Hello team,

I am sandip s, i have tried to open enps account with process mentioned on site below

https://enps.nsdl.com/eNPS/OnlineSubscriberRegistration.html?appType=main

My enps registration fail during payment section and i tried to continue registration process but registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway. The massage show always "acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway. Please try again after sometime"

Below details are for your reference, waiting for quick resolution as need to deposit money on nps account asap also my company also contribute on it.

Hello Team,

I am still facing issue and it really frustrating that as its not in my hand and no response from CRA guys to resolve this issue. I need to resolution of it as soon as possible.
Please help me to fix it for more details you can see trailing mail of below details.

Why it marked resolved not sure, as CRA or NSDL (eNPS registration team) haven't resolved this issue and its still pending from this govt. nsdl organization or eNPS registration team.

I haven't get any resolution from CRA or NSDL or eNPS ragistration team, please reopen it.

    I have made payment of Rs.106.9 to NSDL eGov to make some changes in my PAN under order 101005172926823012020040211579720221000 on 23 January 2020 but during the payment, I have received a "payment failed message", but the amount was deducted and I have not received any refund yet.

    I have registered my complaint in Paytm help centre and they have responded that payment was successful (Note: Kindly check attachment).

    I also have registered the complaint on NSDL portal but not received any response.

    Now if I am trying to check my application status on NSDL Portal using with Temporary Token Number it is still asking for fresh payment again. kindly check and fix it.

    It has been more than 2months but I have not received Rs.106.9 back into my account if the transaction has been failed.

    Sir, i have applied for new pan card on 31 march 2020 and I received my eSigned pan card on 1 april 2020 but when i goes to verify it, website says "no record found on given PAN" . Please tell me what should i do or help me out .

      I am customer of nps from 29.09.2014. I opened this nps account with aggregator - margdarshak financial services limited in 2014. After that i received my pran card by post. I invested rs. 1000/- in 2014 in the said account, & after that i forgot to invest the money on yearly basis. Now i want to reactivate & invest money for tax rebate in the said scheme under 80d. So i called my aggregator for the investment but i was unable to trace. So i tried to invest the money online by using your official website, i also don't have login id & password to get through. Also i understand that my pran no. Is not registered in database.

        I create a new pan card of my friend using nsdl website. Temporary token is generated. I use e-kyc option for her aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.106.90 using my upi id. My bank reference id :[protected]. My balance was deducted from the bank on 17/03/2020 but aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any otp on their registered aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days." within 7 days no refund amount is received

          I have a nps account started on[protected], when i tried to found my pran details on nsdl official website it is showing pran no. Not found in database, although i have received only 1 annual statement on 2011, after that i have not received any account statement nor i'm able to find my pran details on website.

            Dear sir,
            I was applied for new pan card in the name of m/s. Uma bhushan on 12 march'20. I transfer payment 0f rs.106.90 to[protected] inb avenues india private limited[protected]igaihjiou2, amount was deducted from account but unfortunately it was not further processed to nsdl.

            As pan card was required urgently therefore i processed payment through another method and i was expecting that the amount deducted from my account will be automatically refunded in my account. But till now it is not refunded.
            Please arrange to refund the amount in my account from which it was deducted.

                I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign verification process which is second option. From drop down i selected c-dac.
                The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp multiple times and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime'. I am not able to proceed further.

                    I applied for the pan card on 16/03/2019 and paid the fees through my debit card but the e-kyc failed due to which it displyed the following message :
                    Your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days.

                      I applied for pan card address change and reprint through nsdl website. Money has been paid through my netbanking rs 106.90. E-kyc is done and in final step message is received that your request cannot be processed please try after some time. I tried twice but same error message.                         Urgent!!! My acknowledgement number is 11118070 and the acknowledgement date is 26/03/2020. When i try to complete pending registration, i get the message "registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway. Please try again after sometime." i am getting this message for the last 10 hours.

                            I have applied for new pan card on 6th november 2017 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

                            "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                            If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                            But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

                              I was applying for Pan Card and I choose the first option "i.e. Fill Through E-Kyc'' I filled my Application Perfectly and Paid Money After That I Authenticated My Aadhaar Through OTP But At Last When E-Sign Through VID/AADHAAR Ask Me To Authenticate I Tried to do and Filled The OTP Many Times but Evertime it says

                                  My payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process.
                                  I entered correct otp multiple times and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime'. It has been 4 days. I am not able to proceed further.

                                    Sir/madam,

                                    I have applied for new pan card on 24th march 2020 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

                                    "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                                    If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                                    But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

                                    Please check my application

Further, PAN applicants are requested to note that on account of COVID-19 outbreak and Govt. advisories issued in this context, there will be delays in dispatch of PAN cards. We request you to use the e-PAN provided on email. The same is valid and acceptable. For any further clarification you may write to us at [protected]@nsdl.co.in.
