I have completed my online registration of nps account and pran is also generated for the same. E-signed form has also been generated.
However when i am trying to set my ipin from the nsdl website and i am constantly getting error 'pran not found in the database'.

Kindly help me with this issue, i need to view my account and the status of my contributions

    Dear nsdl,

    I had applied for pan on 19/06/2020, acknowledgment number : n - [protected] and i have generated application form duly signed then attached proofs as rental agreement and partnership registration copy.

    I couriered all hard copies on 07/07/2020, followed the courier and it reached nsdl office on 10/07/2020.

    But now when i check my pan application status it shows

    "we have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your pan application. Kindly submit the requisite documents to nsdl to enable us to process your pan application at the earliest. For further details, please read the guidelines and instructions or contact tin call center at[protected]"

    Please check my application. And reply what i need to do now

      1. FAULTY REPRINT PAN APPLICATION PAGE:

      (i) Applying for Reprint of PAN Card from https://www.tin-nsdl.com/

      (ii) On hitting the option it is redirecting to https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/ReprintEPan.html

      (iii) After filling all necessary details (PAN number, Aadhaar number, month and year under Date of Birth section), clicking on the check box and filling the Captcha properly while hitting Submit, it says- "Your request could not be processed. Please try after sometime."

      (iv) Tried several browsers- Internet Explorer (Microsoft Edge), Google Chrome, Mozila Firefox. But issue is happening irrespective of browser.

      2. CUSTOMER CARE IS VAGUE

      (i) Filled the Complaint form in the Customer Care section.
      (ii) After filling all the box and captcha, when hitting submit it says-
      "Thank You, you request has been submitted successfully and we may get back to you, if required"
      (iii) However no tocken number or any reference is given as a proof of my complaint and thus not being able to track update on the issue.

          I use NSDL website to create a new pan card of my neighbor. Temporary Token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.106.90 using my debit card. MY balance was deducted from the bank on 20/03/2020 but Aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any OTP on their registered Aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. where is the amount of my Pan Application? This problem arises due to their OTP verification failure. I need all my money or create a new pan card. they have to close their webiste if they can't fix the bugs. This is the true failure of Digital India. Do something for a Change..

              I have submitted my application for new pan card on 27th july 2020 through esign by uidai. I have also received my acknowledge slip via email where it is written that
              "since the application is digitally signed using esign/ekyc, there is no need to forward physical documents"
              But when i checked my application status, there i got written
              "sorry no record found"

              Please look into the matter and provide my pan card.

                  Hello,
                  I am trying to login first time in nps portal through pran and its saying that "pran not found in database". Please help.

                  Message which i received from registration portal.

                  Your enps account (Pran[protected] has been opened. Please esign the registration form or send the printed form to cra at the earliest. Pran kit is expected to be delivered in 10 working days.

                      Sir,

                      I open an atal pension yojana (Apy) and contribute regularly. But i unable to track my contribution. So, while i trying to create ipin, system shows an error massage 'pran not found in database'. Please resolve the issue as early as possible or send my ipin password to my mobile no. Or email id.

                            I m not able to complete pending registration by logging in. An error is displayed as "registration against this acknowledgment id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway. Please try after sometime". Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.

                              I applied for reprint of my pan card and made a payment of 50 rs using upi, but the payment failed. So i tried again and 2nd time it was successful. So please refund my 50 rs for which i made payment earlier.

                                Token appliction number [protected] i use nsdl website to reprint pan card of my mother. Temporary token is [protected]. My balance was deducted from the bank on 2/07/2020 but aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any otp on their registered aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days." but i didn't reserved any refund from nsdl till now total 4 tokens has created 464rs toatl amount

                                  I have a pran account[protected] which was created for my apy scheme. Now whenever i am trying to login to the nsdl site it's saying that the prad not found in database. So, due to this i am not getting able to check my statement properly.

                                  Note - this account is opened more than one year ago.

                                  Now the next problem is, today i have opened a nps tier 1 account and found that a different pran number is created (Pran allotted[protected].

                                  But as per my understanding one can have only one pran account. So, need your help to resolve this issue.

                                  I also tried to call the board number but it's not connecting or no one is picking up.

                                      Initial contribution to nps deducted but the status of payment coming as "pending confirmation". After re login, i cannot find status of my payment anywhere, i'm being asked for pay again for initial contribution
                                      What is the status of payment?

                                      Can't react out to customer care via phone, the call gets cut after being on hold for several minutes
