Respected Sir,
I had booked an Ola Cab(Mini) on 25th of February whose CRN No. was[protected] from 126, Tara Park, Behala to 103, Seth Para, Howrah whose total charge came up to Rs. 272.
Now today 27th of February 2017, I had again booked an Ola Cab (wanted Mini but given Prime Sedan) from the same pin location to the same drop location and the CRN No. was[protected] but the total charge came up to Rs. 427 which is just the double of the previous amount.
I was literally shocked to see such a vast difference between the two amounts for the same journey. It was actually unbelievable that when I had booked a Mini Cab I was provided with a Prime Sedan and when I had called up the driver (Shaban) and when I had asked him he too told me that It was a Mini Car and now I came to the conclusion that the driver had also misguided me.
I would hereby request you to make some necessary changes to your system so that no one has to face the same problem.

The actual fare shown was 41 rupees. The driver demanded 1.5 times of the charge 60 rupees. He refused to close the meter. I paid 60 rupees to him as I didn't want to argue with him.

    I have recently taken a ride with OLA micro which should cost me somewhat between 130-150 as per estimate. but additional Rs 135 has been charged as surcharge without any prior notice. As per Indian Govt rules, no surcharges are allowed by cab companies but OLA is still adding it in cab bills. Even if they want to apply surcharges then at least they should inform the customer before booking. @OLA These type of fraudulent activities are quite inappropriate way to earn money.

      Dear all,

      I had booked a cab at 6Am bcz my guest's flight is scheduled but just before 5 min your driver had cancelled ride. As its early morning and there will be no vehice available. Somehow i again tried to book an ola but there was no cabs available. Later the same driver is messaging me on whats "apka raja" and some cheap things.

      I complaint on your app support corner but till now i did not get any reply from your side. Is this your professional behaviour? In this way you are trying to satisfy your valuable customer? I need telephonic councelling from your side else i llfile a complaint against you

      Because now its a question of women security.

        My mother travelled from Rajnagar extension, Ghaziabad to New Ashok Nagar Delhi-96 after confirmed rate of Rs 314 but on destination the driver demanded Rs645. Kindly refund my extra charged money at the earliest so that further trust can be built up otherwise. The details are as follows :

        Today moring i booked ola auto from hotel ajanta to karumandapam its just 2.2 kms so the amount is rs 29 only but the auto man shows that it us 6.37 kms and amount got the amount from me is 70 rs . The ride time is 5 mins only.. how is it possible to ride 6.37 kms in 5 mins that too in auto.kindly make ola cab to refund my amount and warn them.

          They DO NOT CARE about customers.
          I booked a OLA Share Cab on 23rd Feb '17 (OSN[protected] . I was trying shared cab for the first time. The experience I got, would make it my last OLA share trip.
          To cut the long story short, I got down at my destination. Driver asks for cash.
          I check my OLA App if the money has been deducted from my Ola Money account. I was using OLA after long gap hence did not remember the last Ola Money balance. I do not find any link on OLA App to check OLA Money Statement. I do not get any SMS for money deduction. Driver and one more passenger is waiting. I pay Cash Rs 501 to the driver.
          Later after much research on Ola Money I discover that Rs 501 has been deducted from my Ola Money account as well. I call customer care. Customer Care executive refuses to refund the amount and asks me to talk to the driver to get the cash back. (Earlier they used to refund without much debate).
          I call up the driver. Driver says he has been denied online payment through Ola Money and the Cash I paid him is his only remuneration (I have recorded his statement on my phone). Whom do I believe ? Where do I go?
          Ola and driver both refuse to refund the excess amount charged.

            I booked ola cab to go to airport at 4 am (25th Feb). This is biggest mistake i did. Cab driver (CRN: 587905nnn) called me for direction and as soon as i said to airport, he said I need to pay Rs. 120 extra without bill. I asked why, and he said this is for return toll charges. I said i will not pay until unless it is part of bill. He refused to take me to airport and drove off. At early morning i do not have any option as i might miss my flight at 6:20 am. I decided to drive to airport as it is an important occasion for my wife and 6 year old daughter.

            This is a disgraceful business practice by Ola to blackmail customer asking for more money without bill when i had no choices left. I need to pay now parking charges at airport and again need to go to airport to pick up my car as my return ticket is to rly station. It makes economic sense for me to pay Rs. 120 as bribe instead of spending (Rs. 800 for parking charges and another 800 for taxi to airport to bring back the car.) I still did it because i do not want any other customer to suffer like this. My complaint in FB was answered by copy and paste kind of a response.

            This is unfair trade practice.
            1. Ola promised a service for certain charges, and when customer did not have any choices left, you asked the customer to pay more money. This is unethical way of doing business.
            2. Ola asked customer to pay extra money without any receipt.

