    Today I have book micro ola cab and then after 5 min I call to driver Mr. Gurpreet car no. PB01A9168 and then he denied to come & he requested for cancelled this ride & book another cab. So on his request I had cancelled that ride & book another cab but on second ride you have charge 25 rupees cancellation charges. I want to know why these charges are debited when your driver is denied the duty. Amount is not the issue but the service is matter here. I want to know what is my fault????

      Our ola driver drove his car towards opposite lane in traffic in a single lane road due to which traffic police charged him fine of rs. 300.
      He asked me to pay that fine since he was a salaried driver for that taxi.
      Understanding his consequences I promised him to pay some extra tip apart from the bill, but he kept on asking me that since he is driving the car as per my directions hence I have to pay that fine.
      At my drop point he didnt allowed me to leave the place before giving him that extra 300rs. At the end i have to give him that amount since he was chasing me from my colony entrance to my home.
      I am a routine ola passenger and consistently the level of professionalism of OLA drivers is deploying.
      Drivers are not happy travelling from Delhi to ncr or vise a versa.
      And when these same repetitive complaints are launched at OLA feedback box, no actions are taken against them.

        Sirs,

        I had booked a OLA cab through the online app on Jun 10 2016 at 10.00 AM. I got a following messages:

        Message1: "You've been upgraded to Prime!. Ramesh [protected] is on the way to your location in a white swift dzire KA11B695".
        Message2: "Ramesh S [protected] has arrived and is waiting at your location"

        In the meantime I had called the driver 1st time after i had booked the cab and he answered. I gave him the address and direction also to reach my place. He said he is on his way.

        After the 1st call, I must have called at least 10 times but he never answered any of my calls. I kept waiting for the cab to come but no cab came at all.

        At 10.34 AM, I got the 3rd Message3: "The total bill for your Ola ride served by Ramesh (KA11B0695) is Rs. 116. Thank you for travelling with us."

        I got the bill even though the cab never came to my location, i did not even see your cab nor the driver and never traveled in the cab.

        How can I get a bill even though i have not used the cab service.

        Request your prompt action in this regard and wave of this amount.
        REQUEST YOUR PROMPT ACTION IN THIS REGARD AND WAVE OFF THIS AMOUNT.

          My last travel with ola cab was on 17th June ... I travelled from noida to Delhi ...by mistake I have left my Rayban goggles on his car...driver name was Deepak kumar driver phone number [protected] car no HR55X0879 is not returning Rayban goggles...rather he is misbehaving now ...initially he was agreed to give me back but now he is not ready to return my thing back to me ...as it was important thing for me as it cost me rs 10000 ...
          So would request you to please take action
          Please tell ur driver to return it back or I'll proceed to police station

            Dear sr, i have booked one mini car from ola cab from delhi kashmiri gate to airport terminal1d which is 26km away.before booking i confirm fare how much it will be.they told me first 4 km 100rs and after this 8rs per km.total fare was 276 by this but they charged me 376 .why please explain?..this is not a trustful deal from ola cab.i really feel bad and surprise when driver said to me that this much your bill

              Ola cab no. Wb25f5648( swift desire), driver name: sunny singh deol (mobile: [protected]).
              Driver was behaved very harshly when i complained about rash driving and dis-obeying traffic rules.
              Myself and and my daughter (8 years old) were there inside the cab.
              She was so frightened by seeing the drivers behavior, .
              I went to police station in maidan ps, no one willing to take the complain.
              Instead they were supporting the driver.
              Where we are living ?
              as a common man, really feeling helpless today.

                I booked a ola share. i called the driver for his status. he asked me to where i wanted to go. i told him amanora township, he denied to go in ola share as we were only two guys and forced me to book ola mini saying he will not get more passengers that way. after long fight on call i cancelled him. if no action taken against him i will sue your ola in consumer court.

                  Today i booked a cab, pickup was from najafgarh hanuman mandir. the driver first accept the ride and then they dont know the way to reach us. we waited for him for 10 mins but no answer whether he is coming or not. then i choose shared cab. the driver he will reach in 10 mins but even after 20 minutes no response from his side and he stopped picking call. when i cancelled his ride due to delay in his arrival and booked again for another ride. i was getting again his details. i wasted my half hour because of driver delay. from next time show no rides. if your drivers dont know about location they should either call and confirm on time or should not accept request of ride.
                  The driver of the cab i booked did not drop me at my booked destination and behaved very rudely when i asked why!

                    Hi Team,

                    I had made a ola micro cab booking on 30 Jun, 2016. I did not receive a call for more than 10 mins from the driver thinking that driver might be held up with the traffic. Then i myself made a call and to my surprise the ola driver didnt even bother to call up and let me know that he was not coming to pick me up. Then he forced me to cancel the booking as he denied to take up the booking. Instantly i received a call from OLA informing that they would arrange a alternate cab but after waiting foe more than 10 mins i got a message saying they could not find any nearby cab, plz make a new booking yourself. A cancellation fee of RS. 50 has been charged for me. i was forced to make the cancellation by the driver himself as he denied the ride and how do i have to bear this fee ?? I would like to get my rs.50 reimbursed !!!
                    Very Poor customer service !!

                      Yesterday (30.06.2016) at 8:10 pm i had booked an ola cab in dhakuria, kolkata, booking id crn[protected]. the vehicle was white excent, no. - wb04g3882, driver name sikander, phone no. - [protected]. first of all he arrived 15 min late when it was showing only 7 min away. next upon arrival upon giving him the destination he denied to go. we tried convincing him. he started and then took the car in a deserted street and asked us to get down from the car. he used filthy language and when my brother had asked to call customer care he threatened my brother and mother and said he would call other guys to this place. at that time we were unable to contact ola support and asked him to cancel the ride and left the place. he never cancelled the ride which i had to do after half an hour.

