Ola charged me Rs50/- for a cancellation of a ride which i booked on 13.04.17. I faced a lot of inconvenience and mental trauma when the driver didn't turn up and cancelled the ride which i booked to travel from Surat RAILWAY STATION to AIRPORT on 14.04.17. I was very much relying on the Ola cab service. Due to Such an irresponsible behavior from the end of Ola, I need a compensation. they penalize a customer for cancelling the rip but they do not compensate the customer when they cancel the trip from their end.
March 26, 2.25pm prime sedan CRN[protected] driver govindan collected Rs 100 insteed the bill amount Rs 17(Total bill 45 after dectuting ola money 28), so please refound the amount to my account ASAP

    I am not satisfied with your service as I ordered two to three times but I did not got proper service 1st time driver took money and he left me half the way 2nd time my frnd book me cab and after 15 mins the driver cancelled the ride and I was awaiting and thrid time when driver called me got ride but still from your side I received message that next time 50 rs would charge extra very bad I had given 1star for 1 ride and wrote to review if this the ola service I wouldn't suggest anyone ola

      I was charged 25 rupees extra for late cancellation of booking.
      As per the ola rules late cancellation charges apply only when duration of cancellation of ride exceeds 200 mins.
      Although i cancelled the ride within 2 minutes, i was charged extra money.
      Kindly look into this matter & return over charged money.
      I will appreciate your kind efforts!!

        Yesterday I booked a mini car from my house to Thirunagar. One cab reached me first and mentioned my name. I told him his no differs from what I booked. He contacted some one and then told me I can travel with him and cancel the other. When I was travelling the other driver called. I told him the position and he asked me to cancel his booking which I did. For one booking if I get 2 vehicles what else can I do? Now I have your sms levying cancellation charges of RS 50.           I would like to bring to your kind notice that, yesterday 16/4/2017 ride from Rajajinagar to Thanisandra driver name Sunil NA CRN NO[protected]

          02:01 PM Sobha City Road, Devin Paradise Enclave, Tirumanahalli, Bengaluru
          Charged twice .
          Driver asked for cash and paid even though i asked him about ola money he told to pay cash.
          Even i could not check because there was some problem in my mobile.
          Today When i saw my ola account, amount was deducted from my ola money A/C.And there was no SMS from Ola but for my next ride i got SMS because there was short fall of OLA Money .
          Hence i request to Ola company people to look into the matter seriously and see that this type of problem should not happen to people in future.
          Please provide driver valid no so that i can convey the message.

          Driver-Basudev Mondal ridding swift desire - WB11C8040 asked me to pay airport toll of Rs.100/-. Please confirm who pays for airport toll in Ola? Isn't this amount already included in the fare?. In that case Ola has charged by twice & it should refund rs.100/- immediately.
          And ensure this does not happen with other riders.

            Respected Madam/Sir,
            I the undersigned Mr. Vaibhav V. Mungekar hired Ola cab from Andheri east, tarun bharat to Byander east. the usual fare comes around 350 to 370 INR. it was Sunday afternoon 16th April around 1:30 I booked cab. the traffic was clear, as it was holiday. I was charged 698 INR. I called OLA they told me that u was charged at premium rate.this was due to dynamic policy of OLA. I was not got message or call or told by driver about this. They not ready to listen my query. this policy was not aware to me. many times I catch OLA but I have never experience this. this was wrong. they cheated me. I was charged approx 330 INR extra. The total kilometer comes to 26.

            yesterday I received call from OLA, the female spoke with me also saying they cant make refund. not justifying the reason. I have not received any notification pertaing to dynamic price change policy.

              I jst lost faith on ola. Today I have booked ola share from indira nagar to elements mall. Bt driver dropped us at smwhr between yeshwanthpur railway station and goraguntapalya and demanded money from us telling directions are not showing for our location in his phone.so I should gt down and catch another cab. I wasted my money fr no use. If thz problem can be solved.plz do so. And try to refund money atleast to my ola money

              & in addition to it they have charged mi 100 rupees for my next cab booking... faltu log..
              First of all i tell you so called ola cab management that your cab service is the worst and the customer support system is at pathetic stage. Thats it.
              Pathetic service & mobile app..i havn't cancelled my bookings. automatically they got cancelled (twice) i was waiting since long for cab & i was unaware that it got cancelled.. i have to go to office. im not satisfied at all
              A miscreant fraudulently transferred a sum of Rs 18000/ from my bank account to the account of WWW.olacabs.com Gurgoan on 29/3/17.The matter was referred to ola cabs. No remeady.