            Ola, Can you please let me know why this is not considered as unethical practice and unfair way of doing business.
            I booked an ola ride and the pick up started from an another location.

            Wait timer was put on, cab was not even at my location and i had to bear the burden of time in waiting for another cab.

            Extra burden of 200 rupees in time of 15 mins.

            Sheer disappointment!

              This incident happened on 25th February 2017 at about 2 am. I had to go to the airport and my battery was too low again. So, I booked an Uber cab and it was confirmed as I received a call from the driver. Unfortunately, my mobile was switched off due to low charge but as I noted down the number I thought that would work. In hurry, I just noted down the number but forgot to have a close watch at the driver's face. So, I went to the point where it would be easy for the driver to pick me up. Reaching there I met this OLA CAB driver and as I asked him if his name was (the name o[censored]ber driver), he immediately said yes(where he actually was a different person). I again was unable to check the same as the mobile I used for booking was already switch off. So, we got in the car and after moving a while I got a call from the actual Uber driver but then I couldn't guess the fraud. The Ola driver was so cunning that he asked me to handover the mobile to him to talk to the driver by himself. He talked to the driver and convinced him to cancel the booking and see for another ride. But I smelled something going wrong and asked him if he was an Uber driver but he said he works both with ola and uber. So, as I was getting late for the flight I ignored the situation as I already was in his car and I was in fear that if I argued with him that moment he may harm me in any manner whatsoever. So, I kept quiet. But later after reaching the airport when he said me the price, it was showing Rs. 892. I was shocked as in Uber the estimated price was Rs. 362. Then I was sure that there was some problem with the driver. Later by then, I got my mobile charged with powerbank. So, when I confirmed he was the person with a different name and different vehicle. I was shocked seeing the cunningness of the driver to deceive me his identity the whole road. When I realised the truth I refused to pay him until he shows me his identity card, but as I already was late for the flight I thought of convincing him at a lower price which he agreed at Rs. 518. So, I paid him and rushed to catch my flight. But this was a very bad experience for me with OLA. I am a frequent customer of OLA and have the feeling that being an Indian company we should promote it as far as possible. But seeing that it employees such bad mannered cab drivers and frauds I now fear to board any ola cab in the future. Will not take an Ola cab until this driver would be punished in any way whatsoever.

                First time I used ola cab services from Pune station to ravet ola app shows me bill of 282 rs after discount but when cab come he charged me for 307rs
                First Time I used ola cab and will never use again in future
                Please do any appropriate action on cab driver and ola cab services to save new and decent customer .
                When I try for online payment it doesn't shows for any way to payment.

                  I had booked a cab yesterday (February 24, 2017) for travelling from my residence at Dahisar W to my office at Prism Tower, Goregaon W, Mumbai. I had got a fare estimate of Rs. 125 on the mobile app. However, the actual fare charged was Rs. 242.
                  I have been using the cab facility over the last few days when the fare has been around Rs. 150. There was no increase in the travel time yesterday as the traffic was lesser than normal and the same can be validated through the time taken for the travel on the last few occasions (in comparison to yesterday).
                  I would therefore like to raise a complaint against the company for cheating and charging exhorbitant fare by misleading the customers. Kindly take immediate action for refunding the excess amount charged to me and additional compensation for the hardship caused to me.
                  No action has been taken by the Company in response to the concern raised on the customer support. In addition, the executive on the call center number[protected]Ms. Nagma) was rude and absolutely not cooperative and changed her stance from escalating the complaint to washing off her hands and asking me to raise the complaint instead.                     Yesterday on 24.02.17 we booked cab for borivli in sharing
                    I apply pick up location from my house but building name
                    was mismatching your driver waited at another location
                    for about 5 minutes and was saying that I was waiting for
                    10 min. and he also did not call us after arriving ( we were
                    waiting for his call( every time getting a call from driver) as
                    vehicle was showing arriving).
                    He directly cancelled our booking and was roughly saying
                    that you should call me. Also he immediately picked up another
                    passanger of probably of higher amount.
                    Please take action on like this selfish and rough speech driver

                      Auto drivers price higher than the meter charge . Though the message says the amount, drivers demand double the amount .I donna why do they register in a trusted site like ola. When we ask the reason for charging high, drivers reply that they can't adhere and accept the offers given to their customers by the organization (ola).This problem must be definitely resolved by the company.

                        I use ola auto service every day for around 20kms to and fro. But most of the times Drivers Deny the Duty. I don't know the reason behind it. If traffic is the main problem they say then that is a well-known fact in Bangalore. Then why do they join this service? I struggle a lot day and evening to book an auto. Main reason I go for Auto Rickshaw is everytime cabs are not at all available. I do not know the reason for this as well. Moreover, I am pregnant and I do prefer an auto but if OLA does like this then there is no point in looking for this service.