                      This is a major issue. we would request ola to take action against this driver for such an unruly behavior which would harm a customer's safety.

                        While travelling on 27th june from borivali to girguam, through ola, i also added money in the ola money during the trip. did not check later, that after the trip ended, i had paid cash as well to the driver. couple of days later i checked the same and understood the issue.
                        Tried calling the support number but no one picked the phone and the driver as well.
                        Can you please check and reimburse the rs 1334 back to my ola account.

                        First week of my use ola cab charged normal fare which was economical. But since second week they are charging double triple fare saying it's peak time. I am using same time as 1st week for pick up and drop. This loot by ola cab and they are no different than the demanding auto walas.

                          I took an ola yesterday[protected] from panchsheel park to ghaziabad (rajnagar, sector 10). at first it took approximately 15 min for driver to get to my destination even though system kept showing 2 min. it was still acceptable, 1. as soon as got into the car, i noticed that car wheels had screeching sounds and it got worse as i went further and it did not feel that fit, mechanically speaking to be on the road, but i am not a mechanic so i cant say. driver said that he had gotten into a ditch and something happened to shock
                          2. driver was very nice, its understandable, but he had no clue how to read gps device. took many wrong turns, very very wide turns, did not see the difference between a turn and a u-turn. at one time, almost turned into a train track.
                          3. driver told that his cng was low and ac wont work and it was not working, asked for a cng pump and we got into a long line. it would have taken very long in the line so he decided to cut the line to the front but did not succeed. we lost 20min to 30 min because of this detour.
                          We opened windows as ac did not work and it was of very hot..
                          4. driver does not seem to be an experienced driver, overall as it was very jerky and not smooth drive.
                          I am relatively new customer to ola and feel very disappointed that ola would keep such driver and car in their network without providing any training or checking the competency of the driving. at the end, of course the bill was very high, i called customer service, you should have a record, i refused to pay the ourtageous bill of 650, that usually costs way less..

                            I have booked auto through Ola cabs. First their drivers accept rides. After 10 - 15 minutes they tell to cancel the rides by giving some excuses. Each and every time time same thing gets repeated. Some time without having any ride they deduct money from my account. Then after much struggle by calling there customer care several times I get my money back. When I tell them regarding my problems their representatives will tell same thing every time. Next time also same issues are there.

                              I had booked a micro cab from ola on june 8, 2016 for anand vihar rly station from vaishali, sec 2, ghaziabad, up. as i'd checked the fare for micro cabs it was shown ₹40 as a base fare and ₹6 per km extra. i'd covered the distance from that cab was only 6kms but i was charged ₹201. kindly reset your fare quotations on the ola cab app or charge the actual fares from the passangers. i will wait for a response from ola about my complaint issue on my mail address i. e, [protected]@gmail.com

                                I booked ola indica thro' app. From adyar to thoraipakkam on 29.6.2016 @ 8.30pm, nearly 8.5 kms. When i arrived at thoraipakkam @ 8.50pm, the driver asked me to pay rs.597/-. When i contacted the ola customer care ph no. [protected], they said peak hours charges rs.350 added in the bill. It is to be noted that i used ola app first time for booking and they have not given any concession inspite they charged hefty for just 8.5 kms. Ola advertisement says for customers who uses ola app, they gives first ride free or they charge only 50% charges. I request that customers should beware before get boarding in this ola cabs. Necessary stringent action may please be taken.

                                  Hii, this is to complain about rash driving of one of your driver with car registration no. Hr56x2694 or hr55x2694 (Either of the two) who jumped red light and had almost banged into my car when i was coming home after seeing a doctor with my pregnant wife. I was lucky that i applied strong breaks and prevented a heavy collision.
                                  Being a frequent ola rider i felt it necessary to inform the management about this reckless driver as i am concerned about the safety of passengers who will ride with this stupid driver in future

                                    Your vehicles are the worst vehicles I have seen in my life.That day when I booked a car to get back home that driver told me to cancel as he is not willing to pick up in the location as I am there because of traffic.I mean like then why do you guys provide taxi for?

                                    Lastly your cars are old and dirty interior.
                                    A/C is not functioning and the drivers ask for tips. I recommend you guys to stop ola and get back safely

                                      I had booked Ola at 06.58 PM with exact pick up address vide CRN[protected]. A white Swift Dezire with nos WB04G 6870 was supposed to arrive.

                                      I had briefed the driver over his cell nos [protected] about the location. During the conversation I could make out he was not interested in understanding the location.

                                      Thereafter i spoke to him on 3-4 occasion and tried to guide him to pick me up from the location, but he kept on murmuring and neither could explain his location nor understood my location.

                                      All of then he abused me

                                      Is this quality of service of Ola ??????

                                        The Ola cab pricing is too high.
                                        The pick hour charge/ night charge starts at 3 pm which is too early and makes the charges double the normal price.

                                        On Wednesday, I travelled 2.79 kms by Ola Cab at 3.22 in the afternoon
                                        Total Distance travelled: 2.79 km
                                        Total Time travelled: 12.85 min

                                        For this ride, I paid ₹157. Isn't it too expensive?

                                        I had to pay ₹ 70.16 as Peak Pricing charges (1.9x). Its really unfair to charge Peak Pricing (or night charges as they call) on weekdays in the aftrnoon.
