On 14th october 2017 i booked a ride by ola from rajivgandhi international airport to lakadikapul, hyderabad and reached comfortably at the destination. I was charged rs.747/= [ref no: crn[protected]] the charges includes rs.200/= toll fee at the airport. While exiting the toll gate the driver asked me to pay the toll amount of 200rs. This was charged in the bill. As i am having a ola money wallet i could not notice the charges at the destination because the charges indicated rs) 0/=. As i have already paid the toll fee it should be deducted from the bill. Or the driver should not have asked me to pay the toll fee. Now this is a double payment. So kindly refund the money by credit to my ola money account. The drivers may be instructed to pay the amount or if the passenger pays that should be deducted from the bill duly. Kindly do the needful.

    On 10 th of october i took an ola ride which was barely 10 to 15 minutes away. The maximum amount that was to be charged was not more than 70 rs but a total of 462 rs was debited from my bank acc. The rider put in a false distance and travel time. I called up ola customer care. At first they were not willing to help me but later they did. They even told me that the excess amount that was charged would be credited back to my account but nothing has been credit to my account and they are also unwilling to send me an acknowledgement via email. Never expected this from ola. My loyalties with you'll have ended.

      I booked a cab from civil line, jaipur to panna meena ka kund, rajasthan
      I had selected cash payment, while waiting for the cab to come to my destination, the app gave me an option to rechagre my ola wallet, so i did for 599
      And i did not manually change the payment mode to wallet payment.
      It was a share ride, so as i got up the driver took the otp and it showed in his mobile to collect cash from customer, 164
      Hence i gave it to him
      After my ride was completed, when i took the next ride, i saw that for the previous one money from the wallet was also deducted

      I have already complaint to the ola support team, but they deny the refund
      And say things like "your request (Ticket[protected] has been resolved."

      Worse driver service and mobile system is worse than worse. And the driver is telling to book an mini ola. Forced to sit till he gets the next customer.

        Hi,

        I booked an ola this morning from my home in bandra to sahar international airport. The ola fare showed 122 rupees at the time of booking. The cab driver followed his route and dropped me at my location. However my bill showed 188. If i have got in and got off at my location and have not asked for anyother route why am i being charged extra?? I called ola customer support however
        Ola customer support is not helping online as they say i have used the refund system more than 5 times this month. Kindly note that i have used the reverse charge option only twice this month. There were two more cancellation charged which i have paid 50 rs for.

        Kindly note that i have tried to use the refund option via the support billing issue system however i am getting the message that you are unable to process my request as i have exceeded the number of attempts for this request.

        This is not acceptable. I need the refund for being charged extra by ola for no fault of mine. Kindly escalate this issue.

        So pls note -

        I have not exceeded 5 times this month. I have also paid the owed amount for 2 cancellations.
        More importantly that is no reason to charge me extra for a trip which says 122 upon booking and when i have got off at my exact location.

        I want my refund of 60 rupees charged extra for no reason by ola. I am seriously disappointed and if the same is not refunded i will have no option but to file a case against ola. It maybe just 60 rupees for ola but for the passenger who has done nothing wrong should not be charged extra. How do we trust ola if things like this are going to happen. You show 122 and i have not kept the cab waiting or asked for another route or got off at another location. So its shocking that you charge me extra. I dont even owe you any amount for any previous cancellation charges as i have already paid that amount.

        I am hoping you solve this issue rite away as this is called daylight robbery on part of ola.

        Today I was travelling by Ola cab and the driver took me by wrong route and then he charges me extra fare. When there is no mistake of mine how can he do this? Drivers should have knowledge of the routes and see to the comfort of the passengers. I'm highly disappointed.

          I had taken ola cab yesterday from new delhi railway station paharganj side to mabarani bagh.in between my phone got switched off. On request of cash from driver i had paid him in cash the bill amount. Later when my phone got on it is showing the same amount whuch i had paid to the driver. But rs 599 which is in my ola money wallet has also been deducted to 0. This type of issue from ola is not acceptable.
          When u checked i m a daily user and prime customer of ola.
          Kindly return my ola money

          Today dated 13-10-17 @ 1630 hrs; Ola car No - MH04HY1934 has dashed my car. Driver along with other two people were fully drunked ( in fact they all 3 were having alcohol glasses in der hands incl of driver)
          We have already registered a case against it. Kindly give us a call bk urgently on [protected]

            Sir my name is anjaneyulu, i am a driver of ola cab, sir 8 months before i had black listed from ola. Actually my fault is, i don't know how to reverify the ddd. Because of this, i am black listed. I went to office many times and requested but nobody listening. Sir i want to drive with ola please give me one opportunity. I will be a good driver. Thanks....

            I had tried calling the driver he said he is going to call me back and now he does not receive the call. Very rude

              Shame to say that ola is a corporate, i visited ola coimbatore office, the security is so rude and he thinks he is the boss, good thing, the office like any other office supposed to open at 9 or 10 in the morning, but the security said that the concerned person is not available and asked me to come later, its worse than a govt office, now a days even govt office works better

                I would like to inform you that i am using ola cab since a long time. But on 14.10.2017 i was in delhi and i was trying to book the ola cab but then i came to know that my account is blocked. I do not know why account has been blocked. I want to know the reason why my account is blocked and i want to ola cab team to unblock my account so that i can use the ola services.

                  I booked ola cab on 16 oct 2017. Due to unawareness of driver i missed my flight.. I want my money back of flight immediately other wise i will take legal action against you. I started my journey at right time but driver diverted our way and i missed my flight it was very urgent. I loss ed 10000 rs around. If you resolve the problem of my money which is most important i will not take action but if not..

