I took a ride on 14th midnight and forgot my bag which contains my id cards, house keys etc in the cab. Upon calling the driver in the morning of 15th. He confirmed that the bag is with him and given that he lives incredibly far. He'll come near our location in the evening to return the bag but his phone has been not reachable.
Ola is not providing us with any support or any details of the driver
I booked cab n driver called n said im at vasai east n he told m to come there while i was on the railway bridge he told me that u hav 2 pay for waiting charge n soon after he cancelled my ride n went away for that ola charged me 50 rs for cancellation.great customer service hatts off.

    Today i booked a ride way back to my home..i contacted driver and asked him if he is coming, the driver asked about both the locations and said yes that he is going to pick me up.But, when i reopen the app i see that driver has cancelled the trip..this thing happened twice.The other driver after first cancelled ride said yes to pick me up and cancelled the ride.
    I was not happy with what both the drivers did..this has happened with me several times..

    Dear sir, I have paid 1200 to Ola money and they have withheld it by mentioning KYC pending. Please look into it. And I want my postpaid account deactivated as I agreed for it by mistake. Though I gave the complaint 3 days back they are still using the post paid account while travelling. I want quick action to be taken

      Actually my aunt who was unwell need to operation travel in ola cabs for hospital but the driver stop the cab in the middle of the road and said he cannot go to drop location and charged me rs 1000 when the fare was only rs 439 and i have to go by taxi what should happen if my aunt was die and late for operation never expected that type of service kindly please help because now money was so urgent and he takes double the fare crn [protected]

        It's extremely annoying experience since i moved to hyderabad the ola auto drivers here always demand for cash and i couldn't stop complaing till this one man who has made a mess and made me to get down just because i couldn't change the payment mode to case

          Please go through my emails sent to zip cash, customer care, bhavish and all. Do not force me to pay for something which i have already paid. Reach out to driver instead of targetting me. I am for sure will not pay again. As i am in service do not want to take other route/legal which would require time, but can do and would be in my favour.

            Sir,

            Look my issue seriously, it is third time incident happen with me. No any complaint resolved so far.

            Recent on 29 november time 8.20pm, driver lifted my phone one time and told me that he is at 1st level parking even his location showing that he was arrived as i was grounf parking. I tld him that i coming first level parking but he denied and replied that he is coming to pick up in 10-15 minutes. After this he not lifted phone and not come to pick up.

            Then i spoked to customer care again, customer care also was not able to call driver. Then customer care cancelled ride. The ride still was showing on my app so i called twice then customer care again confirmed that ride is cancelled. I called driver last time at 8.58pm but he not responded and last call to customer care was 8.36pm and 8.49pm which was 5.37 minutes discussion. Then i installed app again and booked another ride at 9.04pm.

            The canceled ride was showing me in my app. But morning of 30.11.2019 i saw due bill of cancelled ride. How this happen even i have not taken ride.

            Please resolve my case and cancel this due invoice.

            You have all tracking detail, my recorded voice and my location track and both driver location. I booked airport to jhule lal mandir moti nagar. But fake ride showing one terminal to another.

            This is third time issue so it is probem in your system, why i have to pay and why i have to harrash.

            I need solution as below
            Cancel the bill which posted on my app without ride.
            Take action on ola as i get harrased at airport one hour with out my fault.
            Ola not supporting even asking bill which ride i have not taken.
            Charge them as they not tracking the issue but pushing me that i taken ride.
            Charge ola cab service since lot of given on mail but my issue not taken cared properly.

            Big mistake and not supporting for solution, harassing at airport, not responding by driver, cheating all this happen with me, same charge to be settle with me @ 10000/-

              I have booked a cab on 11th dec-2019, the booking (Bookingcrn no.- [protected]) was confirmed and after reaching at the destination the driver (Driver name : narendra singh) cancelled the ride by himself. Ola has charged me the cancellation charges wrongly as i did not cancel the ride i am not liable to pay the cancellation charges. Upon all these things, ola has blocked my account. Please refund my money and unblock my ola account which have been blocked by the ola team.

