Dear Sir
I would like to inform that I am currently studying at Indian Institute of Technology Patna, Bihar. Now for opening a bank account in my campus I urgently need a pan card as I have no pan card till now, however I have applied an application for issue a new pan card through a agent(details mention below) on 13 Jan 2017 and agent gave me a acknowledgement as an receipt.Unfortunately, I have not received my pan card till now and whenever I check my pan card status through internet using acknowledgement number(N-[protected]), I found my status as "Your application Is under process at TIN Facilitation".
I continuously asked to agent for my pan card status but he did not answered properly, I completely frusted with that problem. Here I attached my acknowledgement as an attachment.
Now I am looking for a solution through you as soon as possible. Any kind of co operation is appreciated.
