I have transferred Ola money to my brother Manoj More ([protected]) as listed below:

19-02-17 Amt. 50/- & Amt 160/-.

He has received the SMS from Ola for the above amount but amount has not transferred by OLA. Amount has been deducted my account ([protected]).

Request you to please look into this matter and resolve the issue.

    Ref.CRN no.[protected] for CAB booking on 01/02/2017, I have not received the confirmation message immediately after booking and after waiting for 02 Hrs I left my house and availed some other mode of transportation to reach my destination.

    I have been asked to pay Rs 75 in my next ride against the referred CRN, though I have not availed the CAB Service.

    Kindly revert the above advice.

    Driver misbehaved me today..shouted on me. N give me warning to took me somewhere else. I want you to take strict action against him and want my money back with compensation. I was very hurt..he was trying to take advantage. Still i m very depressed. Plz take immediate action against this ola driver mr. Dinesh.

      Hi booked OLA share on FEB 12th, there was no money in ola account. In ola share we are supposed to pay before taking the ride. The app on the driver's mobile showed the amount that we had to pay and we pains the amount and then started the ride. I had a plan of taking further rides that day so I thought of adding some ola money as I was running out of cash. I added the ola money. In the evening when I was taking another ride I noticed that ola had deducted the money from ola money as well. When the driver's app showed the amount pending and when we paid it to the driver Hiw can ola deduct money from account. This is a way of looking customers as many will not keep tracking ola money all the time. I contacted ola customer care and the guy didn't give the information properly, he said that I will receive the ola money back within two days. It's been a week already and I haven't received anythig. The app is pathetic and there is no way I can contact customer care from there.

        I booked a micro today for my wife with crn no[protected] driver took wrong root n its allmost took 28 km extra and delay of 40 min, and it cost me nearly 1000rs, priviously i have paid around 500-550rs for same root, whn i called thir custmer service thy clearly telling thy r not botherd about safety of custemer and thy will not track the rides, its not thir responsibility and anything happenes we have to push sos button thn thir team will follow, my point is if thy cant take care of thir custemer and cant provide security thn why the hell thy are taking booking, and after so much discussion thy agreed me to refund, and guiss thy refund me 46 rupees, actually i wanted refund for extra 28 km charges. so please beware of these cheaters instead use rtc buses and mmts thy will also take the same time and atleast your loved one will be secure..
        This cancellation made by driver . i called driver twice he said he will be coming i waited more then half an hour. Then i received a cancelled message. I called the driver 3rd time he said he have some work he made himself cancellation. CRN[protected] on 14feb2017 driver name is mohd. khan.

            I had booked an Ola cab on 14th February from Sai Palace Hotel, Andheri East to Sahar Airport around 5.15 p.m. I had accidently got into the wrong Ola cab which was passing that way at the same time. I realised my mistake when the OTP number was asked for. At the same time the correct Ola cab driver started to call. In the hurry of getting out of the wrong cab and getting into the right one I left my bag in the wrong Ola Cab.

            I do not have the number of the wrong cab. The cab moved passed Sai Palace hotel along Mahakali Road around 5.15 pm on 14th Feb.

            The bag was a yellow Sky bag and had my Ipad, sunglasses, a tea infuser bottle in addition to food stuff.

            Would really appreciate if you could try to trace which drivers passed that way around that time and enquire about the bag from them.

              I have booked OLA share from my home to mehdipatnam. Driver said he is not going to mehdipatnam and informed me that he is going to In orbit mall. I said cancel i[censored] r not coming to Mehdipatnam. Then driver said he will come. Later he called from one kilometer from my location and states that he is at point. He insisted me to come onto main road. Then driver started abusive and profanity over phone. He is such worst guy. I am completely dissatisfied with the experience.

                I had taken ola share ride yesterday from iifco chowk gurgaon.
                I had selected ola money as payment options. At the end of ride I had paid the whole amount in cash as there is not sufficient balance in ola money. Later I found that ola money is also being deducted for that ride. I called customare case telling them my problem and they are saying they can't do anything in this.

