Hi team,
My name is sumanth ([protected])
I had ride on urgent basis, i took the ola ride and paid cash to driver through phone pay.
At the same time ola has debited the same ride fee from the ola postpaid account which i am not aware.

I have requested ola many times to clear my post paid balance, since ola driver took the ride amount.
Now ola demanding money from me, even after money paid to the driver.
I have contacted ola support many times and explained the situation and requested to close the issue and i have created many incidents they closed without resolving.
Instead of resolving the issue they are sending legal notice.
I have all d proofs with me that ola driver taken money from me. Same has been submitted to ola as well still they are demanding money from.
I would like to file case on ola for cheating customers and harassing customer.

I have done follow up with ola customer care about 2 months. They is no response from ola team. We can see my email screen shot as attached above.

I am daily getting calls from ola it's like torchering for me.
Why should I pay the amount when I already paid and I have shown the proof.
Please see the screenshots

    I tried booking a ride in ola.. It showed me no rides available. Please try after sometime. Then i had to close the app and make some other arrangements for my travel. Later after 5 mins when i opened the app it shows me there is a ride booked for me and the driver is at my location. The issue is not either me or the driver. I had to cancel the ride. And you charged me with a cancellation fee. When i wanted to let you know there is no issue my both my side and the driver you are pre definitely asking me what is the issue with the driver. Do you always think your app and no issue at your service end. Why is it always has to be either the customer (With cancellation charge) or the driver. This has happened many times. When you have shown the customer that there is no ride available don't you know if you should ask the customer if he wants to try booking once again. What makes you take it for granted that you can book again as you wish. Am terribly irritated with this functioning of ola as this has repeated many times and many times duplicate rides have been booked and i had to end up having quarrels with the driver while making them try to understand the issue that your app is creating. Totally annoying and poor customer satisfaction.

      I have been charged double for a ride with crn number [protected]. The complaint was raised since the 6th of december, till my double amount is not deducted from my ola postpaid account. I will not pay the bill. And i have no problem if ola blocks me as a user, as the customer service they provide is pathetic and is trying to compensate the issue by giving coupons. Which is not acceptable to me. And instead of solving the issue, they are repeatedly charging late fee charges. If they don't rectify the mistake, i won't pay the ola postpaid balance, neither i want to continue as a customer of ola.

        Crn[protected], i booked this cab for my father from anand vihar station to my house in gurgaon. My father being new to the city i made sure that the driver drops him to the right location. The amount i booked on was around rs 627, my father reached in 1 and a half hour which is reasonable for the distance. Later i received a bill of rs 1245 and i called the support team they told me that i never entered the location so they charge accordingly which was absurd. I choose not to pay the postpaid bill then again after a lot of harrassment a person called and said that i should pay the amopunt along with the late fees, ola will refund in the form of ola money and yet again that was a lie. I never received the refund i stopped using ola alltogether.

        Again after sometime, due to unavailability o[censored]ber i had to book ola forgetting the previous cheating and harrassment and i am yet suffering for my bad decision.
        Crn[protected], i was travelling from my house in gurgaon to kashmere gate. The mode of payment selected was ola postpaid as it was default. During the ride, the driver told me that he urgently requires cash and forced me to call ola support to get the mode of payment changed, frustated by his behaviour and i had a bus to catch i agreed and called the support number. The executive asked me to hold a few times trying to contact the driver but he was deliberately not picking up and when he did talk through my phone he told her its urgent cash requirement for petrol. The executive then told me to pay the cash and the same will not be charged to me. However they have charged and have been calling 10 times for recovery everyday which is very close to harrassement. None of the caller is ready to understand the concern whenever they realise my concern is genuine they disconnect. I called ola customer care also a long time ago where they say they cannot confirm anything and i need to pay the amount again.


        Ola needs to improve their customer care, if they do not care for the customer what is the purpose of the same.

          The old auto person took cash from me inspite of me choosing an online payment. On reporting to ola i was asked to make both cash and online payment stating a refund will be done right away back to the source of payment. Now they have credited to ola money ola has forced me to make payment twice and are refusing to refund money back to my account. Forcing to use ola even after clearly telling i don't want ola money
          I booked Ola mini cab drive at 1030 hrs from ms palya to iskon temple yeshwantpur, Bangalore vide OTP 6323.he charged rs 290/- in stead of rs190/- which is excess by rs100/-.action may pl be taken and excess money may pl be refunded.

