Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Failed application Refund Didn't received

Respected,
I have applied for the pan card on 23rd January and the application is failed due to ekyc failed and i got the message that your refund will be credited in 7 working days but still it is not credited in my account and also didn't get any correct response from the customer care of NSDL.
