Ola was running Promotional Offer in Windfall Building, Sahara Plaza, Andheri (East), wherein you can buy the Ola Share Pass in Re. 1/- & the fixed rate which will be charged as follows:-

1. Travel 8 kms. @ flat Rs. 60/-

2. Travel 15 kms. @ flat Rs. 100/-

Today morning I travelled to my office by Ola Share, where they charged me Rs. 100/- for 6.6 kms. instead on Rs. 60/- by which they cheated me.

I would like to register cheating complaint against Ola.

I do not know why it is showing that my complaint is resolved, which is not the case.

I had subscribed for promotional offer on 15th December 2016.

Ola wrongly charged Rs 845 for only 26 kilometers. On complaining returned the excess of Rs 458 in ola money instead of cash or bank transfer. Ola money is useless to me as I don't use it. I donot wish to give my money away to ola.This is how ola is robbing people and no one is doing anything against them.

    I feel sorry to write this mail regarding todays ola ride i had availed (date: 27th dec 2016) with CRN[protected]. I booked cab via ola app at 8:57 am on ride now basis because of very urgent travel purpose. My parents had to travel for a very important business trip. They had to board volvo from charbagh bus stand at 10 am. The usuaI ride time between my place and charbagh bus stand is hardly 20 minute. I called the driver(Ajeet Rathi
    [protected]) on his number and he came almost 25 minutes late. Because of all this my parents had to make a heavy rush for catching up the volvo despite of my mother being suffering from severe knee osteo-arthritis. Results of this on her health were really bad. Moreover the driver charged the amount in cash inclusive of time from booking that is from 8:57 am. My parents asked him to deduct the extra amount caused on account of his delay in picking them from our booking place. Since my parents are quite forgiving in nature they didnt said much to him but i must say such kind of cheating on drivers part is highly condemnable. I am expecting a convincible wise solution from your OLA cabs on this whole incident.

      My name is Sunil Kumar. I used the Ola cab service on 24 Dec for the first time to travel from Cochin Airport to Angamaly (Booked an Ola mini). The fair was shown to be Rs. 135 at the end of the journey. But the driver called the Ola office and they asked for Rs. 392! The distance traveled was just 7 km. This is a completely unacceptable price. I used Uber yesterday to travel from IISER Pune guesthouse to the Pune Airport (15 km) at 3 am, and costed only Rs. 177. Even though there was Uber service, I was just trying to see how Ola compares with Uber and wanted to choose the cheapest. Since Rs. 392 for 7 km is ridiculously expensive, I would like to get refund of Rs. 257 which was the extra amount that was taken from me compared to what was shown in the fair.

        I book a cab for my father today at 9 30 am to sector 63 noida, I put a promotion code NYE80 for the trip. The total outstanding bill was Rs 8. The driver didn't understand it and charged the whole amount of Rs 88 from my father. The driver started shouting that the bill is 88 and you don't have balance in ola money account that is why the whole money has not been deducted. If you don't make them understand the policy than why you send this promotional code to us. This was very dissapoiniting. I contacted the driver too but he was not ready to understand the problem later he understood it but was saying that please get your refund from ola company thn what I am supposed to do please inform .Please solve this issue as soon as possible

          I applied code happy 100 which was related to geting 100rs off on ride still aftr having bill of 98rs i needed to pay 98rs... Very bad experience i want my money back it is given in d scheme that u have to apply the coupan code nd u wil get 100 trs of on ur ride bt it didnt worked nd i paid d faie amt even though it was below 100... I need my money back..

            I made a booking on 14th dec, 2016 and 16th de, 2016 for my parents from kundanhalli gate to jalahalli air force station mr ravi a car driver was the one who served. I was using ola money very first time and was unknown abt the fact that money gets auto deducted. So my parents also paid for the trip i. E rs 474 and money also got deducted from my account. Same thing happens to me also, i also paid 496 and amount deducted from ola money also. Driver dont even know how to use the software worst training support. On the very next day i called on customer care pooja helped me with drivers number and i tried calling him the whole day no one is answering the call and again was trying to reach customer care neither customer care number is answerable...
            Kindly revert on this at the earlist, as i am planning this to bring the other social /digital media/news channel and then to legal authority.

              I book the cab from ola on 12dec around 6:15 am. I called the driver and he confirmed he is coming in 10min. But after some time he didn't come so i called him again and he directly said no. He is not coming. This is not good. Then again i booked another cab. The same thing with this also this driver also denied.
              Due to this i have already wasted my 1hour. I was about to miss my flight. Please find both the crn number below.

                Myself and am a regular user of ola auto and cars, am really happy with cars but auto's always facing disappointments, no one is following ola meter fare, always quarrel happenings in between me and driver, the way u r announcing some offers is not accepted my many drivers, they way they treating the customer is like a beggar, pls take necessary actions

                  Yesterday I booked an OLA cab on sharing from gurudusaray road Kolkata to howarah railway station. The cab driver intimated me that I should check with OLA customer care because I have to take the ride and pay RS 483 which are very exorbitant and had I booked a full taxi the rates at that time should never exceed RS 200 for the entire ride. I called OLA customer care, who intimated that she can't do anything in the matter and refused to even lodge a complaint or talk to their superiors. My advice to all, never book an OLA cab because lately they are resorting to malafied business tactics.

