Today I booked cab for my uncle and as usual I booked through my OLA app without seeing any detailed checking because of trust. But OLA has charged 3 times of normal fare and said that this was chosen by you. This company is looting customer and it is open robbery.I am urges to all that pls check properly before booking and cancel ur booking if they send you any approval for peak charges/premium charges.

    On 1st July night at around 9:30 PM, I was to return to my home from Connught place delhi to Crossing republik ghaiabad. I booked Ola cabs twice and both the drivers rejected to go to ghaziabad. I booked third cab Sedan from ola cabs. Paprleely my friend booked another cab for me via Uber. The driver was ready to go to ghaziabad. So i cancelled my third cab from Ola, however Ola cancelled it by messaging that I would be charged Rs 50 for my next ride to compensate the driver. What about my compensation from the other two cabs who had refused me to drop me at my destination. All Ola cabs were surged price at that time. Are you cheating people or making us fool? Its better to take public transport than get fooled by these ola cabs. These are corrupt companies and making unneccessary making money by fooling people. Never mind, i deleted the app now and more satisfied not to use it in future any more.

      Hi sir I am sasikumar iam ola cabs customer I have booked prime car because me and my family total 5 members driver is asking 5 not alowed so u will cancel the order u ll will book another order so ill book another order suv booking totel 4 km i will travel actual totel 175 but there is charged cancelation fees 85+ 175 totel 260 how u charged extra payment so kindly refund my amount is my personal request

        Yesterday around at 8 pm, i got a text that i booked a cab at chhatarpur and the cab is about to reach and at that time i was at home which is at Ansal villa and i ignored the sms assuming its a mistake but after half an hour i recieved the bill amount of Rs 91 of which Rs 1 is deducted from my ola money (i felt lucky that i didn't had more ola money at that time as usual) and other may have been paid by cash. But what if i had more ola money in my account? How can someone book cab using my number by their phones? Its very serious issue which should be looked into immediately. And i want to know the details otherwise my next step will be big one. Please look into the CRN[protected].

          This is my KRN[protected] number. TN 05 V 5058 Auto Number. This guy rejected Ola money but this ola money was deducted automatically from my account for this he is shouting at me in a road. The whole day was vanished because of this guy. I am very much disappointed with your service. Atlast I have paid by cash to him and went. I going to file a case against him. I have sent a feedback after the ride but I didnt get any response from your side also totally disappointed. That Auto guy name is Ranjith, mobile number - 91 [protected].

            I have made a trip from Shahbad Dairy to Samaypur Badli Metro Station by HR69C8695 and paid Rs.130/- from my Ola Account. Suddenly, I have got another message saying you have charged Rs.89/- for riding one DL1N7039. I do not why you have charged twice when there was a single ride by me in the same time slot. Please, correct the mistake and let me intimate immediately.

              Took an ola mini cab yesterday 01-jul-2016 from iyyapanthangal (chennai) to mylapore (chennai) and was charged rs. 920 for 22kms.

              Cab no: tn 22 cs 6907, driver: chandrasekar, ola mini.

              First 4 kms for rs. 90. then rs. 9/km. which is 90 + (9x18) = rs. 252

              Peak hour charges: 1.2x, so it must have come to rs. 300. but ola charged rs. 920 and no one from ola picked up the call to take the complaint.

                I would like to express my disappointment from your unsatisfactory level of service. I have expected much more from a prestigious and reputed company of your standard. Unfortunately, I can’t help but submit this letter of complaint hoping for a fast and adequate resolution.
                Last night I booked a cab from Apollo jasola to shahdara at 8:30 pm.via crn no[protected]. No body called me so I myself called the driver & asked when he will be coming to picked me up, he asked me where to drop I informed him shahdara then he refused to go there & told me to cancel the booking. I said I will not cancel the booking. he said then keep on standing over there I will not come & disconnected my call after few minutes he cancelled the booking so I called customer care I spoke to customer care advisor he replied made a fresh booking & it won’t be repeated, due to peak hours I hardly find any cabs moving into my location . then I made second booking via CRN no :[protected]. I called the second driver he also asked me the same question drop location & he also refused stating his fuel got finished just now & it will take 30 minutes I said ok I will wait but he said I will not come & forcing me to cancel the booking & disconnected the call, just after disconnection I received a text msg that I will be charged rs 50 as a cancelation charges, which I never did that,

