Last evening i booked an ola cab. After few minutes, i did receive an sms stating that the driver has arrived at the pickup point. But it was noticed that driver had not arrived but was far away from the pickup location. Tried reaching the driver multiple times but his phone was continuously engaged.

Later, i get a message stating - 'the total bill for your ola ride served by pradeep (Ka53c3085) is rs.139. Thank you for travelling with us."

I received an invoice too where it shows that the driver has dropped me to kodihalli.

This is really unacceptable and i demand an explanation for the same.

    Today I booked Ola Cab for my wife as she wanted to visit doctor as she is pregnant. The cab gets booked, driver picks up the phone when I call him and says he will reach at my place in 10 minutes. My wife waits for him near the society gate. The driver later on switched off his mobile phone. I called Ola cabs complaint desk, they tried calling the driver still his mobile was switched off. After few minutes the driver switches on his mobile but does not pick my call. I called him from another number which he picks up but speaks rudely with me.

    Is this how the Ola Cabs work? Trouble people when they need Cab service?
    Simply hopeless behavior from the CAb driver.
    The Driver Navnath (+91-[protected]) having Indica with Car number MH 12 FZ 1628 is hopeless person. Rating should be below 0.

      Hi, i am kartheek today on 28th june 2016 i traveled through ola cab from hyderabad airport to vanasthalipuram and the distance is about 38km the maximum charge that can be about 600 but it cannot be more than that but the driver collected the amount of 941 which is very very huge and while asking the driver about the huge amount he replied with unnecessary comments the cab drive name is feroz khan
      And ola cabs given me arrogant data for the charge
      Bloody useless ola cabs

        Ola cab number MH01AM2739 DRIVER name - ejaj contact num -[protected] i was travelling with my family.. i booked ola from chembur to dombivli, this guy picked us from shivaji chowk and when we reachd vikhroli highway driver stopped car saying that battery is low and gas is empty.. to help him we pushed the car till some distance bt it did not get start.. so we canceled the ride and paid him .. and just as we git down from the cab he started his car and ran away left us in middle of the highway where there was no other cab or auto and it was raining heavily abd we had a pregnent lady with us too... and when we called him after he ran away like this he was all laughing.. this is disguisting. A complete inhuman. this is not the way to treat your passengers

          Ola cab number gj 18 ax 4977 (White eeco, driver name samirbhai, contact no-[protected]) is allotted to me yesterday. But cab driver was talking with me in bad words and cancelled my cab at end time when my bus was missed from my drop point. I want justice.

          I hope you will take necessary actions against driver.

            I had booked ola drive on 24-jun-2016, it was outstation journey, we returned back on 25-jun-2016.Initially i got invoice to pay rs. 109999. It is not possible to drive 91335.82 km in just 48 hours. Then they have corrected the bill post approaching to customer care. Now i am looking for soft copy of invoice on my register email id for further process. But they are failed to do so... I tried all the option whatever has been suggested by them but all are not working...

            Please help me to get the revised invoice which is 4558 rs.

              Incident:
              I booked ola cab and the driver refused to accept ola money and cancelled the ride after I got into the cab. If there is an option for the cab driver to reject customers based on these scenario, then it'd be better to reject it during the booking time itself. Luckily in my case it was not an emergency, but it's a very bad experience for me with ola. Being a frequent ola user, i'm highly disappointed with this incident.

                On 28th june 2016 at 10:50 am i had booked an ola cab for my parent who were coming back from mumbai and were suppose to get down at nizamuddin railway station. The driver named sandeep with the phone number [protected]. The taxi number is dl 1z 6409. My parents who are old citizens had to arrange a cab on there own and had to go through the rigorous fights with the local cab drivers just because i had faith in ola but now i will never in my life would book an ola cab in my entire life and would also pass on the feedback via social media to all my friends and relatives about the pathetic service provided by ola cab for senior citizen.

                  On 28th June i had booked ola micro at 9:03 am first driver took booking i called the driver he said cancel the booking as he would not go so i cancelled it . the CRn No was 28751909
                  then i made another booking at 9:04 with CRn no[protected] the driver took booking while the cra was on the way driver asked me my destination and had switched off phone after that . if after waiting for the car for 10 min this is done, it is not acceptable .

                    Today at 4 am i booked an ola cab preferably. First of all he (Rahul mob. [protected] with white dzire tour wb19h1506) didn't respond to my phone call and later he started giving excuses and when i told him that i want to go kolkata station he told me that ola cabs are not allowed to go there, still i asked him to come and let us go up to the allowed range. It was an urgent ride for me. Now this person keep on telling me i am coming, am coming... And he ended up cancel my ride on his own. I was lucky that i got assistance from auto generated calls provided by ola because by that time i was out of my wifi range, so no connectivity. I am requesting ola to take a strict action against such employees. I don't know how his rating touched the bar of 4.7 or something. Let me tell you why... At the end of the ride they ask for 5 stars to every customer no matter how they served us. And am telling you people prefer uber over ola. If such incident will keep on happening then rest o[censored]s will also follow uber. Apart from this i have noticed that ola charges are bit higher then uber, i don't know why. I am expecting all my satisfactory answers soon. Please co-operate.

