PRAN not found in database error while setting password

Hi customer support,

I registered for NPS today (2-Dec-2020) and got my PRAN number but when I try to login for the first time to set my password, it gives me an error "PRAN not found in database". Kindly help....

Pran not found in database while setting pin

I have created the NPS account of tier - 1 &2 today(29/11/2020) and pran is also generated. But while setting ipin or while login, i am getting error as pran not found in database. There is no response from customer care

Could you please help resolve this ASAP. I am not able to access, or even check the contribution made for this PRAN. Pleas find the below details:

Pran not found in database what to do

I have created pran[protected] today(29/11/2020) and i have received the pran id card. while setting ipin or trying to login to my account but it always says pran not found in database. Pls do the needful. Thanks....

Cannot make payment online for reprint of PAN card

I logged to NSDL website for reprint of my PAN card as the photograph on my PAN card has faded.

It took me whole day fill the information online. For two hours I kept trying but it kept on saying " Please fill in correct captcha" when every time I was filling the correct one.

The customer care support told me to use Internet Explorer. I did the same and got Temporary token no.

Then the documents...

Amount deducted for PAN card application not refunded

I have tried to re apply for Pan Rs106.00 deducted due to payment gateway amount was not reflected by NSDL. Again I have logged and process payment. this time payment reflected and I am able to complete application process.

Getting Error as PRAN not found in database

I had created a NPS account and after completion of payment i got PRAN and Transaction details but didn't get any welcome kit in email.

and while trying to set ipin got error as PRAN not found in database.

Please help me here to resolve this query.

Completed payment but no otp generated at last step

After I completed the payment and reached the final stage to submit otp I didn't get a single otp msg niether in my messenger nor my email till now and it was around 3 am when I submitted the form which cuts out the possibility of traffic in internet. Please explain to me this undedicated and half-hearted sevices of the income tax department, or else refund me my money. I have to go and get it manually submitted....

Error in registration payment

Sir while k was doing payment an error occurred and payment could not be completed. Now again whem I am completing mu regjstration form it is not oppening. Error is showing that- payment confirmation is pending from payment gateway. Please try after aome time.

Delay in Reprint of Pan Card

I lost my Pancard on Oct 16, 2020 and i applied for the reprint the same day throuigh an Akshaya Centre. i has been over a month and i still havent recieved any correspondence regarding the same. i tried to check the application status through UTITSL but it shows no record found.
Please help....

PRAN number not in database

Sir/Madam, I got my PRAN activated on 17/7/2020 and my PRAN number is[protected]. I have been making contribution online regularly. But now whenever I try to login to check my status and account it says that my PRAN number is not in the database. I even tried using the POP SP details to log in into my account but it says invalid. Kindly help. My email is [protected]@gmail.com....

I have not received interest of Rs. 610.50 on sovereign gold bond. I have received communication from [protected]@nsdl.com on 11.08.2020 about interest payment already done by NSDL. I have not received the amount till date and I have been following up with the said mail id and also over phone, NSDl people are not bothered to reply. Please look into it and credit the amount.
