I booked a cab from kalwa to parel in morning peak hours, the driver was on time and we headed towards parel from airoli . Near vitawa petrol pump the driver received a pick up at Vrindavan society which is 4.5km away from vitawa ! According to your rules regulations a driver has to take any pickup around 6km from the car's location. I booked a cab with Ola at 2:30 pm on 18th February, 2017. I felt the driver is very unprofessional and rude after talking to him over the phone, so I cancelled the cab. To which my cab driver Gautam Kapoor called me and got abusive about it.

after that I called to customer care four time to complete that ride and send me the billing invoice but every time they say it will resolve by 48 hrs and no result
on 17th finaly they send me the invoce of 640 rupees and it was deducted...

I booked a cab from Mira Road to new Bombay on February 17th, 2017. Before booking the cab, the fare estimate showed me Rs.450 or so. However on reaching my destination, my final fare was Rs.850.
I understand that the estimate is not 100% legitimate, however I cannot be charged the double of the estimate. The reason I booked the cab was because of the estimate fare. I was ready to pay Rs.500-600, but not the full fare. My journey otherwise...

I had booked one Ola share for two people.
After I onboarded I gave the fare shown in app as the driver asks the amount before the trip starts in Ola share.
On the way after few distance on the way to my destination another friend had to onboard. But driver denied to pick him up.
We didn't go in that Ola cabs still we didn't rcv our money.
Really it's very bad service Ola is providing.

I had got a popup of an offer in my olacabs application saying "get flat Rs. 100 cashback on first 2 cashlessrides on ola. Coupon code for the same was CASHLESS. So today i booked a cab and applied coupon code for the ride and my code was applied successfully. But while billing at the end of the ride i did not get my cashback and my bill was 148Rs. which got deducted from my Ola wallet.

I travelled today morning from kandiwali E to Malad west. At the time of booking no notification was there on the screen for any dynamic pricing for Prime Cars. I booked the Prime cab accordingly. when i completed the trip I was charged 322- for 6.9 kms ( after applying coupon code Happy50, the actual fare was 527/-) and the amount got deducted from my ola money account. The Normal fare without any dynamic pricing is around 107-112/-.br...

I was travelling from my office at Hubtown Solaris to my residence at Tarun bharat society on 14th FEb, 2017, I took an OLA auto and the distance is just 2 kms.
But when I completed my ride I was stunned to see my bill amount and kms travelled, it showed 11.35kms and INR 139. I had INR 121 in OLA wallet and rest INR 18 I paid by cash.

I mailed several times to ola support but without any results.

The Payment of Rs.108 was already done using Ola Money; ;but the driver took Rs.110 in cash. When contacted, he promised to return the money, but later is not receiving phone at all....

There was a offer by ola. The offer was of Rs.29/- for 4 Kms.
Wilson garden 7th cross to tavarekere last bus stop. Which is just 3.5 kms.
But when we reached tavarekere. It showed 11 kms and asked for Rs146/-
Even if we come by a cab it will cost only 60 rupees.

We called the customer service and he backed up the auto driver telling us it's a special ride and stuff.

On 15th February OLA cabs refused to offer a ride from Infosys Phase 2 to Pune airport on grounds that they had 2 remaining trips left or that they couldn't travel long distances . Expecting a full refund of OLA money and also proper action by company for false promises made via ads and app .

Today morning at 11.35AM on 14Feb2017 the cab number KA 05 AF 2941 maruti Ritz hit my car form back side and caused damaged to my car and have got dent on plastic lower bumper and the paint also removed from that place.
i need to complain about this and i need the compensation or the damage need to be fixed by complete change of the part.
