My PAN acknowledgment number is [protected]. I applied for PAN on 23rd of January, 2017.

My PAN status is still '
Your application is under process at TIN Facilitation Center. Kindly call[protected] for further processing of your application.'

I have applied for the PAN at Karvy centre, Madhapur and enclosed both aadhar card and matriculation certificate as proof of identity and proof of date of birth respectively.

I was unable to connect to the aforementioned number as it always seems busy.

      I have applied for pan card and sent supporting documents through speed post on 03/02/2017. While tracking in Indian Post it is showing as delivered to NSDL Pune on 06/02/2017 but still in NSDL tracking showing as didn't receive documents. I tried many times to customer care but couldn't speak. Please clarify regarding this.

        Hi... I created my pran no[protected] on 24 oct 2016. I am not able to access my account as i do not receive any ipin in the kit. The letter in the kit specifies the process to set up ipin but when i follow that even then it is not working.

        Is there any alternate way to access my account or invest in npsaccount? Looking for a speedy response

          I have been trying to login for a while at nsdl shareholder's login but not able to do so.When I try to reset my password it shows pan and email id don't match with records even though they are the same registered with my broker.

Also, the call centre of TIN-NSDL is filled up with all useless people who don't have any update as they they are trained to give specific answers like pls wait for 48 hours and stuff like that. they have no sense o[censored]nderstanding for applicant's urgency...

                    TAN Application - ack. No. [protected] dated : 24/10/2016 is pending despite sending all documents asked for multiple times. There is no update on website as well. Useless people at call centre. No sense o[censored]rgency for applicants application. Hopeless call centre. Despite travelling to pune from mumbai and getting assurance from TIN-NSDL that the appl will be processed, no movement is visible. Why dont you guys shut shop?

                              An application for issue of PAN Card with correction in PAN Data was filed vide Acknowledgement No. N-[protected] on[protected] . Later checked the status and report states "PAN provided in your request for the New PAN Card/ or Change/ Correction in PAN Data has been deleted / Deactivated by Income Tax Department and is under examination at ITD". Help desk of Aaykar Sampark Kendra suggested to contact Jurisdictional officer.

                              On visit to Jurisdictional officer informed that there are to PAN bearing No. AQZPS5444F and AAAPS5124P. Being the assessee using AAAPS5124P and not aware of issuance of AQZPS5444F suggested by the Jurisdictional officer to submit an application with Indemnity Bond to delete PAN bearing No. AQZPS5444F.

                              An application for deleting PAN bearing No. AQZPS5444F was filed on[protected] at ASK counter of the jurisdictional officer. The same was received by the jurisdictional officer Ward No. 50 (3) on[protected], who forwarded the same to Additional C.I.T Range 50 on[protected]. Request for the Deletion/ Deactivation of PAN bearing No. AQZPS5444F and to retain PAN bearing No AAAPS5124P was approved by Additional C.I.T Range 50.

                              Thereafter Numbers of Calls are made to customer care of NSDL and Income Tax Help desk who keep on giving Complaint Numbers. Ultimately Income Tax Department Help desk ask us to contact only NSDL as their part of Job is over.

                              However again visited the Jurisdictional officer Ward No. 50 (3) on[protected] who raised CBN Pan based query and the status shows PAN bearing No AAAPS5124P is retained for Deactivated PAN bearing No. AQZPS5444F refer the Photo attached.

                              Please look into the matter that why there is long delay in issuing Corrected PAN Card, when the assessee had already complied with the requisite and is being harassed as stated above. Also fix the responsibility of the concerned for any Loss/ Cost to the assessee in this regard. At the End it is again a folded hand request to do the needful to issue PAN Card at the earliest.

There has been no response untill now and the officers are treating me very badly when I am trying to enquire. Can you please help me resolve this. This is very annoying.                                     I use NSDL website to create a new pan card of my family member. Temporary Token are [protected] and [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.116.20+116.20=232.40. using my debit card. MY balance was deducted from the bank on 21/01/2017 but Aadhar verification was not completed due to mobile number is not registered in aadhar card. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode.
