I booked a ola bike ride at Bhubaneswar airport. A ola guy came and said you have a big bag. I cant take it. I informed him about my luggage and beefore ride. He was asking extra money for the ride. So i denied. He scolded me with my mothers and sisters name. After that i captured the video of that guy. He cancelled my ride. I booked another ride and proceeded to acharya bihar. When i was travelling from airport to acharya bihar that guy scoled me. I stopped there. He told me to kill me. I called 100. It didn't work. Please look into this matter. The ola guy name is santosh mohanty. His phone no is [protected].

    27th october 3.30p.m CRN[protected] ride no it was booked from my number [protected]. driver closed the trip on completion and it showed 428 whereas I had booked for 281 or so. Ihad shown the driver and taken up with ola support and they have informed original fare and so paid only 281. But ola had blocked my account and say
    they have issued refund voucher in my account for 147 which was not reflected for long.
    I am not eligible for any refund and informed them to cancell the refund voucher and close the matter. But they are asking to pay and when I book message comes to pay the dues. In the available email I had sent clear details and someone spoke and told him also clearly.
    I had informed so that driver should not loose in this.
    There is no way to contact ola and they do not respond. They can close the matter by adjusting refund voucher.
    When I have not got anything how I can pay first.

      I have updated new mobile number and suddenly they block the account saying within 24hours after verification, they will update.it is somewhere 3rd of December. My walled was blocked so I could use that money.

      I requested several times and till date, they have not unblocked the account.even I requested to deactivate account after money is returned to source account. But pathetic they all are and they customer support system.

        We had recently booked the cab with Vehicle No.MH05DK1783

        Driver Name - Salman - [protected]

        He was about to reach at pick up location within 10 mints, We were calling him couple of times we waited for almost half hour, he was saying will reach but he couldnt turn up

        When we called him he behaved flippant with us and if he does not wanted to travel why did he accept the booking ?

        Also he denied to cancel the booking without which were unable to book other car

        Very BAD experience

        Kindly take action against him

              Hi Team,
              My issue is not resolved and my ticket marked as close with remarks that we don't understand ur concern.
              Even did not receive any call back from Ola.
              I have called so many times and told all the concern to ur customer care executive, if she was not able to mention all the details in remarks so where is the gap.
              Now my first concern is, if I select my exact drop location then why I have charged extra 73km i.e 730 this was my second ride from same destination to drop destination then why I have charged extra.
              Another issue is about toll tax charges, as we know there is no hike in toll taxes then why I charged just double 805/- in place of 415/-.
              I have paid the amount through Paytm and I m attaching the screenshots of the payment.
              It seems like fraud.
              Fraud driver, worthless executive.
              I m waiting for my money back since 1-December. It's very disappointed.
              Pls team, resolve the both issue and return my money back.
              Price was same at the booking time of my 2 rides but second time, why extra charges has been charged by you. All are attached. Pls check.

                The driver was asking me extra money after entering the OTP . I said I will not give extra money . Of so I will raise a compliance against you. He told me thats ok no problem but ge me extra 20rs

                  Hello,
                  OLA cab CRN [protected]
                  On 28th of November I booked an Ola outstation from my Home location(Salt Lake, Kolkata) to Baharampur(Murshidabad). The payment mode I have selected was cash. Upon reaching the destination when I asked the driver to stop the trip the driver said he can’t login into his ola mobile app as he forgot the PIN. Then the driver asked for cash payment as the payment method I had selected was cash. The driver asked for Rs. 4135/-. Hence, we paid him Rs. 4135/- in cash.
                  The fraudulent activity of the driver started after this. After some time, I have received a call from OLA support if the trip was completed or not, and I have told her that the trip was completed and I have paid Rs 4135/- in cash which was the selected payment method. Now I was shocked to see that I have been charged Rs. 4286/- in OLA money despite paying the driver in cash.
                  All of this incident has been reported to OLA support. OLA support has closed the issue stating that the driver did not receive cash payment without checking the fact from my side.
                  Then I had to do what OLA support was supposed to do. I have called the driver and he confirmed that he has received the cash and he will confirm the same to OLA support. Then again without confirming anything OLA support has again closed the issue doing nothing.
                  I am a frequent and loyal customer of OLA cabs. My ride history will easily reveal that. I never had any dispute whatsoever with Ola cabs.
                  Now my questions are
                  1. Why have I been charged in OLA money when I have taken a trip selecting payment method as cash which I have paid to the driver.
                  2. As the driver confirmed over phone to me that he has received cash, why are you not pursuing the driver to confirm the same.
                  3. Would any driver leave without payment for such a long outstation trip when the payment mode is cash.
                  4. After raising the ticket with Ola Support on 28th Nov, 2020, I had contacted them on a daily basis and I got only one answer OLA Support was unable to contact the driver. Then after 6 days on 3rd Dec, 2020 .Why was the driver unreachable for so many days. Does not this seem suspicious to you.
                  5. Why would I have to suffer for the fraudulent activity of the OLA driver partner.

                  Please look into this in a priority basis and refund the amount you have deducted from my OLA money post paid account.

                  Despite paying the ride fare in cash of Rs.4135/- (as the mode of payment I had selected was cash), Ola has charged me in Ola money postpaid account for the same ride.

                  Ola support is not resolving the issue though I am contacting them on a daily basis.

                  Requesting Ola support to immediately credit the amount they have wrongfully charged me in Ola money postpaid account.

