I have applied for a new pan card in the name of "THE CAN-TE3N" which dispatched our address in 06/06/2019. I couldnot received the Pan card as our address . Respected sir, recently I was trying to apply for pan card online but due to the failed attempt of OTP verification, my e-KYC through aadhar card was not completed and the amount was deducted from my account, there was a message that you will get you refund within 7 seven working days but there is no response still.
