We booked ola cab from naveen shahdara to vaishali ghaziabad.
The driver started from naveen shahdara and in 25 minutes he reached welcome petrol pump which is hardly 1 km from here and that too is wrong route to go to vaishali.
My mother was alone in cab and got down.. Driver is charging rs 124 for the journey of mere 1 km that to wrong side.

I booked ola micro from charkop kandivali to ghatkopar. I got upgraded to ola mini automatically. I was shown base charge 55 and 10rs per km rate. CRN[protected].

I called and complained to ola customer care and told them i have been wrongly charged and they are not agreeing to same and not even giving me complaimt number neither allowing escalation to higher authority.

Horrible service at 3.00am in the mng i booked a cab from my office gurgaon to delhi, becz of some recent changes in the transport policy, and had the most horrendous and frustrating experience ever!!! I boarded the ola cab on 16th december from sector 63 noida to reach mayur vihar phase 3. For this i got the ola share pass for 50 rs. The pass shows 50 rs per ride. I have raised multiple times request to track my lost things from OLA but no action has been taken till now.
I have booked OLA from Central mall (Bellandur, Bangalore) to electronic city on 29th Nov 2016.The time I got down from cab to open the gate he suddenly left without intimating and because of that my luggage was there in car.After that I keep on trying to call him but he didnt pick up the phone.

We had called for an OLA cab at 7:15. Its been more than an hour and the guy AFSAR[protected] still hasn't gotten back to us and we haven't received any call or message. Because of technical problems on old cabs app on my mobile . I ended up with paying cash to driver which he requested .and also noticed later that ola deducted the same amount from wallet with out any notification .after lodging a complaint they agreed it's technical issue and promised me for refund in 24 hours . But now they have sent a mail saying they can't refund .

This is regarding the support that had been provided by Mr. Kamal Jha during the attachment of Car UP16DT9370. He has attached my car in ola cab in just 30 minuts but he gave me a device which is worst and ridiculous.
