[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — request for duplicate pan

I have lossed my pan card and alredy applied for issue of duplicate pan card on 10.03.2018 through online mode.

Sent the signed copy of acknowledgement to nsdl centre, they are saying that form is old one

I am apply for online pan in process & I m pay 115 rupees with payment ref:- no 1010017951603080120181250541515396054725 but next process my mobile no is not seeded in aadhar card, then my token is rejected. Write to 15 days to refund money but my money is not refund what can I do for.

I have filled all the details required for the online PAN card application.
I received the following acknowledgement number from NSDL.

When i typed in this number to track my application, it said "no record available"

PAN card vide Ack no N-881051170035573 has been dispatched on March 16, 2018 by Velex Courier vide AWB no. 23302122767 .
I have been struggling with completing a PAN application online.

I still get this message when I complete my PAN application. This happens when i click "Continue with e-sign/e-kyc" button.

"Your Request Could not be Processed. Please try after sometime."
