Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — driver refusing to come thrice | |||
Hi team, May 6th from coimbatore railway station to sindbadh hotel [thudiyalur road]. Three drivers denied the trip and yelling at me to cancel if required. Osn details are [protected] driver name is mohamed siraj @ 7.31 am Osn details are [protected] driver name is saravan kumar @ 7.23 am Osn details are [protected] driver name is ashick mohamed @ 7.19 am All the three drivers are telling - rules has been changed. No share trips in the morning and share trip will start post 9 am ist. They are very rude over the phone and in ola parking stand - they were laughing each other and discussing each other as how they shouted with customers. Let me know if you need more details. This is second complaint and trust atleast someone will read and call me as i know they will never improve. Ola management team might be sleeping or they might have sufficient income where they ignore public and play with public time and money. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have create new ola account with phone number +[protected] and added INR 999.
But now when ever I am trying to use application it is saying your account is blocked contact to customer service.
I wrote to ola customer service like 4-5 time but each time got email that your ticket is resolved with no content in email body. So frustrated..!

I have made a trip in Ola Cab on 29/4/2019 with the booking ID CRN[protected]. The booking was done through Airtel app and the money was paid to the Driver. As the amount is deducted from airtel wallet it become a double amount pay to ola. Please help to get the amount refunded to the airtel wallet
