I have got pain but no ipin and tpin

Hi... I created my pran no[protected] on 24 oct 2016. I am not able to access my account as i do not receive any ipin in the kit. The letter in the kit specifies the process to set up ipin but when i follow that even then it is not working.

Is there any alternate way to access my account or invest in npsaccount? Looking for a speedy response
