I have applied for pan card and sent supporting documents through speed post on 03/02/2017. While tracking in Indian Post it is showing as delivered to NSDL Pune on 06/02/2017 but still in NSDL tracking showing as didn't receive documents. I tried many times to customer care but couldn't speak. Please clarify regarding this.

Hi... I created my pran no[protected] on 24 oct 2016. I am not able to access my account as i do not receive any ipin in the kit. The letter in the kit specifies the process to set up ipin but when i follow that even then it is not working.

Is there any alternate way to access my account or invest in npsaccount? Looking for a speedy response

But I don't get any confirmation from your side and my application status showing under process. Despite more than 30 days having been passed from date of PAN application (Ack No. [protected]) they haven't processed it. Also, the call centre of TIN-NSDL is filled up with all useless people who don't have any update as they they are trained to give specific answers like pls wait for 48 hours and stuff like that. they have no sense o[censored]nderstanding for applicant's urgency......

I had applied with NSDL online for a change in my PAN details. The acknowledgement no for my online application is N-[protected]. My application was rejected stating that the proofs submitted did not contain last name in expanded form as mentioned in the application.
