On 14 july 07:11 pm, we took a cab with the registered no. of [protected], from (aliens space station, tellapur) to (zolo vihang tngo's colony phase 2, gacchibowli). And we reached our destination at 07:33 pm.

It was showing 212 rs, but driver was asking extra money.. so i google pay him 250 rs. But my payment got stuck and driver was in hurry so i paid him cash and then driver left.
After i checked that my payment processed and completed and 250 rs has been deducted from my account and received to the recipient.

Next day i called to the driver that i paid you cash and my money has also paid through google pay. So you can google pay me back. But he denied and instantly cut my call and told me do not call me again..

I messaged him also that you can send me your bank statement if you didn't received the payment, but he ignored that also..

I have cab booking details in which it was showing i paid cash, and i have my UPI details in which it was showing that i paid through upi (gpay) also.
I have attached all the documents for your reference. And i have call recording and whatsapp chat with the driver also.

I raised the query in ola. But they refused to pay me back,

Kindly look into this matter and resolve asap.

    Dear Sir/ Madam

    I am following up with OLA cabs support since more than 30 days (one month) but no resolution has been provided yet.

    Since payment link was not working on my OLA app, OLA customer care had sent me the payment link for making the payment. Accordingly I had made the payment of dues of Rs 1151 on 31st July 2021 via payment link (PAYU) provided by their customer care team against due date of 01st August 2021.

    Since than I am following up with their team and writing mails to everyone including support team of Ola Money, Zipcash etc etc. But no resolution had been provided by them.

    Even of 02nd August you have even charged late fee of Rs 100 and due to app is showing outstanding amount of Rs 1251.00.

    My app was also not working since than. Due to which I had occurred big losses due to loss of my important clients due to missed meetings on account of non booking of the Cab.

    Thereafter I have written to various escalations departments as per their escalation matrix but nos resolution has been provided yet.

    I received three calls from their customer care department on interval of 3 days where they insist me to clear pending dues and every time I had explained them that I had already cleared dues on 31st July i.e. before due date and I am following up with your teams. Every time they acknowledged that yes they have receive the payment and informed that payment was not updated in my OLA account and they also assured that same will updated in your OLA account within next 48 hours.

    But even lapse of more than 200 hours issue is as it is.

    I had also made payment towards OLASELECT membership but same is not untilised at all as my app was not working since 01.08.2021.

    I want to file complaint against them and want full refund of OLASELECT membership, clear of my dues after waiving of Late fee since I had made payment well before due date and also want compensation of Rs 550 per day starting from 01.08.2021 till my issue get resolved by them.

