I want to complaint against a ola driver whose name is manoj kumar .Car no UP70ET2626. I booked the cab & he refused to come saying that he would not come 5kms to pick me up. And was roaming fom one place to another . Then I tried anothe cab for search with another area, again the message goes to the same driver and again he refused to come . I tried 4-5 times & only his cab was showing in different areas. Then my father talked to him(driver) and shouted on him that whats your problem why you are not coming when you are free so he sayz" Mai itni dur ni aunga 5kms " .So my father said come with your metre on from there only .I'l pay you extra because its urgent & no other cab is available. So this was his attitude & he charged extra. Please take strict action against him. Otherwise what I am going to do he would not have imagined in his dreams ..

    The driver Sanjay [protected] cancelled our booking saying that we cancelled it. I had to reach station I suffered lot of problems due to irresponsible behaviour of Ola Cabs. I will for surely give my feedback to friends and relatives and advice not to depend on Ola. Please take strict actions against the driver and let me now. I'm the one who faced the problem I am supposed to know what actions you take against the driver.       My friend who is an NRI was travelling back from Bangalore to her country. She booked an Ola cab to take her to the airport. The cab driver asked her to pay Rs. 500 in advance irrespective of the actual fair. The distance to be travelled was very short as she was in a hotel in Devanahalli (very close to the airport). The Ola cab driver took advantage of the fact that she was a foreigner. The actual bill amount came to Rs. 196 only.

        Booked a ola cab CAN NO.[protected]. The driver informed that since he is away from the location he could not attend the call and hence he cancelled the booking. Surprisingly I was charged for INR 75 as cancellation charges.
        Please resolve this...if I do not get a satisfactory response on this...I will be seeking help of consumer court to help me out.

        This is completely an unprofessional approach of charging customers when the cancellation is initiated by driver

        I booked a cab, then the driver stopped his car and wasn't responding to my call from a lot of time, when he responded he said he has stopped his car and is eating food as the map was also showijg the car had stopped and he told he didn't receive any booking request from the customer. After this I told him only to cancel the ride as I would be charged unnecessarily, and kept my phone away after some time I received a call from another driver he said I booked his cab( how can I book the cab if I am not using my phone). I said the driver to cancel the ride so he said "ok" and cancelled but still I was charged 50 rs of cancellation. I am really upset and think other cab was automatically booked coz the previous one wasn't coming or he did something wrong.I want my money back.

          I had a horrible ride and eventually I had to get down from the booked cab farway on the different side of the city.
          The shared taxi service is such a pathetic service, i am placing the complain on for thenmental agony and harassment.

          I booked the cab(from Kandivali East to Chandivali Raheja Vihar) and two minutes after taking the cab i get a message saying the ride has been completed. The taxi had taken 100 mtrs and the ride was almost a 15 km drive. I asked the cab driver on this and the cab driver kept giving excuses. I tried calling on the helpline number on your bill which is[protected], however the same was unreachable.

          Anyway since i had paid the cab driver and i was assured i will be dropped at destination, i kept patience. The cab driver kept going from one building to another to pick sharing passenger.

          The Cab driver misled me completely saying that the passenger was to dropped enroute, however to my horror i was taken to another side of the city.

          It took my one and half hour to realise that, i am being fooled. Eventually after losing patience, i asked the cab driver to drop me whereever it is, so that i can stop the agony and take my own ride home.

          The shared service is a mockery and the customer complain number is crap.
          The lose of time, mental agony are things which company like yours will value least in the scheme of things.

          However, i will pursue this matter with rigour on social media, so that people and especially serious passengers are not fooled by cab drivers and misled by Ola as a company on Safety and sincerety.

            This is worst app which I have ever been but I'll never book again Ola cabs yesterday I was book mini cab travel from old city to abids only 5 kilometers & he charge 290 rupees I never thought of that charges is so much this is a worst app compared to others there is no use to book a cabs if they charge that much I'm very very disappointed u guys making fool to passengers, u deserve a 0 star not even single I hate this app & worst experience, cheaters and worst worst Ola cabs hated it..:(

                After booking the cab, driver agreed to come for pick up, based on receiving the information, he didn't turn up. due to this, as family including 6months old baby suffered in cold during night for 1 hour, which is not acceptable. after booking the cab, driver avinash agreed to come, later he didnt come.