                    Very unprofessional behavior by the drivers. many times i was dropped mid way on the main roads because they say they dont get pick up in colony streets and they will have to travel all the way to main road to get pick up. one night at 10.30pm i was dropped at a bus stop and he said he cant drop me near my house because he can get some other pick up at peak rates. money is necessary but they cant be so greedy that they dont serve customers. WORST CAB SERVICE EVER!. NO SAFETY FOR WOMEN. another time he dropped me @7.30om mid way and said me to take another taxi so that he can stay in main roads and get more pick ups. i complained to ola but no change in the attitude of the drivers in ola.
                    I have been impacted by it multiple times, the latest today, 22nd Dec 2016 at 10.23 AM.

                    Ola has been charging INR 200 as tax while coming from Delhi to Noida while others (local as well as Uber) charge only INR 100. That straightaway takes the fare up by 20-25%

                      I had pre-booked a cab for 4am pickup for Hyderabad Airport. Kept waiting for cab details by SMS. NO SMS, No App Notification - when I called customer support, they informed me as a matter of fact that it has been cancelled. I was about to miss the flight - a good samaritan drove me help me still make it to the flight.
                      The service is not only poor, the attitude is one of callousness.

                        I travelled from gurudwara road to igi airport new delhi on nov 11 2016 by prime sedan crn[protected] the driver told me total fare 514 and as he was not having the change so he kep 520 rs. Also he said bill will be recieved later. But till now i have not recieved the bill till now and on ola app fare sg=howing is 124rs.

                          My billing amount was twice than what is charged even after SC ruling out no surge pricing I was charged way more on the name of surge pricing
                          the incident is of 25th december 2016 I booked a cab from Dilshad garden to rohini

                          The amount which should have had been max 350-400 rupees exceeded 700 rupees
                          I request the company to speak to me ASAP as also I've been calling on their customer care and have witnessed no response

                          I want refund and an apology for not attending me as I've been regularly calling them or free ride of the same amount in future

                            I am K.Siddharth, a student of Class 12, and a regular Ola auto user, residing in Chennai. Since my regular school van driver was unwell, therefore I had to use an Ola auto to reach my school, on 26.12.16. My school is nearly 3.5 kms away from my house. When I reached my school, the driver asked me an amount of Rs. 50. I was in a hurry to reach my school on time and I didn't think twice, so I gave him the amount he asked for. When I returned back to my house, I was shocked to notice that the bill amount had specified that the cost for the ride was just Rs. 29. Is this why we believe in and access the Ola service rather than the auto drivers in the nearby stand? Please make sure that you fire the driver and that you refund the amount of Rs. 21 that the driver cheated me, back. Thank you.

                            I have also attached the message acknowledging the confirmation of the booking and the details of the driver, and also the message specifying the bill amount.

                              I wanted to schedule my ola ride for[protected] early morning, since there is a problem of no cash in ATMs, I tried to make payment via Ola Money and recharged it from my debit card for Rs.1999 on[protected] at 22:27:11

                              The amount got Debited from my account, but didn't got displayed in my Ola money balance. It's been 2 days, still the balance is showing Rs.0 in account.

                              Can I have my money refunded?

                                  We had booked car under MICRO. However OLA on its own upgraded to MINI and levied extra charges of Rs. 76.80 + Service Tax @ 15%.
                                  We need Refund of Excess Charges levied alongwith Service Tax, since we booked for MICRO and WE DID NOT REQUESTED FOR MINI. OLA had SENT ON THEIR OWN.
                                  Why should we bear the Extra Charges.

                                    I was charged for rs.2199 from meera bagh to greater noida. It is showing distance of 101.5 km while it should not be more than 60 km.
                                    Even google map shows distance between these two locations 60 km.

                                    Please refund my addditional amount in my ola money account otherwise i will file a case in consumer court.

                                    Yesterday I booked a cab for today but now when I open my app to get the driver info it showed me cancelled without any justification. Just tell me what I should do now. I have to go to airport now and I am having no clue how I reach there. Now i just can't rely on these services and want you to give me a justification for this.

                                      I took a OLA ride from Majestic Railway stations to Brookfield kundalahalli on 24th Dec 2016 with family.

                                      The driver did not come at the place I wanted to . He denied to pick from our Source point and asked us to come to main road.After boarding he said some bad word in his own language and takes his own way to drop us. At the destination point he did not follows our path and takes us to different place and not dropped at our destination. When I asked him to drop at our destination then he said this is the destination place and you have to drop here only because they already taken new ride.

                                      While taking to me, he snatched my mobile and finished the ride and completed the feedback .

                                      I did not say much as I was with family and he was abusing in his own language. This is the horrible experience with OLA cab. Hope you can took some active to prevent such kind of OLA driver behavior.

                                      Hi, Unfortunately, i couldn't select option 1+1 in Ola Share cab . Driver told I need to give 112/- for me (as per Ola apps) and additional 112/- for my family.I paid 225/- and asked for bill. He told, i will get a bill of 225/- but I saw only a bill of 112/- in my email.

                                        I booked a rental all day ride on Ola. Driver dropped us off after 10 minutes of trip as he said he can't do all day and does not have permit for Delhi. Customer care person spoke to the driver and told him that she will file the complaint against him and told me that this trip will be correctly cancelled but I was charged for the all day rental anyways for rs 1745. It's been more than 48 hours and I have not gotten my money back despite calling them several times.
