I Have Feel Online Lost PAN Card application Dt 07/12/2016
they give me Reference No:[protected], Token No:- [protected] and Coupon No.[protected], and rcvd mail subject Approve My Application, But Since 2 months my application is still under Process, not reply on mail given number is always busy[protected], My PAN No:- ANCPD4591N

I am Smita Dwivedi, I have applied for correction of last name in my PAN card after my marriage. My PAN correction is approved from the income tax department but pan card is not dispatched yet.

I had submitted documents for the same via india speed post tracking number eg[protected]in.
As per tracking, post was delivered to nsdl pune office on 13/02/2017. (photo graph of tracking attached)

I am from facilitated center of pan card, we have submitted pan card forms with nsdl, after many complaints and telephonic disucss, nsld is not helping us, i am providing few ack no of pan applications, status remain same from long time. No help, please look into this matter.

Almost four months have passed, i cannot see my e-pran online with photo and signature in place and so far i have not received the physical pran card at my address.

I applied for pan card with token number [protected] .i make payment but my e kyc failed due to unregistered number in my aadhar card.after 3 unsuccessful attemps i got messege that you will get refund within 7 working days.its been one month still I haven't got any refund.please look it in this matter.
