Today i booked an auto and at that time the price for that was given as 45. It was from indraprasth towers bedise himalaya mall amd till sm patel college. I was charged 79 later without any reason. There was no traffic neither did i make the driver wait for long. Instead he was late. Therefore i except a refund of 25rs. As this was not expected. The refund must be immediate as well. The auto driver didn't give me a valid reason and as i was running late i had no arguements and i paid him 80. This is not the first time that ola has charged extra for the ride for which the price was low and also i would like to mention this is the route that i take every day in the morning on which i am charged only 45rs. As a consumer this is exploitation where i could not argue with the drivee about charging me extra and that he was unaware of the reason being asked 80 on my daily trip from indraprasth towers to cg road
I am thoroughly disappointed that Ola cab has not got a proper location for my pick up at 78 Margosa Road, near 17th cross junction Malleswaram, Bangalore 55. Till today I have not got a single cab get the pick up location right.
I booked ola Auto today.
The online Charge while booking the Auto was Rs.41.
After travelling the the was Rs.60 for a distance less than 4km.
The ola Auto is taking too much Charge now-a-days.
Inspite of the increased Charge the ola is asking more Money.
Kindly.take this complaint seriously.
Your ola cab HR 55 AA 3278. Driver has doing very rash and fast driving ...total misbehave ...plz take some action ..and how can u tolerate this type of rash driving ...please do aome action against it

      On 29/08/2018, driver namely Umesh driving vehicle registration number: PB 01 B 4402, model swift dezire, colour white, restrained my car and blocked my way at 23-24 lights, Chandigarh at around 11:25am. Also stepped out of his car banged the bonnet and side mirror of my car and abused me and threatened. Also a girl was there in his car who got late for her bus.
      We have booked a trip today. The fare shown before booking was 178rs. While reached to destination driver shown fare was 252rs. We doesn't changed route or destination still there is so much difference in fare after completion of ride. can u explain the reason why this happened?

        I booked three rides consequently, for first ride I traveled for 4.1 km and paid 58₹, for second ride I traveled for 3.6 km and paid ₹ 114, for third ride I traveled for 0.9 km and paid ₹ 73. Now I'm very surprised because for my first ride I traveled more and paid less, for my second ride I traveled less distance than my first ride and paid high fare to ola than my first ride and in my third ride I traveled very less and paid very high fare. Now I feel like Ola is cheating on me, I am attaching invoice screenshots with my complain and expecting a proper explanation for this fare variation.
        And if it is not explained satisfying I'll take my complain to consumer forum.
        I want my extra money paid to you returned back in my Ola Money account.

          I m completely upset with ur services... When i need cab it take a lot of time as well as unavailable... M today i was sick n booked the cab... After waiting a long can cancel his duty at least he must inform me before... I m going to uninstall it n will not use anymore... Very much disappointing... Plz resolve it otherwise i will take action against it.

            Whenever I want to hire a auto or cab it always shows no cabs, no autos. If I got a vehicle within seconds it will show no vehicles . This is going on repeatedly. If I open the ola app and close for many times and then it is showing that vehicles are available . Its really horrible if we trust your ola. But if the cab is hired, its pretty good and satisfactory.
            It has been quite frequent that the Ola cab and auto drivers accept a request, reach the destination and then cancel the booking. It causes a lot of inconvenience, especially in case o[censored]rgent situations.
            Kindly take a necessary action regarding the same.

              I booked ola cab micro on 28/08/2018 @ 11:40 a. M for a trip from "mahipalpur" to "t3 arrival igi airport" starting fare was shown 96/- after reaching there i asked the same driver to drop me "raj nagar palam colony" from "t3 arrival" he told me to change the destination.. I did same as i was told... After completing a ride fare was shown 389/- including (238 for ride, 150 for toll/parking fee)
              But in between at airport he told me to pay for toll fee which was 150/-. So in total i paid 150+389= 539/-
              Why he charged me two times for toll fee.
              Please do let me know as soon as possible...

