I had booked ola cab in kolkata to travel from sdf to dumdum. The following details were sent to me.
Raja Prasad ([protected]) is on the way in a white Bolt OD01L8110.Please reach sdf to board your cab.You are paying Rs.83 for this ride.Share OSN[protected] only on boarding cab.
At the end of ride, i handed over 100 rs. note and he returned only rs.10 note and did not returned rs.7 giving execuse of not having the change.
. At night when i opened ola app, i found that rs. 83 were deducted from my ola money account. As per ola help page, they sent an otp to customer's phone to confirm payment but that never happened. When i called ola customer care, they said that we sent message for deduction of ola money which never happened and they refused to refund my money and asked to deal with driver personally.
When i raised this to ola driver, he said he will return on next day to pick up location but it has been week still he did not returned and every day he gives new execuse.

    I stay in Bangalore on 30 Dec 2016 I took a ola cabs from kalasipalayam..From there to my house is only 16 Km . Normaly they charge only less amounts so I thought I can save money by using Ola cabs but when I reached my home .The bill came around 700 I was so shocked .Even the auto driver take only 300 something . Then I checked km in that it showing 43 Km but I traveled only 16 Km .How can they fool around people like us. .Should something about it. .Thanks

      i lost my phone in cab yesterday night while travelling from nayandhalli to BTM layout, im sure that i left my phone in the cab itself, i kept my phone in front dashboard. but driver is saying that there is no phone in cab, i called him so many times to find the phone in cab, but hes not responding properly, after drop i came to know that i lost my phone in cab, when i called to my phone its ringing after that they cuts the call again i tried that time it not reachable, today its went to switched off. more important documents are there in that phone.Please help me to find my phone.PLEASE HELP ME

        I'm a regular passenger of Ola cabs. Till now I'd very good experience with Ola drivers. But today I was very much disappointed with 2 of your rude drivers. They didn't care about our security, started abusing us and dropped us in the middle of our destination which is not a safe place at all.

        I booked this cab at 05:26 PM. The driver called me before pickup and asked for drop location. I mentioned the landmark which is nearby that location (around 2kms). However, I put the exact drop location on OLA app. When the landmark came driver asked me how much far from here, to which I replied around 2 km more. He started arguing with me and called me a liar. He was continuously abusing. After that, he also ran away the red signal and crashed his car into a two-vehicle. I and my lady friend deboarded from the car after seeing this.

        As we deboarded the car, we booked an Ola auto. After boarding the auto he asked the dropped location. I told him the location and this time the driver started grumbling that nobody goes there as from that location he will not get any passenger back. As we were about to reach our location which is around 1 km the driver stopped his auto ask us to deboard saying that "yaha tak aa gaya bahut badi baat hai".

        I really want Ola team to take some strict actions against these type of drivers. They have no responsibility at all. They don't even consider a lady passenger aboard. As both these cases happened at night and the location where driver dropped us are not secure, please take care about the security of the passengers and Ola reputation.

        Kindly forward my complaint to higher authorities and I need a follow up of this case.

          This is my second bitter experience with ola. The cabs these days don't have Ola boards and drivers are arrogant and abandoning customers whether we book ola prime sedan or ola mini. Every time I am promised of strict action against such irresponsible drunken drivers. As a woman customer there is no safety guarantee. Need strict actions for both the complaints made by me. Latest incident date today 29 Dec 2016 and 10:30 am booking to chennai central. Driver of silver xylo car Rajiv Gandi. Request safety and legal action as appropriate on abandoning ola own or attached drivers with ola sticker or without ola sticker.

            I booked an ola mini cab on 28/12/2016 from mathuradas mathur hospital jodhpur to AIIMS Jodhpur at 8 pm. But driver Sandeep Mewara cancelled the ride after few minutes. At booking the cab was 8min far. After 5-6 min also it was showing 4min. without calling the driver cancelled and I was charged extra amount. I am a regular customer and often this happens. please take appropriate action.

              I pallavi shah having the ph no [protected] had a coupon chn49 which should give 7 kmts at 49/. And after that rs6/km i travelled from baliah avenue to walltax road at 3.50pm distance of11.5 kmts and 41 mnts driver name sobanbabu j. On 17th december i had asked for mini but was upgraded to sedan and i had to pay 214/ where as it should not be more than 49+30+41=120/ i had received the message that i have been upgraded or i would not have taken the ride. I request you to give me the refund in ola money which i can use in future.
              Similar complaint about auto from meenambakkam to baliaha ave on 21st dec distance of 16.6 kms covered in 48.94mnts where the offer was rs29for 4 kmts received at 9, 12 am on 21st dec. I paid rs 214/. Please give me the refund.

                I had booked a ola mini cab from mira rd to borivali which got automatically shifted to ola prime inspite of showing the availability of the mini cab which resulted into the higher fare of rs 260 even by applying the code of TAKE450 which gives 75 rs of on fare rate. The normal tariff which i get for this route is around 190-200 which i always travel. By comparing all the above mentioned info i should have got a maximum fare of near around 200.Please have a look at it on a serious note. Hoping for a positive response from ur side

                  I ola cabs from As Rao nagar to Dammaiguda CRN no[protected] only to 22 minutes approx 6 kms for that they charged me Rs.158, at 17.30 pm they charged me peak hour charges same day half an hour before I have b boked uber cab for coming he charged me only Rs.92 I have got e ola balance of Rs 382 I.e I have booked ola cabs see how they are they are cheating and taking customers for ride I request consumer authorities to take strong against o.la cabs get my Rs.58 back Iam not bothered about money but see how they are deceiving common people.G.vijay kumar.[protected]

                    Hi for my last three ola share rides I was charged extra even when I have paid for ola share pass and the distance travelled was less then the pass limit. Please check for the rides made by the registered number [protected] and credit the extra charges value. Also I would like to highlight that the share rides are already acknowledged in share pass.

