I am an lic agent, my swavalambhan account was opened by lic. Every year about 2000+ rupees is deducted from my account under this scheme from the last 15 years. nsdl failure of the e-kyc during this time

I applied for the pan card today by 10:30 and paid the fees through my debit card but the e-kyc failed due to which it displayed the following message :

pran details not exist

Sir,

I open an atal pension yojana (Apy) and contribute regularly. But i unable to track my contribution. So, while i trying to create ipin, system shows an error massage 'pran not found in database'. Please resolve the issue as early as possible or send my ipin password to my email id.

When I'm applying for new pan card and pay the fee through net banking than the transaction was failed but money debited from my bank account.

I had registered nps on 25.04.2019.i had got pran number also but when I'm trying to login in. Nsdl site. There showing as pran number is not found in database.

same issue as pran not found in database

When I am trying to generate my I Pin, it is showing that pran not in database however I am continuing my APY since 2015.So I can't log in to my account because i am getting the same error message every time Pran not available in database. Please solve it asasp.

Hi,

I would like to know how much time it will take to receive ipin over email. I have created nps account on 11 april 2020. I have received pran yesterday but i am not able to use it the website for login.

Also i was not not able to esign due to small issue for which i have raised a grievance in the portal and below is the number for the same