                  Refer to below details I am very sorry to inform you that it is evident that considering facts and figures and actual distance from Bangalore City Railway Station to my residence located near Mallathalli Laken, NGEF HBCS Layout Inline image
                  which is much less than 12 KM. According to your Bill it is surprise to know the same distance is 19.6 KM? and your Driver Mr. Manjunath, S took more than two hours to reach the destination? I never expected this kind of cheating to new passengers, who are new to Bangalore City.

                  Please note that the passengers are none other than my own brother and his family. Even after my telephonic instructions to your driver he has dropped much away from the destination i.e. near Mallathahalli RTO and closed the trip. With the great difficulty my brother and his family hired an auto and reached home at 5.45 PM. They lost Money and Time because of OLA Driver Mr. Manjunath S.

                  You are instructed to look in to the matter seriously and do the needful with proper action against your Driver, if not the issue will be taken to honorable consumer Court. and public media.

                    Today I booked cab for my uncle and as usual I booked through my OLA app without seeing any detailed checking because of trust. But OLA has charged 3 times of normal fare and said that this was chosen by you. This company is looting customer and it is open robbery.I am urges to all that pls check properly before booking and cancel ur booking if they send you any approval for peak charges/premium charges.

                      On 1st July night at around 9:30 PM, I was to return to my home from Connught place delhi to Crossing republik ghaiabad. I booked Ola cabs twice and both the drivers rejected to go to ghaziabad. I booked third cab Sedan from ola cabs. Paprleely my friend booked another cab for me via Uber. The driver was ready to go to ghaziabad. So i cancelled my third cab from Ola, however Ola cancelled it by messaging that I would be charged Rs 50 for my next ride to compensate the driver. What about my compensation from the other two cabs who had refused me to drop me at my destination. All Ola cabs were surged price at that time. Are you cheating people or making us fool? Its better to take public transport than get fooled by these ola cabs. These are corrupt companies and making unneccessary making money by fooling people. Never mind, i deleted the app now and more satisfied not to use it in future any more.

                          Yesterday around at 8 pm, i got a text that i booked a cab at chhatarpur and the cab is about to reach and at that time i was at home which is at Ansal villa and i ignored the sms assuming its a mistake but after half an hour i recieved the bill amount of Rs 91 of which Rs 1 is deducted from my ola money (i felt lucky that i didn't had more ola money at that time as usual) and other may have been paid by cash. But what if i had more ola money in my account? How can someone book cab using my number by their phones? Its very serious issue which should be looked into immediately. And i want to know the details otherwise my next step will be big one. Please look into the CRN[protected].

                            This is my KRN[protected] number. TN 05 V 5058 Auto Number. This guy rejected Ola money but this ola money was deducted automatically from my account for this he is shouting at me in a road. The whole day was vanished because of this guy. I am very much disappointed with your service. Atlast I have paid by cash to him and went. I going to file a case against him. I have sent a feedback after the ride but I didnt get any response from your side also totally disappointed. That Auto guy name is Ranjith, mobile number - 91 [protected].

                              I have made a trip from Shahbad Dairy to Samaypur Badli Metro Station by HR69C8695 and paid Rs.130/- from my Ola Account. Suddenly, I have got another message saying you have charged Rs.89/- for riding one DL1N7039. I do not why you have charged twice when there was a single ride by me in the same time slot. Please, correct the mistake and let me intimate immediately.

                                Took an ola mini cab yesterday 01-jul-2016 from iyyapanthangal (chennai) to mylapore (chennai) and was charged rs. 920 for 22kms.

                                Cab no: tn 22 cs 6907, driver: chandrasekar, ola mini.

                                First 4 kms for rs. 90. then rs. 9/km. which is 90 + (9x18) = rs. 252

                                Peak hour charges: 1.2x, so it must have come to rs. 300. but ola charged rs. 920 and no one from ola picked up the call to take the complaint.

