Dear sir, I applied for a new pan card on 15 jan, 2019 and you dispatched it on 21jan, 2019 but unfortunately my house was locked when my local postman reached at my home for delivery of the post as we were away at that time. After 3-4days when i contacted my postman, he replied that he kept it for 2days and then returned it to the address of the sender. I, therefore, request you to re-dispatch my pan card at my address.