                            I was in my Native - When woke up in the morning I saw a transaction done of Rs. 10, 000 and Rs.10, 000 through my debit linked to my ICICI Bank Account.

                              I have booked an ola cab on 21/02/2017 through my ola app. The Vehicle number TS07UB6025, Driver Sateesh, Mobile no.[protected].Silver Indica, OTP NO. 8266. The vehicle picked me up from Erragadda to East Marredpally, the charges were Ra.169. Though I had ola money in my account, the driver requested me to pay in cash, since he does not even have money for breakfast also. He promised me that money will not be deducted from my account. To my surprise, I have received a message at 12:12 that ₹169/- has been deducted from my ola money. I immediately spoke to the driver at the above number and he has assured me that the he will get the transaction cancelled. Since nothing has happened, I tried to contact him, but his mobile is, switched off till now. Request Ola cabs to get the the refund.

                                My friend and I took cab from MG Road to Acharya College at 15.55pm on the 21 .02.17. We had passed through kammanahhali so we asked the driver to wait 5 mins so we buy bread from breads. The driver stopped the trip and we asked why did he stop the trip and he said no issues ill talk to the office and will drop you.But he kept going his route and when said that this is not the route he said this is the short cut and he was meeting all his known people. When I realized that something was wrong I shouted at him and said i will jump out of the car he then said ill take this right and the route you said will come. When he turned the right we found ourselves in front of many guys.

                                We kept shouting and making noise suddenly one guy said just leave them.

                                So they left us and we took an auto and came.

                                There is no SAFETY for us.

                                I need you to raise an action on him. So he doesnt not repeat this with anyone else.

                                There needs to be a camera fixed in the cabs or an emergency button.

                                Anything could have happened to us.

                                The details of the cab driver and the car number is given.

                                Please take a stringent action against the driver and swiftly.

                                  Rash driving by Mr. Majid, OLA Cab Driver, car name & Registration no: Nissan Micra, KA01AF7868. He has hit my car from back by rash driving @ 8th Cross Miller Road trying to overtake at the bend of 8th Cross & started abusing me.
                                  I have come to know that his boss has 5 cars rented to OLA. This type of people who are driving the cars on your company name is going to bring a bad reputation . The High Ground Police Station made me run for 2 days and finally did not take any action.They did not accept my FIR and did not confiscate his car and did not bother to check his car documents. I called OLA customer care

                                    Whenever I book Ola taxi I am not getting proper drivers some drivers come very shabby and irritate me asking where is the destination and how to go then they ask tell me the direction or behave in manners of annoying me.. They don't behave normally it is very annoying and irritating. They Don come neatly. Sometimes they drink and come. Please look into the issue. Am from coimbatore and my location is near race course living in Rainbow Manor apartment.Whenever I book ola taxi the driver is not proper. Please look into the issue and solve the problem.

                                    Even today I came in Ola taxi and the taxi driver was drunk. He doesn't behave properly. He says there is no destination mentioned in his mobile and he doesn't know where to go. Even before I get inside the car I make a call and ask whether he has come, he says yes but he does not come and wait in the pick up place. He keeps annoying me by telling his GPS doesn't show anything. Moreover he was drunk. This is what I faced today morning with the taxi driver.

And he is representing to his self as a sbi branch maneger and he said that u are not submitting your adhar card for that he is block my atm card for life time. For that he said to provide some card details for avaoid card bloking i provide my card details from his side i got a otp number which i shared with him after that i got a transation sms to my registered mobile number i also provide the ola cab transation id which is[protected]. After i called on the ola cab toll freee number wher i descus my problem with mr. Balaji he gave me a reference number which is 323667 and he transfer my call to conserd department where i talk with mr. Narayan he said to me put a fri to near by police staion. Than i put a fri to police staion and i also provide the fri details as well. Kindly help me out from this problem.

                                        I booked a shared ride at 10:00 am from infosys phase 2 to Hindu gymkhana only to receive a call after 5 minutes that my driver will be able to receive me only after 15 minutes, i could cancel the ride if i wanted. So, basically for a ride i have to wait for half an hour and since i have booked the trip, i can't even cancel it otherwise i am charged cancellation fees. There is no logic to cancellation fees. sometimes when the road is jammed, the driver himself says " sir, cancel the ride or wait for 20-25 minutes".
                                        This cancellation made by driver . i called driver twice he said he will be coming i waited more then half an hour. Then i received a cancelled message. I called the driver 3rd time he said he have some work he made himself cancellation. CRN[protected] on 14feb2017 driver name is mohd. khan.
                                        Why you guys charging me ??
