1. FAULTY REPRINT PAN APPLICATION PAGE:
(i) Applying for Reprint of PAN Card from https://www.tin-nsdl.com/
(ii) On hitting the option it is redirecting to https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/ReprintEPan.html
(iii) After filling all necessary details (PAN number, Aadhaar number, month and year under Date of Birth section), clicking on the check box and filling the Captcha properly while hitting Submit, it says- "Your request could not be processed. Please try after sometime."
(iv) Tried several browsers- Internet Explorer (Microsoft Edge), Google Chrome, Mozila Firefox. But issue is happening irrespective of browser.

2. CUSTOMER CARE IS VAGUE
(i) Filled the Complaint form in the Customer Care section.
(ii) After filling all the box and captcha, when hitting submit it says-
"Thank You, you request has been submitted successfully and we may get back to you, if required"
(iii) However no tocken number or any reference is given as a proof of my complaint and thus not being able to track update on the issue.
