Sir,
When i booked the ola on 19.11.2018 at 0755 hrs it shown 107+some texts as 10 rupees how can you charge 290 rupees. The total distance is 13.5 km only, earlier you have charged maximum 220 rupees for the distance at pick time. This is ridiculous. You have explained that base fare 55, distance fare 108, ride time 38 minuts of 38 rupees, fare increases 68.34 and and taxes 20.48 paise what is fare increases, ride time charges. You are charging 22 rupees per km please do something. My email is [protected]@gmail.com. My ride id is crn[protected] at 0755 hrs from new delhi to subrotopark by vehicle xcent vehicle no dl1z6114. Please refund the excess amount.

      I did a recharge of 1999 through my hdfc net banking to ola money, the payment got deducted from my bank but money was not processed in my ola money account, immediately i sent a email to support on ola cab via my email id with the receipt of money deduction from my bank account and a email saying that money is not processed in ola money. I also tried to look for customer service number but this million dollar company dont have a number for customer support to whom i can speak and explain my issue, finally i got a number of bangalore and i call them but again they say the number is changed and select support in application and choose the number, but there is no bloody number to talk to real person. Now i am waiting for my 1999 rs, i have no option but to call my hdfc bank and raise a dispute but ola support proved hopeless,

        I made complains about 2 years back about how the drivers cancel the ride and the customers are charged absurd amount for the inconvenience the drivers cause. After writing several complaints there has been no apology from the company instead my number has been blocked for unknown reason for 2 years and a lot of more people have faced the same so this complaint is going to the consumer forum with a charge of cheating.

          I happen to ola cab through app. Meanwhile ola app was auto updated.
          It's asked to login with mobile number.

          It was a surprise to see my ola money balance has become ' 0 ' rupees. Where as my last balance i could recall was rs. 936.

          By email verification it's says my account already exists give another email id.

          Anyone concerned pls help to get my ola money balance or get my app updated.

            I harsh kaushik hired a ola in today morning from wazirpur to igi after reaching airport we left our luggage with driver to arrange trolley after arranging the trolley we came back and found our luggage on ground and that driver was also not there. Suddenly i noticed my phone (One plus) was also missing. My phone was also there in that cab only from then to till this time i am calling my phone again and again but it is showing switched off kindly help me in recovering my phone also ask your driver for the same and provide the contact number of the driver too. I am feeling very dissapointed and helpless with this incidence as ola is very trustworthy but after this incidence my trust is nowhere exist for your ola. Kindly contact me on the below numbers urgently. I am expecting quick response from your side.

              I and my 3yr old daughter left away in mid of trip, it clearly indicated on my billing screen of ola app, when called ola customer service he said the booked destination location why this difference. This is the bug in ola app software kindly pass this to concerned to rectify. Address on the billing screen and. Booked destination does not match, but service says the booked destination not the billing destination address

                Sir, i booked one ola cab from amritsar to jallandher crn [protected]. Taxi no pb01b6645. Asr to jld distance is about 80 to 90 kms. Where as i have been billed for 133 kms putting burden of rs.500 app. Pl note that me n my friend circle is using ur service but never encountered such wrong billing. Pl check n refund extra money n person responsible for this may be fixed.

                  On 14/11/2018 around 4pm i booked ola. I called driver and explain exact location properly with my building number. He called me and said he reache at building but he was not there i called him and asked where are you then he said he is watching cricket match which was going on in our colony ground. I said him that is not my location come at my building i was guiding but still he was not reaching at place and started verbally abusing me on call in very bad language.
                  Being a woman he used very bad language on call so i canceled his ride..
                  After that also he was calling me and i was busy in catching another public transport so i did not answer his call.

                      Hi team,
                      I am using ola cab since 5 years but today’s my trip was the worst one (Crn [protected]- driver name-gurpreet singh, silver etios, amritsar) because of the following reason.
                      1. While dropping to my location he asked me to get out before the exact destination. When i asked why so, he told i want to go to other drop and the drop location road is convenient from this point. He quarreled with me very arrogantly.
                      2. Despite my request “cab ac” was not turned on while travelling.
                      3. Rudely behaved with my father.
                      4. Our 10 mins today’s travel was like 10 hours long, it was very uncomfortable because of driver’s arrogant and rude behavior.
                      5. He refused to take payment via paytm and also he had not change amount to return my balance amount.
                      Hope you will take strict action against driver so that it will maintain your goodwill and credibility.

                        Actually, my ola account was locked abruptly without any valid reason.
                        I contacted them for the same and they have declared that because of something unusual thing they blocked my account.

