Sir/madam,

I have applied for new pan card through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number.

But when i checked my application status, it was shown "sorry, no record found." but i also got my e pan still it is showing same message.

Please check my application and see in this issue.

    Sir, i had made a payment through paytm on nsdl website for corrections in pan card of amount rs 106.90. The amount was successfully deducted from my paytm, but the payment got failed showing, "your previous payment has failed, the amount will be refunded back, please make a new payment." please help me in getting my refund back from nsdl website.       I have applied for pan details correction and opted for e-sign facility. After the payment, i started e-sign verification using the aadhar number. I have successfully provided otp multiple times, which were verified correctly. However, i continue to receive the notification that "your request cannot be processed. Please try after some time".

        Pan application - token. No. [protected] dated :[protected]:21:09.52

        I have tried to correct my pan record in nsdl online services, after paying the amount, esign has been timeout automatically and i did not get any acknowledgment or instructions after the session time out. How can i get my charges that i have paid for correction? This is not a good service where time out is happening after paying the charges. Now i cannot continue, its asking me to start new form again and pay again. What kind of online service it's? Seems simply looting people money by the name of online services.

          I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign verification process which is second option.

          The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp multiple times and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime'. It has been 2 days. I am not able to proceed further. Pfa error message.

            Sir/madam,

            I have applied for new pan card on 6th november 2017 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

            "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

            If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

            But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

                  I was trying to change my communication address, mobile and E-mail so I applied PAN change application through NSDL. all the necessary steps are done documents are successfully submitted through e-sign with NSDL which is second option from drop down menu. My payment also got deducted but during AADHAR Authentication it ask for OTP as soon as I enter OTP and hit submit option it says "Your Request cannot be processed. Please try after sometime" every time. Please help me.

                    I had applied for a new pan card in the name of aashifa urf sania khan which was despatched to my address on 19-oct-2019 by trackon couriers pvt ltd vide awb no.[protected]. And i couldn’t receive the pan card as i wasn't available at that time.

                    After a few days, i tried contacting the delivery person but he said that he had returned it to the sender's address.

                      I have been provided with the acknowledgment number for new pan card application online through e-sign mode today. But wanted to check the status but shows no record found message when providing the acknowledgment number. The number is [protected].
                      Also i tried twice before this and was given two different token numbers which finally failed to be complete after the payments. So i am expecting the refund for those two failed applications also. Temporary token numbers are 1.[protected] and 2.[protected]. Please refund for the same. Also solve my above query of acknowledgement number no record found issue.

                          I applied for duplicate pan card online through nsdl e-governance infrastructure. After deducting money and after all the process is completed including e-sign and aadhar verification is successful the nsdl site says "your request cannot be processed, please try after some time"

                              I am priyanshu shrivastava i applied for pan card on 5 feb 2020 and i got a email which contains my e pan card and nsdl shows me that it's expected delivery in on 15 feb 2020 but still it is not delivered to me and when i check my pan status on nsdl it shows expected date but when i check status at courier company's website it shows that courier is delivered to me, i want to know how is it possible they are making their costumers fool collectively as we all know that pan number is very confidential please help me and i want my wasted time to be refund in another form by faulty company and want to know that why they make such collab to frauds.                                   I applied for the pan card approx one month before and paid the fees through my debit card but the e-kyc failed due to which it displyed the following message :
                                  Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days.
                                  now its been over a month but neither the refund has come nor e-kyc has completed.

                                    Dear all sir/madam,

                                    My name is sajan meitei, and i am 28 years old guy.
                                    I want to file a complaint against my father. He is a ex service man and he did so many mistakes inside the family.

                                    He married a second women without giving a divorce to my mom.
                                    Secondly, we are stating with each other now but my mother is getting only 30% pension and for this also my father abused, my father fight with my mom on an daily basis. I am getting married on june 2019, my wife is pregnant now. But they are not treating well with her.

                                    Mah aaplogse itna chahata hu ki meri ko 50% mile pension aur mere aise baap ko saja mile. Bilkul jaruri hai yeee. Kyuki woh janwar hai. What is life he don't know please please please all the officers achcha se sochna aur please hamare ish family matter pe help kare.. Hum baut thak chuke hai. Hamesha meri maaa ko maarne ka ghar se nikal dene ka dhamki deta hai. Aise maahol pe hum nahi rhe paarahe hai.. Mah tou chahata hu ki pension rok dohhh yaaa 2 saadi karne kaa saja dohh.. Aaplogki aur se kuchh nahi hota naa tou assam rifle se humlogoka bharosha hat jaayega.

                                    Mah public court mah v complaint karne wala hu ishse pehele mah aap logoka jawab sunna chahata ahu ki assam rifle ek indian rules ke hisaab se agar koi jawan aisa kare apne family ke saath tou ushka saja kya hota hai.

                                      I use nsdl website to create a new pan card of my neighbor. Application no is n[protected]. I use nsdl website to create a new pan card of my neighbor. Temporary token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.106.96 using my debit card. My balance was deducted from the bank on 08/03/2020 but aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any otp on their registered aadhar card mobile...

                                      nps: pran number not found in database

                                      Dear sir/madam,

                                      I have a pran account no[protected] for nps but whenever i am trying to set ipin in nps cra it is showing pran not found in database, i am facing the problem right after i got my pran and i have stopped my installments.

                                      Please help me to resolve the issue as early as possible. After i can set my ipiin i will continue my contribution for nps.