      I have been travelling with Ola for past 2 years & always got final fare same as estimated fare with minor variations if any 5-10rs. I have been facing many issue with OLA since 11.08.2021, detail of Aug 21 rides as below:-
      1). 07.08.2021- No issue
      2).11.08.2021- No major issue in Morning
      3).11.08.2021- CRN [protected] In evening ride I was shown estimated fare of Rs.611 which increased by 15% nearly (84 rs extra) for routine app route, normal traffic, no rain
      4).12.08.2021-CRN[protected] Morning ride estimated fare went up from Rs.366 to 426 i.e. Rs.60 extra
      5).12.08.2021- CRN [protected] Evening ride was a big issue .I booked this ride for Kaushambi but I left my ride at ISBT Anand Vihar, Delhi .Driver was not having MCD pass & requested me to stop ride in Delhi so he can save tax.I thought to help him & save my ride tax also for few kms. So I never crossed the Uttar Pradesh border for Kaushambi & left my ride at Anand vihar main road.When I got final fare for ride it was already higher than estimated fare by 50rs. (Estimated 607 final fare 657).Fee break-up showed 2 border taxes-1. Rajokri(correct) and other Kaushambi( wrong) which OLA support team accepted on call. Rs. 150 extra paid in this ride.
      After trying a lot I got connected to support team.They told me that they accept that I never crossed U.P. border and this is a issue of wrong billing but they can't help me as I have already reached my credit limit for the month i.e. 5 as per their policies which is nowhere mentioned in App. This fact is totally wrong that I took 5 credit notes as I have taken 5 rides till 12.08.21 in which I took credit for 2 rides for fare being unreasonably higher than estimated fare.
      They told me that they count waiving off cancellation charges also as credit note, that i had taken only once, so total becomes 4 only. This cancellation charges due to driver issues exists nowhere & neither used as cashback coupon so how can OLA count it as credit note.This amount never came to me nor I was responsible/reason for cancellation. Here I would like to bring to your notice that cancellation is done due to driver denying going to drop point, need payment in cash, they dont pick calls, asks details before coming to pick up (drop point, fare shown in app, payment mode) else cab driver denies to come .Such drivers never cancels the ride nor they come to pickup point.This has been brought to notice of OLA many times.In such situations we suffer as we are getting late for office/meetings, we helplessly had to cancel ride.So how can OLA charge customers in such situations where we suffer due to back to back cancellations/denying of ride by drivers.In ongoing rides mostly cab drivers stop for CNG filling which costs us 15-20 minutes waiting in long queue. Our time & energy is wasted in such situations but not counted by OLA.When driver has to wait for us or there is slightest of traffic, OLA charges us money & estimated fare shoots up immediately.
      6). 13.08.2021-Morning No issue, Independence day coupon code used.
      7). 13.08.2021- Evening. No issue, Independence day coupon code used.
      8).15.08.2021-Evening-No major issue
      9).15.08.2021-Evening.No major issue
      10).16.08.2021-Morning ride estimated fare of Rs. 584 shoots up to Rs.638.Rs. 60 extra paid for no traffic, no rain, app route & reaching on same time as shown in app.
      11). 16.08.2021-Evening ride estimate Rs. 682 but ride ended with fare of Rs.742 i.e. Rs. 60 extra. Driver stopped car twice for CNG filling and once stopped on DND to get fresh which costed me 25 min extra to reach .He was an old man that’s why I dint complained.
      As we can see from above that OLA estimated fare fluctuates so much daily that it’s becoming hard for a middle class person to travel in cab due to COVID situations.OLA on one side gives customer independence day discount of 25% upto Rs. 60.But as soon the coupons get over OLA fare starts fluctuating on routine basis from Rs. 60- 150 for no such reasons as there is no monsoon, low traffic as most of the offices are on WFH.One side you give discount & other side your rates fluctuates so much. I travel same route at same time daily but still estimated fare fluctuates so much.OLA don’t have customer support number .I complained regarding daily steep fluctuations of estimated fare for no reason & wrong billing done on 12.08.2021 evening. But to my despair OLA support team kept telling me about some policies which are nowhere mentioned and that too they have wrongly calculated my credit notes ( I have 2 & they say 5).OLA should have transparent policies & try to make it convenient for customers rather than repeating ”we can’t help we have policies” .
      This whole experience makes me say that OLA is charging unprofessionally (Estimated fares highly fluctuating), unethical policies (not mentioned anywhere credit point) and baseless arguments even after accepting wrong billing.Here I request my extra money that has been unfairly charged by OLA due to wrong billing/ waiting time
      1. CRN [protected] dt.19.08.2021 Estimated fare was 628 apprx. which wentquite higher to Rs. 697 .On call with support system they are not able to provide reasons for hike but repeatedly telling its due to exceeding credit limit.Nothing is written in app regarding credit issues.Fare went higher by 70rs. for unknown reasons as there was no rain or traffic.I even instructed driver to follow the same route as shown in OLA app.

      2.Also on 19.08.2021-There was a server issue in OLA app.While booking I was prompted a message of booking failure due to technical issue.So I tried booking cab again.When I got my ride another driver called for pickup which I never booked.Now OLA has charged 50 rs. for cancellation done.This issue build up due to OLA technical fault still they are charging me cancellation fee which is unfair.

      3.CRN [protected] dt.16.08.2021 at 4:51pm- Estimated fare was Rs.648 apprx. which went higher to Rs.742 i.e. 94 rs..Driver stopped this ride twice for CNG filling and once on DND for getting fresh.This feels like customer being foolished by OLA as daily there has been a hike of Rs. 60- 100apprx. which is not possible anyhow as I have been travelling same destination at same time daily.

      4.I as a regular OLA customer feels that OLA is charging wrongly .It daily raises its estimated charges when ride ends and never mentions the reasons and neither its bothered whether it was driver's fault or the customer's for rise in fare.I have been facing such issues since Aug 2021.If I calculate such escalation in my rides daily then OLA has wrongly taken 748 rs. apprx. and 150rs. apprx for cancellation charges which OLA dont give to driver.Cancellation charges are a burden for customer like me who is a office goer & travels daily with OLA .Rides are cancelled due to drivers fault as they dont pick calls, dont cancel rides if not coming, always asks for fare in cash, denies going to Gurugram, sometimes asks to come to main road but never reaches pickup point without informing.
      Here I request OLA to refund all my money that has been wrongly billed due to OLA app technical faults, driver faults and refund of all surcharges/escalation/charges for waiting time due to CNG filling by drivers almost every other day.Even if there are 3 cabs in line for filling it takes almost 20 min due to which I as customer suffers (wastage of time, money and energy in waiting).