            I booked an ola auto on dec 28 2019, 4.56pm cnr [protected]. The amount before ride was ₹417 and driver deviated route and took a long route which made the final amount to be paid ₹562. I raised ticket to ola customer support as soon as i did that the amount on invoice changed back to ₹417. I got a call from customer support the next day asking if i asked the driver to change route since there was deviation in the map, i acknowledged saying i haven’t asked him to change the route. After 4 days i called customer support to know status update i was asked to wait for next 72hrs and the ticket was not raised and they said they would raise on behalf i was ok with it. I again called support team after 72hrs and i was informed to wait for another 24hrs so that i would get a resolution message from their end. I did wait for 24hrs and i dint see any status updates so i kept calling and asking for status updates. I haven’t received refund yet.
            Customer support is good for nothing. No resolution would be provided by them #olaworstserviceever

              I'm rajaguru, my family took an outstation trip (Crn [protected]) on sep19, 2019 and they charged extra rs1338. After arguing with them for a month, on oct13, 2019 they have accepted that they charged extra by mistake & they will refund my money. They promised that my refund money will be credited to my bank account within 10-15 days but still after nearly 3 months i didn't receive my refund. Everytime i enquire them they assign a new ticket number & sent a automated reply that refund will be done within 10-15 days but nothing happened. My recent ticket[protected]. They are deliberately cheating their customers. This is totally unacceptable.

                Mr. Santosh sharma ([protected]) driver partner of ola cab had cheated us during our journey from benaras airport to lucknow. But ola authority didn't do anything for that. They always with their driver not with the customer. Regret. He took advance of 2000/- for fueling but denied and took total sum of money again. We are from calcutta. We reached back and mailed complain to ola but they state we have to believe in driver. Horrible service. Never recommend ola.

                See how is their concern about us. They didn't give us any written document when they asked for advance. We are at the place where we have nothing to prove accept words.

                  My mother 75 years took a ride on an ola and when the trip was over she was forced to pay 500 rs when the same was already deducted from my ola money driver dinesh harisingh sonar ph ‭+[protected]‬ trip id [protected] it’s been 48 hrs no response though i made 6 complaints. Will be filing a police complaint when the 72 hrs deadline for resolution is complete.

                    I have to inform you that today at 9.45 in mumbai the ola vehicle no mh 46 bm 2215 dashed our vehicle. With this dashed our mud guard, dick board & tail lamp has been damage. I have lodge an fir again him as he refused to pay for my looses.

                    However the adament refused to charge for damages. You are requested to compell to refund damages.
                    Your drivers have so much attitude so please check before you allow them because every [censored]ing drivers calls and confirm amount in cash or online or else they confirm the destination and cancel the trip .they act according to their comfort and profit so please it is effecting your company reputation and Uber cabs or auto never cancel.

                      I have a cab pass active on my ola account based on which i should be riding at rs.65 flat if the distance is below 4 kms. My last ride was from my home to office which is my everyday route (3.7 kms). Ola calculated it wrongly to be 6+ kms and have charged me rs.100. I reached out to their customer service and facebook page but they are not accepting the flaw in their app.

                        As i rided using ola cab and paid amount in cash, but previous ride i paid using debit card, so they fixed my default method as card. But for the second ride, they are charging even i paid using my cash. Still it showing as due. As i contacted customer support they said, its not issue once again you need to pay amount.
                        After completing my tide itself they should not accepted my cash but they accepted. And now they are asking once again i need to pay

                          My point is simply this: why can’t ola include permit charges in the invoice itself when ola know fully well the permit charges for entering pondy from chennai and vice versa. Ola also know that since it is inter-city and inter-state, permit will definitely apply. Why don’t they fix it at the time of booking - in the digital fare itself? Why are ola conniving with this corruption on the part of the cabbies? It is like dealing with the notorious chennai autowallahs.
                          Instead of bombarding my mobile with all kinds of silly and useless messages, ola should address this problem if they are serious. Why should the customer have an exchange of words with the cabbie any more than is absolutely necessary?
                          Why should i as a customer have to argue with the useless and corrupt drivers regarding the permit charges? On different occasions i have paid ₹250, 300, 350 & 500 for the same destination from the same starting point! How is ola improving the customer experience by wishing away the problem? Does ola feel that it has a captive market?

                            I received call to update my KYC & then the fraud is committed over telephone, the call recording is available with me.

                            Please check on urgent basis.

                              Ola driver charged ₹500 permit from Pondy to Chennai. From Chennai to Pondy the driver charged ₹300. In both cases, permit was never obtained by driver. The worst part is it is not even possible to register complaint with Ola app. It will simply say that rider has to settle with driver. Drivers in Chennai and Pondy are very corrupt. But Ola does not accept responsibility for their drivers. Ola has to be made accountable. It is a big scandal and Ola is intentionally looking the other way.

