On 2nd dec i took a cab and driver stopped the trip after taking the crn. Driver said me that trip closed by mistake and he told he will return 60 rupees and told me to complaint at ola.
Ola customer executives dont have manners how to behave with customers when we faced the problems because his partners and negligible responses.
They were also telling me that they will return my ola money and no compensation against fault from their end.
Ola management dont have guts to take action against his partners and ola cheating the cusyomers and running behind only the 25% commission and they dont want customer happiness.

They promised me future rides will not be havbing any issues and next ride only they proved ola is worst.

    I booked a cab on 16th dec at 3:51 am which was at 5 minutes distance to catch a flight at 5:20 pm. The driver did not pick the call until 4:07 due to which i had to cancel the cab and book another one which arrived after 12 minutes and i missed the flight and had to book the tickets instantly which costed inr 25, 000. I want to put a claim on ola for such unprofessional attitude of the driver. I have attached the screenshot of calls and tickets.

      On 31st December 2016, I took a ride and should have been ideally charged not even Rs.200 but was charged a crazy Rs. 700. I have used this service before and it didn't show any surcharge to me and hence I booked it. Else, i wouldn't have. Upon contacting the customer service, I was spoken to rudely and was told the system is never wrong. Maybe they have made some Godlike service.

      On contacting on Twitter, they replied to me once and then started ignoring my messages and even the CEO did the same. There were other people who complained about the same issue, so clearly I am not the only one. This is a pathetic manner of dealing with grievances. Just because these guys got some funding doesn't mean they will ignore the customers. Bad service. I want my money back.

        Hi,
        Yesterday i booked cab using ola app. After 5 min i called driver and asked for reach early. Again after 5 min driver called me and said that he is on my location but i found that he is still not reached. When i called second time to driver and ask where is he, then driver confirms that he is on right address which is received from ola app and in actual ola app sent wrong location to driver and its 6km far from my location.
        So i canceled that cab and booked once again a new cab. Second ride done properly but when i reached message received from ola that charges of ride is rs.107 + rs.50 extra for cancellation of ride.
        I contact ola support via twitter and they suggest to go through app and register complaint. But there is no option available that ola charged wrongly. They only give options regarding drivers.
        What ola thinks that ola app will always work perfectly? Ola is thinking that fault is only of drivers or only of customer.

        Ola give me my rs.50 back.

          . issue is distance charged. please see distance from jalvayu tower gurgao to rkpuram (my home). it is around 22 km but charged for 44.2 km. the amount chaged 1031/-. it is almost 3 times the fare i paid while going to same place in the morning same date. how return fare is 3times is not clear for same distance. system can go wrong due to technical problem which needs to be resolved manually by seeing the logic. but company refused to accept. needs to be resolved amicably before the matter escalates

            I am or at least was, a ola customer. Presently my account with ola cabs, has a balance amount of rs 2325. Ola has decided to suspend my account, through no fault of mine. As such, my money is stuck in the account and there's no way i am able to retrieve it.
            Such is the way these cheapskates are apparently conducting 'business'.
            Despite repeated calls and mails from my end, i have received no concrete reply as to how to retrieve my money from them. If this is the face of digital and cashless india, it's really sad and disturbing.
            A consumer being harassed in this manner is absolutely pathetic and unacceptable. It's my money which these swindlers have swindled.
            Please help me out.
            I have lodged a complaint with them as well, the complaint number being 259520.
            Looking forward to speedy help.

              This is with respect to the shared service of your cabs I had availed for on the 24 Dec, 2016 Ride details OSN[protected]. I would bring to your notice that your driver had insisted on payment in cash saying that it was reflecting the same in the app despite on my request to deduct from OLA money. However inspite of paying cash I find equal amount deducted from my wallet too.

              Inspite of constant follow up with the Ola support team I didn't get any resolution.

              Request you to look into this matter and refund the amount to my credit at the earliest.