                                  I would like to express my disappointment from your unsatisfactory level of service. I have expected much more from a prestigious and reputed company of your standard. Unfortunately, I can’t help but submit this letter of complaint hoping for a fast and adequate resolution.
                                  Last night I booked a cab from Apollo jasola to shahdara at 8:30 pm.via crn no[protected]. No body called me so I myself called the driver & asked when he will be coming to picked me up, he asked me where to drop I informed him shahdara then he refused to go there & told me to cancel the booking. I said I will not cancel the booking. he said then keep on standing over there I will not come & disconnected my call after few minutes he cancelled the booking so I called customer care I spoke to customer care advisor he replied made a fresh booking & it won’t be repeated, due to peak hours I hardly find any cabs moving into my location . then I made second booking via CRN no :[protected]. I called the second driver he also asked me the same question drop location & he also refused stating his fuel got finished just now & it will take 30 minutes I said ok I will wait but he said I will not come & forcing me to cancel the booking & disconnected the call, just after disconnection I received a text msg that I will be charged rs 50 as a cancelation charges, which I never did that,

                                  It was heavily raining & I was standing on road contacting the customer support. I spoke to floor supervisor Mr Dexter I explained him the whole story again he assured me it won’t be repeated & he told me made a fresh booking he promised me he will call me back after 15 min but I never got the call & unfortunately I made the booking Driver name is RAJBIR he was the third driver who denied me to go to shahdara from Apollo .i got really disappointed. I called again customer care & wanted to spoke to MR dexter but he was not available so I spoke to mr kartik I explained him everything on call for ½ hrs he helped me a bit.

                                  Lastly I made the fourth booking for which I got the driver arranged for me .
                                  I asked for the compensation on call from Mr. Kartik he directly denied me & said as per him it is not a level of compensation if the customer has to wait for 1 1/2 hrs . He don’t think the value of time for the customer.
                                  1. There was unprofessionalism & misbehavior which was conducted by all the three driver,
                                  2. False commitment done by Mr dexter.
                                  3. Mr kartik for unsupportive & CDR (customer denied request)
                                  so I will request you please take some strict actions against them & let me know.
                                  I hope you agree with me that this is not acceptable under any circumstances. I trust that you will deal with this issue in a top urgent fashion. I also trust that you will take the necessary precautions to prevent such incidents in the future.

                                    On 3july i booked a ola cab and called up the driver as soon as i got hus number to tell him the exact location. his name was arvind kumar driving white swift desire WB 04G 7367. the guy was rude right at the outset. when he reached about 400 mts from my location he asked us to walk down to his cab in the middle if heavy rainfall and with my parents. when i refused to walk down and asked him to come down to the exact location, he was extrememy arrogant and asked me to cancel the ride and hung up on me. such kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour is completely unacceptable. ola must train its drivers to behave with the guests.

                                      My name is Hemal Diwan and my OLA no is [protected]. I have booked OLA on 27.06.2016 from my residence Maniktala, Kolkata around 8PM to Shalimar Station for catching the train around 10PM. Firstly the cab which I booked took so long then I had to cancel that ride. Again I booked Prime as other cabs were not available. Once I got Prime it came after 10 mins and it was around 8.45 by that time. After running 1 KM the cab had some problem and the driver asked me to get down and book a new cab. So for 1 KM till Rajabazr I had to pay Rs 119. It is a waste of money. Again I booked a new cab but it was also ytaking so much of time so I had to cancel and went to station by getting a normal cab and Had to pay 300 as it was emergency situation otherwise i would have missed the train. So I would request you to refund the same in my account because of so much harassment faced because of non availability of vccab and breakdown of cab.

                                        I had planned trip on 1.07.2016 evening from Papareddy palya with exact GPS location. my request was accepted by Rajashekar [protected]
                                        KA04AA6109.
                                        When i contacted he said he is 3 kms away and asked me to cancel and book another Cab. I decided to go with my own transport.

                                        before i could cancel, i got message that same Cab has arrived at my location.
                                        I tried to contact same driver, but he did not respond.After 15 mins, i got message for Bill of 80 INR.

                                        So he has claimed which was not there. this is very serious crime done by driver. this is causing difficulty in getting Cabs on time and returned to same old practice used to be done by Auto and Cabs earlier.

                                        I urge you to take action against mentioned driver .
