Physically assaulted by Ola auto driver

Dear Sir,

This is to infrom you that I have hired an ola auto from Mahadevpura to shantiniketan.

When I was about to reach the location the driver stopped the ride without asking me just before 150 m from the actual location. I was with my 8 5 month pregnant wife and hence i requested him to drop to the actual location considering my wifes health.

But the driver refused saying he can't. Disappointed...

I paid to driver through Google Pay after the ride yet the Ola app is showing pending payment in the app and trying to charge me.

I paid to the driver through Google pay after the ride taken on 13th August at 10.57 am. As drivers do not get money paid by Ola immediately, they ask passengers to pay cash after the ride or pay to their GooglePay account instead of paying online. Now Ola app support does not have any option to complaint about double charge. Please sort this out for me. They are useless....

Harassment by Ola driver

We are travelling with less than one year kid and family, booked Ola cab but the driver behaviour was so rude and he was drunken I can’t explain in words how he behaved with my family. I think company should enquire about and cancel his license....

Driver is not refunding the extra taken amount

I have completed my ride from Goregaon to Sion circle and paid amount to Ola driver is 464. My fare was 232 and paid it through google pay but the transaction was stuck due to google pay so I have paid it by cash to the driver. And asked him to refund me the amount which is credited to his account by google pay. He is not responding to my calls and msgs.

Fees wrongly charged

I am continously sending emails. i have been charged an amount of 1337 for a cab i have not taken. this amount is showing in my postpaid bill but no ride is showing in my rides. I am unable to get through any contact number or no revert on email. and i am being charged late fees. how can i blindly make payment for wrong charges? why is there no revert from ola? why is there no customer service department?...

Charged double payment. Online payment and cash payment also for same ride

Today I have booked a cab from kuruli to Erandwane Pune. I have already paid for the ride by phonepe app. After reached at location driver asked me for cash payment, I have paid the amount as per request of Ola customer service executive. He said your only payment will be refund in some time. But still I didn't get my refund. Please help me someone in this....

Asking more money

On July 10 2021 we booked ola cab which was mini cab. The cab was prime. So that driver asked extra 50 rs for that. Actually the estimated rupees showed was Rs.260. When we reached our destination it was around 390. So it was higher than we expected. So we gave that money but that driver asked extra 50. We didn't gave. After 1 month he noted our number and called for extra money. Due to ola had charged extra money. He called us to give extra...

Refund required

I had a ride on 11-Aug-21. Aaj the Ola servers were not responding to the online payment, I had to pay driver through cash. My payments are clear but Ola is still showing it as outstanding and won't let me book ride again. Please clear my outstanding payment or provide refund for the same ASAP...

Fraud by ola and ola driver

On 31.07.2021
I booked a ride from Chandigarh Airport to Shivalik Hotel & Resort
Kasauli Road, Dharampur, Himachal Pradesh 173209
The drive was around 62 Kms. Google image attached. It takes 106 min. for this route and estimate bill was less tha 1500/-
Ola generated my bill for 105 kms. When Distance 105 is not possible in 134 mins. You can see here in attached screenshot. Actual distance and charged distance....

Issue with rider

Me Syed Ali from Hyderabad working as auto driver in ola..I raised my issue to partner care but they care only rider not partner.CRN .[protected].
Sir rider didn't pay extra he pay as show in app 101..he also don't want to pay Rs 101 and rude with me.but i didn't go even took 101.he is big lier he stone my auto mirtor..by the way partner care take complant from rider without calling me .rider paid me Rs 101.i...

Toll tax overcharging

Ols is charging Rs 225 from delhi to faridabad as road and toll tax where as Rs 25 is govt tax.

Kindly look all visitors as they are looting our money and taking all fun with our money...

Breaching customer details and harassing them

I have been harassed by ola cabs recovery agents occasionally from last year for a payment of a ride I had booked and canceled on 3rd Jan-2020. After this I have taken multiple rides from ola and made the payments for every ride taken. Now I am being harassed by your recovery agents from time to time to make payments for that one ride booked & cancelled on 3rd Jan 2020. I had spoken to ola support last year about this and you guys assured...

Over priced

Price ola shared with me is 263 INR but at drop it charged me 423 INR.
I drop at same location but still it charged me that over amount.
I want ola to reslove my issue....

Double Charge on Fare price

I have book out of station one day trip, from Chennai to Tindivanam -- 258kms

Estimated amount -3060rs

At the end of trip,
But I travelled 295 kms

I was charged around 5000rs

I had ended my trip earlier too

Forgery on bill details saying travel was 431km

Can u measure in map itself on my pickup and drop...

Refund of higher fare not processed

Complaint #[protected].
I have filed a complaint for higher fare charges and OLA promised to refund INR 552 in my bank account. I have submitted all the requested documents, however it's been a week and they haven't processed any amount in my bank account. Tried reaching out to them multiple times via email but they are not responding....

Charged more than quoted

I was quoted £2-4 for a 10 minute ride in London with a 50% off voucher. Once I was dropped off, I was charged £12.86. I have called to complain and they claim I accepted a quote of £11-15 which I absolutely did not. There are a large number of people who have also complained about this issue online and I believe they are running a scam or there is a bug. Needless to say, I am very unhappy and I would like a refund for the overcharge....

50000 loan taken from Aditya Birla

I have ola postpaid limit of 20000.
But ola has tagged my name to Aditya Birla FL to a loan of 50000.
This is reflecting on my credit report in CIBIL....
