Your vehicles are the worst vehicles I have seen in my life.That day when I booked a car to get back home that driver told me to cancel as he is not willing to pick up in the location as I am there because of traffic.I mean like then why do you guys provide taxi for?

Lastly your cars are old and dirty interior.
A/C is not functioning and the drivers ask for tips. I recommend you guys to stop ola and get back safely...

I had booked Ola at 06.58 PM with exact pick up address vide CRN[protected]. A white Swift Dezire with nos WB04G 6870 was supposed to arrive.

I had briefed the driver over his cell nos [protected] about the location. During the conversation I could make out he was not interested in understanding the location.

The Ola cab pricing is too high.
The pick hour charge/ night charge starts at 3 pm which is too early and makes the charges double the normal price.

On Wednesday, I travelled 2.79 kms by Ola Cab at 3.22 in the afternoon
Total Distance travelled: 2.79 km
Total Time travelled: 12.85 min

For this ride, I paid ₹157. Isn't it too expensive?

I had booked ola drive on 24-jun-2016, it was outstation journey, we returned back on 25-jun-2016.Initially i got invoice to pay rs. 109999. It is not possible to drive 91335.82 km in just 48 hours. Then they have corrected the bill post approaching to customer care. Now i am looking for soft copy of invoice on my register email id for further process. But they are failed to do so... I tried all the option whatever has been suggested by them...

I booked ola cab and the driver refused to accept ola money and cancelled the ride after I got into the cab. If there is an option for the cab driver to reject customers based on these scenario, then it'd be better to reject it during the booking time itself. Luckily in my case it was not an emergency, but it's a very bad experience for me with ola....

On 28th june 2016 at 10:50 am i had booked an ola cab for my parent who were coming back from mumbai and were suppose to get down at nizamuddin railway station.
