Dear team,

This email is against unfair treatment by ola and putting our life at risk!

I took the ola drive service earlier and unfortunately the so-called infotainment system did not work. I was half of my trip & the solution given to me was to go back and drop the car & take another which may have a working infotainment system.

Later after a fight with customer support, i was reimbursed 1 k for such huge inconvenience throughout the trip.

Now, on the second hire, i realized that i should never ever go for ola self drive services...

Here is why...

Yes... God's grace! We all were safe!!
The brake failed at 60 km/h speed, we managed to pull over the car and apply aux. Such poorly maintained cars should never be given to any of your customers. This was a fortunate situation where we were able to control the vehicle without brakes.

Rsa services explained by ola was even more pathetic!!! We did not opt rsa and dropped the car to the nearest authorized maruthi suzuki garage and we were shocked to see that the brake pads were completely worn out!!!

Is it carelessness or ola thinks that we should pick their vehicles to get it repaired? If something goes wrong, who is responsible? Is this vehicle ever serviced in its 32, 000 kilometres history?

After taking all this burden and spending three unnecessary hours to get the vehicle repaired, we were really frustrated and called up customer care to ask for an extension to end the trip. Supervisor (Mr ganesh) was rude and asked us not to repeat the word 'pathetic' after providing such services. He questioned me 'why did you take the second hire when the first one was pathetic!!! We expected at least a good response from ola customer care. However, mr ganesh was again true!!!

I request ola not put a customer's life on risk!!! Maintain your vehicles and try to give more importance to customers safety!!!

    I have recently tried to recharge my prepaid phone number of jio worth inr 555 through ola money app. The number wasnt recharged nor the money got reflected in my ola account. I emailed to the number provided by ola on 26th of december regarding the same but even after 5 days i have heard nothing from their end regarding my problem. I have the e-reciept of the payment made through ola. It seems like the company is indulging in new kind of mal-practices. I sincerely wish that my problem will be looked after and resolved

      I have already got rs 1295 in my wallet so why ask for post paid charges and on top of that, you are charging penalty also?? I dont want to use postpaid charges.. My wallet is good enough. I am not interested in the postpaid schema at all. And asking me for penal charges for delayed payment is preposterous. For something which i donot want to be part of why are you forcing me for the postpaid charges? If at all you have enrolled me for the same kindly cancel my enrolment for postpaid scheme.. You already have my credit card details so why should i become a party to postpaid charges? Kindly clarify.

        Today i travelled from new ashok nagar to gurgaon sector 12. Total distance is 42 km.
        I have been charged rs 1078. Fare for this trip should be hardly 500-600. It is just double from the actual fare.
        In this trip, i changed my location but it doesn't mean that you will charge double of the actual fare.
        Please do needful.

          Yesterday i take a ride himayatnagar to bhel... Before i booked cab bhel to himayatnagar the cab charges taken 530 rs... Including cancellation bill... The distance is 27 km... After return trip himayatnagar to bhel the bill is 911 rs... Almost double... I asked cab driver about bill... He said that nothing is in my hand my work is only customer reached the destination... So i want refund... Because i pay double amount...

          I had ride yesterday higher than before I ride same distance 27 km 530...but the return I pay 911 rs...almost double...I want refund...I call the customer care there is no response for customer care...

          I booked the taxi.. time of booking its show rs.203 but ola cab received 954 rs. Pls do the needful

              I havent used any ola postpaid money and they have made a bill of rs 786 and continiuously calling & texting me to pay the same after getting so much irritation i told them i havent used but i will pay some amount and plz stop calling me.

              They said pay only rs 343 and your outstading will be clear. I paid on the spot but nothing hass been cleared and still i am getting continiuos calls and the outstainding is still same.

                Booed a ride from lc road pune - rly station-en route added shivajinagar as a stop, upon reaching the app did not direct/approve the 2nd. Leg of journey, driver refused to go further and asked me to deboard. Fearing missing the train i had to give in to his demand of the primary fare of rs. 150=00 to continue to drop me to station. The faulty app plus non functional option of emergency contact - call contacts which i ve tried several times has left me frustated. Its a serious safety concern and lack of passenger concern at your end.
                I ve endorsed the complaint more than 3 time to no avail.
                Now my services have been stopped to make uber a bit more rich...
                Propsing to reduce the fare of rs. 137=00 plus late fees from the toatl enabling me to repay the balance amount and continue the servcies.
                Please take action asap.

