Dear Sir,

I have sent my my PAN card to NSDL to change my surname Virendra Kumar Jain to Virendra Bachhawat. I have sent on 14th of December 2016 to NSDL but still it is not updated as I have checked onsite of NSDL which is under process in Income Tax Department whether I have submitted my all document along with ID proof and rejected official letter it has already been more than 45 days and I have not received my new PAN card update with my name updation time period is 20 to 25 days I have so many times call to customer care and NSDL department but there is no proper response from their sitNsDL
My acknowledgement number is [protected] which is received on 18th of December 2016 and my PAN number is AGJPJ7283K at NsDL.
Till date there is no response from any where.
so help me to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

      I am NAZARE Alam, I was applying my little brother new pan card trough online.

      I was applying online new pan card in 22/02/2017 and hard copy also sending trough indian speed Post 23/2/2017 and my documents are successfully riches in pan card office NSDL pune 26/02/2017.but till not received any documents received message from NSDL office side. And how may time I was checked my speed Post application status. I saw indian speed Post tracking and I was checked my documents are riches NSDL office Pune. But till not show any application received message. All ready submit my hard copy document 26/2/2017 in NSDL office and 8 days is over since 26/2/2017 to 6/3/2017.

        I got automated response that Aadhar card was not matching with details entered.
        I entered exactly the same, How is that possible?

        Now it says Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days. Can you refund immediately/reset application status to try again?

                Dear sir I am suman jain I had applied for pan on the date of 06/01/2017 .I had track the application online on nsdl website on the date of 18/01/2017 but the status was showing YOUR PHOTO IS NOT PROPER after that I had gone to tin facilitation centre in jhandewalan and submitted the photo but after that nsdl site show the same status. In 13/02/2017 I had complaint to income tax department but this process not completed.                         I applied for new pan using ekyc mode for my sister on 27th Feb 2017 . I tried thrice thinking some problem in entering OTP, but All the three time i noticed i entered exact OTP which i received but its deducted my amount and OTP failed . Even though iam entering correct OTP only

                        I got this below message after Payment -- Adhar authentication -- finally ekyc alone getting failed using OTP wherease i entered the correct OTP only

                        "Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days."

                        Please fix the bug, or its a way of earning money. I want my refund for this 3 temporary tokens. Please refund my amount back. Rs: 117 for each transaction has been deducted

                          I had applied for duplicate PAN card online on 12/02/2017 and had sent all the documents to NSDL office in Pune by Speed post. I can see that the documents were delivered at the NSDL office on 18/02/2017 but the status on the NSDL website says "We have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your application for 'New PAN Card or/and Changes or Correction in PAN Data'.". I have been trying to call the helpline no. for 1 week now but it is never available and also not received reply to my email..
                          I have attached the Delivery Confirmation of Indiapost website.
                          Can you please let me know when the status will be updated?

                                I have submitted an application for new pan card for my wife, smt.
                                S. Vengalakshmi (Application no. [protected]) and submitted application on 15.12.2016. During january 2017 i have received communication stating that the address and name are not tallying with the proof enclosed and directed me to send correct proof of identity & address to nsdl pune for processing my case. Accordingly, i have taken one more copy of my wife's pass port copy and forwarded the same to nsdl pune on 18.01.2017. But till today i have not received any intimation about allotment of pan number in my wife's name. Please arrange to look into the matter and ensure early allotment of pan card to my wife.

                                    I use NSDL website to create a new pan card of my little brother. Temporary Token is [protected] . I use e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.117 using my debit card. MY balance was deducted from the bank on 21/02/2017 but Aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any OTP on their registered Aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days. This problem arises due to their OTP verification failure. So till not reflected in my account. So please I want my detected money. Why because I am already applied physicalmode so I want detected money . they have to close their webiste if they can't fix the bugs. This is the true failure of Digital India. Do something for a Change. Thank you.