                I used OLA services on 16th February 2017. They have charged me for 71.3 Kms where as the actual distance I travelled was <40KM. When I called the customer care guy he said they calculate distance as per the google maps recommended route . This is nothing but cheating by OLA, to save time we have choosen shortest distance and yet OLA chraged us as per google maps recommended route. The support guy was so rude and frustrated to answer me even though I was polite with him. Till now OLA was my preferred cab service but I have decided to uninstall the appa nd would never use their services again and would not recommend to any one.

                  Yesterday evening (19th Feb ) around 6 .15 PM, I booked a cab from YMCA, Nrupathunga Road to Sahakara Nagar. The driver reported that he was in M.G.Road and that it would take about 20 to 25 m inutes to reach my pick-up area. Hence with his consent I cancelled the booking. And made another booking immediately. You have charged me Rs 208/-(Rs 158 plus cancellation charges), which I paid in cash. For no fault of mine and with the consent of the driver, I cancelled the booking.

                  as such please refund me the cancellation charges of Rs 50/- immediately.

                    There is a glitch in the ola fare deduction system during share rides, because of which we end up paying in cash to the driver as well as thewallet is deducted, so they are doubly benefitted, and th customers are doubly charged. They have this system of pre paying the amount before the ride starts so the driver takes cash and after the trip is over they deduct from the wallet too

                      I would like to know that why do you charge Rs 85 as Toll/Parking fee each time we ride To/From Dabok Airport Udaipur when 7 minutes are free/without parking charges if you enter and leave airport within stipulated time which in this case is more than sufficient.
                      Refer CRN no[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] against which Toll/Parking fee has been charged.

                      From moggapair to porur via ola cab Mini CRN[protected], at the time of booking we did not receive any intimation reg (2.6*Peak pricing). The estimated fare is 205-250 but after ride it came out to be 577, Please don't cheat customer like this. Please look into this ASAP else i have check for other options.

                        I tried to booked ola cab on 19 th Feb, 17 on 11 PM to 11.30 PM from Pune Junction entry gate, and I saw the cabs near my location didn't responded.
                        No one is accepted my pickup request.I ts not the some outside area in Pune, its one of the main pickup point.
                        I'm not satisfied with your services.
                        Please give me the response for why I will use ola services moving ahead.

                        I have booked a ola cab on 07.02.2017 vide CRN[protected] ₹50, Ola has charged cancellation fee, where as I did not get it cancelled rather i received message from Ola for cancellation of booking.

                        Please lookinto the matter and refund my money immediately.

                        I got coupen cashless and applied but at the end I had to give cash. I asked driver before ride that whether this code is applicable or not but even he didnt knew about it.
                        I had to pay cash even having coupons.
                        Disappointed with service of ola in payment issue.
                        There was not even any contact number for customer care for urgent issues.

                          According to OLA cancellation Policy 5 minutes the customer doesn't arrive it automatically goes to cancellation fees of Rs.75.
                          I have noticed this happens every time there is OLA wallet money added and never otherwise. If this is one of a situation, NO, everytime this happens.

                          Asked for a refund, they just send you stupid cancellation policy details and not try and sort the query

                            I was in my Native - When woke up in the morning I saw a transaction done of Rs. 10, 000 and Rs.10, 000 through my debit linked to my ICICI Bank Account.

                              Hi my name is Abhijit Singh, male 43 years old. I'm a resident of boring road, patna, which is a very prime location and one of the most premium localities in patna, today i.e on 18th fe. 2017 at 21:30 hrs i tried to book an ola cab through the mobile app installed on my phone, my registered mobile no. is [protected]. But failed to get any cab, one cab was identified but he denied service and was very rude. This is not the 1st time i experienced this, few days back i couldn't get a cab at 14:00 hrs, another day i booked a cab and the cab also came to my house, but the cab missed my house and moved around 300-350 meters from my house and called me said that he had reached when i came out of my house i saw the cab away from my house, i asked him to turn the cab and come back, but he refused saying that in his app the location was the same where he was standing, i requested him to turn but the driver refused and initiated the cancellation of trip. In short the services of ola is pathetic, i've been a regular of ola have booked cabs in Kolkata, delhi, mumbai, pune never experienced such sucking service as you guys provide in patna. Request you to pls look into the matter and take corrective steps.

