While reach there t the time of payment he said he don't have cash for diesel so he asked me give cash not fo paid for ola money. I given cash but after some time it will detected in my ola account also. Please help me on these.

    Today i traveled from hunsmarnahalli (Yelahanka) to mysore satellite bus stand at early morning 7:30. Which is just 32 km, bt driver took long root and took 38 km... And time duration taken 45mins...
    As per agreement updated in ola app it's charge only 6rs per km and 1rs for per min...
    That is
    38* 6=228
    45*1=45
    Total should be 273
    Bt u charged 500rs
    There for i need detail mail or contact through phone

      Hi,

      Today (22/12/2016), I boarded a cab through Ola Pass. The details are as follows:

      Driver Name- Ravindra

      I have knee fracture due to what I can't walk down the slopes/walk up the slopes using Crutches. My office is down a slope from the main road; that's why I book the cab for exact address of the office. So far I have never faced such a issue, that a driver denied to drop me at the exact location. Today when I asked the driver to drop me at the location he denied and ask me to book personal cab if I have some disability. I had one of my colleague in the same cab along with a fellow passenger. None of them had any objection regarding the same, but the driver bullied and threaten me that, it was his own cab and not from Ola, so he will do what he please like.

      My point is, even if the cab is his own, he is still going by Ola brand and I know the brand. Ola is very responsible so far. But these kind of incidences will put marks on Ola as a brand. I am not disabled, it is just a temporary thing. So, does he/Ola (to me it's Ola) mean that disabled people can't take shared cab, because it might create inconvenience for the cabby? But, how about the fact that Cabby accepts all the passengers, irrespective of the fact that whether they are on the same route or not and waste ample time in searching location and dropping other passengers to unrelated route?

      Kindly, take this issue seriously as this was really insulting and illogical.

      I will look forward to a justified reply from Ola.

      On 17 De, 16 I booked a ride with ola from New delhi Railway stn to Hazrat Nizamudin Railway stn through driver named Anil, with Veh no ending with 8100.
      Post ride completion Rs 136 got deducted through my wallet also and he was paid through cash as well. Pl refund my amt as driver got the money twice.

        Today I was paired with a cab which started from Bellandur to electronic city .I was traveling with two people whom the driver by going back almost 2 km and we're totally out of the way . I took 1 HR 15 min to reach my destination which I daily take only half n hour to reach . I really got frustrated and shall never book any Ola cab from now . I had to leave my very important meeting at office due to this unusual pairing . Please refund my entire money .

          I had a ride with Ola.than an another ola driver call me and told me that I booked a ride I told him that I didn't book any ride. but when I check my phone I was shocked, One ola ride automatically registered and when I canceled the ride they charge me 50 Rs cancellation fee.For 35 rs ride, I charged 50 rs cancellation fee. I did not even book the ride.

            On 23 Nov 2016 I booked a cab from hospital to my home as I just delivered and was with my 3 days old daughter. I talked to the driver on call and told him the location he said because of traffic he will be a bit late.i said fine. When he finally arrived, iplaces my luggage and provided him the crn no. He said the crn no. Does not match.i talked to the costumer support executive he told me my cab is cancelled. When I asked why and I did not cancelled it he said you will have to get down and booked another cab.
            The driver just threw the luggage on the road and I was standing with my daughter clue less. After trying hard for 15 -20 mins in cold evening I got an auto and came home.
            Never book and trust Ola especially in emergency.

              I am a MEMBER OF THE PARLIAMENT. I pre-booked Ola Cab for travelling from Mulund East Mumbai India to Sahar Airport. scheduled pick up time was 3.50 AM on 21st December 2016. at 3.37AM received a call from[protected]. the driver said his car battery is down and asked for help to push the vehicle. our persons went in serach of the vehicle but the vehicle could not be traced at given location. hence I had to cancel the ride and had to find a different taxi. i was to catch the flight. Because of this delay I could have missed my flight. this is very unprofessional. This has happened second time. The vehicle did not arrive last time also but I didnt know how to complain. There should be a provision of sending instant complaint through SMS when customers are in problem. OLA should immediately send another vehicle.
              It's behavior issues with your illiterate drivers. I am going to file a case against Harassment.

                This is in reference to my OLA share ride of 16th December. The driver collected extra cash of Rs 100 saying that there was no petrol and the cab can not go. Promised to refund it that day itself. Also, money was deducted from my ola money . When I tried to contact, his number is not reachable anymore.

                I have complained twice already in OLA support but no response.

