I had applied for pan card through e-sign. The address poof had an error and had been mentioned in the last email i had received. As i cannot send the physical address proof right now and since pan card is an emergency for me right now, i would like to either revoke the application and apply for e-pan alone without the physical card or change the existing application to e-pan alone.
I tried to make a new application on the website, made my payment also and now it shows "your request cannot be processed. Please try again later"

    I have applied for pan and i have made payment, after entering otp in esign it displays your request cannot be processed. Please try after sometime. I have tried it for several times. So plz resolve the issue

        Hi.
        I have created the nps account of tier - 1 type. And pran is also generated. But while setting ipin or while login, i am getting error as pran not found in database.

        Could you please help me with this. As i'm not able to access, or even check the contribution made for this pran.

          I have obtained PAN via instant PAN through Aadhaar facility. I have registered in income-tax e-filing portal also. Now I am trying to open a demat account in online portals like Edelweiss or Zerotha however at the time of PAN verification, it states that the PAN is not updated in the ITD Database.

                    I tired to create nps account via online mode. I have filled in the online application, uploaded required documents. While doing initial payment of rs.50000/- the transaction seems to have failed. However, money has been deducted from my bank account.

                    Now i am unable to proceed further with my application and also unable to get the status of the application (It is saying no record found). Could you please check and help. Below are the details :

                        1. They put your call on hold and when i become the 1st caller, the call automatically gets disconnected.

                        2. I registered for enps today 29/07/2020 and paid some amount. I got my pran. I want to access my account by changing password, but it says "unauthorised access". How do i access this?

                            I have completed my online registration of nps account and pran is also generated for the same. E-signed form has also been generated.
                            However when i am trying to set my ipin from the nsdl website and i am constantly getting error 'pran not found in the database'.

                            Kindly help me with this issue, i need to view my account and the status of my contributions

                              Dear nsdl,

                              I had applied for pan on 19/06/2020, acknowledgment number : n - [protected] and i have generated application form duly signed then attached proofs as rental agreement and partnership registration copy.

                              I couriered all hard copies on 07/07/2020, followed the courier and it reached nsdl office on 10/07/2020.

                              But now when i check my pan application status it shows

                              "we have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your pan application. Kindly submit the requisite documents to nsdl to enable us to process your pan application at the earliest. For further details, please read the guidelines and instructions or contact tin call center at[protected]"

                              Please check my application. And reply what i need to do now

                                1. FAULTY REPRINT PAN APPLICATION PAGE:

                                (i) Applying for Reprint of PAN Card from https://www.tin-nsdl.com/

                                (ii) On hitting the option it is redirecting to https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/ReprintEPan.html

                                (iii) After filling all necessary details (PAN number, Aadhaar number, month and year under Date of Birth section), clicking on the check box and filling the Captcha properly while hitting Submit, it says- "Your request could not be processed. Please try after sometime."

                                (iv) Tried several browsers- Internet Explorer (Microsoft Edge), Google Chrome, Mozila Firefox. But issue is happening irrespective of browser.

                                2. CUSTOMER CARE IS VAGUE

                                (i) Filled the Complaint form in the Customer Care section.
                                (ii) After filling all the box and captcha, when hitting submit it says-
                                "Thank You, you request has been submitted successfully and we may get back to you, if required"
                                (iii) However no tocken number or any reference is given as a proof of my complaint and thus not being able to track update on the issue.

                                    I use NSDL website to create a new pan card of my neighbor. Temporary Token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.106.90 using my debit card. MY balance was deducted from the bank on 20/03/2020 but Aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any OTP on their registered Aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. where is the amount of my Pan Application? This problem arises due to their OTP verification failure. I need all my money or create a new pan card. they have to close their webiste if they can't fix the bugs. This is the true failure of Digital India. Do something for a Change..

                                        I have submitted my application for new pan card on 27th july 2020 through esign by uidai. I have also received my acknowledge slip via email where it is written that
                                        "since the application is digitally signed using esign/ekyc, there is no need to forward physical documents"
                                        But when i checked my application status, there i got written
                                        "sorry no record found"

                                        Please look into the matter and provide my pan card.