                                I had booked a cab through Ola in Ola Share category on February 15 2017 Wednesday at 9:30 AM(OSN[protected]. Once the booking is done the driver immediately started the boarding timer though he was very far away from my location. And it was showing the timer as 11 minutes to board. As a regular Ola cab user I know this was not right for the driver to start timer if he hasn't reached the location. I called the customer care immediately and told about this. They told me that they have marked an offence against the driver and I could cancel that booking and book another cab.
                                The timing of this call was somewhere around 9:31AM IST 15-Feb-2017. (It took a few seconds to talk to customer service executive)Then I enquired whether any cancellation fee would be charged for this. The response was even if I am charged I can get the refund through the Ola app refund process. Trusting this conversation I cancelled the cab and booked another one. I was charged a cancellation charge of 25 INR.

                                After some time I tried the process for getting the cancellation charge refund through the Ola App. But whenever I try it was saying "Sorry this booking is not eligible for cancellation fee waiver". I notified to the customer service through phone and through mail about this. Their response was if system doesn't allow it they can't do anything about it.

                                I had cancelled the booking only after the assurance given to me from the customer care service. Now after that If they say "if the system doesn't allow it they can't do anything" is a breach of contract against the customer.

                                I called them many times for registering the complaint and I was at loss of the calling charge as well as their number is not toll free. On mail they are not responding now.

                                Please take necessary action against the Ola cabs. On false promises they are making profits.

                                Notify me if more information is needed to be attached.
                                Ola has fixed this issue and refunded me the money. I can't find an option to close the issue.

                                  Hi Team,

                                  This is to inform you the I have booked a cab on sunday 11th Feb 2017. I called up the drived and I was informed that he can't come as there is strike in Ola. I was surprised because just 2 hrs ago I took a cab on the same route and strike was on saturday not sunday as per my knowledge. Driver was laughting and it seems he was drunk when he was talking so I disconneted. I got call from him again and asked me to cancel the cab from my end however, I denied. Drived used foul language and abused me. I complain in customer service team and received call from Pallavi KN Safety Response Team that she would take care and take neccesary action against the driver. Its been couple of days still I have no responce.

                                    I booked a cab from kalwa to parel in morning peak hours, the driver was on time and we headed towards parel from airoli . Near vitawa petrol pump the driver received a pick up at Vrindavan society which is 4.5km away from vitawa ! According to your rules regulations a driver has to take any pickup around 6km from the car's location. In this situation, i was heading towards airoli and ur rules made me go back to Vrindavan via kalwa(my pickup location). And after wasting my 20min due to heavy traffic we headed to parel from Thane, Mulund chek naka !

                                    The driver would have asked the passenger to book another cab as vrindavan was not in this way to parel .Neither he told the passenger that he alredy has someone in the cab who is getting drop at parel nor did he spoke to me in good manner, the driver said "madam vrindawan seh bhi road hoga to parel " how could he just say that!! Wherever you go in mumbai there are 10 different roads for a single destination. Does that mean your 6Km would take me to every other place just because the driver wants to earn money and cannt cancel the ride !

                                    Is this the way ur rules regulations work ?

                                    The driver just had to pick up more people so as he can complete his target in time !

                                    I completely agree with the 6Km funda of yours, but that doesn't mean your driver will take an U turn and go to some place which doesn't lay on his way

                                      I booked a cab with Ola at 2:30 pm on 18th February, 2017. I felt the driver is very unprofessional and rude after talking to him over the phone, so I cancelled the cab. To which my cab driver Gautam Kapoor called me and got abusive about it.
                                      This is very disgraceful and unprofessional from an organisation as esteemed as ola.

                                        Driver Rakesh holding car White Beat JH01BS9518 located in ranchi called me up after i had to cancel his ride after no answer from him on phone. He called up and asked how dare i cancel the ride and then started abusing and threatening me. Repetitive calls from him, and then asking me to call customer service to say i cancelled because of mu plan changes were how he approached. I hence ask you to take strict action towArds him, and if i dnt get any response i shall be bound to go openly in social media about the behaviour and hospitality of OLA.
