Sir,

I open an Atal Pension Yojana (APY) and contribute regularly. But I am unable to track my contribution. So, While I trying to create IPIN, system shows an error massage 'PRAN not found in database'. Please resolve the issue as early as possible or send my IPIN password to my Mobile No. or email id.

    I have tried many time but unable to reset my pw. Alway the website show any of messages like catch is not correct, details not found, captch only numeric, bla bla...

    I have tried the no.[protected], but alway as usally govt lines alway busy???

    Can you guys help me or is it a penaty or fault on our part to open nps account!!!

                    My pran no. Is[protected] when i am trying to login using my pran id and i-pin, this message is shown. "the user id/i-pin you have entered is invalid, please try again. For your safety, access to cra will be locked after 5 consecutive wrong attempts." but i have entered the exact details of my pran for 1st time login and cant open my account.                         Nsdl take too much time to issue my new pan card still my application is under process.

                          I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-kyc aadhar verification process.
                          The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp three times and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime.'
                          When i called the customer care, i first spoke with ms. Loretta mendonsa - she was very rude and adamant and did not even listen to the problem and blatantly said that there is no problem at their end and i should fill the application again and pay again. The old payment will be refund in 7 working days.

                          I asked for supervisor support - this time i spoke with mr. Chinmay bajwala - he took the problem to the next level and sounded like a robot on the phone call.
                          He also mentioned that i should fill in new application and pay again.
                          There is nothing great that nsdl is doing by paying these customer care # if they don't know how to handle customer queries or concerns. Moreover, their website said the same statement, then what is the point of keeping telephonic customer care?

                          This is stupid policy of nsdl and the it infrastructure is unbelievably poor. One cannot expect more out of these losers anyways.
                          I will prefer to pay extra money to the agent and get this work done rather than wasting my time on nsdl website and customer care to get things done.

                            Hi Team,

                            Blue dart is not delivering PAN card to concerned people. The delivery boy is handing over PAN card to grocery store and this store is collecting Rs 10 from each person just to handover PAN card to concerned person.

                            Request you to take immediate action as this is violation of confidential information and even collecting unauthorized charges.

                            Way bill number for tracking blue dart parcel which faced above issue: [protected]

                            The grocery store also has 20-25 pan cards yet to be delivered.

                              I have applied and submitted Form CR for change in name through e-kyc as on 26/04/2017.

                              I have tried 4 times to pay Rs.112.75 through three different methods, but every time the amount was deducted from my card but declined by NSDL and asking me to pay again.

                                        I applied new pan card by e kyc e sign process and fill my form and make payment than e kyc e sign process not verified my aadhar it always shown as try after some time.
                                        I again apply by phycally submitted method and making again payment and recieve my acknowledgement.
                                        I have temporary token no kindly refund my money 116.20 rs.

                                        The PAN is pending from months and no progress has been made. Tried to contact via email, but they always reply the same message that they have received the documents and it is under process from 2 months.