                Where ever i go from where i want to book a cab there is no cab available in ola. Neither auto will be available for emergency purpose. There are only few cabs in ola to book which is of no use. What does a person do if they want to go uregntly? Very poor service ola cabs with limited cars and autos available. Stupid useless ola

                  On 27th early morning at 7.00am, we heard a loud crash outside our house when we went to check we have seen that our car has been hit and the headlights and right side has got dent. Our neighbours noted down the number of the car. It is an indica car, ap045571and has ola cab written on it. Please can you confirm it, our car has been pretty much damaged and we definitely want something done about this as soon as possible. Our address[protected]/g/8, ganga society moosarambagh. Make sure this matter is looked on quickly.
                  It's utter waste to use this app... Every day the access fees is increasing for some place n some distance...so it's waste of time n money... If it continues people will stop using this app...initially it was 30 n gradually it's 70 bucks

                    I was Rs 578 for a trip which was not taken by be. So beware of keeping money in OLA Wallet.
                    And on complaining the customer support in the evening I was told I should have called in afternoon itself, now we can't refund the amount. And started making lame excuses.
                    Never faced such a pathetic customer support in my life.
                    Be aware and safe yourself from such pathetic and worse customer care and drivers.

                    Safe your money and avoid keeping money in OLA wallet. Better avoid OLA company as a whole. Often there drivers are in news for the misdeed they had done or try to do with the passengers, specially female one.

                      I had booked an ola cab on[protected] to take my father to hospital. Ola alloted a cab to me whose driver mobile number is [protected] and drives a swift dzire car. After booking i called him and he asked where i have to be dropped and then said he will be coming to my house within minutes. When he did not come for 15 minute, i called him again, he disconnected the phone. After waiting for another 7-8 minutes, i called him again and again he disconnected the call. I could see on my mobile he was moving away from my house and had reached 8-9 kilometers away. I then cancelled the cab and booked another one. He clearly did not want to go where i needed to be dropped but did not tell me so and kept me waiting. This is bad service.
                      Ola is surging the price by 20% on every ride. They also increase the cost of access fee according to their convenience. How can the access fee vary every time of booking.

                      There is no cap on these service providers or nobody looking into this subject matter.

                        It is highly disappointing to share the fact that my parents had to catch a bus in order to reach mumbai for their alumni get together planned at singapore!! They ordered a mini which had a pick up from our house!! Accidentally his mobile phone fell in the car!! We have been calling on his phone for about 50-60 times still the driver made no efforts to respond to our calls!! We are ready to give money for his to and fro expenses but the phone has all the important details!! How can the driver act so recklessly and irresponsibly?? He still is not picking up the phone!! Plus forget about the local customer care numbers not even the national numbers are working!! This is being absolutely ridiculous on the company's part!! I would in no way book an ola ride now!! Completely disgusted!!

                          I booked ola cab from mukherji nagar to m2k pitampura in delhi. Then suddenly the cab has been changed but my cab navigation still sowed me the first diver and otp and the fare rate that time was 198. When the another cab came i asked him that what was this problem without cancelations the cab has been changed and didn't show me any cancelation message then the driver said may be i am available here so they changed your cab then i asked him about fare rate then he said that will be the same as ad before because my ola cab app didn't show me the rate and the driver of that cab when i reached my destination the fare rate increased by 73 rupees i again asked him that what is this then he suggested me about ola complain this was cheating with me i booked ola then suddenly changed everything without any confirmation and the fare rate 198 and after 273 when the pick up and destination point was the same as before. I could not perform any action but everything chenged automatically. That was cheating seriously which ola did with me. Now please tell me what can i do.
                          Found this driver of vehicle number mh02 eh 4891 driving rashly near navi mumbai toll plaza at 8:45 am on[protected]. also the driver was arguing with the people at toll for payment and took long time.
                          My account is blocked two months before, at that time when I called them they didn't respond properly, again I created one more account but they blocked my all accounts and they are not giving proper reply.Now almost three months but still my account is in block, so need your help to reactivate my account raj.rsn.[protected]@gmail.com

