Hi I am GArima Srivastava- 1516 Ola ID

I had been writing to ola but not receiving any solution.

I have to put my reimbursement to my company. I had traveled from Mumbai to Delhi between 15 May to 24th May.

When i opened my history, the invoices got disappeared from 14th May 2018 to 23rd May 2019.

14th May 2018 I was in Bangalore and it shows there but in between history got disappeared.

also, My 2000 OLa money Wallet amount also disappeared.

ISSUE SCREENSHOT ATTACHED.

PLS RESOLVE THIS ISSUE ASAP.
I NEED MY INVOICE HISTORY IN MY ACCOUNT AND IN MY EMAILS.

      My name is dushyant I took a ride with ola from mayurvihar to Gujranwala town model Town they charged me 500 for 20km which is generally 250 rs . I have been travelling on the same route since an year now they never charged me 500 for the same I hard a word with there executive but he was not listening to me . This is such an unprofessional behaviour by such big company

        Dear sir /madam
        Today at 10 pm I booked a ola mini car, I got ride details driver name is Ajay Kumar s vehicle no is KA 64 3022, driver come to location he said I am not accept the ride I didn't have any details, how it possible? I said to plz cancelled the ride I will book another, he said no he don't have details, if I cancelled the ride I got fine amount what can I do now? Still now showing ride details please solve this problem as soon as possible.

        I got ride details but driver said he didn't take any ride but he comes to location.

        I am receiving messages n calls to clear d dues where as I never use okay service on credit. However I have used playing service only on cash basis. May please check you r ed cords. No question of any dues n payment. If further harassment is seen I have to approach d appropriate authority.

          Dear Sir/Madam,
          I had booked ola cab from Secunderabad to Rajiv Gandhi International airport Shamshabad on 10/01/2019. Driver has cancelled ride without informing me about it and for the same reason I couldn't book further ride over ola mobile application because that incorrectly charged cancellation fee. This is not ethical way to charge customer without any reason. Your customer care executive could not able to solve this issue because of delay in claim. I think this is not a valid excuse. Just because of ride cancellation by driver you are charging customer extra on next ride. I can understand this charges, if customer cancelled the ride without informing you or not on the valid grounds. I think company is so biased with the customer in this issue. Hence, I request you to resolve this issue and oblige the customer.
          Last 2times I take OLA, for a trip...first time... they charged twice toll fee for a single toll... by cash and by bill both. Second time driver charged for my multiple drop location...but finished after my 1st location.

          Complain for those case at OLA support section, but they never response.

          I want to say that Ola customer care use abusive words on phone call.. I want immediate action against him..

          Driver refused to come and pick in door step, we have been asked to come to nearby street to enter into the cab which is not comfortable for us

            Sir this is Mayuresh salvi . I have got a worst experience rite now. Actually my niece exam was there i booked a ola cab hyundai xcent. Driver name Amol Bhatlavande. CRN [protected]. He cancelled my ride. I tried his phone. His phone was switched off. I have to pay xtra 50 rs. For other ride. Its a worst experience with ola guys. I am puttin on twitter tooo. Ola is nice company but because of such drivers company is gettin worst. Pls take care of this.

              मैंने मुंबई से नासिक के लिए 08.06.19 ओला कैब MH04 HY 1328 red बुक की. कैब में मोबाइल छूटने पर मैंने उस ड्राइवर राम बवन राव को [protected] कॉल की और उसने कहा हाँ मोबाइल मेरे पास मैं दे जाऊंगा और थोड़ी देर बाद उसने दूसरे नंबर [protected] से मुझे कॉल की और मुझसे कहा कि मेरे नंबर पर 35 का पेटीएम कर दो तुम्हारा मोबाइल वापस मिल जाएगा उसने मुझे [protected], [protected] लिक भेजी उस पर मैंने पेटीएम किया तो मेरे अकाउंट से 67073 रुपये डेबिट हो गये। आपकी कंपनी के ड्राइवर के द्वारा किए गए फ्रॉड की वजह से मेरे अकाउंट के रुपये डेबिट हो गए मुझे रुपये दिलाने की कृपा करें और उस ड्राइवर का एड्रेस और जानकारी बताएं जिससे मैं उस पर और ओला कंपनी पर मानहानि का केस कर सकूं
              I have taken a ride yesterday having CRN[protected] and toll charges of Rs. 90/- was charged by mistakenly. Pls look in to it and process the refund however we have crossed the station road but not entered in to the toll area
              The driver over and above the payment through OLA money charged extra Rs.100 as parking charges saying that it is being displayed to him on his display on mobile. The same was paid thru cash

