Hi team,

I've two complaints again ola, for which i don't want you to mail me back, rather call me immediately on my registered contact number [protected], because i don't want to waste my time in exchanging mails for days:

1. First of all, why is there no toll free number to connect with ola customer care?
Exchanging mails on the ola email id doesn't resolve the customer's query instantly.

2. On last wednesday 1st jan, i booked for outstation ola cab (Mini) from lucknow amausi airport to my home in kanpur for 8th jan (That means a week before), for which the estimated rate shown was rs.800-rs.850. However, when i finished my ride to my home on 8th jan, total fare i ended up paying was rs.1375. Additionally i also had to pay toll charges worth rs.80, which is never paid by customer, so at the end of the day, i paid rs.1455 in total, against the quoted fare of rs.800-rs.850 at the time of booking.

Why there's more than 80% surge in the fare? It's a fraud you guys did. Is this the way you cheat your regular passengers?

The distance between lucknow amausi airport and vaibhawi lawn, barasirohi, kanpur is 86 km. How come in the attached screenshot, driver drove for 126 km (Which means 40 km extra). Why did he opt for this such a long route?

I didn't fight with driver, because i was with my pregnant wife, and didn't want to create scene that time.

Now even if you guys give the excuse of change in route, i never asked for a specific route. What i booked for, was to be dropped to a specific destination in the previously agreed fare of rs.800-850. That's all.
Even if there's a slight surge in fare, it can never be 80%.

Better you guys first of all call me immediately, and refund the extra amount you charged without my consent.

I have booked ola outstation, in travel driver asked 500 rs to fill fuel in his car and told he will mange in total bill.
When ride was finished total bill was 4153 and I paid 4159 to him.
I forgot to take back 500 from him.

When I am calling him he said complaint to ola office.

I want my money back now.

    Hi team

    This is regarding the ola ride taken on 09jan from shamna manzil (Seethapa layout) home to work manyata teck park (Thanisandra)

    Please find the attached details (Completed ride)

    However every day i take this ride but i will never be charged more than 80/- but on 09jan when i was booking the ride it showed me 62 and after boarding the auto charged showed 140/- i called customer care and agent requested me to complete the ride and give us a call we will sure be able to help you after completing the ride i gave a call he raised a compliant (Ticket[protected] it is been resolved by providing a refund of rs 2.

    Please find the everyday ride charges for me how come on 01 day they will charge the customer so much and no long route was take no wait time was there for customer because i book the auto standing on road side and me & my husband got picked on the road side ride stated @ 12:40 completed @ 12:53

    Request you to please help us for the same so that they should not be charging the other customers

      I had to travel from nanakramguda junction, hyderabad to hyderabad airport to catch my flight. My booking experience goes as hereunder:
      1) booked a cab vide crn [protected] - 4.49 pm
      Waited for 10 mins but driver couldnt reach my place as he wasn't able to follow gps and reach location, hence had to cancel trip
      2) booked cab once again vide crn [protected] - 5.07 pm
      Waited for 10 mins after booking the cab. Driver reached pickup point but, said that my booking does not reflect in his app hence denied trip. I had no option to cancel the booking for which i was charge rs. 50
      3) booked cab against vide crn crn[protected] time 5.23 pm
      Waited again 8 mins and the cab reached. While the driver was entering the otp, he also complained that my booking vanished from his app.
      Driver accepted to take me to airport with same fare (Which was 2x of normal rate) displayed in the app which was rs.1026/-. As i had already lost 45 minutes in trying to get the cab and futher delay may make me to miss my flight, i had no other option to accept and travel agasint payment of cash.

      I had to go through stress and inconvenience because of technical isseus of ola cabs and i had to pay money without getting a bill / receipt.
      Even now my above trip is shown as scheduled?? In my app,
      I am at loss as i wont be able to reimburse this official trip without bill.
      I urge ola to arrange to refund the above trip expense spent by by paying cash to ola driver.
      If i am unable to get a proper response, have no other option to go thorugh consumer forum and launch a formal complaint on this poor quality services by ola cabs and harassment faced by customers.

        On dec 22nd 2019 around 7 pm, cab ts10ub5306 driver hit my car ts02eg2492 and ran away. I told him to stop but without listening he had speeden and ran away. This happened at signal at metro piller usip26 where we take right turn into uppal main road. The signal turned to green, he did not drive properly and hit my car and went past signal. I told him to stop but he did not. I tried to chase but i couldn't. Please check cc camera footage at signal and take action against cab driver.

          We booked a ola auto at 5.44 pm from ion digital zone, hebbal industrial area mysore to hpo rms park2, shaktinagar, mysore. Crn no. [protected]. The estimated price was rs.155 but the charges came rs.245 after we were dropped to the destination. When we checked, we found that the destination was changed to jattipalla, kanakapura road, halekesare which was not the destination we had given. I can not understand how the destination can be changed during the ride.in the afternoon we had gone to ion digital zone by ola with the fare of rs.153. It is surprising and shocking that very high amount is charged for the same route in the evening. Most shocking is the destination shown in the bill is wrong and we were dropped at the right destination. We tried to contact ola customer suppport but nobody lifts the phone. It is so pathetic service given by ola.
          Please look in to this matter and resolve the issue. Please block the option of drivers to change the location.

