Hello,

Its been more than 80 days since i have submitted all the documents, since then the pan card application status is showing"we have received the documents with reference to your pan application. Your application is under process with nsdl".

Date : 16/02/2017.

I have tried to reach out on the toll free number which after trying 15-20 times gets connected & they give the same answer every time "its under process wait for 4-5 days"

    Dear sir/Madam,

    I am Richa Kumari Sharma. My Pan card No is CWPPS7284F. I have applied for correction in pan card with Ack no [protected]. I didn't get any call till today from courier service or concerning the delivery of my PAN card. But when I checked my PAN Application Status, I got the following message:

    Your PAN card has been dispatched on 27-Apr-2017 by Blue Dart Express Ltd courier vide airway bill no. [protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The PAN card is expected to be delivered by 07-May-2017.

    Immediately with the given airway bill number I checked at Buledart website to track out my status, but they have returned to NSDL RTOS already on 29th April 2017. There was no call from Blue Dart Express till date and no one came at my door from Blue Dart even. I was very much available for those days.

    Thus sir, I kindly request you to take this complaint as serious and grant me to have my PAN Card at the earliest.

    Dear sir, same problem is hppening with me. I apllied for pan correction and also have recieved a messege stating that my corrected pan will be delivered on 22nd sep but no calls from blue dart service I am available skiping my chores to recieve my pan. Please do help me out.

        Respected sir,
        Acknowledgement number [protected], not got the pan card since november 2016

        I would like to tell that lot of in-efficiency in
        Your system to just issue pan card.
        Back to square one. If you are not able to issue pan card. Why are you people
        Cheating public by collecting the processing fees.

        "pan application - ack. No. N-[protected] dated : 12/11/2016".

        I have already paid the fee rs107 for pan application processing fees.

        I had uploaded the required documents and since your web online process is not working properly, i have sent the document photocopies by speed post by spending rs52.

        The date of birth is mentioned in the aadhaar card.

        I've sent the relevant documents twice by spending rs52 twice thru speed
        Post.
        I did not expect this deficient service of yours, not fit enough to serve
        The people.
        Let some other companies like uti do it, they serve people better 1000
        Times better.
        I've lost complete hope in your services by nsdl e-governance
        Infrastructure limited.

            We have sent across the hard copy documents along with duly signed acknowledgement through speed post and the same has been received to your office as per trail mail.

            But the application is still under process. We need to deposit the TDS on or before 30-Apr-17, since without TAN we can’t be able to deposit the same and it will be delayed.

            Please arrange to issue the TAN at earliest.

                I have tried many time but unable to reset my pw. Alway the website show any of messages like catch is not correct, details not found, captch only numeric, bla bla...

                                My pran no. Is[protected] when i am trying to login using my pran id and i-pin, this message is shown. "the user id/i-pin you have entered is invalid, please try again. For your safety, access to cra will be locked after 5 consecutive wrong attempts." but i have entered the exact details of my pran for 1st time login and cant open my account.                                     This is my application num [protected]
                                    i applied for change in pan card is feb month
                                    a month later confirmation message received on email that we received your pan num application all thing is correct we are matching with incometax department.
                                    Nsdl take too much time to issue my new pan card still my application is under process.
                                    Many time i wrote to nsdl complaint center but no reply received from there.
                                    I am feeling helpless what can i do please tell me

                                      I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-kyc aadhar verification process.
                                      The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp three times and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime.'
                                      When i called the customer care, i first spoke with ms. Loretta mendonsa - she was very rude and adamant and did not even listen to the problem and blatantly said that there is no problem at their end and i should fill the application again and pay again. The old payment will be refund in 7 working days.

                                      I asked for supervisor support - this time i spoke with mr. Chinmay bajwala - he took the problem to the next level and sounded like a robot on the phone call.
                                      He also mentioned that i should fill in new application and pay again.
                                      There is nothing great that nsdl is doing by paying these customer care # if they don't know how to handle customer queries or concerns. Moreover, their website said the same statement, then what is the point of keeping telephonic customer care?

                                      This is stupid policy of nsdl and the it infrastructure is unbelievably poor. One cannot expect more out of these losers anyways.
                                      I will prefer to pay extra money to the agent and get this work done rather than wasting my time on nsdl website and customer care to get things done.

                                        Hi Team,

                                        Blue dart is not delivering PAN card to concerned people. The delivery boy is handing over PAN card to grocery store and this store is collecting Rs 10 from each person just to handover PAN card to concerned person.

                                        Request you to take immediate action as this is violation of confidential information and even collecting unauthorized charges.

                                        Way bill number for tracking blue dart parcel which faced above issue: [protected]

                                        The grocery store also has 20-25 pan cards yet to be delivered.