                I had called this number as i was assigned this driver by ola for my ride from lajpat nagar to noida sector 132. He refused to come for pickup and started using abussive and vulgar language on the call with me. Firstly he refused to come for pick up as i was paying on line to him and not paying him cash.                   Booked a Ola Outstation Cab for returning to Mumbai from Pune. Amount after Promo code applied while booking showed as Rs. 1608/- (including default payment of Insurance charge of 99/-). However on completing the Ride was shocked to see Fare hiked to Rs. 2082/- (overcharging of Kms) which i paid. soon i placed a complaint to OLA Support regarding the same. OLA support team confirmed with Partner Driver who accepted to have overcharged bill of 193 kms. instead of 171 kms. Sooner they knew there was an ERROR they asked me to wait until 72 hours for the Re-bill to be generated. and refund the balance overcharged. its been more than 4 days over 120 hours NO refund has been made and OLA Support team is still running around the bushes. My Complaint No #[protected] . Hence i am taking the issue to Police and filling a FIR against the OLA Cabs.
                  Also people kindly un-check all the default settings/payments/charges/optional pre-checked facilities, etc. to avoid misuse of your application & rides by OLA.

                    I took a cab on 4 Nov i payed the bill online where their showed sucessful but after 2 days again the debited money from my account without my notice i had called the customer care many a times there was no response and even mailled them their replied me by saying that send the screen shot even that i have done but not replied
                    It's very very bad now to trust on them

                      I booked a cab through ola app from mayur vihar phase 1 extension to hazrat nizamuddin railway station. The driver took a long route inspite of me asking him to take the shortest one. I was so late that there was no chance of me catching the train on time. So i asked him to drop me at nearest metro station so that i could still try catching the train he dropped me at pragati maidan metro station (From mayurvihar phase 1 extension to pragatimaidan). I lost my train which was a rajadhani express from hazrat nizamuddin to trivandrum, kerala. The ticket was of 3680.45 inr and i got no refund from indian railways. I need a compensation for my loss. I had to book another ticket of same price for two days after that in order to reach my destination. This has caused me an immense amount of difficulties and financial loss. I need compensation from ola. They're not responding to my emails regarding the issue. I deserve a response.

                        I had travelled in a ola cab on[protected] on ka19ab 4048. But car driver told that due to server issue he told that the amount it is showing is 948. But in my app it wasshowing 801. He didn't even ask the otp and his reason was server issue. But i paid him 948 rs. Kindly generate invoice and send it to ca. [protected]@gmail.com asap.
                        This is the second time it is happening to me. Kindly help me out as i have to submit the bills to office as it will be reimbursed only on the basis of submission of bills
                        I booked an Ola cab from Rajendra Nagar at Happy homes Colony and we got down at Charminar and the cab no is mentioned above and the cab driver name appeared on the true caller in Taj and this is my phone number [protected]. Therefore I request the concerned tob please look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible.

                          You will show the fair one while booking the can but when we complete the trip u will grab all our money showing extra charges.. My total km in my trip is 60 km how come you have charged 73 kms fee and upon on that gst charges and i should pay toll charges also.. I want my amount which you have taken extra amount refunded... My total fair was 1299 but you have taken 1607 which is not at all fair please show me that how this 73 extra 13 kms was charged you will be having records of this please explain.

                          I want refund of extra amount and toll charges..

                            Hi ola, i have booked ola on[protected] evening at powai chinmai pradeep to nerul east. The driver asked me to pay directly through google pay instead through ola app when he cancelled direct pay. I paid 894 rupees and he told me he can generate bill directly and will send through whatsapp, but still he didn't send me any bill. I trusted him. But i now like to complaint for not producing bill which is very urgent for me to claim in my office. It was a office ride, now without bill i can't claim this amount. This is cheating. The driver is not reachable also blocked me on what'sapp. Kindly resolve the issue. Attached car details below.