                It was heavily raining & I was standing on road contacting the customer support. I spoke to floor supervisor Mr Dexter I explained him the whole story again he assured me it won’t be repeated & he told me made a fresh booking he promised me he will call me back after 15 min but I never got the call & unfortunately I made the booking Driver name is RAJBIR he was the third driver who denied me to go to shahdara from Apollo .i got really disappointed. I called again customer care & wanted to spoke to MR dexter but he was not available so I spoke to mr kartik I explained him everything on call for ½ hrs he helped me a bit.

                Lastly I made the fourth booking for which I got the driver arranged for me .
                I asked for the compensation on call from Mr. Kartik he directly denied me & said as per him it is not a level of compensation if the customer has to wait for 1 1/2 hrs . He don’t think the value of time for the customer.
                1. There was unprofessionalism & misbehavior which was conducted by all the three driver,
                2. False commitment done by Mr dexter.
                3. Mr kartik for unsupportive & CDR (customer denied request)
                so I will request you please take some strict actions against them & let me know.
                I hope you agree with me that this is not acceptable under any circumstances. I trust that you will deal with this issue in a top urgent fashion. I also trust that you will take the necessary precautions to prevent such incidents in the future.

                  On 3july i booked a ola cab and called up the driver as soon as i got hus number to tell him the exact location. his name was arvind kumar driving white swift desire WB 04G 7367. the guy was rude right at the outset. when he reached about 400 mts from my location he asked us to walk down to his cab in the middle if heavy rainfall and with my parents. when i refused to walk down and asked him to come down to the exact location, he was extrememy arrogant and asked me to cancel the ride and hung up on me. such kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour is completely unacceptable. ola must train its drivers to behave with the guests.

                    My name is Hemal Diwan and my OLA no is [protected]. I have booked OLA on 27.06.2016 from my residence Maniktala, Kolkata around 8PM to Shalimar Station for catching the train around 10PM. Firstly the cab which I booked took so long then I had to cancel that ride. Again I booked Prime as other cabs were not available. Once I got Prime it came after 10 mins and it was around 8.45 by that time. After running 1 KM the cab had some problem and the driver asked me to get down and book a new cab. So for 1 KM till Rajabazr I had to pay Rs 119. It is a waste of money. Again I booked a new cab but it was also ytaking so much of time so I had to cancel and went to station by getting a normal cab and Had to pay 300 as it was emergency situation otherwise i would have missed the train. So I would request you to refund the same in my account because of so much harassment faced because of non availability of vccab and breakdown of cab.

                      I had planned trip on 1.07.2016 evening from Papareddy palya with exact GPS location. my request was accepted by Rajashekar [protected]
                      KA04AA6109.
                      When i contacted he said he is 3 kms away and asked me to cancel and book another Cab. I decided to go with my own transport.

                      before i could cancel, i got message that same Cab has arrived at my location.
                      I tried to contact same driver, but he did not respond.After 15 mins, i got message for Bill of 80 INR.

                      So he has claimed which was not there. this is very serious crime done by driver. this is causing difficulty in getting Cabs on time and returned to same old practice used to be done by Auto and Cabs earlier.

                      I urge you to take action against mentioned driver .

                          Today I have book micro ola cab and then after 5 min I call to driver Mr. Gurpreet car no. PB01A9168 and then he denied to come & he requested for cancelled this ride & book another cab. So on his request I had cancelled that ride & book another cab but on second ride you have charge 25 rupees cancellation charges. I want to know why these charges are debited when your driver is denied the duty. Amount is not the issue but the service is matter here. I want to know what is my fault????