                              Ola must be forced to accept responsibility for their drivers’ actions. It is very telling and self explanatory that we cannot even register a complaint on the app regarding the fleecing of customers by the conscience-less cabbies in the name of permit charges in the route of Pondy to Chennai. Ola must act if it is concerned about customer well-being.
                              I booked a taxi on 24.12.2019 and I didn't receive Invoice to my mail. Plz forward Invoice to me at kanchan.[protected]@gmail.com

                                I had travelled thro' OLA auto on 12th Nov'19 from Mulund (E) to Thane station (CRN [protected]), for which i paid the cab driver an amount of INR 77/- in cash. Now after 1month when i attempted to book a cab on 24th Dec'19, i was shown an outstanding of the same amount as exhausted from my OLA Postpaid account.
                                When i called the call centre to register complaint in the matter, they refused to register my complaint claiming that i am raising this matter after 1month, hence not eligible. Am surprised on 2 accounts: 1st being how an incorrect action by their cab driver by fleecing both me & OLA cabs gets negated (nullifies) as the complaint is being raised after certain period?? Secondly why should i be looking at the app even when i do not have any reason to use, as i do not have a reason to travel by cab/auto??
                                Only after serious insistence was i shared an interaction no.[protected]on 24-Dec-19 @ 1517hrs), by Ms. Khushboo.
                                To begin with since the time i have been using OLA cab service for last 4-5 years have never used any app based payment method for OLA cab service, neither believe in it. I have always paid in hard cash.
                                Secondly i never subscribed to the OLA postpaid services, then why was the same activated without my consent or subscription??
                                Irony of the situation is the cab driver must have taken money from both me (cash paid by me) & OLA (thro' credit of the Postpaid amount into his cab-driver's account), which amounts to him cheating both OLA & me, whereas i am being treated as defaulter even after paying necessary amount by cash.
                                Now am unable to use the OLA cab service as due to their technical issue & cheating done by their driver.
                                Appeal to consumer forum to address this issue & resolve the matter on immediate basis.

                                  Sir, on 21.1.1219 i engaged ola service (Auto) from egmore to mandaveli. An amount of 152rs was paid by me including rs15 as cancellation chrgs. Amount reflected is /rs137. Please correct this. Regarding crn[protected] cancellation fee rs 15 wrongly charged as the driver did not respond to me even after calling him thrice. It was not my mistake. It was the sole mistake of the driver concerned. Please revert rs 15 and try to adjust this amount in my next trip.

                                    Dear team,

                                    This email is against unfair treatment by ola and putting our life at risk!

                                    I took the ola drive service earlier and unfortunately the so-called infotainment system did not work. I was half of my trip & the solution given to me was to go back and drop the car & take another which may have a working infotainment system.

                                    Later after a fight with customer support, i was reimbursed 1 k for such huge inconvenience throughout the trip.

                                    Now, on the second hire, i realized that i should never ever go for ola self drive services...

                                    Here is why...

                                    Yes... God's grace! We all were safe!!
                                    The brake failed at 60 km/h speed, we managed to pull over the car and apply aux. Such poorly maintained cars should never be given to any of your customers. This was a fortunate situation where we were able to control the vehicle without brakes.

                                    Rsa services explained by ola was even more pathetic!!! We did not opt rsa and dropped the car to the nearest authorized maruthi suzuki garage and we were shocked to see that the brake pads were completely worn out!!!

                                    Is it carelessness or ola thinks that we should pick their vehicles to get it repaired? If something goes wrong, who is responsible? Is this vehicle ever serviced in its 32, 000 kilometres history?

                                    After taking all this burden and spending three unnecessary hours to get the vehicle repaired, we were really frustrated and called up customer care to ask for an extension to end the trip. Supervisor (Mr ganesh) was rude and asked us not to repeat the word 'pathetic' after providing such services. He questioned me 'why did you take the second hire when the first one was pathetic!!! We expected at least a good response from ola customer care. However, mr ganesh was again true!!!

                                    I request ola not put a customer's life on risk!!! Maintain your vehicles and try to give more importance to customers safety!!!

                                      I have recently tried to recharge my prepaid phone number of jio worth inr 555 through ola money app. The number wasnt recharged nor the money got reflected in my ola account. I emailed to the number provided by ola on 26th of december regarding the same but even after 5 days i have heard nothing from their end regarding my problem. I have the e-reciept of the payment made through ola. It seems like the company is indulging in new kind of mal-practices. I sincerely wish that my problem will be looked after and resolved
