I booked an auto through OLA Cab app and was promptly sent the auto driver details. When I called up the auto he flatly refused to come.
Later a bill was sent to me on my phone for the journey undertaken which actually did not happen.
I want action taken against this specific auto driver for flatly refusing a passenger and also for giving false information and getting a bill generated....

Unfortunately, a phone Samsung A8 was left in the cab mistakenly. Within 10 minutes we tried to coordinate with the cab driver to get the phone back. But he straight away denied about the phone saying he is not having the phone and is not responsible...

Ola doesn't authorise me to close my account with them when i requested it by mail, which i absolutely want to do because of pestering sms and emails, that i can't even unsubscribe!

Attached the answer i was given, saying that there is no option to delete an account. This seems to be illegal, because i am basically denied my right to access personal data.

Can someone help me out with this?br...

I made 3 bookings this morning @ 5:30, 5:45 & 6:00 for my friend who was suppoed to get to delhi today; and all three said they cannot do it from eroor north to cochin international airport (~ 30 kms) as they will have to return empty. Such a shame! What do they provide service for? Only when we can arrange a return pickup for them? I am never gonna use ola in my life and will request all users, my friends, my colleagues and my family members...

It was not pleasant as the driver reported late and it was my FIRST BOOKING WITH OLA, but surprisingly, the discount offered with the first booking was not considered / adjusted.

The driver was illiterate, not interested to explain the reason. He was simply concerned with the billed amount, took the money and vanished. He was not even concerned to help in taking out the luggage from the car....