                            Our ola driver drove his car towards opposite lane in traffic in a single lane road due to which traffic police charged him fine of rs. 300.
                            He asked me to pay that fine since he was a salaried driver for that taxi.
                            Understanding his consequences I promised him to pay some extra tip apart from the bill, but he kept on asking me that since he is driving the car as per my directions hence I have to pay that fine.
                            At my drop point he didnt allowed me to leave the place before giving him that extra 300rs. At the end i have to give him that amount since he was chasing me from my colony entrance to my home.
                            I am a routine ola passenger and consistently the level of professionalism of OLA drivers is deploying.
                            Drivers are not happy travelling from Delhi to ncr or vise a versa.
                            And when these same repetitive complaints are launched at OLA feedback box, no actions are taken against them.

                              Sirs,

                              I had booked a OLA cab through the online app on Jun 10 2016 at 10.00 AM. I got a following messages:

                              Message1: "You've been upgraded to Prime!. Ramesh [protected] is on the way to your location in a white swift dzire KA11B695".
                              Message2: "Ramesh S [protected] has arrived and is waiting at your location"

                              In the meantime I had called the driver 1st time after i had booked the cab and he answered. I gave him the address and direction also to reach my place. He said he is on his way.

                              After the 1st call, I must have called at least 10 times but he never answered any of my calls. I kept waiting for the cab to come but no cab came at all.

                              At 10.34 AM, I got the 3rd Message3: "The total bill for your Ola ride served by Ramesh (KA11B0695) is Rs. 116. Thank you for travelling with us."

                              I got the bill even though the cab never came to my location, i did not even see your cab nor the driver and never traveled in the cab.

                              How can I get a bill even though i have not used the cab service.

                              Request your prompt action in this regard and wave of this amount.
                              REQUEST YOUR PROMPT ACTION IN THIS REGARD AND WAVE OFF THIS AMOUNT.

                                My last travel with ola cab was on 17th June ... I travelled from noida to Delhi ...by mistake I have left my Rayban goggles on his car...driver name was Deepak kumar driver phone number [protected] car no HR55X0879 is not returning Rayban goggles...rather he is misbehaving now ...initially he was agreed to give me back but now he is not ready to return my thing back to me ...as it was important thing for me as it cost me rs 10000 ...
                                So would request you to please take action
                                Please tell ur driver to return it back or I'll proceed to police station

                                  Dear sr, i have booked one mini car from ola cab from delhi kashmiri gate to airport terminal1d which is 26km away.before booking i confirm fare how much it will be.they told me first 4 km 100rs and after this 8rs per km.total fare was 276 by this but they charged me 376 .why please explain?..this is not a trustful deal from ola cab.i really feel bad and surprise when driver said to me that this much your bill

                                    Ola cab no. Wb25f5648( swift desire), driver name: sunny singh deol (mobile: [protected]).
                                    Driver was behaved very harshly when i complained about rash driving and dis-obeying traffic rules.
                                    Myself and and my daughter (8 years old) were there inside the cab.
                                    She was so frightened by seeing the drivers behavior, .
                                    I went to police station in maidan ps, no one willing to take the complain.
                                    Instead they were supporting the driver.
                                    Where we are living ?
                                    as a common man, really feeling helpless today.

                                      I booked a ola share. i called the driver for his status. he asked me to where i wanted to go. i told him amanora township, he denied to go in ola share as we were only two guys and forced me to book ola mini saying he will not get more passengers that way. after long fight on call i cancelled him. if no action taken against him i will sue your ola in consumer court.

                                        Today i booked a cab, pickup was from najafgarh hanuman mandir. the driver first accept the ride and then they dont know the way to reach us. we waited for him for 10 mins but no answer whether he is coming or not. then i choose shared cab. the driver he will reach in 10 mins but even after 20 minutes no response from his side and he stopped picking call. when i cancelled his ride due to delay in his arrival and booked again for another ride. i was getting again his details. i wasted my half hour because of driver delay. from next time show no rides. if your drivers dont know about location they should either call and confirm on time or should not accept request of ride.
                                        The driver of the cab i booked did not drop me at my booked destination and behaved very rudely when i asked why!
