    I got a call from Ola customer care who yelled, threatened, and harassed me by calling me again and again from 15-20 different numbers.
    She misbehaved and abused.
    Atrocious disgusting.

        Hi Team,

        Have paid the amount by cash but it is still showing pending. In fact, I had selected cash as payment mode while booking the cab itself. I am not able to book any cabs now.

        Spoke to driver and he also confirmed no action pending at his end.

          I took a cab ride today, Sept 18 2021, at 8:57 AM. I paid the cab driver by cash but my account shows that the amount for that ride is still due. I request the Ola team to look into this issue as I will not be able to book other rides till the matter is resolved.

            Ola payment issues

            I had booked OLA ride for a relative of mine in another place. Unknowingly the payment option was ola money and I didn't know it.
            My relative paid the amount in cash as they reached the destination.
            Now the app shows I have pending amount.
            Unable to contact the ola customer team aswell.
            Please help me fix this issue....

            I was suppose to take a ride from Lucknow to Sandila
            And the estimated fare showed Rs 1124
            But On reaching Sandila
            The driver not only refused to drop me on the correct destination but charged me double the fare of
            Rs 1927

            None of their Customer Care no works.

              I use Ola postpaid money to travel. After completing ride, driver said he would not follow ola guidelines and that it was his auto and he demanded rs 100 (Actual price-rs89). He was using foul languages, yelled & created scene in front of my office entrance and roadside. I was humiliated to all extent. I told him i would call the police and he yelled saying call police. I called the customer care for help. They just had consoling words for me & said they would take action against driver. I asked them to give compensation for my humiliation to which they said it would not be possible. I asked them to connect to a manager & the ola executive said he would not come today & again she told he would call you back as he would come at 2 pm. I cannot trust on these ola people. Starting from driver to executives, all are ruthless. I said I would wait on the call to talk to manager, then she disconnected the call. No customer executives are authourised to disconnect calls. NEVER GO WITH OLA!!!

                    #[protected] Re: [Ola Support] #[protected], I have raised the ticket-related to extra charge I paid than the actual, the same I have raised with Ola through the ticket but now I have submitted all the required documents but there is no response fro Ola. Kindly ask your team to resolve my issue, Since it was a mistake from Ola and also not responding positively i plan to go any length to get my back.

                        Please find the invoice attached, for 34.6 kilo meters ride, how OLA deliberately charged me Rs 2218 and now not refunding me the amount, despite the agreement.

                        Incident description –

                        On 30th August, 2021 in morning I landed Hyderabad with my mother from Tirupati and booked OLA cab rental for 10 hours / 100 Kms, as I had to visit several places in Hyderabad, including my friend’s house for lunch and temples, but the policy of OLA and untrained drivers spoiled my day.
                        Since pickup time only, the driver was demanding cash, but for convenience, I opted OLA postpaid. Somehow he (driver) started creating drama on road of being out-of-petrol and didn’t want to continue and finally the trip was ended in mid.

                        OLA charged Rs 2218 for all package cost (I opted) rather charging me on Pro-Rata basis. Now complaining on same day, they agreed to pay me / refund all amount (Rs 2218). For processing the same, they requested my Pan Card details, AADHAR card details, Cancelled cheque, Account Number, IFSC Code etc., which I provided them all the details next day itself on 31st August, 2021 (Please refer the trail mail).

                        And now it’s 13th September today and I am still chasing the OLA for the refund and still not received a rupee and even no call from their team or any reply. I am fed up and completely exhausted following the support team.
                        Since 2-3 days, not able to contact their CS executives as well. I also wrote to Mr. Bhavish Aggarwal as well to look into this issue thrice(please see below)

                        I am full-time employed and can’t focus on same thing continuously but OLA has to respect the sentiments and must be sensitive towards customer issues and must be pro-active while handling any escalation like in my case.
                        It clearly seems now that I am the only listener and a speaker too….I can’t let my hard-earned money be looted in such manner. How insensitive they can be? I trusted OLA and paid for the engagement of 10 Hours / 100 Kms, but this is not the way that they will end the service on their T&C and charge for all services. It is clear cut loot.

                          Recent play store updates ola application was not working or stucking or crashing unable to book a drive from ola . i was highlighted this issues to ola customer team support with error screenshot. they updating auto reply and closed a complaint without resolving issuse . previously ola cabs creating misbehave with ola auto drivers with customers now ola users cant book a ride through android application.

                            Yesterday evening I booked ola (Beat). I have no wallet balance and payment were always made by cash in earlier occasions. But in this journey fare shown Rs. 152/- and at the end of my journey from PMG Square Bus Stand to Lord Gunjan Palace, Rasulgarh, Bhubaneswar, payment to driver(demanded cash payment before start of my journey over phone from +[protected] at 7.33 pm) made by cash of Rs. 152/-. But the app shows that I have opted wallet payment option and the amount is pending.
                            Please resolve after necessary verification.(Time:7.33 pm on 14.09.2021 & CRN [protected])

                              This complaint is regarding a ride I took on 5th September at 1:56 p.m.CRN is [protected] .I paid the driver cash yet whenever I open the Ola app, it asks me for an online payment too.Why should I pay twice??I called the Ola support service the very next day but they had no solution whatsoever.M really disappointed.

                                  OLA company is overcharging for ride. a ride which cost 200rs, keeps on getting cancelled by drivers and with each cancel or retry price rises upto 600.

                                    For my past two rides, i have paid cash to the drivers because neither i nor the drivers got the update that the payment has been deducted from ola postpaid at the end of the rides. Following are the details:

                                    the ride estimate showed 362 rs. At the end of the ride, the driver's app hung up and he asked me to pay as per the ride estimate in the beginning. So I paid Rs.370 cash. i get an email after some time stating that i've paid via ola postpaid and the amount is Rs.318.

                                    I checked my previous ride to check if this issue was there then as well and voila, these guys ripped me off on the last ride as well.

                                    The driver said that i have to pay 95Rs which i paytm'd to him. And then i got the bill that i'm supposed to clear dues of Rs.116 on ola postpaid.
                                    Don't the drivers check and update if the payment is made offline in the app? How can this mismatch be?
                                    Is this a new way you guys have devised of ripping off customers?

                                    I sent them an email to tell them that I’ve already paid. They redirect me to file a complaint on their website. I try to file a complaint on their website and every time I click the button to submit the complaint, the page becomes unresponsive. I mail them the next day asking them to transfer my complaint to the correct department. Received no response. Mailed again once more. Then I found another support id from years back and mailed on that. They finally respond saying it’s too late to resolve the query. I share the snapshots of my previous mail and the snapshot of the paytm payment I made for the earlier ride. No response. A week after that I get a call from Ola postpaid team to pay my dues. And then their horrid customer care team just keeps repeating the same thing. Finally they go through my mails while I’m on phone and accept the paytm payment and tell me to pay 50% due amount on the other payment including the late fee. I refuse as I’ve already paid. They send me an email saying I have to pay the whole amount. It’s baffling the way their team was constantly lying. When I started recording their call, they changed their tune. They are purposely manipulating customers. Their app has glitches and they are still trying to extort money from customers for the issues in their app.
