PAN Application - ack. No. N-[protected]. I have received mail from them stating "We have received your PAN application documents for above application on March 14, 2017". Still, now I didn't receive any pan card and I called the Call Centre:[protected] no response from there. I have tried so many phone numbers in online, but each one is just redirecting to some another number and I am fed up calling them so many times and not getting proper response. I paid through online transaction also pan card.

    I have submit my PAN card correction application online i have make payment twice and submit my application from NSDL site for correction[protected] and submit my e/KYC document, but still not received any update from NSDL,
    i am trying to contact through call but not get connected and not received any reply from mail.

      Dear sir/madam,

      I am careena meshram. I have applied for pan card with ack no [protected]. I didn't get any call till date from courier service or concerning the delivery of my pan card. But when i checked my pan application status, i got the following message:

      Your pan card has been dispatched on 17-apr-2017 by overnite express ltd courier vide airway bill no. [protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The pan card is expected to be delivered by 27-apr-2017.

      Immediately with the given airway bill number i checked at overnite express website to track the status, but they are showing it as ‘ out for delivery’ on 27.04.2017 and ‘undelivered’ status on 28.04.2017. There has been no call from overnite express and no one came at my door from overnite express ltd courier till date i. E 01.05.2017. I was available for those days.

      Thus sir, i kindly request you to take notice of this complaint as serious and dispatch my pan card at the earliest. It is surprising that despite giving the mobile number and other address details the courier company, overnite express ltd, is still not able to deliver my pan card.

        Hi Team,

        its been more than one month that NSDL stating the status of PAN card updation as "we have received docs and unded processing".

        I have droped an emai to nsdl and they are sying that still it is in processing but no luck with that.

        No one is tking any responsbility, i wonder is there any process to resolve the issues in some no.of days.

        All the Govt organizations ask a proof but every govt orgs will delay the things in processing.

                I applied for PAN card and i chose e-kyc/e-sign through adhar card. the fees in deducted from bank account but at last process after getting the OPT for adhar card and after clicking verify i get this message. "Your e-Sign/e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode or e-Sign mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of this PAN application in next seven working days."

                  I have applied for pan card with token no.-[protected]and i choosed e-kyc/e-sign through aadhar card. The fees in deducted from bank account but at last process, was failed due to unknown results. My fees is deducted

                  I want my whole money back, soon.

                    Its been more than 85 days now.

                    The status on the website is "Your application is under process at TIN Facilitation Center. Kindly call[protected]/4716302/4716303 for further processing of your application."

                    No one is picking up the phone on the given numbers. I want to know what Digital India is doing if you aren't able to process a PAN Card within a span on 3 months.

                    Just let me know how many more months you are going to add in your portfolio for this.

                        I am a student and i have applied for pan card, transition id[protected]and i choosed e-kyc/e-sign through aadhar card.                         This problem happened to many person. I called at their complain no. But found it, out off reach.

                          Sir, I applied for PAN in Last week of January 2017 and submitted documents via post. Later I got a message to resubmit the document, and I did that too. After one week I got a confirmation message, which says, 'we got your documents and your application is under process'. It is almost one month after this reply (on 29 April 2017). The NSDL PAN Tracking site still shows "We have received the documents with reference to your PAN application. Your application is under process with NSDL", whenever I check the status. My acknowledgement number is [protected]. Please do the required action to solve this issue.

                              Dear sir/Madam,

                              I am Richa Kumari Sharma. My Pan card No is CWPPS7284F. I have applied for correction in pan card with Ack no [protected]. I didn't get any call till today from courier service or concerning the delivery of my PAN card. But when I checked my PAN Application Status, I got the following message:

                              Your PAN card has been dispatched on 27-Apr-2017 by Blue Dart Express Ltd courier vide airway bill no. [protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The PAN card is expected to be delivered by 07-May-2017.

                              Immediately with the given airway bill number I checked at Buledart website to track out my status, but they have returned to NSDL RTOS already on 29th April 2017. There was no call from Blue Dart Express till date and no one came at my door from Blue Dart even. I was very much available for those days.

                              Thus sir, I kindly request you to take this complaint as serious and grant me to have my PAN Card at the earliest.

                                  Respected sir,
                                  Acknowledgement number [protected], not got the pan card since november 2016

                                  I would like to tell that lot of in-efficiency in
                                  Your system to just issue pan card.
                                  Back to square one. If you are not able to issue pan card. Why are you people
                                  Cheating public by collecting the processing fees.

                                  "pan application - ack. No. N-[protected] dated : 12/11/2016".

                                  I have already paid the fee rs107 for pan application processing fees.

                                  I had uploaded the required documents and since your web online process is not working properly, i have sent the document photocopies by speed post by spending rs52.

                                  The date of birth is mentioned in the aadhaar card.

                                  I've sent the relevant documents twice by spending rs52 twice thru speed
                                  Post.
                                  I did not expect this deficient service of yours, not fit enough to serve
                                  The people.
                                  Let some other companies like uti do it, they serve people better 1000
                                  Times better.
                                  I've lost complete hope in your services by nsdl e-governance
                                  Infrastructure limited.

                                    I open an Atal Pension Yojana (APY) and contribute regularly. But I unable to track my contribution.                                       Dear Sir,

                                      We have sent across the hard copy documents along with duly signed acknowledgement through speed post and the same has been received to your office as per trail mail.

                                      But the application is still under process. We need to deposit the TDS on or before 30-Apr-17, since without TAN we can’t be able to deposit the same and it will be delayed.

                                      Please arrange to issue the TAN at earliest.