                        I have mailed them the same and they are reluctant to look into the matter and they have even closed the ticket by declaring that they can't help me.
                        Just see the level of harassment ola is doing to customers
                        Blocking account stating that account without any valid reason and plus closing the incident abruptly.
                        Please help me getting access to my account again because it's a genuine account.
                        And because of this I am not able to login Foodpanda app also.

                        I booked ola auto from Nero cash and carry to Mantri tranquil. Driver didn't come to pick he was stopped his auto near by area and ola app is showing its arrived. Many times I called driver but he didn't pick the call. I waited for long time my phone battery had gone and it got switched off. The auto number is KA 05AC 0458.

                          I had taken an ola auto ride on 24-nov-2018. Charge was rs 127 for the ride. At the end of the ride, i was charged rs 142. Rs 15 cancellation fee was added for a ride which another driver had cancelled on 02-sep 2018.

                          The driver who had cancelled rudely refused to accept ola auto payment when he arrived for pickup and then he cancelled the ride. This happened on 02-sep 2018.

                          I had taken another ride on 10-nov-2018 as well, but cancellation fee was not added to this one. But on my recent ride on on 24-nov-2018 it was added.

                          Ride was cancelled by the rude driver but i'm being charged!

                          When i called customer support, she said she is not able to pull up records more than 30 days old. What a lame excuse! And she said cancellation fee refund will not be processed for cancelled rides more than 30 days old. I was levied cancellation fee just yesterday! How can i complain prior to this??
                          (Also one ola ride in between didn't add cancellation fee. Imagine this scenario happening on a large scale. Pre planned scam going on.)

                            While traveling from hyderabad city to kanha shanti vanam, i was chargedrs.250 as parking and toll charges.
                            Why i was charged for parking and toll charges rs.250, when there was no parking and there was no toll on the way? It is not justified and the charges have to be refunded.

                              I've seen the response here is poor. But i faced the same problem as many others.
                              1. Driver calls, asks the location and cancels the ride
                              2. You call the driver he says his phone got switched off and the ride got cancelled. How childish. Crn [protected] driver swamy

                                On 23.11.18 midnight at around 11:45 pm i hv booked a ola micro cab from kolkata airport to my residence at garia. Reaching time showing was 8 mins.
                                After two to three mins also it was the same. When i hv called the driver he told he was at airport reserve parking, having his food, hence it will take another 5 mins to reach. He enquired about the drop location, which initially i denied to disclose, as i knew the trick. Same thing happened to me many a times before. But when he has requested i disclosed about the drop location with a commitment that he won’t cancel the ride, which he agreed in turn. After 2/3 mins as expected i got a cancellation msg from ola.
                                I kept on trying him on his no. +91 [protected] atleast for 40 times, but he cancelled all my calls.

                                I request ola team to come up with a serious action plan against that driver and the system, or else i will launch a case of harrasment against ola. I want him to learn a lesson, so that he kept repenting thru out his life.

                                Hope you will no longer remain blind and take necessary action against him and i want to show the proof of your action plan.

                                Unfortunately i forgot to record the vehicle no., as it was not there after the cancellation. But i remember it was hyundai eon.

                                  Ola cabs drivers and administrative persons are allowing consumers to avail their service during the arrival of trains. They know the schedule of the trains. During these timings they usually increase the amount and they serve only for long distances. Who asked share option from ola. They introduced share option only for name shake not functioning well. Totally cheating by the administrators and driver's.

                                        After getting down from ride, i have tried several times to my mobile number, initially it use to ring after that your ola driver vijay kumar d. Made switched off.

                                        Just now reached my home town by some way of transportation, tomorrow i will block the sims & take new sim cards, in my app. I will provide more details of ride & that particular ola cab driver details including contact number

                                        Today at 7.30p.m i travelled from savera hotel to chennai central station .(7km) Charged 598 . But at the time of buking it showed 260. Same journey Uber charge rs. 160. Only. Morning 9' O clock savers to vels institute. (20 km)Ola charged 360. It was a clear cheating.

                                        Ola account is hacked by someone and ola money and history is lost.There is no reply after registering complaint in ola customer service.Such poor security and customer service from ola.
                                        The driver of the car with registered number TB 09 CJ 5144, drove very rash midst heavy traffic. His negligence towards his customers and the other people on the road is a wrongful act. He delievered apprehension of fear among other drivers on the road which is punishable offence against the law. Kindly look into the attitude while driving.