                      Recd. A text from ola cabs on monday, 26 december 2016 regarding rs.80/- off on 10 micro/mini/prime rides in delhi/ncr b/w 26th dec - 1st jan.
                      I took just 2 rides on 27 dec and already the coupon is not being accepted by ola cabs. Neither have i exhausted my rides nor i am booking beyond the specified times lines nor beyond the specified region (Ncr).
                      This is a clear case of cheating by ola.

                        Ola was running Promotional Offer in Windfall Building, Sahara Plaza, Andheri (East), wherein you can buy the Ola Share Pass in Re. 1/- & the fixed rate which will be charged as follows:-

                        1. Travel 8 kms. @ flat Rs. 60/-

                        2. Travel 15 kms. @ flat Rs. 100/-

                        Today morning I travelled to my office by Ola Share, where they charged me Rs. 100/- for 6.6 kms. instead on Rs. 60/- by which they cheated me.

                        I would like to register cheating complaint against Ola.

                        Ola wrongly charged Rs 845 for only 26 kilometers. On complaining returned the excess of Rs 458 in ola money instead of cash or bank transfer. Ola money is useless to me as I don't use it. I donot wish to give my money away to ola.This is how ola is robbing people and no one is doing anything against them.

                          I feel sorry to write this mail regarding todays ola ride i had availed (date: 27th dec 2016) with CRN[protected]. I booked cab via ola app at 8:57 am on ride now basis because of very urgent travel purpose. My parents had to travel for a very important business trip. They had to board volvo from charbagh bus stand at 10 am. The usuaI ride time between my place and charbagh bus stand is hardly 20 minute. I called the driver(Ajeet Rathi
                          [protected]) on his number and he came almost 25 minutes late. Because of all this my parents had to make a heavy rush for catching up the volvo despite of my mother being suffering from severe knee osteo-arthritis. Results of this on her health were really bad. Moreover the driver charged the amount in cash inclusive of time from booking that is from 8:57 am. My parents asked him to deduct the extra amount caused on account of his delay in picking them from our booking place. Since my parents are quite forgiving in nature they didnt said much to him but i must say such kind of cheating on drivers part is highly condemnable. I am expecting a convincible wise solution from your OLA cabs on this whole incident.

                            My name is Sunil Kumar. I used the Ola cab service on 24 Dec for the first time to travel from Cochin Airport to Angamaly (Booked an Ola mini). The fair was shown to be Rs. 135 at the end of the journey. But the driver called the Ola office and they asked for Rs. 392! The distance traveled was just 7 km. This is a completely unacceptable price. I used Uber yesterday to travel from IISER Pune guesthouse to the Pune Airport (15 km) at 3 am, and costed only Rs. 177. Even though there was Uber service, I was just trying to see how Ola compares with Uber and wanted to choose the cheapest. Since Rs. 392 for 7 km is ridiculously expensive, I would like to get refund of Rs. 257 which was the extra amount that was taken from me compared to what was shown in the fair.

                              I book a cab for my father today at 9 30 am to sector 63 noida, I put a promotion code NYE80 for the trip. The total outstanding bill was Rs 8. The driver didn't understand it and charged the whole amount of Rs 88 from my father. The driver started shouting that the bill is 88 and you don't have balance in ola money account that is why the whole money has not been deducted. If you don't make them understand the policy than why you send this promotional code to us. This was very dissapoiniting. I contacted the driver too but he was not ready to understand the problem later he understood it but was saying that please get your refund from ola company thn what I am supposed to do please inform .Please solve this issue as soon as possible

                                I applied code happy 100 which was related to geting 100rs off on ride still aftr having bill of 98rs i needed to pay 98rs... Very bad experience i want my money back it is given in d scheme that u have to apply the coupan code nd u wil get 100 trs of on ur ride bt it didnt worked nd i paid d faie amt even though it was below 100... I need my money back..

                                  I made a booking on 14th dec, 2016 and 16th de, 2016 for my parents from kundanhalli gate to jalahalli air force station mr ravi a car driver was the one who served. I was using ola money very first time and was unknown abt the fact that money gets auto deducted. So my parents also paid for the trip i. E rs 474 and money also got deducted from my account. Same thing happens to me also, i also paid 496 and amount deducted from ola money also. Driver dont even know how to use the software worst training support. On the very next day i called on customer care pooja helped me with drivers number and i tried calling him the whole day no one is answering the call and again was trying to reach customer care neither customer care number is answerable...
                                  Kindly revert on this at the earlist, as i am planning this to bring the other social /digital media/news channel and then to legal authority.

                                    I book the cab from ola on 12dec around 6:15 am. I called the driver and he confirmed he is coming in 10min. But after some time he didn't come so i called him again and he directly said no. He is not coming. This is not good. Then again i booked another cab. The same thing with this also this driver also denied.
                                    Due to this i have already wasted my 1hour. I was about to miss my flight. Please find both the crn number below.

                                      Myself and am a regular user of ola auto and cars, am really happy with cars but auto's always facing disappointments, no one is following ola meter fare, always quarrel happenings in between me and driver, the way u r announcing some offers is not accepted my many drivers, they way they treating the customer is like a beggar, pls take necessary actions

                                        Yesterday I booked an OLA cab on sharing from gurudusaray road Kolkata to howarah railway station. The cab driver intimated me that I should check with OLA customer care because I have to take the ride and pay RS 483 which are very exorbitant and had I booked a full taxi the rates at that time should never exceed RS 200 for the entire ride. I called OLA customer care, who intimated that she can't do anything in the matter and refused to even lodge a complaint or talk to their superiors. My advice to all, never book an OLA cab because lately they are resorting to malafied business tactics.
