I had requested a cab for the airport on 05 Jul 2016. Chandrasekhar, the driver said he will be there in 5 min because of traffic. I accepted the same but he went to different location, again I explained him the location and requested him to reach. The driver assured me that he is coming in next 5 min. as I was getting late for the airport. Next thing I get a message that I have cancelled the cab. I got a call from OLA saying that I have cancelled the cab, to which I could not respond as I had to rush for catching the flight.

The only submission is that I never cancelled the cab and no point in relying on your services in case of emergencies as driver themselves cancel the cab and can easily blame the customer, as in my case.

I am booking for a cab but but this all of three cabs are not responsible his driver's call me and asked me for cab cancellation driver are asking me he is not going this rout etc. So plz action for these cabs asap.

    I started my ride from howrah station to airport no.1 bus stop. I was taken in a incorrect route resulting loss of 1 hr despite my route instruction. The driver intentionally took me in incorrect route. I cancelled my drive in the midway and made payment of rs. 241/-. It was only 6 kms from howrah station when i cancelled the trip in the anticipation that today the billing will be more than rs. 500/-.
    I knew all the route in kolkata as i used to go to my office by my car. Just imagine what would be the fate of a stranger if such type of driver is on the driver seat.

    please refund me the entire rs. 241/- as it was a killing of my time and unnecessary sufferings. Further please give a caution to the driver that such type if incident is inhuman.

      I booked your cab on 27 jun 16. cab driver name (balbir [protected]) (dl 1rta 1886) (crn[protected] white indigo. when i reached to my drop point i gave 520 rs to the cab driver as bill was 116 rs, bt cab driver said that hes not carrying change and same i was also not carrying change. then he said i dont have change gave me change its your problem if you are not carrying change. i want my money right now and said im getting late again i rquested him bhiya i m a girl n its already 8:30 pm from where ill get the change bt then he started arguing with me then i realise he was drunk too. then i got scared i rquested him n i said bhaiya i[censored] dont mind can i give
      You after 1 hour then he refused n again n again he was shouting then i gave him 520 rs then he said ill give your money back tomorrow he said don't worry i stay near your place. no other option was available that time.
      But from that day till now he's not picking up my calls. when i called from my friends number he picked my cal n when i asked for my change 400 rs he said ill give u tomorrow then again he did same he rejected my cal again then i called from my office's number then he said m not gonna gve your change (comlain krni hai to ja k kar mai dekh lunga).
      I know it was my mistake i trusted that cab driver but that time no other option was available n i was all alone n your driver was drunk i got scared. i trusted him because i have trust on ola. n m very frequently using your cab but after this incident i'm shocked. its not about money its about trust. kindly look into this matter atleast teach your driver how to talk to females n see if you can ask your driver to give my change back. thanks.

        Ola driver Mr. Shivalkar was driving Maruti ca bearing no.MH-04 GD-5811 on 05.07.2016 around 10.30am came wrongly on E-tag line at Dahisar toll crossing. He took illegally right and intentionally pushed his car and rammed in my car. He was adamant and made intentionally scratch on my car. After this incident police came asked him to resolve this issue. He put car spray on damaged part of my car and tried to escape himself by this act. It is very dangerous that such drivers are intentionally trying to get into line and dashing to other cars. They are damaging cars of others.

          I had booked a cab at around 1 am on 1stJuly'16. I was informed that i would get the cab in 7 min. But even after waiting for some time there was no movement in the waiting time. Tried calling the driver numerous times but he didn't answer. What are we supposed to do at 1 am if somebody is not replying your calls. Should we wait further? So just cancelled the booking. And now i have been charged Rs 50 for no fault of mine. It is not about the money but the way you are functioning. Your driver doesn't receives calls and doesn't even call back then whose fault is it?? Hope you rectify this as the drivers don't take undue advantage of this loophole.           Driver has collected cash. Deducted from OLA money as well

          Now OLA is not ready to refund the money.

              I have to write this as i have left with no other option left.