                              Hi, this is with regard to the above subject that cab driver misbehaved with me and talked me in a very vulgar language on 7th december, 2019. I said sorry to him because by mistake i had cancelled the ride. I was trying to call him but unfortunately the ride was canceled. I said sorry to him but he continuously talked like i had committed a crime. So please look into the matter and i really disappointed with the services of ola and also don't charge me cancellation fees.
                              Ola don’t have sefty feature like customer care number or their availability in emergencies

                                My ola account was blocked without any reason for the 3rd times. Last two time they replied that this happened accidentally due to their software end and unblocked me. Now again they have blocked my account without any reason. When i have contacted regarding they, they are simply saying that this is due to ola policies and system automatically blocked the account. They cannot do anything regarding un-blocking my account.

                                They are not ready to tell me what kind of violation is done from my side. They are just sending of me the link of ola policies on terms and conditions. They need to look into the problem. If some kind of violations are done from my side they take action against me otherwise ready for the reverse procedure.

                                I am also surprised for any kind of violation they done from my side. I just booked 4-5 times of cab without any cancellation.

                                  First of all we have faced many issues with ola but we kept using it which i am regretting now.
                                  For outstation or rentals your so called partners outright ask if it is cash or no. When we let them know that it is online payment then cancel the ride. And many times they say that they are on location but they are not after 5min ride gets canceled and we are charged cancellation fees.
                                  One of the most pathetic services. You can check on my account there are many issues which has been raised.
                                  Talking about above incident it was from sector 48 around 2.24 on 5th december for 4hrs 40kms after our first stop at qutub minar when we again set in car the application of your partner had some issue and in the app of your partner ride was showing cancelled and 22.5 inr you were going to credit to them. After the waste of time around half n hour partner centres and clients centre said that the ride is ongoing and we can continue with the ride. At that time i told my customer support that if i have booked the cab for 4hrs and if my half n hour gets wasted then it is waste so in a very sweet voice she said that she will look in to the matter and will refund back the amount or my fare would change. On second stop driver denied us to take us further again we wasted time when customer support tried to tell the driver that he should not take money and you will reimburse the amount to them but due to lack of trust between you and your partner he outright denied it. The partner call center said that we should give the money so there was conflict between both the call center of yours.
                                  On the top of that after so much harassment when we were ready to pay the amount the charges were shown at the time of booking was 976 but we were forced to pay 1014 even though it was not out mistake, you all had lack of communication, technical error, trust issue and our ride was for 27kms and 2.30hrs not more than that but we were forced to pay extra which we paid fully and now we are receiving a message that we have paid less amount shame on you all people. Such harassment will not be acceptable. Awaiting for some solution.

                                    Yesterday night i traveled with ola texi from gcc club mira bhayinder to patliputra nagar, anand nagar mumbai. Thats fare was 459 rupees which i paid by my debit card but when i reached my place that was show your portal pay by cash same on driver portal so i pay cash.
                                    Sir/madam please do the needful. Or suggest to me what i do..

                                      I had booked a cab to mysore (Outstation) on 01.12.2019, to pick us at 4.30pm at a location, on the outskirts of bengaluru, panchavati, the pavilion, on kanakapura road. The booking was confirmed through a message to my mobile. When i was waiting to be picked up, i got a message stating that, they cannot send the vehicle, because of the high demand. However, i was able to come back to bengaluru city and book another vehicle through makemy trip.com and completed the journey. I need an explanation from the company.

                                        The first share pick up point sri muneshwara swamy temple marathahalli to kpmg global services, bellandur the km was 6.1km and second pickup location is same sri muneshwara temple marathahalli the drop location was wipro sarjapur road 6.4km i called customer care sabrina the person who spoke to me she said it is done my app itself but in the have no option is given and the ola share they are giving a must to do everyone they want help inl the ola share driving a car in the traffic payless it is not fair it is our money
