I applied for the pan card approx one month before and paid the fees through my debit card but the e-kyc failed due to which it displyed the following message :
Your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days.
Now its been over a month but...

I have applied for correction pan card on 05/03/2020 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

"thank you for using online facility for pan application.

If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

Pan application token number [protected] on dated 15/02/2020 fees rs. Paid 106.90. Pan application made in the name of devika stvankumar
Shah. But some technical or data not provided in form so application reject. But till the time i have not received said refund amount. Please do the necessary at early. I hope favourable reply me. If any further information and document / proof required let me know early....

E-kyc for my mother (Senior citizen) failed after payment with below message.

Your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days.

pran not found in database - issue with nps

Hi.
I have created the nps account of tier - 1 type. And pran is also generated. But while setting ipin or while login, i am getting error as pran not found in database.

Could you please help me with this. As i'm not able to access, or even check the contribution made for this pran.

Respected sir,
I have applied for e-pan on nsdl through e-kyc aadhar on 21/02/20 around 2.30 am, and i received message that you have been allotted pan number and can be downloaded through the provided mail in pan application. But i didnt received any mail where i can download my pan.
So i use nsdl pan downloading link and downloaded my epan but verifying pan through e-filing it says no record found for such pan.

refund of failed transaction

I used nsdl website to create a new pan card of myself. My temporary token is [protected]. I used e-kyc option for aadhar verification. I paid an amount of rs.106.90 using paytm twice. My first transaction failed and the site told to repay so i payed another rs106.90 which takes the total to rs213.8. My balance was deducted from my paytm account on 25/02/2020 but aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any otp on my registered...

I have no receive my refund to deducted any amount

I use nsdl website to create a new pan card of my neighbor. Temporary token is [protected]. I payment to nsdl through my debit card, but payment failed, so my pan card not create, but 107.00 amount deducted my bank account on 27/01/2020. Then i make another payment and this payment failed. 2 times payment faild on 31/01/2020 and total 107+107=214 amount deducted my bank.22 day passes yet but i have no received any of my refund this 2 payment....

pan not print even after 11 months

We have applied for a pan for trust in feburary 2019. Some objection was marked which we provided clarification. Since then we are chasing up and each and every time nsdl people on call just say we have sent application to language expert please wait for 5-10 day. While waiting for 5-10 days 1 year has been lapsed but pan is not printed by them. Please resolve the issue at the earliest.