My cab number is wb 05 3265.1 st day i will go ola office there i tell my cab outstation facality he told 2 other porson auditor name and number and go to oxford gali then i will go and there i can see ola employee is very bad he drugs so my cab audits already done but out station facality is not on why very bad employe. Kindly legal action...

            Dear sir/madam,
            I have traveled from ola cab on 1st of sep'2019. At the end of the trip i paid by bill amout (Since he driver requested) as cash to the driver.
            But ola app shows the "ola post paid charged as 369rs. I was shocked, because i never activated the ola post paid facility. I dont know how it was activated,. Also dont know why this ola team asking for charge. I was rasied this issue as complaint to the ola and explained through bills and detiails.
            But still ths issue is not solved with ola cabs., while expling the team was accepting but they are continously without stoping calling to me

            Daily through calls, messages & mails, saying the please pay due like that.
            Its kind of totturing / forcing the customer for asking 369rs with penlaty of 2rs per day.

            Any customer will not ready to pay double the time for the same trip.

            Past 3 years am using ola, i havn't faced any issue expect this,. This is the worst behaviour. After clarfing everyting again and agin sending mails and calls for the payment of 369rs.
            Eithicaly its not correct. This is the first and lost none of the customer shouldnt be happen this.

              I am getting too many calls from the ola company for due amount of rs 576 with unncessary charges against me. I have paid cash for all the rides taken as per my ride records. Kindly take action take against the driver who took cash amount from me and you as well. I have already sent the details of drivers who fraud me to one of the team member. But there is no response from ola dumb team. Instead of taking any actions the people are keep calling me. Stop bothering me again and again. I never used ola postpaid. I am getting tooo tooooo many calls, messages & emails frequently which is very frustrating. I have already spoken with your support team by call and mail. But there is no response from your end.

              Kindly request you to please resolve this issue asap.

                  This is with reference to my ola rode crn [protected]
                  Date of ride: jan 05, 2020

                  Amt : rs 416

                  I faced the following issues with the ride:

                  1.ac not working at all
                  2. Driver driving dangerously
                  3. Driver's maps stop working mid way, but he continues to follow the same, thus making me reach the opposite side of town (Wrong destination). Which took me extra 45 minutes to reach my destination, that too i had to guide him
                  4. The vehicle was malfunctioning, not starting on many occassions

                  I booked ola from powai to opera house. As soon as i booked the cab it showed me 4 mins on ola app. I called the driver, so he said max 5 min. But it dint arrive for 10 mins so i again called the driver, he again said 10 mins. There was zero traffic so that's not even a reason. Finally he came 25 mins after the booking of the cab. I am sick with high fever, but because of this driver i had to wait on the road in the scorching sun for 20 mins. What for? I am paying you a premium price not for this crap!! The car is dirty, the driver drives like a maniac and to top it the ac of the car is not working. I'm already unwell, and this issue is there. If i fall further sick, i will surely sue ola for this non sense.

                  The cab breaks down on and off during the ride. And suddenly the drivers maps on his phone stop working but he continues to follow then paused maps, anddrives me in the complete wrong direction, which took me 45 mins extra to reach destination. I have a very important meeting, which i missed due to the drivers stupidity, and i've incurred so much poss cause of that. I have lost my sitting fees for the meeting amounting to rs 20, 000. Is ola going to pay me that?
                  This is the worst experience that i've experienced with any cab service.

                  I'm not paying for this pathetic service. Kindly refund the money to my ola account rs 416

                  Please help me receive my money back from ola

                    I booked my ola drive from Railway station Jalandhar city twice today but both time the cab reached Railway station Jalandhar cantt. Why so?? Moreover why should I pay extra 50/- for these two cancellation when I'm not at fault. Being your regular customer, I request you to wave of these two charges or I will start using another cab

It was accepted for ₹600 and after reaching he took ₹1000 quoting that company is asking me to collect and to contact company My daughter tried calling Ola no answer. Why this ?                         I booked a ride on 6 jan 2020 for 4.45 AM 7 jan 2020 but next morning driver rishab is not contactable. He is not picking up my call. We lost the train because of him. After few hours he picked up the call and said that yes got the confirmation regarding journey and didn't said anything instead of this and ended my call. I want compensation from the company. It was my interview that day. The service is ridiculous.

                          I had ride on urgent basis, i took the ola ride and paid cash to driver through phone pay.
                          At the same time ola has debited the same ride fee from the ola postpaid account which i am not aware.

                          I have requested ola many times to clear my post paid balance, since ola driver took the ride amount.
                          Now ola demanding money from me, even after money paid to the driver.
                          I have contacted ola support many times and explained the situation and requested to close the issue and i have created many incidents they closed without resolving.
                          Instead of resolving the issue they are sending legal notice.
                          I have all d proofs with me that ola driver taken money from me. Same has been submitted to ola as well still they are demanding money from.
                          I would like to file case on ola for cheating customers and harassing customer.

