I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-kyc aadhar verification process. The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp three times and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime.' My token no is: [protected] Email: t. [protected]@gmail.com Dob: 28/10/1994 There is nothing great that nsdl is doing by paying these customer care # if they don't know how to handle customer queries or concerns. Moreover, their website said the same statement, then what is the point of keeping telephonic customer care? This is worst policy of nsdl and the it infrastructure is unbelievably poor. मेने 6/6/2017 के रोज e-kyc के जरीये पानकार्ड के लीये sbi debit card के जरीये पैसे कटवा तो 116.20 rs खाते मे कट गये लेकीन उसके बावजुद फीर से पैसे मंग रहे है। तो मेरा पैसा refund कब होगा।
