Hi I had ride on sep 18, 2021
(CRN[protected]). I have paid the ride amount to driver but in the app still it's showing due is pending.
my question is without paying the amount how could have I ended my trip?
OLA has to look into this issue, I have read so many same complaints
Not getting refund for extra money charged for ride
I had booked ola outstation on 22nd August 2021. The app was not working properly that day and was not showing updates of my ride. The fare shown was ₹2764 but after reaching destination it shared ₹4739
The drop address shown in invoice was different than the actual drop location. The kms actual were 140km and shown were 282km.
Since it was cash payment I did not held up the driver and paid total amount. I logged in the complaint through ola customer care also but no response from their side.
Now I am not even able to call customer care for asking status of my complaint.

Received communication from ola asking details of account and received refund within 3 days.
I had taken an OLA auto ride today that is on 20/09/2021, the driver asked me to pay the fare in cash, and I paid 190 rupees in cash to him, but later when I opened the OLA app I noticed that the "payment is due". I thought this has happened only to me until I visited this site, but looks like there are few others with the same issue. I also noticed that customer satisfaction is only 2%.
This side Promila Mishra. I have paid through phone pay for Saturday's ride of Rs 170 (location Near Laxmi Nagar, Delhi to Delhi university) But app is showing amount due and getting massage for pay the due ride amount.

Showing pending charges in Ola app even after paid to driver
Hi,
I have opted for ola, cab on 19th September. Driver asked me to pay directly to him, so i paid 196 Rs of fair through phone pay . After couple of minutes i checked that in ola app, it is showing that 196 Rs is pending . Due to this i am not able to book another cab. Can you please check with driver and remove peding status from app.
I have attached the phone pay receipt and invoice as well where you can find the driver details .
Please help to remove this pending status from ola cab. I do not wish to pay twice .
I had done a payment of rs 713 on 16th september 2021 to Mr Santhosh BC the driver. It was done through google pay to a upi code the driver showed me as payment through the app was not working. Till today even after 3 days it says payment pending/ due on the app . Kindly resolve this issue please .

I got a call from Ola customer care who yelled, threatened, and harassed me by calling me again and again from 15-20 different numbers.
She misbehaved and abused.
Atrocious disgusting.
Have paid the amount by cash but it is still showing pending. In fact, I had selected cash as payment mode while booking the cab itself. I am not able to book any cabs now.
Spoke to driver and he also confirmed no action pending at his end.
Ola payment shows due even after cash payment to cab driver

I took a cab ride today, Sept 18 2021, at 8:57 AM. I paid the cab driver by cash but my account shows that the amount for that ride is still due. I request the Ola team to look into this issue as I will not be able to book other rides till the matter is resolved.
I had booked OLA ride for a relative of mine in another place. Unknowingly the payment option was ola money and I didn't know it.
My relative paid the amount in cash as they reached the destination.
Now the app shows I have pending amount.
Unable to contact the ola customer team aswell.

But On reaching Sandila
The driver not only refused to drop me on the correct destination but charged me double the fare of

Highly dissatisfied and dissapointed with OLA Service
I use Ola postpaid money to travel. After completing ride, driver said he would not follow ola guidelines and that it was his auto and he demanded rs 100 (Actual price-rs89). He was using foul languages, yelled & created scene in front of my office entrance and roadside. I was humiliated to all extent. I told him i would call the police and he yelled saying call police. I called the customer care for help. They just had consoling words for me & said they would take action against driver. I asked them to give compensation for my humiliation to which they said it would not be possible. I asked them to connect to a manager & the ola executive said he would not come today & again she told he would call you back as he would come at 2 pm. I cannot trust on these ola people. Starting from driver to executives, all are ruthless. I said I would wait on the call to talk to manager, then she disconnected the call. No customer executives are authourised to disconnect calls. NEVER GO WITH OLA!!!
Payment completed through GooglePay, but still showing as pending
Hi, I took an OLA for a ride. While reaching destination I made a payment through GooglePay, but still OLA showing payment pending. Please suggest a way forward.
#[protected] Re: [Ola Support] #[protected], I have raised the ticket-related to extra charge I paid than the actual, the same I have raised with Ola through the ticket but now I have submitted all the required documents but there is no response fro Ola. Kindly ask your team to resolve my issue, Since it was a mistake from Ola and also not responding positively i plan to go any length to get my back.