                That bloody ola driver name: Prakash ([protected]) Silver Indica KA02AC7817.has not having a sense of how to behave with customer and dropping me at main road and telling this is the location its showing itseems, as am requesting him to drop to my exact location for that stupid he is asking extra money randomly. Pl guide to ola driver that how to co-ordinate with customers. Those kind of driver will be waiting to collect extra money for their use, for that customers cant suffer like this.

                  Ola have started looting the money of customers.
                  For my last trip i have selected cash as option and paid rs206 as cash directly to driver.
                  Even though ola have charged me rs206 through credit card and deducted the said amount for no reason.
                  Please refer the attached details and complaints raised.
                  I have provided them every details about this transaction but beyond that they said there is nothing they can do as the money is already paid by me.
                  Ola is not ready to return the deducted amount and looting people with two mode of transactions.

                  Strict action required for such a loot.

                  I booked a ride for my mother from from rampura to west Punjabi bagh.the driver harassed my mother who is a senior citizen and dint stop d bill at Punjab bagh intact he went on to mayur vihar...a 150 rs ride cost me 356 rs..pls do the needful

                    Ola cabs india pvt ltd is a worst cab service i have ever seen .
                    the negligence of the cab drivers is very sad thing of the org
                    they dont have cabs nearby
                    they only have micro or mini on the app but not on the roads
                    the drivers canceling our rides without any info makes us disgusting and shows their irresponsible nature.
                    uber service is very good.

                      I was travel from ambatur to mathur which is nearly 15 to 16 km. But it showed me 21 km. Before my journey i checked the estimated ride amount, it showed rps 200 to 250. But driver asked me to pay 330 rps. And there is no toll gate in between the travel. But they charged for the toll. I dono why it happened.

                      Kindly refund the extra charged amount.

                        My ola account blocked without information and took the all ola money.

                        When i contact with customer support got response, "it's automatic bolcked by system. Register with new number to access the application but, we won't transfer money to any account".

                        But, they are saying through ola money you can pay electric bill, mobile recharge, movie tickets.., how to trust these guys without specifying reasons blocking accounts and taking money.

                        Requesting to take necessary action on them.
                        Hello, I took OLA outstation car rental on 24-Dec from Jaipur intl airport.
                        I visited Taj Mahal, Agra and returned to Jaipur on the same day evening.
                        The total KMs i was charged is 612. But i realised that actual KMs won't exceed 500. Please look into this.
                        Driver missed my pick up point went far ahead and was arguing harshly... my question is why should I pay 50 for the mistake I have not done ... make this point clear
                        I didnt receive cashback on my first cashless ride through ola
                        Driver of Ola cab Ajay Pathak phone number. [protected]. Though he is near to our home but not came my house after multiple times call.And also behaving badly. Being a well wisher and continuous rider of your ola cab I am strictly complaining about the bad and unhealthy behaviour of that particular driver mentioned before.

                          I booked ola share with Rs. 208 in balance in ola money and trip cosr was Rs.316. It showed me I need to pay Rs. 108 in cash. Then before the trip ended, I recharged my ola money woth Rs. 200 for future trips. I expected Rs. 200 in my ola money account but no, it deducted Rs.316 from my account and made me pay Rs. 108 to the driver.
                          I called up the customer care who repeated one thing, "as per ola policy money cannot be refunded". There is an issue with their billing system and the customers are made to pay for it.
                          1. Ola didn't provide the taxi and driver details even till the minute of schedule
                          2. I waited for 15 minutes for Ola taxi to come. As it didn't come I had to use another mode of transport to go to Ernakulam South railway station at 3 30 am

                            I have taken ola Ride PNB 25th December 2016 from Meera Bagh (Delhi) to Greater Noida, which is approx 60 km. But at the time of billing I was charged for 105 km which was unexpected .

                            At the time of payment i raised this query with driver but he also behaved rudely, I was left with no option but to pay the high amount the way driver was behaving.

                            This is pathetic experience which was unexpected from big name like OLA . Also I have been regular customer of OLA, but this experience was uncalled for.

                            I have already raised complaint but no solution has been made so far ...