        We took a ride on Aug 3rd 2021, where they charged us 517rs extra. After talking to multiple representative they finally said it is their mistake and we are eligible for a full refund of 517 on Aug 20th 2021. However they are still not calling us or giving us details about how are we getting a refund back. There is no way to reply to the message they sent us since they marked us resolved. Even after calling them so many times they give standard...

        I have travelled from navi mumbai (koparkhairane) to Matheran on 14th AUG 2021 through ola. Estimated fare was 2122 Rs. But i was charged RS. 3933 at the end of my journey. That is almost double the amount estimated. Also, that is not the appropriate charge for this journey in any case.

        While returning from matheran to my place, i have hired a local cab which charged me 2200 Rs. I am the very frequent traveller of matheran and never i have been charged more that 2200...

        This is very bad experience of mine with Ola.

        I have raised the complaint but i received very generic response from their side that " they have charged me accurately". But i am not satisfied with their generic response.

        I again raised the complaint about resolution of my query and money back for extra money charged for the journey but same is still not resolved. In spite of following up again and again from the last 10 days ; i am not getting any response from their end.

        Request you to intervene and help me to get my money back.

        I won't prefer Ola in future now. I am very much disappointed with my experience with ola in my last journey.

          My repeated requests to forward to me an invoice for a CoolCab trip made by me through Ola on 11th Aug 2021 from Mumbai airport to my residence in Panvel [CRN[protected]] is being completely ignored.
          Invoice for Rs.1, 059 for the trip as above is not received by me as yet.
          OlaSupport's Mr Manjuna [Mr Manjunath?], Floor Manager had promised me on 27Aug2021 that I would be receiving the subject invoice by 7 pm / 28Aug2021, but it's not received.
          I've been communicating with OlaSupport since 11Aug2021 through the Ola app, and each time I've been promised that it'll be resolved and that I will receive the invoice within "24 hrs" or "72 hrs". But then I receive a 'convenience fee' invoice for Rs.11 [yes, eleven!] each time!!! And each time OlaSupport says that the matter is resolved!!
          The matter is not resolved as I have not received the Invoice as yet.

          Complaint not resolved as yet. For my repeated request for Rs1059 invoice copy, they keep forwarding me Rs11 'convenience fee' invoice, and incorrectly conclude that the matter is resolved.
          Matter is not resolved in spite of regular follow-ups.

            I made payment for one of the ride i have taken using gpay to the driver by selecting the option from ola app after the ride is complete. I didnt use the app for a while and then I had to make another booking but on the app, ola was still showing as the previous payment is pending due to which i was not allowed to make another booking! Hence, just to bypass the blocker I made the pending payment using ola postpaid thinking it can be dealt later (i was busy those days).

            I called the customer care after 2 weeks to explain the situation that i was charged twice and they say, i should have called within 48 hours. Now thats its been long i have to pay them twice which is ridiculous. Why should i be the one to take time and call immediately when Im sure I made the payment.

            I raised this as a concern to multiple teams from OLA and ola postpaid but none is concerned. Now everyday I get messages and calls 10 times to clear the ola postpaid payment.

            I have even the screenshots of the gpay payment i did that day and have even shared them with ola when asked, yet they dont care to respond to the problem.

            I'm fed up and unistalled the app too. But i wanna get free from these calls and messages, hence posting here.

            I have raised grievance in cyber crime portal against ola.
            Without our knowledge, they created post paid account. Without our consent they withdrew money from that account. We didn't select postpaid as payment however they took money from that account. This is cheating. Ola is a fradulent company. Please submit issue in cyber crime.

            I raised similar issue with ola customer care. Told them specifically that I paid driver with cash. But the customer care person put me on hold stating that he is verifying with driver and then told me simply that driver denied taking payment. I disputed it. They opened a ticket but later I received email from them asking me to provide proof of credit/ debit/ upi payment made to driver. They said the issue is resolved. That's when I logged a complaint in cyber crime portal.

            And then i informed them about my complaint in cyber crime. Now they have asked me to provide CRN number. I have shared it and waiting for an update. You can also do the same.

