My pran no is[protected]. When i want to pay my contribution it is getting as pran number not in database. What i want to do. Resolve the problem and tell me the status for my nps account. Please communicate whith my mail id: lenin. [protected]@gmail.com.

When I open NPS login I'd I will get pran not in data base invalid id Why for what reason please reply me

      I have applied for change in my pan card through e-sign/e-kyc mode. On completion I received acknowledgement number and filled form. I received a mail stating if application is signed through esign mode no need to send physical documents to Pune office. But when i checked my application status it states "sorry, no record found."
      So what’s the problem.
      Do I have to physically send my documents?

          Please help me out to resolve the issue, pran is not there on database, how to pay the premium everything. Its very difficult to find the options. Why so non user friendly buttons you govt will create dont know.

            The status is: "pan has been allotted by the income tax department, your pan card is under process at nsdl and will be despatched to you shortly." can i know when i can be able to get my physical copy of pan card

              Sir/madam,

              I have applied for duplicate pan card on 26 may 2020 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number. On completion of the process i have received message like below.

              "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

              If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

              But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

                    Hi sir/mam

                    I am sneha sahay subscriber of apy since 2015. My pran number is[protected] and bank account number is 01004262. Since april, 2020 the ecs amount is not debited from my corporation bank account. I am also not able to login and view the transaction details on site:
                    https://npslite-nsdl.com/CRAlite/EPranAPYOnloadAction.do.

                    Request you to help for ecs debit on regular basis and help me to login in apy site.

                              I have often mailed on customer support email and phone no one responded. I was made transaction on netmed 03/04/2020 1215*2=2430
                              I was use nsdl jiffy platinum rupay debit card pay through paypal.
                              Netmed automatically cancelled my order due to lockdown and paypal sent back my refund in original payment method nsdl jiffy platinum rupay debit card.
                              But my amount not credited in my account after 1 month 11 days.
                              Already lots of mail done but not responding.
                              If you will not respond then i will do complain on consumer court i am attaching the proof of my account how much total transaction made and how much refund received.
                              And which transaction not received refund everything i am attaching.

                                    I have been trying to open a new demat account in angel broking. I completed all the steps, including the e signature. After that it redirected me to the nsdl website where i was asked to enter the aadhar number. After entering it, it said an otp would be sent to my email and mobile, but nothing came even after making a lot of attempts at different times.