                    My registered no. with Ola is [protected]. Today I took a Ola cab from Indore airport to MH Mhow. The estimated price shown was Rs. 552 but the driver purposefully took the wrong and longer route and the estimated price was increased to 996 rupees. There was no traffic, it was early in the morning there was no reason to take the longer route. This is cheating and I want the extra money charged back into my account.

                    kindly solve the issue as soon as possible.

                    I have attached two pics. One is the actual route that was shown in the app and second is the route that the driver took.

                      Unable to connect Ola care regarding my refund is pending which I already highlighted to you more 7-8 times I had pay two times because of your technical issue your driver taken cash from me and I was already paid the fare amount from Google Pay

                      Ola support are doing fraud with me still I am taking the follow ups from last 26 days but they are just ignoring my issue and not giving my refund.

                      Your all Ola executives and superiors are giving fake commitments and fake replies on mail.

                      And not done any single call from their team for the issue, and they have such a crape system which I m trying to call you every time but CUSTOMER-CARE CARE NO SHOWING WRONG NO TO ME

                          Sir,
                          I booked a cab from Ola for my parents and it shows that the amount is 380 so we are ok with it but unfortunately Driver go with long route without giving INFORMATION to my parents.

                          We also give him money but my Parent polietly asked why he charged so much money and unfortunately he raised a compaint to you you block us Infact you want to give us refund because it is Driver fault he want to tell my family that he take a long route atleast.

                              Hello, I am Sunil. I had booked a done a pre-booking for a cab for my younger brother who was going to write an exam. The CRN number for the same is: [protected].
                              The cab driver arrived on time. Before the ride started, he asked how would I be paying the money, to which I replied that I would pay through gpay option as provided in the app. He asked me to pay through cash. I refused politely. He then threatened to cancel the ride. I confronted him, that he is not supposed to that, but after a little argument, I decided to let him go as there was no use arguing with someone who is not ready to listen. I told him to go. He then get off his car, and starts verbally abusing us while we were trying to book another cab. So my brother decided to click the car picture, then the driver snatches his phone and throws it on road. And then he starts to physically assault us, to which I had to resort to self defence and punch him. He then starts racially abusing us stating that "You North Indians are stealing our money, you are spoiling this land", and all kind of crap.
                              ***And he threatens that he is now aware of my location and would harm us later.***
                              Meanwhile my brother had picked up his phone and could record something, in which the driver can be seen using abusive language. So we just got away from the scene, and had to book another cab.
                              The worst thing was, my brother who was supposed to be calm before an exam, had to go through this. I just pray this does not affect his performance in the exam, as these kind of incidents cause a mental trauma for sometime, which is not good for exams.
                              Overall, we faced verbal abuse, racial abuse, physical assault, and property damage (the phone cover was damaged, & there was a significant crack on the mobile screen guard).
                              I am sharing the pic my brother could take. Not able to upload the video due to file size limit.
                              I have complained to ola about it. But still I would like to emphasise that these kind of people not be taken lightly, as they not only harm customers, they are also causing communal tensions unnecessarily.

                              I had complained on ola app. After which I got a call from them. There I described the entire incident, and also shared the videos on a mail with them. Their response was satisfactory. They have told me that a very strict action would be taken against the cab driver. The mail was sent to a thread which I received after complaining on the app.

                                Actually my issue is with the OLA team, that they don't have any contact number or particular email id for complaint. Your app support is not at all useful if we have any such problem mentioned below.

                                I have booked a cab yesterday from Sec 21 panchkula to Peer Muchalla(CRN- [protected]) and made the payment through Gpay on [protected] (Rs 59) after that driver (Sunil Kumar- [protected]) told me that he has not received the payment. After that i made the payment through phone pay on [protected] (Rs 59) which he confirmed that he has received the payment.

                                My account was debited twice with Rs 59 and both payments showing successful.
                                Now i am trying to connect to the driver, his number is switched off since last night and ola custom care is not responding as well.

                                  We were travelling from magarpattacity, hadapsar, Pune to pimpri on ola and the driver was rude and it charged on my app may be till Rs.350/-. But the ola driver charged extra that is Rs.520/-.The address we mentioned was correct.But he took me in a wrong way and charged extra Rs.170_-.As he was not able to fina a way correctly.

                                    I had used Ola cab on 20th nov 20, that time the deduct double toll tax from my Ola post paid account. After many follow by apps the agreed that this was technical issue and refund as fixed time voucher of that amount. But I don’t want voucher of my refund and why I accept this if I have paid . Refund should be in source payment mode. Right now I have all the billed amount to Ola post paid but I need refund as money not voucher .

                                      I am V. Thulasi Madhava Naidu (V T M Naidu) and am 65 years old. Today(03.12.2020) I booked ola cab from my Mobile No. [protected] at about 4.40 pm for ride from Krishna Flour Mills, Platform Road, Bangalore to Urban Floora, 1st main, 'C' Block, AECS layout, Bangalore - 560037. After the trip, while I was getting down, I forgot to pick my mobile which I kept on the seat while paying cash to the driver.
                                      After reaching home I realised that I lost my mobile in the cab. I called several times from my home number. The phone was ringing but no response. After an half hour the phone got switched off. I tried to call your call center and complaint center. But there is no response.

                                      Cab details:
                                      Tata Indica. Car last 4 digit no.2062. Driver name may be Dilip.
                                      OTP No. 9045. Amount paid Rs.286/-.

                                      I request please contact the driver and recover my mobile Phone from the driver. Also give me the Driver details and Phone number.
