Today I am complaining about nykaa 's customer care services.I have called today at least 35 to 40 times and whenever I call customer care service, computarised voice says that executives are busy..They are not responding. The worst customer care service I have ever seen.I just want to know my order status which I ordered on 5th December.They always say that my product will be dispatched but at the end of the day no change is there.I am worried because I already paid the bills . My order #[protected] which i placed on 5th december 2016 has'nt been received yet and the customer care is also not responding(showing all the executives are busy). I have already made the payment online.

The same thing happened with me. I am worried because I've already made the payment online. I actually did get through their customer service and all they kept saying was that they'll dispatch the package as soon as they can.
My money is not refunded and no answer of my mails through customer care since so many days
