I boarded a cab at airport on 20th Aug approx 10 :30 PM .After inserting the pin, Driver asked cash or Ola money ? I replied Ola money, he replied Ola money is not working from morning. I immediately stopped the vehicle at airport and took help of Ola executive. He assured me to continue ride and Ola money will get deducted.
I reached my home driver stopped the ride and gave me 5 start rating. Then he told sir as I told Ola money payment has not happened, please pay me cash. I tried to contact customer care, but could not do the same. Then I paid him cash after having a small argument with him. When I checked my Ola account for invoice, it was showing ride cancelled.
Some how was able to contact customer care at 1 AM midnight. Customer care executive Mr Vinay told I am not able to resolve and arrange a feedback.
I have not received invoice copy of this ride. I am a regular user of Ola I want a resolution for this.
1 . Kindly provide invoice copy for this ride as I have to produce the same for re imbursement or I will loose money.
2. Kindly find out what happened with this ride, was Ola app malfunctioning or Driver was cheating and take a suitable measure . If Driver was cheating, then it will create problems to many customers.