                            I need a resolution of same and want my money refund

                              I rahul sharma has forgotten my mobile letv in ur cab on 1st jan 2017, when i was coming from hatia station to my home. Near nifft patel nagar hatia, ranchi. The problem is only know the car specification, atlo k10, white color. Bcoz my mobile is lost i don't even contact to dat driver.. N my mobile has been switched off, even gamil and ola paswords has been changed. Find my mobile plzzz zn send it to my address given above. Coperate wid me..                                 Please be carfeul before using Ola Share cause you would definitely end up reaching 30-40min late to your respective destination.Ola Shares a person not on the route but anywhere so lot of times the cab has to take a uturn and travel to the opposite direction.In Uber Pool they would always share with you a person who is on the way but in Ola they are just after squeezing money at the cost of customer.
                                Ola has to rewamp its software and take lessons from Uber Pool regarding the Sharing algorithm.

                                  We have haired a Ola Cab on Friday Dec 30, 2016 at 5.43 PM from Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Old Rajinder Nagar to New Kondli Chowk, DDA MIG Flat, Delhi -110096 via Ola App. The Driver Name is Pradeep Sobti & His Wagon R Ola Cab No is DL1RTD1940. The approx cost show us in the the Ola app at the time of booking is Rs. 276. The Booking CR is 3233.

                                  We have reached the scheduled destination at 7.26 PM. Total distance covered is 23 Km.

                                  The driver has charged us Total Rs. 585/- (aka Rs. 25/- per Km) for Total 23 Km distance covered in Delhi to Delhi. That driver has also humiliated us after asking for the extra charges.

                                  We have paid Rs. 585/- to the driver.

                                  My simply question is that the charged money is realistic and justified by the Ola company management or somewhere someone has misuse & mishandled the fare.

                                  Now I want to seek the justification from company regarding this.

                                  Is this my extra charges burden has refunded to me.

                                    I HAVE RECEIVED A MAIL FROM OLA CAB ON 27 DECEMBER 2016 WITH FOLLOWING QUOTA "Flat Rs.75 off on 5 Mini/Prime (Sedan/SUV) rides in Bengaluru with the code NYE5. Offer lasts till 31st December, 2016."
                                    ON DATED 30.12.2016, IHAVE BOOKED OLA CAB WITH BOOKING REFFERENCE NO- "CRN[protected]" BUT WHEN I APPLIED THE DISCOUNT COUPON, IT SHOWED THAT THIS WAS NOT APPLICABLE ON MY BOOKING.. WHY???? IT WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTING . IF THIS COUPON WAS NOT GENERATED FOR MY BOOKING THEN IT MUST NOT SENT ON MY MAIL.

                                      Hi,

                                      I had taken a ride on 7th December. By mistake I had left my sunglasses in the cab. I had called up the driver and he mentioned that he will deposit the sunglasses in the Ola office. It has not been deposited and every time I call the driver he gives me stories.

                                      While I completely accept that it is my negligence, I do expect better customer service from an Ola partner. This is tantamount to theft and a do not want to file a police complaint for something as simple as a pair of glasses.

                                        I had booked ola from chennai egmore station to chromepet, chennai at 22:45 on 30/12/2016.
                                        I was given the details as follows:

                                        Driver name: Sakthikumar R
                                        The driver arrived at the destination and when he got to know that the destination is Chromepet he driver refused to drop me to the destination saying that he will not come. And my booking was cancelled.
                                        Ola is not a normal Taxi or Auto service that it is the choice of the driver as to whether he wants to drop me or not. When i did the booking, my destination was already specified. If he didnt want to go there then why the hell did he accept the booking?! We as consumers shell out a lot of money in order to reach our destination safely. This was unacceptable behaviour by the driver.
                                        If i hadnt specified the destination beforehand then if the driver did this then it wouldve have still been acceptable (not really though).
                                        If a consumer specifies the destination and driver accepts it knowing the destination then he is supposed to drop me to my destination!
                                        Else he shouldnt accept to ride me there!
