Dear Sir,

I have been trying to apply for pan application, but with no avail. Every time I try to e-sign the form 49 A online via aadhaar, a message pops up stating "Your request cannot be processed. Please try after sometime."

I have created the nps account and pran is also generated. But while setting ipin/password first time, i am getting error as pran not found in the database. Please help. Thanks....

refund of pan application e-kyc failure.

I applied for pan card today on 09/08/2020. And submitted my application and then did payment of rs.107 /- through paytm. But at the time of adhaar ekyc authentication it failed and is showing the message that, we unable to proceed due to mismatch some details of pan application with uidai database and you application fee will be refunded within seven working days.
I have further attached the screenshot of the above. So how and where...

Hello i have got discrepancy letter for my pan application i have submitted necessary documents still discrepancy has not been removed i have tried to call nsdl customer care but call is not receiving my acknowledgement no [protected]

Non availability of medical facility

I've paid the fee of new pan card online 2 times at first i did the transaction through paytm and second time i've done it through bill desk both of the transaction were failed and highlighting that money was deducted from my account 106.90 rupees twice which costs me 213, this is the condition of our government websites which encourage the people to use another website for govt services. money got deducted no refund till now

Recently i tried to update my pan and paid 107 rs i got the message that money is deducted from account but on the nsdl website it says make a fresh payment your money will be refunded till now my money is not refunded back...

Pan card issuance

Sir,
I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and after the payment, the screen is displaying the e-sign is madatory and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp multiple times and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime'. I am not able to proceed further. Kindly redress the issue at the earliest so that pan card may be issued.

I have applied for online pan card application and had completed paying through online. My pan application token no is [protected].

Have done a transaction worth 8000₹ Towards NPS Contribution subscription through enps site and it was further proceeded by sbi epay through net banking. Transaction was successful and amount deducted in my account. But unfortunately enps said your transaction failed due to session time exceeded and asked to make repayment. unable to verify aadhaar number

Hello,
This is to notify you that i have been unable to verify my aadhaar number. I get the message, "your request cannot be processed. Please try again later.". I have been trying for 3 days.in spite of typing the correct aadhaar number and otp, it gives the same message.