                          I am daily getting calls from ola it's like torchering for me.
                          Why should I pay the amount when I already paid and I have shown the proof.

                            I tried booking a ride in ola.. It showed me no rides available. Please try after sometime. Then i had to close the app and make some other arrangements for my travel. Later after 5 mins when i opened the app it shows me there is a ride booked for me and the driver is at my location. The issue is not either me or the driver. I had to cancel the ride. And you charged me with a cancellation fee. When i wanted to let you know there is no issue my both my side and the driver you are pre definitely asking me what is the issue with the driver. Do you always think your app and no issue at your service end. Why is it always has to be either the customer (With cancellation charge) or the driver. This has happened many times. When you have shown the customer that there is no ride available don't you know if you should ask the customer if he wants to try booking once again. What makes you take it for granted that you can book again as you wish. Am terribly irritated with this functioning of ola as this has repeated many times and many times duplicate rides have been booked and i had to end up having quarrels with the driver while making them try to understand the issue that your app is creating. Totally annoying and poor customer satisfaction.

                              I have been charged double for a ride with crn number [protected]. The complaint was raised since the 6th of december, till my double amount is not deducted from my ola postpaid account. I will not pay the bill. And i have no problem if ola blocks me as a user, as the customer service they provide is pathetic and is trying to compensate the issue by giving coupons. Which is not acceptable to me. And instead of solving the issue, they are repeatedly charging late fee charges. If they don't rectify the mistake, i won't pay the ola postpaid balance, neither i want to continue as a customer of ola.

                                Crn[protected], i booked this cab for my father from anand vihar station to my house in gurgaon. My father being new to the city i made sure that the driver drops him to the right location. The amount i booked on was around rs 627, my father reached in 1 and a half hour which is reasonable for the distance. Later i received a bill of rs 1245 and i called the support team they told me that i never entered the location so they charge accordingly which was absurd. I choose not to pay the postpaid bill then again after a lot of harrassment a person called and said that i should pay the amopunt along with the late fees, ola will refund in the form of ola money and yet again that was a lie. I never received the refund i stopped using ola alltogether.

                                Again after sometime, due to unavailability o[censored]ber i had to book ola forgetting the previous cheating and harrassment and i am yet suffering for my bad decision.
                                Crn[protected], i was travelling from my house in gurgaon to kashmere gate. The mode of payment selected was ola postpaid as it was default. During the ride, the driver told me that he urgently requires cash and forced me to call ola support to get the mode of payment changed, frustated by his behaviour and i had a bus to catch i agreed and called the support number. The executive asked me to hold a few times trying to contact the driver but he was deliberately not picking up and when he did talk through my phone he told her its urgent cash requirement for petrol. The executive then told me to pay the cash and the same will not be charged to me. However they have charged and have been calling 10 times for recovery everyday which is very close to harrassement. None of the caller is ready to understand the concern whenever they realise my concern is genuine they disconnect. I called ola customer care also a long time ago where they say they cannot confirm anything and i need to pay the amount again.


                                Ola needs to improve their customer care, if they do not care for the customer what is the purpose of the same.

                                  The old auto person took cash from me inspite of me choosing an online payment. On reporting to ola i was asked to make both cash and online payment stating a refund will be done right away back to the source of payment. Now they have credited to ola money ola has forced me to make payment twice and are refusing to refund money back to my account. Forcing to use ola even after clearly telling i don't want ola money
                                  I booked Ola mini cab drive at 1030 hrs from ms palya to iskon temple yeshwantpur, Bangalore vide OTP 6323.he charged rs 290/- in stead of rs190/- which is excess by rs100/-.action may pl be taken and excess money may pl be refunded.

                                    I booked an ola auto on dec 28 2019, 4.56pm cnr [protected]. The amount before ride was ₹417 and driver deviated route and took a long route which made the final amount to be paid ₹562. I raised ticket to ola customer support as soon as i did that the amount on invoice changed back to ₹417. I got a call from customer support the next day asking if i asked the driver to change route since there was deviation in the map, i acknowledged saying i haven’t asked him to change the route. After 4 days i called customer support to know status update i was asked to wait for next 72hrs and the ticket was not raised and they said they would raise on behalf i was ok with it. I again called support team after 72hrs and i was informed to wait for another 24hrs so that i would get a resolution message from their end. I did wait for 24hrs and i dint see any status updates so i kept calling and asking for status updates. I haven’t received refund yet.
                                    Customer support is good for nothing. No resolution would be provided by them #olaworstserviceever

                                      I'm rajaguru, my family took an outstation trip (Crn [protected]) on sep19, 2019 and they charged extra rs1338. After arguing with them for a month, on oct13, 2019 they have accepted that they charged extra by mistake & they will refund my money. They promised that my refund money will be credited to my bank account within 10-15 days but still after nearly 3 months i didn't receive my refund. Everytime i enquire them they assign a new ticket number & sent a automated reply that refund will be done within 10-15 days but nothing happened. My recent ticket[protected]. They are deliberately cheating their customers. This is totally unacceptable.