                I am amazed that there is not one option in your app, but the one liners to make a point /send complaint which also are not attended to.
                The alert button / call nos /emergency no are just not functional making mockery of the security concerns at your end.
                No email option??
                Do update the app.
                whats the way to activate 2nd. leg of journey??? Why the drivers are not trained in using the app in case of difficulty??

                The driver was utterly rude and threatening but then I realized it as a ploy to grab extra 150 bucks. Thanks to your faulty non functional app. I ve wasted my precious time in calling /locating email and writing this complaint on another forum. Pity to your services.

                  Hi,
                  Recently, i took ride from jeedimetla, hyderabad to guntupally, vijayawada one way drop on ola cab and the ride crn is [protected]. The below issue is raised with ola and is followed up on daily basis but there is no response from customer service.

                  1. Driver is always on call causing safety issue.
                  2. Tolls double charge for the return as well
                  3. We travelled from the same pickup and destination, we are charged 1500rs more in indian currency.

                  Please be cautious while taking ola cabs.

                    Driver refused to pick up and has not yet cancelled the pick up request made on 23rd dec 19, from varthur road, lakshminarayana pura.
                    I am a 70 yr old man, returning home after an eye operation. This incident caused grave inconvenience to me.

                    I request for this ride request to be cancelled as otherwise i shall be charged cancellation fee in my next ride.

                        I totally disagree with you for charging me cancellation fee for no fault of mine. Actually, i got the message in my mobile that the driver cancelled the booking. I was waiting for the vehicle for more than half an hour at the entrance of sundaram medical foundation opd building (Shanthi colony) neither the driver called me nor i have seen the vehicle. Under these circumstances, how can u charge the customer when the driver has cancelled the booking on his own for reasons best known to him.

                        Since i had to go home early i had to book another olo cab by paying rs.221/- plus rs.50/- cancellation fee i. E. Rs.271/- paid. Hence, if the amount of rs.50/- i. E. Cancellation fee is not paid to me, i will never opt for olo in the near future.

                        The cab driver told me that he had some issue with the wallet and hence took cash and after the paying the cash he also deducted it from my wallet . I ended up paying double the fare!!!, ola have to screen your drivers and make sure they don’t fleece customers like this . Next time I don’t think ola would be my choice.

                            I have been charged with ₹ 25 for cancelling ride in ola auto. Now whenever i try to book a ride it shows that i can proceed only after paying up my charges first. This is not what must be expected of a cab provider company like ola. And for the information it was not even past 5 mins when i cancelled the ride but still i was liable to pay. Such restrictions won't be entertained as a customer.

I called him when he will come. But he denied to take ride. He told that he is far away. Also there no much benefit to take my ride.                                   My problem : i had used ola services in chandigarh city where on completion of trip the payment was shown as cash (Rs 400/-) which i paid to the driver. Soon i came to know that i had been debited for the same amount in my ola wallet. I immediately raised my concern to ola team and after checking they refunded the amount. This amount was used by me in the coming days. Later i got a message that the amount that i had used is being converted to post-paid. I again called the ola help line which confirmed that even though the message was send the amount was not credited to my account hence the amount used by me was converted to post-paid. They also confirmed that the same will be rectified.

                                  Also attaching my ola wallet statement which shows that i have paid the last transaction based on refund given back by ola.

                                  But since that day i have been receiving e-mails and sms that i need to clear my ola post-paid and when i tried speaking to this team they did not have any answer for my problem they said both were different and here i need to clear this amount and there you can ask for refund. It has been over 120 days and still the same is not sorted and every day i am getting sms that legal action will be taken against me for not clearing the due.

                                    I have taken a ride from indore to omkareswar and then omkareswar to maheshwar then back maheswar to indore.

                                    When bill generated i surprised that i chared of 285km that is 50km extra charge.

                                    Above happening, i called to ola customer care they told me due to driver mistake they chared me 751 extra, but they denied to refund on actual money they refund as ola money. I am thinking it is planned activity.

                                      I took a ride on 14th midnight and forgot my bag which contains my id cards, house keys etc in the cab. Upon calling the driver in the morning of 15th. He confirmed that the bag is with him and given that he lives incredibly far. He'll come near our location in the evening to return the bag but his phone has been not reachable.
                                      Ola is not providing us with any support or any details of the driver
                                      I booked cab n driver called n said im at vasai east n he told m to come there while i was on the railway bridge he told me that u hav 2 pay for waiting charge n soon after he cancelled my ride n went away for that ola charged me 50 rs for cancellation.great customer service hatts off.