                            I was multiple times ask about why my ola account that has been blocked?. Also i was raise an issue with my ride that was charged
                            Unexpectedly that was 381 rs. (Osn[protected])
                            Case is, i was trying 4 to 5 times zakir nagar to zahangeer puri (Bhaleswa dairy) delhi and same driver was getting my duty. Again and again. When i was get in to the cab first time driver canceled my trip and tell me it was human error and charged 40 rs. Next time again i was tried same driver are getting the ride and wrongly charged 381rs wihout taking the ride i was paid to driver. Again i was tried and and same driver has been get my duty and drooped to my destination and charged 421rs. This insident was happened on 7th august and reported to ola.

                            While raising my concern with ola. They block my account. Even my account is un accessible and not recived my 381 rs. I asked why my account was blocked but no response from ola.
                            Please help me to short out my issue

                              Many a times i have seen a case when driver cancel the ride customer is not getting any benefits but same if customer cancel it they are charge for rs25 unnecessarily. I wanted to book a cab for my mom, i booked but driver cancelled n later when i booked again then customer care people were not supporting. When after conversation of 27mins with customer care they booked a cab for me but it was showing 18mins but v waited almost 47mins n again called up customer care n still they are showing me 20mins. It was crucial day for my mom as she was suffering lot of pain yesterday in her tooth so v booked an appointment but v suffered
                              We travelled in Coimbatore OLA service today from railway station to Ganapathy.. We explained the route to the driver. He said the usual route is blocked and took us on a very long ride of about 1 hour from station to Ganapathy. Very bad experience. If OLA needs customers, you need to rectify such cases.                                 As i am a regular user of ola cabs and if there is any kind of violation from my side there should have been a pre informed message. Well if my account is permanently blocked i want my refund for ola money which i have paid in advance. Asap
                                So as i am switching my cab preference to uber i would like this process to be conducted as soon as possible because my money is stuck in ola money.
                                My self Dr Ratna Kishore .so please unblocked my account immediately as soon as possible for using ola app in my mobile
                                I booked an outstaion ola play cab for lonavala but during the whole trip we couldnt play music because ola play wasnt working.If this only has to happen will book simple ola from next time not ola play. Wasted money on ola play

                                  I booked a ola auto ride on 26/08/2018 about 12.35 pm. My booking was accepted by auto no. Banana-re dl1rn 3277 by sonu kumar (Mobile no. [protected]). I wait and contact to the driver and i asked for coming, he replied that i am coming. He asked to me, where will you go? I tell him, burari, kaushik enclave. I wait 20 minute and call him again. He was not pick up my phone. I try thrice times then he replied i have cancelled your ride. He harassed me 20 minutes. If, he do not want to go why he accepted my ride. He cancelled my ride after knowing the drop location. Action be taken against the above said fraud auto driver.

                                    I have received 12 hrs. Cash rental booking dated 20th august from ola, of rs.2727/-. My car is 4 seats of passenger and customers is request for 5 passenger to seat in my car. I denied and ola systems is generate the bill. Payment not paid by customer and i have complain to ola driver support. Complaint generate and solve time limit is 2 working days. On 25th ola system is show resolved the complain and i have not received any payment. I told to ola represent namely archana verma i don't want full amount atleast credit only ola commission of rs.743/- but she says unable to recomplete the same. No any action taken by ola company.                                       I booked micro ola red colour wagon r on friday, 24 august 2018 @ 3.20pm from vile parle to mulund. Crn no is [protected]. While booking it showed rs. 270 and on reaching the destination the driver asked for rs.384/-
                                      As per mobile which i paid immediately.
                                      I complained online but there is no reply from them.
                                      I request ola to refund the difference amount to me earliest.

                                        Cab driver refused for ride as he did not have ola money. So i requested for cancellations as i did not have cash. When he did not cancel for some time then i again tried to connect but his number was switched off. So i had to cancel it from my side. Why ola charged me in this case. For not carrying cash? Then what is the use of ola money
