Sir I have traveled on 17/12/2016, and I have paid Rs 118 to driver in cash but Rs.118 is deducted from my account without me notify.
So I have requested to refund Rs 118 which deduct from my account.
i have complened to custumber care but he denied and suggest me to take case from driver.

1} early morning we had book the ola it was accepted by crn[protected] at 3.30am today. We had booked as my husband was not well and we had to reached kharghar at any cost. But ignorance of the ola cab driver may have cost life of my husband. Ola booked driver cordinated and then he had not received the calls i tried thrice then also he cancelled himself. Ignored our booking.

We had booked the ride at booking accepted by driver crn no.[protected] he had a telephonic discussion on mobile he told he is on the way 3 min aways on map and after wards he told us he is already having customer in cab he is droping it was almost 20 min wasted and we had missed the train in which we had ac tickets. I want you to cancell the license of such drivers which are not cappable of giving good services and serve up to mark to customer....

I book a cab driver come and when i sit in car he started demanding more money and start abuse language he is also drunk at that time he told me that he only allow women to sit in car and only person after some time of conversation he told me u have to pay more money as destination is in other state so when i refused he shouted at me and as result we came out of car he after 2 min start a car and i have to rebook cab from olla...

On 19 dec I have been billed twice.
Suman r driver (time- 6.21pm to 6.43pm)- wrongly billed 156 for a ride I did not take. I had booked him but he did not show up. I rebooked and Prashanth p came ( 6.28-7.32 pm).

How could I have taken two rides at the same time?
Would like to raise a complaint against Suman r and would want an refund for the extra billing of 156....

Actually sir i the one of the suffered partner of ola cabs. Thats things are un - tolerate that ola gives us all the partner daily minimum balance guarantee that calls mbg on 17th of december i getting a booking from tuglaqabad and drop in ramesh park laxmi nagar delhi. On that day i achieves higher slab of mbg of 3500. Ola show in our record 1 booking short of ride earing 248.80 / and stop my 5000 balance 2 or three times. I want my money...

I booked ola from baner pune to cosmos on magarpatta. From my ola wallet the total amount was deducted which was 149 But in driver's app it is showing that only 39 is deducted and he asked me for 110 more.
I tried contacting ur customer care but they were not responding at that time.

Ola cab driver name Vijay Babu Kamble (CRN[protected] has asked me to transfer payment of Rs. 804/- two times through PAYTM stating that the first transfer was not received in his account. When i highlighted that there is an excess 804/- transfer happened to his account he initially did not agreed and when later i tried to call him he refused to pay me back my 804 /- rupees.

Today cab was booked by me with CRN[protected] and my colleague travelled in the cab. He told him very clearly that he has got Rs.2000 in his hand and no changed while he got into the cab. Hi this is abhishek jha, i drived car in ola. On 17 th dec i have made rtrips 5 trips where incentives will be provided by them (2800)
But as per there system they are telling me that on 17 dec2016 u have done 3 trips and on 18 dec 2016 u have done 2 trips,

After this, no msg/call was received from your end. Waited till 6.15 am and then made personal arrangements for the travel to airport. Your website details show that the name of the driver is Sudoy Ghosh. The ride shows cancelled after 7 pm.

I have two cars attached with Olacabs and they have charged me penalties on two occasions and refuse to provide evidence of any wrongdoing on my drivers part. I am certain that there was no reason for the penalties and have explained all details to the Ola customer service. I even asked my drives to personally visit the Ola office of multiple occasions and they explained the circumstances. They were told that the penalty would be reversed...

We booked ola cab from naveen shahdara to vaishali ghaziabad.
The driver started from naveen shahdara and in 25 minutes he reached welcome petrol pump which is hardly 1 km from here and that too is wrong route to go to vaishali.
My mother was alone in cab and got down.. Driver is charging rs 124 for the journey of mere 1 km that to wrong side.

I booked ola micro from charkop kandivali to ghatkopar. I got upgraded to ola mini automatically. I was shown base charge 55 and 10rs per km rate. CRN[protected].

I called and complained to ola customer care and told them i have been wrongly charged and they are not agreeing to same and not even giving me complaimt number neither allowing escalation to higher authority.
