I would like to express my disappointment from your unsatisfactory level of service. I have expected much more from a prestigious and reputed company of your standard. Unfortunately, I can’t help but submit this letter of complaint hoping for a fast and adequate resolution.
Last night I booked a cab from Apollo jasola to shahdara at 8:30 pm.via crn no[protected]. No body called me so I myself called the driver & asked when he will be coming to picked me up, he asked me where to drop I informed him shahdara then he refused to go there & told me to cancel the booking. I said I will not cancel the booking. he said then keep on standing over there I will not come & disconnected my call after few minutes he cancelled the booking so I called customer care I spoke to customer care advisor he replied made a fresh booking & it won’t be repeated, due to peak hours I hardly find any cabs moving into my location . then I made second booking via CRN no :[protected]. I called the second driver he also asked me the same question drop location & he also refused stating his fuel got finished just now & it will take 30 minutes I said ok I will wait but he said I will not come & forcing me to cancel the booking & disconnected the call, just after disconnection I received a text msg that I will be charged rs 50 as a cancelation charges, which I never did that,
It was heavily raining & I was standing on road contacting the customer support. I spoke to floor supervisor Mr Dexter I explained him the whole story again he assured me it won’t be repeated & he told me made a fresh booking he promised me he will call me back after 15 min but I never got the call & unfortunately I made the booking Driver name is RAJBIR he was the third driver who denied me to go to shahdara from Apollo .i got really disappointed. I called again customer care & wanted to spoke to MR dexter but he was not available so I spoke to mr kartik I explained him everything on call for ½ hrs he helped me a bit.
Lastly I made the fourth booking for which I got the driver arranged for me .
I asked for the compensation on call from Mr. Kartik he directly denied me & said as per him it is not a level of compensation if the customer has to wait for 1 1/2 hrs . He don’t think the value of time for the customer.
1. There was unprofessionalism & misbehavior which was conducted by all the three driver,
2. False commitment done by Mr dexter.
3. Mr kartik for unsupportive & CDR (customer denied request)
so I will request you please take some strict actions against them & let me know.
I hope you agree with me that this is not acceptable under any circumstances. I trust that you will deal with this issue in a top urgent fashion. I also trust that you will take the necessary precautions to prevent such incidents in the future.