              My ola account which i have been using for past some time now, has been blocked on monday 04th of july, 2016 on allegation of multiple cancellation being done from my account.
              I am daily commuter from gurgaon to rohini as i am working with an mnc in gurgaon and due to strict timing, it usually gets late while returning and hence i prefer using cab to back home.
              Similarly, yeaterday i was finding a cab for rohini and each and every driver i booked for denied me duty to rohini on lame excuses (i don’t have gas in my car, i don’t the way, i am tired, i have to travel far, etc) hence, i was left with no option other than to agree to the driver and cancel the booking and book another cab.
              I have attached the final bill through which i travelled (which confirms i was not fooling) and all the complains i raised for the drivers who denied duty to me. also below are the call details to each driver i made which confirms i was in search of a cab:

              It has been a serious disappointment. though there are other options available (like uber), i always preferred ola out of loyalty, but hard to say, will not do the same form again.
              I have certain ola money being blocked in my account, which i demand to be released.

              Being a professional, any allegation without any base shall not be tolerated and this matter shall be raised to every platform so that other customers are not being fooled.

                Called for a Ola Mini from G.K Part I to Noida Sector 29 on 3rd July, 2016 at 9 p.m.
                Two drivers confirmed; (first one who made us cancel the booking and then the second one) but when told about Noida drop, they refused to go after wasting more than an hour; half hour each. Drivers were Vavuan [protected] and Saleem [protected]
                They said they were going in other direction/or towards their home.

                    The waiting time which ola gives is never correct and on talking to drivers and getting their locations, we find that its impossible that he can reach till that time and even the driver agrees and instead of waiting for more than the desired time, if we cancel the cab and book another nearby ola also, then the ola money of rs.50 gets deducted. wats the sense of giving false timing or please stop this fine or tell any solution.

                      Extremely upset with the OLA Cab services. Booked a cab from old Delhi railway station then message came that Ramesh ([protected])is on the way to your location in a white Go HR55X2951. I called the driver without waiting for his call to tell that I've booked &when will he pick me up. At the back of driver's side, some one else said in a laughing mode that "lo aa raha hai, hahahaa". I then instantly cancelled it & booked another cab of Rajesh kumar (HR55X3839). Now this cab didn't arrived neither I board but soon message came as "total bill for your ola ride served by Rajesh is Rs.63. Thank you for travelling with us." I mean what kind of joke is this? After few min.another message came as "a cancellation fee of 50 will be charged on your next ride to compensate Ramesh" I've cancelled him because of his misbehaviour (mentioned in their complaint reason )
                      Kindly take proper action against ola company as soon as possible.

                        This is worst app which I have ever been but I'll never book again Ola cabs yesterday I was book mini cab travel from old city to abids only 8.5 kilometers & he charge 263 rupees I never thought of that charges is so much this is a worst app compared to others there is no use to book a cabs if they charge that much I'm very very disappointed u guys making fool to passengers, u deserve a 0 star not even single I hate this app & worst experience, cheaters and worst worst Ola cabs hated it
                        Taking wrong route and lated our travel and dropped us in the half way.Taked rudely by using the strange guy, he has taked unparlimentary words.very bad travel in the ola cab.he is treated us rudely and behave like a rowdy and called to a stranger and taked like a rowdy guy.

                          I was in Meerut, MIET college at Sat, Jun 18, 03:09 PM and booked a cab for Defence Colony Mawana road. When this driver named Sachin Kumar came. It was scorching heat this guy firstly offered me a seat and than asked me either I'll pay by OLA money or cash, as I denied cash this guy took my phone cancelled ride from my phone rated himself 5 star and flew away. The reason he gave me was thet he was having negative balance so OLA money won't help. Also this guy was over abusive and cheap though. My sonsent is that I am a guy if it was a girl in my place what would have been the circumstances.

                          Please look into this since I don't use cabs so much and still if I face such a experience that would really dishearten me + My 69 rupees were also deducted from OLA money.