                      I am jothi booked ola share cab with booking no osn 99565139 & car no tn06j3439 (Silver etios) on 27 jun 16 @ 8 pm till ambattur from dlf & have asked driver (Varadharaj) to drop me in ambattur railway station but driver didn, t listen to my words & dropped me almost half km distance from my actual destination. Despite telling him continuosly to drop me in ambattur station he asked me to get down from cab & dared me to complain to ola customer care. This made me to travel 4 km distance by foot to reach me my home because i take suburban train to reach my actual destination. I was having heavy breathing because of this long walk & also suffered mental agony & with the same anger have already filed complaint with ola customer care so ola need to reimburse the amount paid also give compensation for the driver fault & take action on driver. I have ola money hence money got deducted automatically when i took the share ride since it's a prepaid one otherwise i wouldn't have paid anything to driver now, this is also making me to think do i really need to keep money in ola money wallet because i cannot hold money & have to complain everytime to get it reimbursed incase of issues, i'm a frequent traveller in ola but this is pestering me a lot so am updating the same feedback in online blogs.                         Yesterday, I had booked a cab with Ola under it's prime category. The driver was highly unprofessional in both receiving and dropping us. But, what happened in between the journey shocked me.

                        As we were going through this area 'Mangolpuri' late at night (approx 1.30 am) to reach my destination, the driver had to stop at the traffic signal. In a moment, 2 guys reached us on a scooty and started knocking the window and asked us to open it. I also noticed that the car was not locked from inside. As I suspected danger and that there was something fishy about the whole situation, I ordered the driver to move the car quickly. But, to my amazement, the guy was just observing those two guys on scooty. I repeated that he should really move as they started banging the window. And, the third time I shouted to which he started moving as the guys on scooty went for car's handle and started abusing behind.
                        This was really a close escape and a mishap could have clearly happened if it was a few more moments late. Anything could have happened.

                        I ask Ola that what do they do to handle such situations. Do they really train their employees on how to handle a situation in emergencies or in the times of danger?
                        Or do they just blankly hire anyone to meet their needs?

                        This is very serious and I seek an answer on immediate basis.

                            Hi, when I booked a cab from Sector 62, Noida to my residence Sector 75, Noida, on friday 24th June from sector 62 till sector 75, I was charged 204 Rs. it is just 6.9 Kms and so high charges. Un believable! In the past I have been charged only Rs. 110. we have been booking Ola from res to other destinations too but never so high was charged. We are regular riders with Ola.
                            My driver was DHAN ([protected]) with cab no: HR55X4511 and message was: low peak pricing available.
                            Request to kindly look into this and reverse the amount.

                              I booked an ola cab for shamshabad airport from ecil hyderabad
                              I have been charged for rs 1953.
                              This is not fair as was new to ola cabs.

                              Please let me know that ola cabs are cheapest in word but what about the fare taken for just 63 kms i. E. Rs 1953.

                              As i am totally new to hyderabad & ola cabs, it never means that ola cabs will charge as much as they wish.

                                On 23rd june 2016 i spoke to your employee named sagar he was not able to answer my all queries then i asked him to transfer the call to the senior level he transferred my call to bharat i told my issue that the amount i had paid to driver is to high because earlier i travel to the same location through same route and that time i don't have to pay that much amount he asked me for my previous crn no which i shared with him he said there is some dispute with me and he ensure me he will take my complain on priority bases and he will arrange a call back or for sure he himself call me within 24 hours to maximum 48 hours and the amount will credited to my account. And still i am waiting for call.

                                My queries are:

                                Why they have charged me the toll charges state tax/mcd charges of rs. 200 and the total bill is rs.365 crn for the same is[protected]. Earlier i had booked a ride for the same location i don't have to pay any state tax/mcd charges of rs. 200. For your reference here is the
                                Crn no:[protected] i booked mini cab you can check how much amount i had paid at that time. One more crn no for the same location: crn[protected].

                                These people are making fool to customer. I want my money back today otherwise i will file a complaint against your company.

                                  Today at 8.25pm i booked a ride with ola. But however the driver (Pramod-[protected]) did not show up for 15 minutes, even though he was at 100meters distance from my place. Upon calling him, he had transferred my ola booking to some other person, without my concent and did not care to inform me either. I called up the other driver (Suresh-[protected]) and he said he will reach in 5minutes. But however he did not show up for 20minutes. Calling on him again, his phone was switched off.
                                  Please teach your drivers to have the courtesy to call and at least inform their unavailabity. We decided to opt for ola as it was raining outside. And we ended up getting wet in rain for good 45minutes.
                                  Please teach ola drivers the basic manners at least, how to behave with customers.
                                  I ended up having a very bad experience with ola drivers.

                                    I had an urgent work to attend and booked the OLa cab. c r n[protected] on 26th june 2016 at 17.21 hours. Mahtab the driver was contacted by me, who insisted on telling him where i want to go. after listening, he went off line. after sometime i again called him, he said he is about 5 minutes away. in the meantime i received a message that sai your car has arrived, while there was no car at pick up place.his telephone simultaneously went off line.
                                    this is a new trick, wherein the driver shows that he has reached the place and leaves as no show. car no is WB 25E 0287. ola should take re conciliatory measures if they want to keep its reputation intact.

                                        I had booked a cab from Handewadi to Yerawada. However when the driver gave us the bill, we were taken aback to see a charge of Rs 662. When I went to Handewadi in the morning the charge was only Rs 222.00. Ola cabs has cheated me to charge me almost thrice of the charge. This is only the first step, will be going social about this. The driver just blatantly told that it could be a double charge, but refused to explain. This is pathetic service.
