I was charged for rs.2199 from meera bagh to greater noida. It is showing distance of 101.5 km while it should not be more than 60 km.
Even google map shows distance between these two locations 60 km.

Please refund my addditional amount in my ola money account otherwise i will file a case in consumer court.

I took a OLA ride from Majestic Railway stations to Brookfield kundalahalli on 24th Dec 2016 with family.

The driver did not come at the place I wanted to . He denied to pick from our Source point and asked us to come to main road.After boarding he said some bad word in his own language and takes his own way to drop us. I booked a rental all day ride on Ola. Driver dropped us off after 10 minutes of trip as he said he can't do all day and does not have permit for Delhi. Customer care person spoke to the driver and told him that she will file the complaint against him and told me that this trip will be correctly cancelled but I was charged for the all day rental anyways for rs 1745. Driver has not exact on 8th main road bus top. Instead he is convincing customer for you haven't given correct location. He has dropped me in the midnight on rajaji nagar warrior bakery signal. Saying my Google map this point only.

Please treat this matter on a priority basis.

I made a booking last night for my friend from Marol to kalwa Mr Rajesh a car driver was the one who served . I was using ola money very first time and was unknown abt the fact that money gets auto deducted . So my friend also paid for the trip i.e Rs 437 and money also got deducted from my account . On 21Dec I booked Ola cab to pick up on 22Dec 8 a.m. under CRN number[protected] but no one came for pick up. On 25 i booked again taxi under CRN number[protected]. Driver did not came for around 25 minute. Then i cancelled ride and booked again. In this way i suffer twice by ola cab in case of time as well as money, because on 22nd Dec i higher private cabe to take my flight... ......

CRN[protected]; Ola is cheating its customers. They are in between putting the surge pricing and charging double even though Supreme Court strictly banned surge pricing. In my ride, surge pricing was included as 12 rs per km instead of micro rate of 6 rs per km. Also, they doubled the base price from 40 rs to 80 rs along with doubling the ride charges from 43 rs to 86 rs. Kindly revert on this at the earliest, as I am planning this to bring...

I have received promo code from ola i.e. LETSGO . By this code i can get 50% discount during bill payment of ola in Mumbai. I used this code during my journey and even code was applied successfully during my journey but i did not get discount in my ola bill.

I booked a cab with a coupon CASHLESS by which if I pay cashless by ola money for the trip I would be getting 100 RS Cashback in my account but I didn't get my Cashback.There is no proper way to Complaint about the problem.

I booked a cab from ola cabs on 24.12.2016. Crn no. Of ride is[protected]. Driver of the cab mr. Dinesh kumar sharma misbehaved with passengers, he drop the passengers too before (Approx 1 km) the destination and charged an additional amount (Rs.360.00 instead of actual bill amt rs.258.00), on denying to pay additional amount he misbehaved with passengers and forcefully take additional amount. It shows travel in olacabs is very unsafe....

I booked ola cab on december 1st2016, amount deducted from my ola money & driver also collected money for this. I am trying to raise complaint to ola but there is no response. Called customer care but even after 15 minutes on line also. They r not connecting a call.

There is no proper way to raise complaint or contacting ola.

Worst service n should take some action against this....

I took an ola ride in jaipur by gaja nand crn[protected]. Not only did his gps not work, he did not know any roads and refused do listen to my directions too. Finally we got stuck in a small alley for over an hour and he was shouting at me saying he should just leave me on the street with all my luggage. Finally he ended the trip and then charged me 450 rupees to drop me to my destination after 2 hours. I can't imagine ola even has drivers...

It happened at banglore in ola auto. I booked an auto for approx 4 km of distance when i reached my fare was rs 29 which was accurate. But the problem started while coming back. The auto drive got to know that i am new in banglore, he started his auto meter too along with ola meter and the fare in his meter was rs50 and in ola it was rs29. Since past week me and my family travelling separately and we booked ola cabs for either catching flight or trains and each time either ola or driver cancels ride with similar set of regions.