                            My wife had booked (crn[protected] ola cab on 4th july monday morning to go for an important customer meeting at her office in bannerghatta road and the driver sheetal kumar, [protected], ka41b5912, after booking did not call back to indicate his arrival. after 10mts when i called him he told he was at hebbal flyover and will take 20mts to arrive. the ola map was showing that the car was near to our apartment - shriram whitehouse apartments, rt nagar. when i went down in front of my apartment he was there with his cab, but he cancelled the booking without even mentioning anything. i had to wait another 30mts on the road to get her another cab. this attitude of drivers is very disgusting.

                              I want to complaint against a ola driver whose name is manoj kumar .Car no UP70ET2626. I booked the cab & he refused to come saying that he would not come 5kms to pick me up. And was roaming fom one place to another . Then I tried anothe cab for search with another area, again the message goes to the same driver and again he refused to come . I tried 4-5 times & only his cab was showing in different areas. Then my father talked to him(driver) and shouted on him that whats your problem why you are not coming when you are free so he sayz" Mai itni dur ni aunga 5kms " .So my father said come with your metre on from there only .I'l pay you extra because its urgent & no other cab is available. So this was his attitude & he charged extra. Please take strict action against him. Otherwise what I am going to do he would not have imagined in his dreams ..

I had to reach station I suffered lot of problems due to irresponsible behaviour of Ola Cabs. I will for surely give my feedback to friends and relatives and advice not to depend on Ola.                                   My friend who is an NRI was travelling back from Bangalore to her country. She booked an Ola cab to take her to the airport. The cab driver asked her to pay Rs. 500 in advance irrespective of the actual fair. The distance to be travelled was very short as she was in a hotel in Devanahalli (very close to the airport). The Ola cab driver took advantage of the fact that she was a foreigner. The actual bill amount came to Rs. 196 only.

                                    Booked a ola cab CAN NO.[protected]. The driver informed that since he is away from the location he could not attend the call and hence he cancelled the booking. Surprisingly I was charged for INR 75 as cancellation charges.
                                    Please resolve this...if I do not get a satisfactory response on this...I will be seeking help of consumer court to help me out.

                                    This is completely an unprofessional approach of charging customers when the cancellation is initiated by driver

                                    I booked a cab, then the driver stopped his car and wasn't responding to my call from a lot of time, when he responded he said he has stopped his car and is eating food as the map was also showijg the car had stopped and he told he didn't receive any booking request from the customer. After this I told him only to cancel the ride as I would be charged unnecessarily, and kept my phone away after some time I received a call from another driver he said I booked his cab( how can I book the cab if I am not using my phone). I said the driver to cancel the ride so he said "ok" and cancelled but still I was charged 50 rs of cancellation. I am really upset and think other cab was automatically booked coz the previous one wasn't coming or he did something wrong.I want my money back.

                                      I had a horrible ride and eventually I had to get down from the booked cab farway on the different side of the city.
                                      The shared taxi service is such a pathetic service, i am placing the complain on for thenmental agony and harassment.

                                      I booked the cab(from Kandivali East to Chandivali Raheja Vihar) and two minutes after taking the cab i get a message saying the ride has been completed. The taxi had taken 100 mtrs and the ride was almost a 15 km drive. I asked the cab driver on this and the cab driver kept giving excuses. I tried calling on the helpline number on your bill which is[protected], however the same was unreachable.

                                      Anyway since i had paid the cab driver and i was assured i will be dropped at destination, i kept patience. The cab driver kept going from one building to another to pick sharing passenger.

                                      The Cab driver misled me completely saying that the passenger was to dropped enroute, however to my horror i was taken to another side of the city.

                                      It took my one and half hour to realise that, i am being fooled. Eventually after losing patience, i asked the cab driver to drop me whereever it is, so that i can stop the agony and take my own ride home.

                                      The shared service is a mockery and the customer complain number is crap.
                                      The lose of time, mental agony are things which company like yours will value least in the scheme of things.

                                      However, i will pursue this matter with rigour on social media, so that people and especially serious passengers are not fooled by cab drivers and misled by Ola as a company on Safety and sincerety.