                    I clearly told the driver that i will pay cash dont use wallet. I paid him cash i dropped. After sometime i saw on my mobile that low balance i was shocked and see that rs. 415.00 was deducted from my wallet. When i lodged a compliant i received said message "we would like to inform you that upon verification, we learned that extra cash was not collected and we are unable to process the refund for the ride"
                    I m extremely surprised to receive this message, i have evidence that we have paid cash to driver, we are four people in the cab and every body knows as my mother in law paid cash in front of everyone. I[censored]r driver is right that why he is not picking up phone, he has put my no. On call wait. Such a fraud drivers you have hired. I never accept this kind of service from ola.
                    I need my money back otherwise i will lodge an fir against the same.

                      I was standing on the busiest chowk of the busiest city in the scorching heat of aroud 35°c. Luckily i was able get a good 4g connection, and ordered a cab. For over five minutes i didn't recieved any call from the driver. Then recieved a notification that the driver has cancelled the trip. I thought there must be an error in the system, so i ordered an another cab. But after waiting for over ten minutes in the scorching heat the 2nd driver did the same. I was in a hurry so, i ordered the third cab, but he also cancelled the cab without any reason, or with any phone call. I need answers. If a customer tries to get your services three times, and you are denying him, how the hell are you surviving???
                      I want to register a complaint against driver shyam ([protected]) White Celerio DL1RTB1490. I left my portable charger in his cab and he blocked my number because of which i am unable to reach him. I would appreciate OLA to take a call on it and speak to me over the phone as i am unable to reach ola.

                        I booked ola cab on 23rd sep, 2017 evening (Crn[protected]). This is from innovative film city to bangalore. I was travelling with my wife and son.

                        Cab was on time and we got into the cab and requested driver to start the trip by adding otp. Driver and some locals forced to leave the cab while me and my family was in the cab (Some equation b/w ola and locals). It was getting dark and there was no other option available we were feeling very unsafe as well. I messaged ola cutomer team saying driver is forcing to cancel the trip while i was sitting in the cab for more than 5 minutes. Later i provided evidence with picture and video as well to ola team.

                        I had to leave the cab as there was no option and got bbmc bus somehow. After sometime i received message from ola with the penalty saying i cancelled the trip. When i called ola customer service and mentioned how they put my family on a rick that evening at unknown place even after having confined reservation. They are very ignorant. Instead of taking action against their cab, ola put a fine and moreover blocked my account. I had pre-paid money in my account. Neither i can login nor i can call customer service. I sent several emails to higher management with all photos and videos but no response.

                        They are behaving like dictators, they forced me and my family to leave the vehicle at an unknown place that evening even after having confined reservation. They kept defending ola driver, they put a fine on me saying i cancelled the trip (I had provided video evidence that shows i was inside the vehicle), upon complaining they locked my ola account without any notification which had preloaded money in it. Neither i can login nor i can call them.
                        I added ola money through my SBI internet banking bt it can not reflect in my ola money wallet .. please corporate .. and do the needful ..
                        The details of transaction is as follows -

                          I have faced this issue many times.
                          20-30 autos are standing, when i am searching on ola app it is showing many available rides. And when i am requesting for a auto, non of them is accepting the request.
                          When i go to an auto driver (Ola auto) and ask for drop, he is ready to drop but demanding 2-3 time extra charges than what it is showing on app.

                          This is not at all acceptable. Please take some action against it.

                            My self zahid hussain, i booked my ola cab from dhanbad railway station to jamadoba, my booking was confirmed. After picking driver named amjad ansari, mob. No.[protected] demanded to give 100 rs extra. When i refused and said to give only payment against bill then he dropped me on the way and cancelled my trip. When i said to lodge complain against this act he misbehaved with me and said complain wherever i want he doesn't care

                            I hired OLA cab yesterday as per a above CRN number, the Driver overcharged and cheated me by caliming Rs 500/- instead of rs 349/- as per below details. kindly return my extra paid money.

                                She got a call from mobile no [protected] around at 3.20 pm 14th oct 2017. The person on call (Boi banker) is suggesting to reactivate the atm by confirming the atm no (16 digit). She has just confirmed 16 digit atm no and within 5 minutes she got a message as follows -

                                Boi - rs 9999 has been debited to your account xx2706 from pos-ani technologies pvt on[protected]. Available balance 811.00.

                                After these message we have called the person back, we have asked some questions about the amount 9999 and he cut the call and switched off his phone.

                                Request you to help us to get our stolen amount back. Hoping for your favorable response. Kindly provide your contact no to reach you.

                                    I have booked my ola sharing cab here are the details of driver and his car

                                    Mohd samim ([protected]) is arriving at 08:14 pm in a hr55y4611 - white swift dzire. Your total fare is rs.95 and cash to be paid is rs.0. Share otp - 9624 only on boarding the cab.

                                    He refused me to pick from my place and said that please cancel the ride i as he cannot pick me. I denied and told him that he himself cncl the ride. After waiting for 20 mins he is not cnfl the ride i called him again and told him to cancel my bookings but driver said i cannot cncl and he said he is coming. I wait for almost half n hour but he didn't came and the suggested time as per ola app it shows only 5 mins. Forcefully i need to cncl the ride and i suffered alot.

                                      Total fare: rs 206 + previous cancellation charge rs. 50 (Tot: rs.256)

                                      Driver forcefully collected rs. 300 from my parents

                                      Ola app support is not working
