The cab driver in question is Naved Alam, he reached the designated location picked by the Ola app. I was asked to guide him as he was parked in the wrong place, i explained him the way to reach me, and not to my surprise he explained his inability to step out or drive around to reach me.

Why are you (Ola) not available on social media in this day and age for grieviances. The website i am submitting ny complaint has a satisfaction...

I am writing this as suggested by the support team from ola. There was a problem with the ride that i took on the 24th of august. The driver took the otp as soon as we got into the auto and said that he changed the payment mode to cash. Also he said that he would let us know the amount once the ride was over.

I have taken a ola outstation ride and i have done its payment through phone pay and it was successful but in ola app it doesn't get reflected do i have to pay cash to the driver. I called ola customer executives dozens of time and received mails from them but nothing is happening. Everytime in the mail they say amount is credited between 5-7 working days but now it's been more than a month and nothing has done by ola and i haven't received...

Recently my father travelled by ola share. Even though the payment was using ola postpaid money driver took rs.256 from him. Even though we argued that from ola post paid the payment will be done. He kept on fooling my father. And when i called him, he argued that he is right.

The cab driver took his own path to lead our destination, the amount that was said to be paid was rs. 205 and we had already paid a toll tax on the way of rs,.100 on the way to our destination. The driver called us and asked us to pay rs. 300

Ola driver named avinash swami (Vehicle number – mh 12 pq-1833) came to pick a ride and managed to irresponsibly leave his car without pulling hand brake in a society parking instead of sitting in the car & waiting for riders, this led to collision to another residents bmw 320i car (Mh 12 fp-6566).

How this person can be so irresponsible!!!

Knowing his fault, he agreed to pay for the damages...

I had booked ola on 24th november and had put correct destination. The estimated charge was around rs 201 from subhashree hotel coimbatore to ranganathan engineering college. Even today the estimated charge for the ride is around the same.. But i had been charged thrice the amount, rs 594 once i reached my destination... I had exam on that day in the morning so i would never put wrong destination... Even after speaking twice to the customer...

I had booked for a rental ride on 21st June 2019 for 6 hrs and 60 km CRN [protected], Prime Sedan (White Xcent) The ride commenced at 06:16 am from Rafi Marg area. On 25.11.2019 ola has deducted 201 from my registred debit card from ola. I have contacted ola for refund but no helpline is responding. Please support to get my money...

I booked a cab on nov 12 and paid rs. 224 to the driver after closing. Booked another ride on nov 19 with the bill amount r.413 and the driver said it is ola money and no need to pay cash (Thanks to his honesty, although the previous driver didn't cheat me because the ride shown the money after closing).
