I had applied for duplicate PAN card online on 12/02/2017 and had sent all the documents to NSDL office in Pune by Speed post. I can see that the documents were delivered at the NSDL office on 18/02/2017 but the status on the NSDL website says "We have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your application for 'New PAN Card or/and Changes or Correction in PAN Data'.". I have been trying to call the helpline no. for 1 week now but it is never available and also not received reply to my email..
I have attached the Delivery Confirmation of Indiapost website.
Can you please let me know when the status will be updated?

    I am using Atal Pension Yojana (APY) and contribute regularly from last 2 years. But I unable to get online transaction. So, While I trying to create IPIN, system shows an error massage 'PRAN not found in database'.

        I have submitted an application for new pan card for my wife, smt.
        S. Vengalakshmi (Application no. [protected]) and submitted application on 15.12.2016. During january 2017 i have received communication stating that the address and name are not tallying with the proof enclosed and directed me to send correct proof of identity & address to nsdl pune for processing my case. Accordingly, i have taken one more copy of my wife's pass port copy and forwarded the same to nsdl pune on 18.01.2017. But till today i have not received any intimation about allotment of pan number in my wife's name. Please arrange to look into the matter and ensure early allotment of pan card to my wife.

          When checked online and through message
          i am getting iinformation as following

          Your application is under process at TIN Facilitation Center. Kindly call[protected] for further processing of your application.

          I tried to call to above mentioned number,
          I am not able to reach it.

          The problem is i am in a urgent requirement of PAN which has to be updated in bank account

          Please process my application as soon as possible.

            I use NSDL website to create a new pan card of my little brother. Temporary Token is [protected] . I use e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.117 using my debit card. MY balance was deducted from the bank on 21/02/2017 but Aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any OTP on their registered Aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days. This problem arises due to their OTP verification failure. So till not reflected in my account. So please I want my detected money. Why because I am already applied physicalmode so I want detected money . they have to close their webiste if they can't fix the bugs. This is the true failure of Digital India. Do something for a Change. Thank you.

                    I opened a pension account under nps on 27th oct, 2016 through sbi, paikpara - kolkata (Pop reg no: 6077400) with pran number:[protected].
                    Subscriber registration form duly filled with related documents were submitted at pop on account opening. Here are details provided by pop manager.

                      I am Smita Dwivedi, I have applied for correction of last name in my PAN card after my marriage. My PAN correction is approved from the income tax department but pan card is not dispatched yet.

                          I had applied for pan change from nsdl by above acknowledgement number.
                          I had submitted documents for the same via india speed post tracking number eg[protected]in.
                          As per tracking, post was delivered to nsdl pune office on 13/02/2017. (photo graph of tracking attached)
                          But still no any confirmation message received by nsdl.
                          Please guide me from where i got the intimation that my documents are received.

                            I am from facilitated center of pan card, we have submitted pan card forms with nsdl, after many complaints and telephonic disucss, nsld is not helping us, i am providing few ack no of pan applications, status remain same from long time. No help, please look into this matter.

                              My PAN status is still Your application is under process at TIN Facilitation Center. Kindly call[protected] for further processing of your application.'

                              I have applied for the PAN at E-SEVA CENTER TANUKU and enclosed both aadhar card and matriculation certificate as proof of identity and proof of date of birth and passport respectively.

                              I was unable to connect to the aforementioned number as it always seems busy. please give me the reply its an Emergency sir please i request you

                                    I opened a pension account under nps on 27th oct, 2016 through sbi, paikpara - kolkata with pran number:[protected].

                                    Almost four months have passed, i cannot see my e-pran online with photo and signature in place and so far i have not received the physical pran card at my address.
                                    I appreciate your prompt action to resolve the issue and get my pran kit delivered.

                                      I have an issue while applying for PAN card through the NSDL site.

                                      I have successfully made the payment and awaiting for ekyc step registerd with mobile no -[protected], and then session got timed out without acknowledgement number.

                                      Could you please advise, how to proceed from here.

                                        I have aaply for my losted pan card application to the nsdl service. After applying two months pan card app I didn't able to receive my pan card.
                                        When I go to the post office knowing reason behind this. They are gave me reason for behind this nsdl does't write my address and mobile number so this reason I didn't receive my pan card.when I go to the nsdl office located to the my city they didn't accept his mistake and says me gave us 200rs extraa for new pan card application
                                        I didn't satisfied with this answer.