              Kindly advice.
              Prblm is not solved and it is showing problem resolved

                I booked an OLA cab on 15th April, 2016 from whitefield to Yemluru.

                I was sitting in the back seat and asked the driver if he has charger. My mobile battery was low. He allowed me to charge the mobile. As the charger length of less, I put the mobile on front seat.

                While leaving the cab I missed to collect my mobile and the cab left the place.

                After 10 mins I called OLA customer care and took the drivers mobile number.
                I called the cab driver 4-5 times but he did not receive the call. Then I called from another number. He received the call and told me to come back.

                After calling so many times again he told to ld that there is too many traffic and he did not know about any mobile.

                I told him to return the phone and offered him money if he wants.
                But he denied. I constantly called him many times but he did not pick the call.
                He told that many people had boarded the cab after that and might have taken the mobile.
                But I am surprised how a person can take the mobile from front seat which was put in charge.

                I had really very horrible experience with that ride.

                I searched on internet about the issue and found that many people had same problem especially in the bangalore.

                I think they should train the drivers about this as people may be in hurry many a times.
                They should have a check on their app(like mandatory crn) for clearance of customer belongings from cab.

                  Ola drivers are such stupid and nonsense drivers.
                  Firstly the driver came 1hr late that too at night
                  Secondly the driver took a long route that had a tax inspite of presence of an alternate route.because of this i was charged extra 200 rupees.my fare was 231 and i had to pay 461 rupees.i want my extra money back.this is absolutely a fault of the driver.the driver falsely assured that i dont have to pay the tax.
                  Ola billing is extremely unreliable.Not at all happy with such service.Consider my complaint.

                    I had booked an ola cab .First of all the driver didn't arrived to the pick up location. And when I had cancelled the ride he called me n started abusing me saying that are u crazy y did u cancel I wasted my fuel .
                    Is this d way the ola people behave with the customer.I m totally unsatisfied with the behaviour.pls teach ur drivers etiquettes how to talk to the customers

                      Yesterday night I booked a ola share cab from Malad, Mumbai to Vashi, Navi Mumbai. The cab arrived and i was told the 1st drop is in Thane, now how is drop to Vashi from Malad and drop to Thane from Malad on the same route. There is a distance of 18 km. and time difference of more than 35 minutes, Now as per ola norms there can be delay of 20- 25 min between two drops and this was told to me by ola's twitter handel on twitter itself. I am also attaching that image. Who is responsible for the wastage of my time and money?

                        Hi Team,

                        I booked a cab on 13-april-2017 from old khardai mundwa road to swargate puneI, the driver demanded extra Rs. 100 in cash for luggage, after sitting in car, I asked him to cancel the ride, but he denied and left me in middle of the road, and from my ola money account Rs.132 was deducted without completing the ride, Apart from that, he snacthed my phone and booked ola offline, which costs me Rs. 3 again.

                        I have raised this issue to ola support, they
                        Say that according to driver " I requested the driver to stop the car as my friend is coming to pick me." hence they are unable to validate my complaints nor refund my money.

                        Please look into the issue, as i have proof this driver, snatched my phone and booked another cab ola offline, plus i didn't see any option of ending the ride on ola app.

                        Please i request you to take strict action against the driver, and ola services.

                          Yesterday OLA Kolkata has charged Rs-525/- from me just to travel 11.9 KM which took 63 minutes time. At the time of booking it shows expected fare Rs-180/- however post completion of the trip they charged me Rs-525/-.
                          There was no peak pricing shown at the time of booking but now they are showing 2.2x peak time charge.

                          This is clearly cheating to the customer and I have a serious complain against OLA on this. They must refund me the differential amount otherwise I will take necessary actions against them.

                              I have booked a Ola auto (indore city )and one driver picked the call but when i asked him if he is coming to my destination he said he will take 15 mins . I asked to give me confirmation, then he rudely said he dont hv a time now . I tried calling him again he disconnected the phone. I have beedn waiting for 30 mins but no response .

