I did raise complain multiple times that I have already paid in cash to driver for CRN: [protected], still they aren't resolving my complain and closing it, without contacting me on my cell. They are saying I should have raised the complain on same day I travelled, which i tried to do, but their Ola application was giving me an error while raising a dispute against ride.
I am fed with their pathetic service. Their customer care number is not reachable as well and they do not reply on emails.
Please help.

      Covid 19 norms flaunted, poor car condition, air condition not functioning at all.
      I have been cheated by ola service.
      This is a request to ola kindly keep up to promised and mandatory requirement.

      The help line for emergency services is responsible for not taking adequate and swift action.
      Ola Services may be held liable for emergency services not provided, car hygiene and covid protocol breached even after multiple requests to driver and help Centre.

      I am deprived of covid protocol, I am deprived of facilities which mandatory for customers be provided.

        I have taken ride on Sunday evening at 7.18pm. but didn't receive the invoice for the same. After multiple times generating invoice the mail sent from ola is not having any invoice. Kindly send the gst invoice as we need to submit to our office.

          On 21st of August 2021 I took a ride where the driver additional took 91 rupees even after I have paid him rupees 125 through gpay. The 91 rupees was not been mentioned in the estimated bill earlier. I set a complain and it shows that the 91 rupees is been refunded but till date I have not received the refund. Very bad service.

            Paid money in cash to driver after ride CRN [protected].
            App still shows the amount as due. Called Ola cabs and they confirmed that driver received amount in cash.
            compliant raised with ticket number[protected].
            Got mail from Ola support suggesting me to pay again and it would be refunded later

              For ride CRN [protected] R's 231 is collected by driver & also deducted in ola money complaint submitted 4 days back but no response, still getting message to clear the amount.

                Hi Ola team,

                I tried to contact your support team, but not able to connect. I need a call back from you if possible for my concern. It's regarding my last ride with you. The charges which charged is incorrect because your driver asked me change the designation so he can complete the ride early because he was not able to complete the ride to Moti Bagh. So I change the ride destination to near majlis park. But still got charged for the Moti Bagh ride. Please check and resolve this and if possible pls call ke to sort this out.

                  Would like to raise a complaint against the ola driver Name Saroj Khan .
                  Today booked a Ola for 3.42 pm called driver twice and on 1st call asked him about his location he said he is reaching in 2mins ..after waiting for 5 mins called him one 2nd time he said his cab Tyre is punchured so told me to wait as he will fix it and then reach my location .I told him to cancel the ride he denied he won't cancel so I did so and was charged 50rs cancellation fee on ride .
                  I am 100% Sure driver was lying and don't wanted to come giving excuses so would like to raise a complaint on the driver Saroj Khan.

                    This is in reference to ride reference number CRN [protected]. This was a late night cab booking (3 am) and the driver was not reachable, nor was he moving in my direction and hence I cancelled as drivers don't cancel and I had to as I wanted to book another. I booked another cab right after and took the ride. Then few days later I observed I have been charged 50rs cancellation and I cant claim refund as 48 hours have passed. I tried customer care numbers but number said invalid. This is such an unfair practice as the onus is on me to raise the issue in 48 hours which wasn't there earlier and more importantly, driver wasn't moving or reachable but I had to cancel as they avoid =, and passengers end up cancelling to book another. This is unfair practice with timeline too! Request refund of 50rs

                      I travelled from Gwalior to Faridabad on Aug 14 2021. I booked an outstation Ola cab. The tariff shared with me was an estimated tariff and i was told by Ola that Tolls and Taxes will be paid directly to the driver in Cash.
                      I reached Faridabad the same day and the driver asked for INR 3100 for Tolls and Taxes. This was besides the Tariff amount INR 7353, that i paid directly to Ola through their app.
                      I felt the Toll and taxes charges are higher, so I asked Ola to share the receipts with me. They are refusing to share that.
                      I complained to them that the charges are higher and they refuse to verify them.

                        I boarded a cab at airport on 20th Aug approx 10 :30 PM .After inserting the pin, Driver asked cash or Ola money ? I replied Ola money, he replied Ola money is not working from morning. I immediately stopped the vehicle at airport and took help of Ola executive. He assured me to continue ride and Ola money will get deducted.

                        I reached my home driver stopped the ride and gave me 5 start rating. Then he told sir as I told Ola money payment has not happened, please pay me cash. I tried to contact customer care, but could not do the same. Then I paid him cash after having a small argument with him. When I checked my Ola account for invoice, it was showing ride cancelled.

                        Some how was able to contact customer care at 1 AM midnight. Customer care executive Mr Vinay told I am not able to resolve and arrange a feedback.

                        I have not received invoice copy of this ride. I am a regular user of Ola I want a resolution for this.

                        1 . Kindly provide invoice copy for this ride as I have to produce the same for re imbursement or I will loose money.

