        I was making application for issue of duplicate PAN as my original pan card is lost..
        But after filing the application and making the payment there is an error showing mismatch of field.
        I have entered the correct information while filing the form.. I'm attaching the screen shots of the payments made & transaction id.
        Kindly process my refund..

          Hello team,

          Sorry for the inconvenience, if you are not the correct point of contact to check this issue.

          I was trying to open an nps account online, and was able to make the payment from my bank account, and the amount got deducted, but the payment interface did not redirect me back to nps portal, and it said the web site was not reachable.

          Acknowledgement number: 11178501

          Since it failed to redirect, i tried to continue with ack number from nps portal, but payment was not confirmed and i did payment 2 times and have got the same error.

          Kindly help me to resolve this issue and let me know if you need any further information.

            I have open a nps account today when i am trying to set ipin then i am getting error message of "pran not found in database". Please confirm is there any time span in which i have to wait for account creation.

              I had applied pan and successfully completed the transaction of 106.90 rupees. After the payment it is said that a problem with e-kyc. Please resolve my problem and initiate the refund.

                  Your request for 'new pan card and/or change/correction in pan data' cannot be processed as pan holder details provided by you in the application do not match with pan holder details in the income tax department (Itd) database. A letter dated 10-jul-2020 is being / has been dispatched to you communicating the differences in pan details. For clarifications contact tin call centre at[protected]

                      Hello sir/madam,

                      My name is suhail ahmed kutbuddin. Shaikh and i fill the form online through the enps online portal. After the filling all the required information i have made the payment through net banking of my canara bank account of rupees 500.71 and its debited from my account but enps page is got the error cant reach the webite. I thought payment was bounced and i made another payment of rupees 500.71 but the same error on the enps website and amount was debited from my account but on wesite there is no information about the payment and receipt. Please help me and i really need the enps account. My detais are below.

                      Acknowledgement date. 08/07/2020.
                      Amount. 500.71 + 500.71 total 1001.42 rupees

                          I had applied with nsdl online for a change in my pan details. My pan no is fagpb5292g. The acknowledgement no for my online application is[protected]. My application was rejected stating that the proofs submitted did not match in income tax department data base. Kindly refund my pan processing fee.

                            Hi team,

                            I had raised pan card update request online on 2nd july 2020 with all supporting documents. Ack# [[protected]]. Nsdl call center number is not reachable and my application status is showing as “the online application status shows as "your request for 'new pan card and/or change/correction in pan data' has been marked for audit by itd and sent back to nsdl for examination'"
                            I haven’t received any further communication from nsdl. How much time it will take to get my updated pan

                              I filled out the pan card change form on the website. I completed the application and paid the fee as required through net banking. The money was transferred from my bank account, inspite of this no acknowledge number was generated. When i tried to log in again, it is asking me to pay the fee. This is the third time and the email address provide to me when i registered for application does not respond even after several reminders.
                              Please look in to matter,

                                  With reference to my PAN CARD number AUHPA1480F, it is showing duplicate the same PAN number with another person, Means issued the same PAN number for 2 people.

                                  when I login to download it is showing as below

                                  PAN ( AUXXXXXX0F ) entered by you is not in proper status in Income Tax Department Database. Please write to us at dpr.[protected]@nsdl.co.in with colour copy of PAN Card to look into the matter.

                                  It is affecting my credit score as well as unsafe for financial transactions.

                                  Looking forward to your help to resolve the issue.

                                  Please find the attached PAN CARD copy and Adhaar Card copy which is linked with PAN ...

                                    I've submitted pan application on 07.07.2020 and made the payment via utiitsl. The payment is deducted from my bank account but the pan application is showing that the e-kyc is unable to get processed. The amount is neither refunded nor the request for pan is completed.