                                This is regard to poor judgment shown by my ola share a cab driver, we were driving back from Powai on the freeway on way to chowpatty, ideally the closest exit would be near Crawford market from freeway buy we somehow end up at fountain I ask to stop the cab so I can get off he suggests the cab can't end till we reach
                                Chowpatty while he's busy communicating with another passsanger so I say OK let's continue from fountain we pick up a passenger who gets off at beach front I Need to go 5 mins straight ahead to reach my home which he doesn't mind dropping me to then suddenly there are three more passengers and he's on his way to Andheri o am screaming on top off my lungs to drop me first as we were going away from my destination and now he decides I only put chowpatty on my destination so he can t drop me to my house while by the way is Chowpatty just not on the beach! And I had to get off mid way exhausted from a 2 and half hour drive on the free way which is supposed to cut time instead he just wasted a whole lot of it, I reached exactly in an hour same ola share from chowpatty to Powai Renaissance with no complaints, this was careless and rude on part of the driver he was non cooperative showing no sense of responsibility to get me to my destination only blindly following the navigator instructions without using his own eyes or brains, highly disappointing

                                  Hi my name is roshan singh and hired a ola cab last sunday from mayur vihar phase 3 to akshardaam temple. It's took 137 rupees of fare for this ride and i am ok with that as i checked in ola cab apps. But when i hired the ola cab from akshardaam to mayur vihar phase 3, ola cab driver took 254 rupees from me. When i asked for paytm and card swapping, he doesn't have a device to make a payment.
                                  But issue is here from akshardaam to mayur vihar phase 3 why he taken 254 rupees. When i complaint to ola cab customer care and i came to know through customer care, they taken extra charge of mcd toll tax and cross other state so they made extra charges of toll tax.
                                  As a passenger why should i pay toll tax and other state tax charge. And it is driver fault whether he took me that way.

                                  Kindly do needful on ola cab as they are making fool to public and making money.

                                    I avail Ola in regular basis to go to my office and come back to home. It's about 4.5 MK distance from home to office and Ola share generally charges Rs. 55 to Rs. 65. During the peak hours, they changes max Rs.85-Rs.90. I go to my office about 2 pm daily.

                                    Today they charged me Rs. 192 in a share cab just to cover a 4.5 km. Almost 3 times compared to usual fare. My fault? I have not noticed the fare during booking. As a regular customer, I knew that it will charge me max to max Rs.85. Immediately after the ride, I called up Ola customer care, they said sorry, they cannot do anything on this.

                                    I agree, I did not noticed the fare but still should we allow them to charge anything they want? Availing cabs becoming necessity in our day to day life.

                                    I want, the govt should take immediate action to regularize the fares. They will charge higher side during the time of high demand as they are also doing business. But it should have a limit!!

                                      I booked a ride on 12th of April, 2017 of OLA SHARE.
                                      My destination was TEMATHA from Kamalgazi Sonarpur.
                                      OLA accepted the share and also came to my destination(home), but when he heard that the destination is TEMATHA, he declined it.
                                      It was my father who was going to take that ride, so he asked him to provide him the OTP. My father refused to give him so, and then the CAB driver called me for the OTP. I being unaware of the fact gave him the OTP, and as soon as I gave him he told me that HE CAN'T TAKE THE RIDE AND HE IS CANCELLING IT!
                                      Later after few minutes my elder brother called him, and asked him that WHY CAN'T HE RIDE THERE? Infact it is about only 8km away from my destinations.
                                      The can driver asked my brother who is it very rudely and shouted at him. The driver then shouted ' Rakhun toh phone!' which in english means END THE CALL and then he ended it!
                                      Now I got the message that MY OLA RIDE HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND THE DRIVER COLLECTED THE RIDE MONEY FROM ME.
                                      This is the first time I am getting so poor service from OLA!
                                      Now i am worried and afraid of such kind of behaviour getting from OLA in the near future!

                                        I want to bring to your notice about an unprofessional behavior of an Auto driver this morning[protected]
                                        I have booked an auto and got into it on time.Once I got in, after 100mtrs I was asked to get out of that auto without any reason and shouted to pay the money without even reaching the destination .

                                        If at all he intended to make me to get down, he could have asked me to cancel the service in a normal way.

                                        I experienced very bad situation. I Booked the Auto using OLA app.

                                        All the auto drivers in Bangalore are very same. Try to implement some kind of law and make them to take money what's there in meter. They charge 50-100 bucks extra over meter charge.