              The driver canceled the ride from my device. And said I will take cash money which was twice the fare of Ola. I refused to go without booking. Started abusing me saying that your father has given money.Because of Rakshabandhan being a festival, I agreed to give cash. Withdraw 500 rupees from ATM, your driver said that I will take 200 rupees first. Due to emergency, I gave him 500 note. After that he said that come a little further and started the bike and left. Wording of your driver " muh me lund de dunga" "gaand faad dunga teri madarchod ". After that I booked several times but everyone is either asking for double the money or refusing to go. Wasn't even canceling from his side. Due to being early, I cancel and make another booking. I also have recordings of some of them and I am getting the FIR done. Kindly look this matter i have all CRN and bookings Number. Kindly help me here.

                I was travelling with family on 27.08.2021 evening in ola cab, driver name Sumit Bahoria CRN [protected] white indigo car. The driver abandoned the ride in between and generated the charges. This created hardship for my family and we had to wait on road to take uber cab. This also made us pay more charges. Pl take necessary action for further inconvenience to passengers against driver.

                  This is to inform you that in my yesterdays[protected] ride i have paid money in twice 1st) I had tried to pay the my through my ending card no. 8344 but transaction was not completed due to bad network and 2) I had paid the money by google pay directly to paid Dirver under the Transaction id from UPI/[protected]/Dinesh Moti Soni of Rs.654.00

                  When i checking in the Card statement i came to under know the fare was paid to him through my card no. 8344

                  Request you to please return the money urgently

                    I did raise complain multiple times that I have already paid in cash to driver for CRN: [protected], still they aren't resolving my complain and closing it, without contacting me on my cell. They are saying I should have raised the complain on same day I travelled, which i tried to do, but their Ola application was giving me an error while raising a dispute against ride.
                    I am fed with their pathetic service. Their customer care number is not reachable as well and they do not reply on emails.
                    Please help.

                        The help line for emergency services is responsible for not taking adequate and swift action.
                        Ola Services may be held liable for emergency services not provided, car hygiene and covid protocol breached even after multiple requests to driver and help Centre.

                          I have taken ride on Sunday evening at 7.18pm. but didn't receive the invoice for the same. After multiple times generating invoice the mail sent from ola is not having any invoice. Kindly send the gst invoice as we need to submit to our office.

                            On 21st of August 2021 I took a ride where the driver additional took 91 rupees even after I have paid him rupees 125 through gpay. The 91 rupees was not been mentioned in the estimated bill earlier. I set a complain and it shows that the 91 rupees is been refunded but till date I have not received the refund. Very bad service.

                              Paid money in cash to driver after ride CRN [protected].
                              App still shows the amount as due. Called Ola cabs and they confirmed that driver received amount in cash.
                              compliant raised with ticket number[protected].
                              Got mail from Ola support suggesting me to pay again and it would be refunded later

                                For ride CRN [protected] R's 231 is collected by driver & also deducted in ola money complaint submitted 4 days back but no response, still getting message to clear the amount.

                                  I tried to contact your support team, but not able to connect. I need a call back from you if possible for my concern. It's regarding my last ride with you. The charges which charged is incorrect because your driver asked me change the designation so he can complete the ride early because he was not able to complete the ride to Moti Bagh. So I change the ride destination to near majlis park. But still got charged for the Moti Bagh ride. Please check and resolve this and if possible pls call ke to sort this out.

                                    Would like to raise a complaint against the ola driver Name Saroj Khan .
                                    Today booked a Ola for 3.42 pm called driver twice and on 1st call asked him about his location he said he is reaching in 2mins ..after waiting for 5 mins called him one 2nd time he said his cab Tyre is punchured so told me to wait as he will fix it and then reach my location .I told him to cancel the ride he denied he won't cancel so I did so and was charged 50rs cancellation fee on ride .
                                    I am 100% Sure driver was lying and don't wanted to come giving excuses so would like to raise a complaint on the driver Saroj Khan.

                                      This is in reference to ride reference number CRN [protected]. This was a late night cab booking (3 am) and the driver was not reachable, nor was he moving in my direction and hence I cancelled as drivers don't cancel and I had to as I wanted to book another. I booked another cab right after and took the ride. Then few days later I observed I have been charged 50rs cancellation and I cant claim refund as 48 hours have passed. I tried customer care numbers but number said invalid. This is such an unfair practice as the onus is on me to raise the issue in 48 hours which wasn't there earlier and more importantly, driver wasn't moving or reachable but I had to cancel as they avoid =, and passengers end up cancelling to book another. This is unfair practice with timeline too! Request refund of 50rs
