esign/ekyc pan application status shows no record found

Sir/madam,

I have applied for new pan card through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number.

But when i checked my application status, it was shown "sorry, no record found." but i also got my e pan still it is showing same message.

Please check my application and see in this issue.

payment not refunded back from nsdl which was made through paytm

Sir, i had made a payment through paytm on nsdl website for corrections in pan card of amount rs 106.90. The amount was successfully deducted from my paytm, but the payment got failed showing, "your previous payment has failed, the amount will be refunded back, please make a new payment." please help me in getting my refund back from nsdl website. I have applied for pan details correction and opted for e-sign facility. After the payment, i started e-sign verification using the aadhar number. I have successfully provided otp multiple times, which were verified correctly. However, i continue to receive the notification that "your request cannot be processed. Please try after some time".

esign window expired after paying the charges for pan card correction

I have tried to correct my pan record in nsdl online services, after paying the amount, esign has been timeout automatically and i did not get any acknowledgment or instructions after the session time out. How can i get my charges that i have paid for correction? This is not a good service where time out is happening after paying the charges. Now i cannot...

aadhaar ekyc stuck at top page for pan card page

I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign verification process which is second option.

The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp multiple times and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime'. It has been 2 days. I am not able to proceed further. Pfa error message....

I was trying to change my communication address, mobile and E-mail so I applied PAN change application through NSDL. all the necessary steps are done documents are successfully submitted through e-sign with NSDL which is second option from drop down menu. nsdlpan- redispatch of pan card

Dear sir/madam,

I had applied for a new pan card in the name of aashifa urf sania khan which was despatched to my address on 19-oct-2019 by trackon couriers pvt ltd vide awb no.[protected]. And i couldn’t receive the pan card as i wasn't available at that time.

After a few days, i tried contacting the delivery person but he said that he had returned it to the sender's address.

I have been provided with the acknowledgment number for new pan card application online through e-sign mode today. But wanted to check the status but shows no record found message when providing the acknowledgment number. The number is [protected].
Also i tried twice before this and was given two different token numbers which finally failed to be complete after the payments. So i am expecting the refund for those two failed applications...

nsdl online pan application request cannot be processed

I applied for duplicate pan card online through nsdl e-governance infrastructure. After deducting money and after all the process is completed including e-sign and aadhar verification is successful the nsdl site says "your request cannot be processed, please try after some time"

I have repeated the e-sign and aadhar verification a number of time successfully, but the same problem.

I tried to apply for pan card online through e-sign. I entered the correct details and amount was deducted. I also did the aadhar verification multiple times. for making fool their customers and wasting their precious time

I am priyanshu shrivastava i applied for pan card on 5 feb 2020 and i got a email which contains my e pan card and nsdl shows me that it's expected delivery in on 15 feb 2020 but still it is not delivered to me and when i check my pan status on nsdl it shows expected date but when i check status at courier company's website it shows that courier is delivered to me, i want to know how is it possible they are making their costumers fool collectively...

nsdl failure of the ekyc

I applied for the pan card approx one month before and paid the fees through my debit card but the e-kyc failed due to which it displyed the following message :
Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days.
now its been over a month but...

I use e-kyc option for her aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.106.96 using my debit card. My balance was deducted from the bank on 08/03/2020 but aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any otp on their registered aadhar card mobile...
