I have to write this as i have left with no other option left.
My ola account which i have been using for past some time now, has been blocked on monday 04th of july, 2016 on allegation of multiple cancellation being done from my account.
I am daily commuter from gurgaon to rohini as i am working with an mnc in gurgaon and due to strict timing, it usually gets late while returning and hence i prefer using cab to back home.
Similarly, yeaterday i was finding a cab for rohini and each and every driver i booked for denied me duty to rohini on lame excuses (i don’t have gas in my car, i don’t the way, i am tired, i have to travel far, etc) hence, i was left with no option other than to agree to the driver and cancel the booking and book another cab.
I have attached the final bill through which i travelled (which confirms i was not fooling) and all the complains i raised for the drivers who denied duty to me. also below are the call details to each driver i made which confirms i was in search of a cab:

I also remember one of the driver shouting at me for not taking the duty to rohini saying i am tired.
And after all this what i have received is an allegation and a blocked account.
Is this the commitment of an organization towards its customer, and this is how you serve your customer?
It has been a serious disappointment. though there are other options available (like uber), i always preferred ola out of loyalty, but hard to say, will not do the same form again.
I have certain ola money being blocked in my account, which i demand to be released.
Being a professional, any allegation without any base shall not be tolerated and this matter shall be raised to every platform so that other customers are not being fooled.