                        2. Kindly find out what happened with this ride, was Ola app malfunctioning or Driver was cheating and take a suitable measure . If Driver was cheating, then it will create problems to many customers.

                          I had taken a ride of INR 322/- only. But they are showing an outstanding amount of INR 1227/- in my Ola money postpaid bill, an additional bill of INR 644/- which I never incurred and asking for late fees. I had lodged several complaints with them through calls, emails and social media but all in vain. Nobody cared to resolve my problem. This is a fraud company. Should be shut down with the immediate effect

                            Traveled by ola yesterday on an outstation journey Panchkula to Barog heights hotel Barog and back. Destination and start are land marks and google Maps mapped. Was given estimated rentals of Rs 1550. Was charged Rs 3263. Milage charged 130km against estimated confirmed journey of less than 100 km. Was charged state taxes of Rs 1800 by driver Naseem. Pure cheating. Paid Rs 3263Rs for 100km for appx. 8hour. Exhorbitant by any standard. Will advise friends and others to avoid Ola. They cheat.

                              I booked Ola for a ride from Gurgaon to Delhi on 26.06.2021. There was a toll booth & tax was ₹100. Which was paid by me not by driver.. he said that tax has to paid by customer.. but later when I found … toll tax was supposed to be paid by driver not by me.. because toll tax was already included in my ride fare… I am really very disappointed by this… it happened with me before 3 years back also… when I booked Ola from Mahipalpur to arrival on airport… there also entry tax was paid by me not by driver…:( Yesterday (19.08.2021) my parents took a ride with Ola from Gurgaon to Delhi & they were also charged toll tax ₹100 on bijwasan toll booth.. which was supposed to be paid by driver… because tax was included in fare.. my parents were not aware…

                                This is regarding my ola ride CRN [protected] taken on 9th august. I made payment through UPI however payment got failed and i paid cash to driver.
                                Failed payment is not credited into my bank account. i tried reaching customer support but they are not reachable. This is the worst support i am getting from ola.

                                  On 08/08/21 I booked a Ola Cab from Kasba, Kolkata to Bramhapur, Kolkata at 3.42pm, CRN [protected], fare was 201/-.
                                  Today, 18/08/21 I booked a Ola Cab from New Alipore, Kolkata to Bhawanipur, Kolkata at 12.20pm, CRN [protected], fare was 78/-.
                                  I was charged extra 50/- for cancellation charge for a ride I cancelled(Ola is claimimg) on 08/08/21 at 3.59pm.
                                  When I was already riding a car, how can I again book one & cancel the same.
                                  I was clue less about this cancellation part.
                                  Now Customer care executive is saying that I can take the refund through Support but support is saying that as 48 hours is still over, I will not get the refund.
                                  I feel that I have been cheated, please help.

                                    I need your help from your end, Sir/Ma'am, you can see the trail email and help what we can do on this matter, Lots of people are facing the same thing but are not able to arsed complaints.

                                    My CRM No [protected], Date 14th Aug 2021, Time 1:47PM, KM 41.1 and Distance from South Delhi -Tara Apartment to East Delhi -Manloli Chungi.

                                    Ola Cab has many drawbacks like...
                                    App Support Not Working.
                                    Customer Unable to contact him, because all numbers are temporarily out of service.
                                    They don't have an email ID for raising any complaints.
                                    I have email on [protected]@olacabs.com, bhavish.[protected]@spell-nline.com, ankit.[protected]@olacabs.com but not getting any single reply.

                                    We do not cross any Toll but They are charging a toll INR 100/- within Delhi. 2nd They are charging State Tax INR 200/- but we are traveling within Delhi, driver taking CNG and waiting our partner and they charge from us.

                                    मेरे घरवालों को बहुत तकलीफ हुई है, लड़के वालों के घर जाकर Rs.500 का उधार मांगना पड़ा, जब की Rs 580 का बिल दिखा रहा था ऍप मैं और उन के पास Rs1200 थे

                                    Please look into this and take some action.

                                      Firstly ola charged me 1672rs extra for a ride on 26th may 2021. I immediately filed a complaint through their customer care but no response was taken. After which they have harrased me for more than 3 months and am daily explaining them the same but no action has been taken. Now they are blackmailing me for legal advice to be taken against me for the crime which I haven't committed. I want to raise a case against me for wrongly charges and harrassing the customer for more than 99 days and not giving proper support to the problem.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                                        This morning I booked a taxi from Old Delhi Railway station to Azad Cement Shop Ghitorni Delhi. After 20 minutes Driver reached the location and picked up some non-booking customers in front of me and refused to pick me up and after some time Driver cancelled the trip.

                                        Due to this cancelation I missed my meeting which is very important for me. I think such type drivers give a bad impression to OLA.

                                        I Think Ola will penalize that Driver so that next time the same problem is not repeated.