                Take necessary actions against the driver and refund my money.
                Today i ve paid for my ride by OLA Money & used the coupon Cashless
                Which was accepted successfully
                But I ve not recd. the cash back of Rs 100/ as I was informed

                  I got a chance to travel by ola some days back.While travelling i recharged my ola account. After reaching the destination, driver collected money from me.But after sometime, money was deducted from my OLA account also. OLA is not providing proper customer care service also. It was happened on dec05 9.18am. Ride number was OSN[protected] and driver name is Ramesh T.
                  Dear team I have load Rs.1000 in ola money through netbanking on[protected]. Money got debited from account but not credited in ola money so resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                    I booked a cab from hwa rly stn and first he tooked 50rs for parking then he tooked long route at the drop point my network was unable then he tooked cash 400 after an hour i reached at network then i got msg payment was done by ola money 392 rs i called the driver to this inconvanience he said forget ur money u paid i kept as tip what is this, this is realy disgusting

                      I Booked ola cab services from Ahmedabad to Railway Junction and shapath hexa to hotel Sri Krishna Taltej near SG Highway. I contacted driver but he switched off his mobile and other time driver answered my call and no response from his end. I am getting messages customer not answering the call and no response from customer. This is the service I faced problems in ola Services during my Professional time (office hours) They were misusing customer time and wasted time and made customer to insult by my office members because of ola cabs services. Its a Black mark to customer with misbehaviour of olacab management. Its a improper management. Not a mistake of drivers.

                        I have booked cab on 16th of december from sai baba temple road to jalahalli air force station. I was having 79 rupees balance in my ola money.
                        I had paid bill through cash rupees 496 and they have deducted 79 from my ola money balance too.
                        When i called to custmare care they said it won't be possible to refund your amount as u selected payment mode ola money.

                          I have booked an ola cab on 18 dec 2016 to travel from vasai to mumbai international airport under olas crn no.[protected] at 0800 hrs on 19 dec.
                          At 0750 hrs on 19 dec, just 10 minutes prior to booked timing i received a message "sandeep [protected] is on the way to your location in swift dezire mh01bt9617.
                          At 0755 i received another message" your ride with sandeep kate has been cancelled. We apologize for the inconvenience"
                          I was waiting with my family to board the cab since our flight was scheduled at 1100 hrs. I immediately contacted sandeep kate on his mobile. He told he would be late to arrive pick up point thats why he cancelled the ride. When i informed him i will miss my flight, he abruptly cut off the conversation.
                          Then i hired a meru cab which arrived at 0855 hrs and reache the airport at about 1130 hrs due heavy traffic and missed the flight.
                          Is ola the useless agency or sandeep the most irresponsible driver going to compensate me and family for our missed flight and hardships we have faced. Such irresponsible service providers like ola should be punished and penalized for causing unwanted hardship and harassment to common man. My advise to all never trust such unscrupulous agencies such as ola. Hell with them

                              I was going to catch my train. Despite of telling driver to go from shortest route he took long route. And seeing me as a single lady he dominated and took extra cash.total bill was Rs821 I paid him Rs526 by OLA MONEY. And Rs 500 by cash. Instead of returning Rs 204 back he asked for more money. He said he don't want ola money. What is this non-sense? he started shouting and created a public scene. I was alone lady. I had to catch my train so I paid extra Rs300 and runaway crying. I hate ola cabs.

                                OLA Share pass is not working now before it was working. I have applied OLA share pass from DLF Phase 3, Gurgaon to New Udaan Bhawan, Delhi which reduce my fare to 80. But now in the same location the share pass is not working. I have bought the share pass of 149 and was no use after 5 days.

                                Kind of wastage of taking the share pass. As I have taken the share pass for this location and now it's not working.

                                  I had worst experience with OLA recently when I hired a taxi . They Generally charge a flat Rate 560 for any where in the Bangalore city to Airport considering 56 KM as max distance and charge RS 10 per km
                                  I had shocked while seeing the final fare while reaching Bangalore airport with just 49 KM and 83 minute travel time normally it should be 600 or so but they forced me to pay RS 1689 mentioning that Airport rate are different and 500 this one and 200 this one etc. all virtual calculations.
                                  I will never use OLA hereafter though I had used in past very often for 2 years
                                  I will inform all relatives/friends on their Cheating habit also

                                    So I have requested to refund Rs 118 which deduct from my account.

                                      1} early morning we had book the ola it was accepted by crn[protected] at 3.30am today. We had booked as my husband was not well and we had to reached kharghar at any cost. But ignorance of the ola cab driver may have cost life of my husband. Ola booked driver cordinated and then he had not received the calls i tried thrice then also he cancelled himself. Ignored our booking.
                                      2} refer :[protected] :- driver name mahadev maske - white ritz - as it was immergency i had booked another and again the same cab in our front we are standing their we called him he asked us the drop location and he him self cancelled the ride we stopped him as he was running in front o[censored]s like autowala. And he very erogently opened the window and telling us that we have cancelled. This driver should be out of your ola services as this may cost your company reputaion as in emergency if they are ignoring the customer what customer has to do.

                                      I hope i will get response and needful action will be taken on the no given.

                                        We had booked the ride at booking accepted by driver crn no.[protected] he had a telephonic discussion on mobile he told he is on the way 3 min aways on map and after wards he told us he is already having customer in cab he is droping it was almost 20 min wasted and we had missed the train in which we had ac tickets. I want you to cancell the license of such drivers which are not cappable of giving good services and serve up to mark to customer. We had misses the train from bandra terminals so i also claim my tickets fare from your company as using your ola cab services we had missed the train due to driver delay in canceling the ride and told us false statement.