                Hi,
                Today I booked an OLA cab at 7:10 PM. The driver was completing another trip so I waited for 20mins. When the cab arrived we entered OTP as per OLA rules. But the driver said OTP is not matching. I rechecked the cab number and driver name, it was same as shown in my cab details. I called the driver and the same driver answered. But someone else’s name was showing in driver’s phone. The other customer arrived and driver asked me to get off the cab.
                I called OLA customer care but no help. Only thing they said was If I cancel the trip I’ll get a refund. They even promised to send another cab but I waited there for another 10mins and no cab reached or no cab details were sent to me.
                I asked for compensation but they simply refused.
                Such harassment after full work day is really frustrating. I missed an urgent meeting because of this harassment. Such things happened earlier as well. They never come forward to help their customer. I sent a mail to them last week regarding another cab issue, still received no reply.
                I have added two photos of my cab details.

                  Hi, it's not the 1st time is happening to me, every time I book a cab I have to go through at least 5 6 booking as the driver cancel the rides. Also I get charged for cancellation, that Jenna I don't even travel but I still pay the cancellation charge, I have tried contacting Ola customer service multiple times, but nothing happens.
                  please help me resolve this.

                    14 June 2018, I booked a cab from Radio colony, Delhi to Anand Vihar Isbt.
                    At the time of booking, the charges were estimated to be 267 Rs. So the ride was completed, and I was charged 937Rs. For the same. Had to pay due to the driver's nagging, and contacted the customer care for assistance, which was very unsatisfactory, and the issue is unresolved. They offered me Rs. 300 cashback, which was nothing less than salt to the burns. Morever, they told me the charge is around 760, but after I checked on my phone again, the rate estimate was 288.

                    I booked ola auto before a week and found that driver was not responding despite I called him several times and not provided proper response, so I cancelled the ride and they charged for that rupees 30.I need a proper refund of this else I may go ahead with further authorities

                    Firstly, when I book a ride.. The charge is different...and when my ride is complete suddenly the charge shown 50% extra then before. I requested you to pay back / refund. my extra charge..this is not right for you to Make fool of your customer please pay back as soon as possible.

                      My name is Rakesh, i travelled noida sector 12 to narela, Delhi. normal fare for this trip comes around 800rupees which ola itself showed in their app. bot went i reached i had to pay around 1500. and they said its charged due to peak timing. which cant be double in any case. my ola id is with number [protected].                       We want to refund my security deposit which was deducted on weekly basis. when my Wagon R car attached with Ola.

                      I had visited ola office but they have denied to refund.

                      To be refunded Approx 3000/-

                      Whenever we book auto or bike ride with Ola application, auto drivers and bike drivers mostly refuse time because they do not get a ride from that place or get a booking
                      Postpaid amount of 1500 rupee was added to my Ola account without my concent. And used to deduct saying 1 rupee for bla bla.. has been deducted from your account. Now they are charging 711 for just 2 trips whose prepaid amount was shown as 623 initially. Strict action should be taken on such issues as it's against consumers norms.

                        Few days back I booked an Ola and the driver was 2 mins away from my location and the ride was for 1.2 kms. However the Ola driver showed up after 15 mins. After my mom and brother got into the cab at the pick up point. I asked my mom to pick me up on the way as I was standing 200 m from the pick up point. However, after getting near my point, the Ola driver ended the trip and asked my mom and brother to get down. When I asked the driver why he ended the trip he said why are we asking him to roam him around for such a long time, which is completely untrue. I told him Nobody is asking to roam around just drop us our location and I'll pay you. He started to abuse me and my mom. Then asked us to pay Rs. 94 for 200m. He created a big scene when I refused to pay him. He was about to hit my brother when my mom came in between and stopped him. The guys who were watching the whole thing tried to calm him down and told him to drop us at the location. But he didn't listen. I just moved to Bangalore the day before and just incident scared my mom a lot. This kind of behavior makes parents to worry more and they can't leave their kids alone in a new city. I logged a complaint with the Ola customer care. But they still haven't taken any action. It's been 5 days. Such pathetic customer service of Ola in Banglore was not expected. And in the last five days the scene is getting worse. Every time I try to book an ola, mostly there are no rides available, even if I can see so many Ola near my location. And even if we get a ride booked, the ola driver will call up and ask the destination and says he is coming. After making us wait for 15-20 mins the driver will cancel the ride. This has happened more than 5 times in the last five days.

                          Ola sucks... Driver doesn't have manners at ol... I pity for the company... Pliz appoint more educated staff... Earning from the company but acted as if they own everything... HR55AB4297 this very cab driver should learn how to respect customer and mind his words... Ola will be in lost if this type of stupid driver is appointed... Usually I used to like ola better than uber bt not in my lifetime ill use ola again...

