I apply new pan card on nsdl website on 05/10/2020 11:18 pm with nsdl token number [protected], i pay amount Rs:107 transaction id: [protected] by my paytm wallet, the aadhar authentication is failed due to otp not getting, please refund my amount.

      I have opened my NPS account 2 weeks back and have even received my NPS kit, however when i try to reset my IPIN from mobile app for first time login, I get a message of "PRAN not found in database". Request your support.

        I use nsdl website to create a new pan card of my sister. Temporary token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her aadhar verification.
        I have paid an amount of rs.106.90 using my debit card. My balance was deducted from the bank on 14/09/2020 but aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any otp on their registered aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i was checking the status
        "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days". Kindly look into this issue at the earliest.

            Sir, why I didn't get loan I applied my form on 16 August 2020 and today is 20 October. Before that I have already complain about it on 8 October but there is no response.

                From past month i have been trying to fill the online form for pan card but they are not sending the otp after the authentication. I have paid the fee for three times and after some time the site closes saying it is expired. They mentioned that they will refund the amount within a week but it has been a month and i haven't received the amount.

                        Respected Sir,
                        The PAN card was allotted to me on 10/08/2020.
                        Acknowledgement No.- [protected].
                        Then it was dispatched on 31/08/2020 by Trackon Couriers Pvt. Limited.
                        Tracking Id/ AWB No.[protected].
                        When I tracked it on Trackon Couriers Website (trackoncourier.com). It is showing that PAN is delivered on 17/09/2020, while I have not received it yet.
                        Please help me regarding this issue.

                          Today i mad a payment of 14974 through phone pay a person cal me this number and insisted me to nsdl payment banks and asked to send about my pan card and adharcard and by felt it is a suspecisous transaction.                             I have applied on 13 august from then only I am contacting nsdl customer care for resolving my error. I have wrote mails to them manier times and provided all the details which they asked for. But no one from their team is solving my issue. MY last request id at nsdl is 1587525 nad last month's request id was 1495413. Now Its been more than one month I am just waiting for their replies. Now I just want to cancel my application and want my application fees to be refunded.

                                  I had raised pan card update request online on 9th sep 2020. Ack# : n - [protected]. I called to customer care but no one is answering the call. Still the online application status shows as "your request for 'new pan card and/or change/correction in pan data' has been marked for audit by itd and sent back to nsdl for examination'"

                                    I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-kyc aadhaar verification process.
                                    The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhaar verification process.

                                    But the otp page is not coming, even otp is already received on mobile.

                                    Please refund my money, which was already paid.

                                      Today i. E. On 15th september, 2020 i made a payment of 106.90 to nsdl for pan application via google pay. As it is showing on my google pay screen, payment was successfully done but in the nsdl application it showed transaction not successful but the amount of 106.90 has been deducted from my bank account. The upi transaction id is[protected].

                                      I had to pay again the charge via my debit card because of this. I want a refund for this amount as soon as possible.
