN. In the men time I have made phone call several time. They are giving time of a week to dispatch but till date I have not received my PAN card. Due to absence of PAN Card I am facing many problem.

                    I request your good self to intervene in the matter and get my PAN card delivered as soon as possible.

                        I have submit the pan card request form on 3rd feb'17, but still now i can't get my pan card. I go through all the channels but can't able to get any status against my pan card application. My details of application is listed as below :

                        No one is responding at the call centers. The customer care no., bell is ringing but no one bother to attend to receive the call and advise the status of the application of the customer.

                        It has been 90 days passed out and nothing is come out till yet.

                                  My mother has applied for new pan card vide ack no [protected] in 16 march 17.

                                  All documents has been received by your office

                                  Till now the online status showing the following-
                                  "we have received the documents with reference to your pan application. Your application is under process with nsdl"

                                  my mother have to give her pan in govt taluk office and it's been more than a month since she has applied for the pan and till now we are still waiting for the pan.

                                  Also, one more thing i want to highlight that on calling the nsdl helpline, it keep on saying that line is busy.

                                  I want to know why there is delay in the process.

                                    Respected sir,
                                    My token number is [protected].
                                    Im feel the pan application form with e kyc and make payment by airtel payments bank but the payment was cancelled.
                                    The message show is ''your previous payment request has been cancelled. Kindly make another fresh payment.''
                                    So i tried again with e wallet but both time same message was appear. And my money was deducted. So please complete my refund request.

                                      The concern shared will be analysed and the status of the same will be sent to the email ID as furnished in PAN application Form.

                                      A fraud of Rs.12000 aprx done with me after complaint here.
                                      I have received a call from mobile no.[protected] (i.e name showing on true caller -crime branch Delhi police).
                                      As calling person said to me transfer of fund of Rs. 50 for re-dispatch and transfer fund same time.
                                      And guide me a process
                                      go to ATM and provide me a account number [protected] to transfer amount.
                                      but amount will be in code of four/five digit...but in actual it was not a code it was amount and same was deducted to my account.

                                      I have lost my 12000 rupee..this is a total fake site ..
                                      Guys don't believe on call received from there.
                                      please be aware ...
                                      I ranjit singh working in indian railway and My NPS account no is[protected] but i forgotten the password for viewing the monthly funds statement on line. In view of the same you are requested to send me password to my email account [protected]@gmail.com.

                                        This has reference to your query about the requirement of submission of self-certification under Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) for your Permanent Retirement Account under National Pension System/Atal Pension Yojana.

                                        If your NPS account has been activated on or after July 1, 2014, as advised by NPS Trust, you are supposed to submit a Self-Certification in physical form. NPS Trust has also informed that as on date, acceptance of self-declaration from subscribers in electronic form is not permitted. However, PRAN will not be frozen for non-submission of the said Self-Certification, as now advised by NPS Trust. Details in this regard are available on our website (www.npscra.nsdl.co.in).