                            today early booked ride from my mobile number [protected] spoke to driver got information reaching in 5 to 7 minutes. driver did not reach and informed regarding ride is cancelled. later i got message Rs.75/- will be charged in your next ride. cancelled from your end why i should be penalized for cancellation from your end i was harassed nearly for 45 minutes finally i had to take local taxi and go to thane.

                            please wave off that charges.
                            I just don't understand I booked an outstation ola and my otp didn't match . secondly the ola driver Mr. Ravinder Singh what was his mistake that you made her points down. And one of your agent talked very rudely to us, she told ola driver to cancel the ride and drop us at the middle of the trip . This is your service? Such poor ola service
                            I have take a Ola cabs on 4 June 2019, in Bhopal, Minal Residency to railway station, at the time of booking app show approx 120 R's but when I finish my ride it will show 312 R's, so I feel cheated form Ola .                             When i have booked ola the fare was just 50 rs but after pickup the ola driver take us by the long route because of this i had paid170 rs extra hate your service you fool on people please give training to yoir driver not to take people from long way routes we have to suffer alot just because of their mistakes 😡🤬

                              I have been using OLA to a fixed destination on a daily basis since 13.05.2019, wherein I travel from home to office and back.

                              I have two cell numbers – [protected] & [protected], and usually I use the first number.

                              On 07.06.2019, as there was some issue with my first number, I used the second number to book the cab from office to home. Whenever I book a cab, I first check the fare and then book the cab.

                              On 07.06.2019, I checked the fare, which was Rs.346 and confirmed my booking, but when the cab was allotted to me, the cab details were displayed but not the fare, which is never seen before, and hence, I immediately called up the customer care, and when I enquired, the executive informed me that the fare is not displayed and would be displayed once you complete the trip. To my shock, when I completed the trip, the fare was shown as Rs.1080.00, instead of Rs.346, which was shocking, and as I did not want to penalize the cab driver, I just paid the amount displayed and let the cab go. I immediately called up the customer care, and the executive informed me that the information provided by the earlier executive regarding non-display of fare is incorrect and you should have cancelled the trip, but as the cab had already arrived, I just rushed, as I NEVER THOUGHT THAT OLA WOULD CHEAT ME.

                              Please go through the synopsis of this case and check all the facts and arrange to refund the amount of Rs.730.00.

                                I have taken a ride on 01.4.18 and paid the driver in cash of Rs.531 but for the past 1 year daily am getting around 4-5 calls from ola asking me to make the payment by credit card and getting messages like they will raise a legal complaint against me.. and torturing like hell with their frequent voice recorded calls and messages and taking away my mental peace..When I paid my due cash why the hell Ola is torturing me like anything.. They are not having a proper system in place instead torturing the genuine customers like anything

                                  I booked an outstation OLA cab from Bhopal to Jabalpur on June 3, 2019. Driver calculated wrong distance and charged me more than estimated amount. Bil was around 6000 and driver charged me 9800 Rs. I complaint to OLA but no action has been taken from last ten days. Kindly resolve the issue and ask the company to refund my remaining amount as early as possible.
                                  I was shown ₹102 at time of booking cab but at the end of the trip my bill was ₹143 for trip from deccan college road to pune railway station.Although I was I hurry to catch the train so I paid the amount but Ola as a service provider was not able to stand on its terms.

                                    On 2nd June, I am travelling from silk board to domlur. Driver own self denied to drop me on my location due to bad weather. He said kindly cancelled the trip. So I cancelled it with mention. But after that whenever I tried to book my next trip It started to show me I have to pay cancellation charge rs 50. I had a big objection of that. Driver own denied me to take but why I should pay for that. Kindly solve my problem

                                      Please take necessary action against [protected] - CRN number. Named shashikumar CP we have booked at 5:20 to majestic Railway Station. He did not pick the call after doing 6 to 7 times and we had train at 6:00a.m. ph:[protected]. Atleast he could have cancelled or attended a call. Literally it was hopeless. Make sure he is penalized and give proper instructions and not repeated with other customers. Instead u ola people will penalize customers for it.

                                        On 11/06/19 Booked ola Cab at 11:05pm &driver confirmed that he is coming for pickup. Several times called him and every time he confirm that he is coming. Wait about 1hr. But he not come.talked to cc also but no one help me to get an alternate cab. Reached home around 1:00am with lot much trouble. With the activity of cab driver as well as ola cc not only suffer me and my old age mother (with me), my little daughter also suffer, she was waiting for me at home. You check till the driver coming for pickup, it's already 24hrs past. The Cc exe confirm that any one of cc senior call back me but no call received yet.
                                        Want compensation for my suffering.
