I have applied for online pan card. I did the payment and on the last step my authentication is failed and i got this message

Your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days.

amount is also debited from my account.
My temporary token is [protected].
Please help me with my pan card as soon as possible

    Dear team,
    I had applied for PAN card correction on 28th March, 2017 and submitted the required documents physically (acknowledgment number -[protected]) . It has been more than a month but I haven't received the new PAN card.
    Also, online status is the same for the past one month stating that 'the documents have been received and application is under process with NSDL'.
    I have tried writing to the provided mail id [protected]@nsdl.co.in, but didn't get any reply, nor am I able to connect with the team using the provided call centre number[protected].
    Kindly inform the status of my application and by when can I expect the new PAN card.

            Dear sir,

            I had applied for pan using online facility, acknowledgment number : [protected] and i have digitally signed my application using e sign, i have uploaded my aadhaar document as proof..

            On completion i received this message,

            "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

            If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

            But now when i check my pan application status it shows

            "we have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your pan application. Kindly submit the requisite documents to nsdl to enable us to process your pan application at the earliest. For further details, please read the guidelines and instructions or contact tin call center at[protected]"

            Please check my application... And reply what i need to do..

              Hi team,

              My younger sister and grandmother applied for pan card.

              My grandmother's application process was finished but the pan card dispatched was returned back by post master to nsdl pune.

              My younger sister's application has discrepancy of father's name because officialy father name is ms pathania and initials like ms is not allowed.

              For both the above mentioned application my younger sister and grandmother had sent an application for re sending the pan card and resolving the name discrepancy respectively.
              My younger sister has sent an acknowledgment to use full name.

              I can see the request letters has been delivered at nsdl pune as you can track from following indian post tracking numbers -

              Th acknowledgement number for both the application are following :

              Please look into this issue as it has been months now and my younger sister and grandmother are not in a position to handle such casesas they are unaware of the process the agent is asking for money every time.

                PAN Application - ack. No. N-[protected]. I have received mail from them stating "We have received your PAN application documents for above application on March 14, 2017". Still, now I didn't receive any pan card and I called the Call Centre:[protected] no response from there. I have tried so many phone numbers in online, but each one is just redirecting to some another number and I am fed up calling them so many times and not getting proper response. I paid through online transaction also pan card.

                    Dear sir/madam,

                    I am careena meshram. I have applied for pan card with ack no [protected]. I didn't get any call till date from courier service or concerning the delivery of my pan card. But when i checked my pan application status, i got the following message:

                    Your pan card has been dispatched on 17-apr-2017 by overnite express ltd courier vide airway bill no. [protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The pan card is expected to be delivered by 27-apr-2017.

                    Immediately with the given airway bill number i checked at overnite express website to track the status, but they are showing it as ‘ out for delivery’ on 27.04.2017 and ‘undelivered’ status on 28.04.2017. There has been no call from overnite express and no one came at my door from overnite express ltd courier till date i. E 01.05.2017. I was available for those days.

                    Thus sir, i kindly request you to take notice of this complaint as serious and dispatch my pan card at the earliest. It is surprising that despite giving the mobile number and other address details the courier company, overnite express ltd, is still not able to deliver my pan card.

                      its been more than one month that NSDL stating the status of PAN card updation as "we have received docs and unded processing".

                      I have droped an emai to nsdl and they are sying that still it is in processing but no luck with that.

                      No one is tking any responsbility, i wonder is there any process to resolve the issues in some no.of days.

                      All the Govt organizations ask a proof but every govt orgs will delay the things in processing.

                                This problem happened to many person. I called at their complain no. But found it, out off reach.
                                Is this really digital india?
                                I want my whole money back, soon.
                                Please look into the matter. I hopefully asked you favour to help me to get my money back so that i could apply for pan card through another medium, immediately.

                                  Respected Sir/Madam,

                                  I have applied for Pan Card on[protected] with Acknowledgment no N-[protected] and I haven't received it till now.

                                  Its been more than 85 days now.

                                  The status on the website is "Your application is under process at TIN Facilitation Center. Kindly call[protected]/4716302/4716303 for further processing of your application."

                                  No one is picking up the phone on the given numbers. I want to know what Digital India is doing if you aren't able to process a PAN Card within a span on 3 months.

                                  Just let me know how many more months you are going to add in your portfolio for this.

                                    My firm Narulas Food Products applied for PAN Card on 4th April 2017 (Acknowledgement Number: [protected]). But I am seeing the following message since 12th April 2017

                                    PAN has been allotted by Income Tax Department, your PAN card is under process at NSDL and will be despatched to you shortly.

                                    I want to start my business but all my plans are stuck as PAN card is not available for such a long time. Its urgent for me. Please let me know the status of the pan card and when will it be delivered

                                      I am a student and i have applied for pan card, transition id[protected]and i choosed e-kyc/e-sign through aadhar card. The fees in deducted from bank account but at last process, no otp was generated for verification of my aadhard card through registered mobile no. And the screen display the exact message as :-

                                      "your e-sign/e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode or e-sign mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of this pan application in next seven working days."

                                      This problem happened to many person. I called at their complain no. But found it, out off reach.
                                      Is this really digital india?
                                      I want my whole money back, soon.
                                      Please look into the matter. I hopefully asked you favour to help me to get my money back so that i could apply for pan card through another medium, immediately.

                                        Sir, I applied for PAN in Last week of January 2017 and submitted documents via post. Later I got a message to resubmit the document, and I did that too. After one week I got a confirmation message, which says, 'we got your documents and your application is under process'. It is almost one month after this reply (on 29 April 2017). The NSDL PAN Tracking site still shows "We have received the documents with reference to your PAN application. Your application is under process with NSDL", whenever I check the status. My acknowledgement number is [protected]. Please do the required action to solve this issue.
