I linked my pancard with my adhaar card on[protected]. The name on the pancard is incorrect but all details on the aadhaar card are correct. I'm trying to get a reprint done for my pancard as per aadhar authentication. But everytime I try to proceed, Im getting an error message "Your request could not be processed. Please try after sometime."

Can you please help me with this? I have received any token number or any sms for the same.

    Hi,

    I'm a foreign of indian origin who applied for e-pan card: made an online application & the required payment on 05/08/2020.

    I sent all the required documents in post & till date haven't heard anything back. Online application status doesn't show my documents received. I have called on their contact centre no one answers & e-mailed twice: no response till date but an automated acknowledgement for my first e-mail as below:

    Thank you for your email.

    This is an acknowledgement that the email has been received by us with the subject:[external] fwd: pan application - ack. No. N - [protected] dated : 06/08/2020 and the request id assigned to your email is 1490146.

      Hi,

      I had applied pan correction form in nsdl website. Initially the documents was not processed as the communication address name mismatch, i had sent a physical copy of communication address (Aadhar details) to nsdl pune. Still the document is not approved. Why is not approved, the address proof, name mentioned in the aadhar and the pan correction form has same details. Why are you not approving the pan and this is not new pan. Am asking for the correction in the pan name and signature.

      I had applied pan correction form in nsdl website. Initially the documents was not processed as the communication address name mismatch, Later had sent a physical copy of communication address (Aadhar details) to nsdl pune. Still the document is not approved. After Raising Complaint on the address issue in consumercomplaint.in website, the NDSL had resolved the issue on verifying and accepting the physical copy with letter written to the NSDL Pune. after which the PAN issue was resolved and had received the pan to the communicated address. Thanks a lot

        This is my acknowledgment number [protected]. I didn't recieve my pan card yet. I dont known what you are courier service is doing. It is almost 3 months. And you are even not responding to my mails and calls and same with courier service.

          I was applying for pan card and submitted fee but now i donrt want to apply pan and i want my application fee back. I mailed them many time but they are responding acccording to that. They are sending necesaary reply even i did not ask for that information which they are sending me in reply.

              Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.

                Sir/madam,

                I have applied for changes in pan card on 19th August 2020 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number. On completion of the process i have received message like below.

                "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

                  I have created the nps account of tier - 1 type. And pran is also generated. But while setting ipin or while login, i am getting error as "pran not found in database"

                    Dear nsdl team,

                    I was apply online pan card with correction on dt-13th june 2020 all the payment has been done online but still physical pan card i am not received.
                    This concern was already raised earlier also, nsdl team replied "your pan card has been dispatched on 29-jul-2020 by trackon couriers pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no.[protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The pan card will be delivered in due time." dt-29th aug 2020 as per the status shown in the site (Screen shot attached).

                    Please confirm the delivery of physical pan card.
                    After submission of form already 60 days passed.

                      Hi, I am applying PAN Card Online through https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/endUserRegisterContact.html using e-KYC services. I have already done the payment step but I am unable to complete the Aadhar Authentication/"Continue with e-KYC" step. I am constantly getting this error "Your Request Could not be Processed due to some technical issue. Please try after sometime.". I have tried several times, but the error persists. Please help with this as soon as possible. Thanks.
                      For reference my temporary token number is "[protected]"

                          An application vide acknowledgement no. N-[protected] dt.23/07/2020 in name of m/s baya roost was sent to income tax pan services, pune as per speed post ref. No. Eu[protected]in dt.29.07.2020.
                          The track records reveals that it reached pune on on 01/08/2020 and it is yet to be delivered.
                          In absence of pan no. The bank account is not being opened and the business is at stand still.
                          It is very urgent

                            After applying for a new pan card and completing the payment it took me to the aadhar card verification. But when clicking the otp authentication. It says it cannot be processed. It says "our request could not be processed due to some technical issue. Please try after sometime".

                              I have sent and email to the team for the attached error when doing e-kyc and seems to be not working. Tried from different internet browsers and clearing cache aswell.

                                Sir i had odered a reprint of pan card on 9th august 2020 through nsdl but i had not recived acknowledgement no. And conformation details and thats why i am unable to track my application. But my account is debited with rs.50 i had try many times to contact their helpline but they put my call on hold for a long time and that after call get disconnected please help me.
